Driver of bus:4315, c: pc307, no.00079717, w. Bill: 75895, mac - id :[protected]Bus is from ludhiana to batala) bus timings 09:20 am at beas
Using abusive language nd behaved arrogantly with students of sathiala college using who are daily pass from beas to sathiala, he was like we are not bound to take you all in our bus because you all are travelling by using daily pass. And also said we will not let you sit on seats coz of damn daily pass. I want to know whether he has any right to say all this to students who has already paid in advance for their daily pass or he has right to use abusive language or behave arrogantly. I have attached photo of ticket from same bus. From beas to sathiala. And after all that instead of stopping bus at stop sathiala he has stopped the bus 700m far from sathiala college stop just to the students.
Kindly look into matter and find out who is the driver in that bus though conductor was quiet but driver misbehaved.

The bus did not stop the bus at tribune chowk. Passengers were waiting for the bus of ponta sahib and they did not stop the bus.

Kindly note down that the most of the passengers were girls and out of those, one girl waved her hand to stop the bus, but the bus did not stop at tribune chowk.

I am living in zirakpur & i went to delhi from volvo so many times but it is far way to board the bus from chandigarh. It's a time wasting process for us that first we should go to chandigarh then bus cross the zirakpur's lost route bus stoppage opposite sethi dhaba at chandigarh - ambala road. Why don't you start volvo bus from here. Zirakpur is comes under punjab boundary and it is gateway of tricity. Please start 4 volvo buses
(Morning, afternoon, evening & last bus at 8 p. M.) on trail bases for zirakpur, derabassi & panchkula people at least for 1 month. I am sure you will also get good quantity of pessangers. Here is so many societies & high working class people.
Please discuss it with your senior officials and punjab govt transport minister. I am waiting for your reply and action to start volvo bus service for delhi, patiala & bhatinda from prtc's bus stand opposite paras downtown mall in zirakpur.

From ludhiana to delhi by punjabroadways volvo from ludhiana bus stand at 11.59m.
Though i have travelled many times personally and earlier too posted a hand written letter to one of the conductor about the halt which is so disgusting and unhygiene. Today same the halt is at some hotel saffron kurukshetra and the place is extremely smelly and bad. Where other roadways buses has halt and with the cheap crowd. She is unable to use the washroom because of the halt and for which she faced alot of problems about it. I personally request you to either make their halt at some reputed dhabas or some good motels or restaurants. U can contact me anytime personally regarding it on [protected] as i am very much angry on this thing else i would like to take further step if it will be handed lighlty.

My journey begin nalagarh near place village.
Then bus pick up and ticket buy nalagarh upto.
Iam not known to bus going to pinjore.then after some minute i know bus going to pinjore.
Conductor not tell to ticket.my thinking ticket to provide me baddi station.
But checking team pickup bus and fine me 125 Rs.
Why iam not my mistake.so please help me.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the abusive behaviour of conductor of bus number pb-46k9088.
Sir i was travelling from panipat to karnal on dated[protected] at 8:20 am. The conductor ask me for the ticket and i gave him a ten rs coin other than 30 rs but he refused to take the same coin and told me that you have a fake (Nakli) coin, i told him that the same coin has been taken by me through a punjab roadways conductor yesterday and if you not take the same coin i will complaint against you but he misbehaved and said that do what ever you want to do, even when i am registering the same complaint during my journey he threatened me that i will break your phone and take you to police station.

Sir this kind of behaviour is not tolerable at all. Please do something about this

Pb 08 cb 9762 dear sir, pun bus conductor very unexpected behave wid passengers, main aj wekheya k ek ladka jo ke j&k baribrahamna ja reha c, uss nae ussdi tiket jammu di cuti, jdo passenger nae keh ak oh baribrahamna jana hai ta jammu di tiket kyu??? Whyy take collect more money from the passengers i hope you under stand our request pls stop these type things. So many person suffer like same situation

Yesterday dated on 31.08.2017[17:00:48], i was misbehaved with by the customer and drop me drop me on road far from my destination it was raining yesterday due to this i face more trouble...

Today early morning (About 2:15 am), i was returning home from delhi. But at isbt-43, chd. When i asked the conductor (Pb29r 8177), whether the bus would stop at morinda, he replied no & added they don't stop at morinda whereas it is still one of their authorized bus stops. He didn't let me in & repeated they don't stop at morinda.
Pathetic response punjab govt.'s employee to punjab's resident, disappointed.

