I am travelling to ludhiana from chandigarh today . i often travel to the same route in a volvo every weekend to go to home. Just wanted to bring it at the front that is it allowed for volvo buses to let passengers sit on the stool while the bus is already full. on the top of it they charge full to the customers sitting on the stool. isnt it a complete non sense when all the seats are already occupied what is the point of making them travel on a stool and pay full

I am travelling from chandigarh to dharmsala in bus nopb 12 9938 on date 01 jul 17 .i have book my ticket on counter on 2nd number in line seat given to me is 31 i requested the person who booked the ticket that give me in front but he denied and said tickets are booked already but after my booking tickets are allotrd to passengers again i request the conductor that give me seat no 17 ya 18 but he refused.behaviour of the person was not good talk erogantly this is all happend in booking tickets plz give attention in that matter

Pb03 ap 7829 bus number they misbehaved with lady passenger and not giving the ticket for jalandhar.. They prefer to give the ticket amritsar instend of jalandhar... They said we ll give u ticket for stole instend of bus seat.. The conductor not give the ticket to jalandhar lady passenger.. They said we have a stole in the bus for jalandhar passenger.

I was travel in pb06k9505 my ticket no. 094158 from delhi to mahilpur. Bus stopped at karnal punjabi dhaba for refreshment. I ordered half plate rice and daal fry. Daal fry not good some bad smell smelt from daal. I refuse to eat then dhaba owner try to misbehaving with me they try to fight with me. Before all of this i already payed the money of bad food

This incident happens in 2.37 near kurali dippu one of passenger forward to bus by mistake because he was illetrate nd due to verify by conductor at the time of cutting ticket conductor bus number 7534 travel from chd to amritsar abuse the passenger.. Like teri maa been di lun in front of all passengers nd take away from kurali to nawa shehar nd countinously abuse nd slap a passenger and after such a ridiculous abuse he was humble request to conductor plss stop the bus nd left him but conductor didn't listen him nd abused nd slapped on his face continuously... Plss take action against him... Nd travellers will make faith on prtc transport

I have travelled a number of times in PUNBUS volvo bus from chandigarh to Ambala cantt. But today at 8:40 a.m when i was on ticket counter to buy the ticket. The conductor was so rude and abusive, he refused to give ticket for ambala cantt by saying "saadi ta bus da stop e nai e tu kitho chla gya pehle chlo aage nikalo. Furrrrr". I mean what kind of behaviour is that as if i am travelling for free. Please take a strict action against this misbehave.

I usually travelling from balachaur to chandigarh..
On monday tuesday buses not stop tp pick daily passengers.
Even they have some few seats left.. But due to harsh behavior of conductors and drivers... We suffer a lot
Govt has provide govt vehicles for helping people..
But people are not getting help
We are helpless... Please take strict action against them
Atleast fine them for misbehaving

I had to travel from jalandhar to mukerian on 04/06/2017 sunday at around 2:15 pm. A bus was standing at booth no 14 for jammu. I had sat on that bus for going to mukerian. But later conductor has dropped me out of the bus and saying that they will take only jammu' travellers. The conductor also said that you can not travel in this bus. The conductor has also misbehaved with me. Kindly take immediate actions.

A project for widening of the old Ambala - Kalka Road which is shown as 'Church Road' in Google Maps now, is in progress for the last four to five months. The widening of road starting from 'K' Area to Dhakoli Railway crossing is also in progress simultaneously. The projects may have been undertaken by GMADA. This must be as per the Master Plan for this area. We as citizens of this area are happy to see the development and progress.
However, the work on the widening of Old Ambala- Kalka road has not been done satisfactorily and presently the stretch of this road from 'Govt Dispensary to near 'Golden Sand' housing Society is unsafe for commuters due to presence of trees and electric poles on the road surface at the sides. (Photos attached). This is a very dangerous situation and recently a motorcyclist lost his life as his motorbike hit one of the tress.
Further, due to the presence of trees and electric poles the full width of the widened road is under utilised and the widening loses it's purpose.
Hence, your office is requested to initiate necessary action so that the said trees are removed and electric poles are relocated for safety of commuters.

Hello everyone

I wish to report about unprofessionalism and violation of customer rights by punbus employees. On friday (12 may 2017) night near 8.15 pm at isbt kashmere gate the bus driver and conductor of bus (Pb 02 cr 6904) from delhi to amritsar refused to get on board me and many more passengers as we want to travel khanna only which is on the way to amritsar. They are allowing passengers from ludhiana jalandhar and amritsar to get on board only.

So i expect that a strict action must be taken against staff members of bus to set example so that nobody in future would dare to violate customer rights.

I am in Punjab roadways bus. I am not happy with bus infrastructure of govt buses infrastructure. In my bus there is no window sheilds. Shelf for luggage is broken. People are fighting to have manage window shield. As it is cold out side bt i am not able to avoid cold air to get in. I am suffering from. Bad thing is I am seeing it since I born 28 year. Bus are always in bad condition. Why so? Dont we deserve to have good bus if we pay for it. I think govt leader should travel in these buses rather than govt cars only then they can work for improve it. I know my complaint will be ignore as usual bt m still doning this with hope.

I am travelling to kathua via hvac bus number 9970 on 1st may 2017 and my ticket number is 00024079 ticket time 9.30.59am. 304 kms at the bus stand i had asked for a ticket of kathua where bus stand is kalibari but ticket maker made the ticket for hira nagar which is 27 km farther from kathua bus stand. I have been charged rs 415 for the same. Hence i have been charged extra and the person making the tickets at the counter has himself decided how much the traveller will pay

The conductor of this is not allowing pass holders to travel in the bus,
Mostly the students are main target of the conductor, he don't have any sense, how to talk to passengers .
We are shocked that these type of workers are their in punjab roadways,
Who are totally illiterate, even they don't know how to talk to someone.

आज बदकिस्मती से पंजाब रोड़वेज बस में सफर करने का मौका मिला. बडी मुश्किल से बोनट उठा कर मुरम्मत करने के बाद इंजन चालू हुआ..और बस अपने रुट पर चलने लगी..
उसके बाद चालक जी महाराज खुद लोगो को फोन मिला मिला कर लगभग आधा घंटा फोन पर बात करते रहे चलती बस में.. बिना 60-70 सवारियों कि जान कि परवाह किए बगैर..
अब अगर बस कही दुर्घटना ग्रस्त हो जाती तो कहने कि
जरूरत नही सब से पहले बस कौन छोड़ कर भागता..
अब इसके बाद एक जागरूक नागरिक कि तरह बस में लिखे हुए जी एम के नंबर पर फोन किया तो पता चला वो नंबर सर्विस में ही नही है..

अब जनता क्या करे.???

इनमें से एक यह भी है कि व्यक्तिगत लाभ के लिए बैंक अपने खाताधारियों से जबरदस्ती बीमा कराता है ।

पीड़ित खाताधारी जबरदस्ती किये गए बीमा के रकम को लौटाने का आग्रह करता है,

फिर शाखा प्रबंधक अपने क्षेत्रीय अधिकारी से आगे क्या करना है इसका आदेश मांगता है ।

I want to draw your kind attention towards the misbehaviour conducted by your Conductor/Driver with the girls during when they are picking the bus from sector-43 after there college gets off. Sir/Madam This is not the first time that it happens. The Conductor not allocating the seats to the girl because they are having the monthly pass.and Today the Bus No. PB/12N/0742 done it again dated 28/03/2017 at around 03:00 PM. I want you take necessary action against it. So that it could not happen in future.

I was always used to come in prtc a.c bus from delhi to my village which is situated on the way to hoshiarpur balachaur road...bus starts from delhi at 12:35 pm from counter no. 27 and this time on 11 march 2017 because of holi there were more crowd...they had more passengers than normal days...when i reached my village at 08:45 pm...i told to driver to stop the bus here ...he refused by saying "agle pind dia sawaria jyada aa othe rokunga ...conductor nu puch k chdeya kro"... i was surprised as me and my cousin were only two girls and peoples in mostly went to their houses at that time...no body was there and when i insist by saying k aap dono kudia adhi raat nu othe kiva aange".. then he stopped the bus at an outer ...where no body was there...as he stopped bus almost every stop where people say...the prtc drivers having very rude behaviour...only 20% are good ...they dont have sense to talk with girls ...in normal days when they dont have passengers then they r ready to stop bus anywhere...himachal and haryana bus services are much better than prtc

I am a frequent traveler by PUNBUS. But this time the conductor was rude and using abused language. when i have a stop at bypass new delhi. He directly refused to get my own luggage. He told me i am not responsible to put you luggage in this compartment. This compartment belongs to ISBT customers. I think i should not go to court if this issue resolves

Mercedes Benz and Volvos are supposed to provide comfortable bus service for travel within Punjab but it is sad that there is no regulation on these buses and their drivers or conductors. They carry stools to seat passengers in the middle of seat lines and some passengers have to actually stand and go. I have frequently travelled between chandigarh and ludhiana and it is so uncomfortable that they seat passengers on stools for a Rs 220 bus ticket. Then why should some take your buses? Why not travel by a normal bus? Why is it so important to just earn money without taking care of your duties? I know complaints have no meaning, but it is important that at least we as citizens fulfill our duties of bringing forth our complains. It would be great if there is someone who can honestly do an audit on these buses and avoid this inconvenience to the customers.