I am a student and have a studemt pass... We paid the amount that is required for pass... But still some bus conductor wants us to pay the fair... We showed him pass bt he refuses to accept and ask for money and when didnt pay the fair he told us to leave the bus... It is punjab roadways chandigrh jalandhar bus service: pb12 n 0801and in addition to it some conductor refuses not to sit in bus... And if we argue than they start misbehaving... Plzzz sr on the behalf of each and every student please take some action... Thank you...

I regularly board a punbus from satwari jammu to samba which is a stop for all the punjab roadways buses from jammu.
While i did the same today, on the way i was told that bus wont stop at samba. When i enquired why it is so while samba is a regular stop they had no answer. Moreover i was misbehaved with by the customer and made to deboard the bus on the way.

Firstly there is no bus frequency from morinda (Ropar, punjab) and second this these bus drivers of punbus and ctu buses are so rude that if you are waiving your hand to stop the bus at kharar bus stand they don't even stop the bus. What's the fun of running the buses if that is not for public convenience. Not even a single bus of punbus and ctu stops there. Plz take a strict action against these drivers. Many of buses not stoped at tarn taran bus stand at morning time (7am to 9am) specially. Due to this many of student do not reach at time at college. And even at main stand of amritsar at evening time bus conductor donot allow to students who holding pass to sit on seats. They said that first preference is given to people who take ticket not to students who have pass. Many of girls even standing near door of bus. So it is humble request of students take some initatives regarding this issue. Thank you for giving right to speak.

According to the rule all punjab roadways should arrive at new isbt phase 6. But i have been standing for more than 40 min none of punjab roadways arrived.
All are bypassing the bus stand.
Kindly take some action as people like us are suffering.
This bus stand have been built for what purposes if buses won't arrive to pick up the passengers?

Last night i was travelling from sector 43 to morinda city in bus number pb02b, e9772 first of conductor charged me more, he charged me 40 rs while the charge of morinda city from chandigarh is 35 rs and he claimed that fare has been increased and when the bus reached morinda city he refused to take bus through the city and let the driver to derive outside the city and dropped me outside the city and i had to walk for 5 k. M to my city back so i suffered i don't want that anyone else should also suffer so plz take any action against conductor and driver was also deriving so rashly and rapidly it aslo caused lot, s of inconvenience

Today I am traveling from Rajpura to khanna time is about 6pm. When I sit in bus conducter arrived near me and I show my bus pass he said it's not valid and firstly you have to ask while sitting in bus he also misbehave with me an speak in rude way He also said you can't sit in bus and you have to get out from bus he dropped me on road not on bus stand as bus stand is 1 to 2 km away from that place . As all passengers are saying why you were harrissing her but he doesn't hear anyone and talking in his rude way. He doesn't know how to talk with passenger as he is not doing duty he is acting like a boss. My bus pass is valid but how he can say it's not valid .Please I need action against him as he do not disrespect ladies in future. I am attaching bus conducter and bus photos

Today i was treval in the punjab roadways bus that was going towards haridwar from muktsar bus no.1793 i m going to saharanpur from jagadhri. I m giving him 40 rs. For the bus fare but he did not give me the ticket, when i m ask him about the ticket, but he was not replying. The amount i was paid was go to his pocket. So you please do something about this. I am traveling in your bus dated 14/08/2017... I pay my ticket rs.160 but i faced a problem at your bus service. The bus conductor informed me that you have to pay a ticket for any electronic goods (Like led etc.) this is not informed to me when i buy a ticket. When i was in bus after that your bus conductor informed me u have to pay a ticket for a electronic goods. I m travelling in a bus no :pb08 9320 (Jalandhar 1) from jalandhar to chandigarh. This term & condition is not informed to me when i m buying a ticket. This is really a harrasing condition by punjab roadways. I want my refund back.. Because this term & condition is not informed and mentioned by your bus service anywhere. Please revert me back on this mail.

On 22nd july i have taken the tickets for bus to bathinda but it's time is on 3:40am but one of the ticket collector given me wrong time sai it was 3:45 am i asked him 3 times still he said 3:45am and i went to eat something when i came back at exact 3:41 am he said that the bus has gone and i asked him politely than why hi has given me the wrong time he yelled at me for being careless i still asked him at least refund me my ticket again he asked no than who is being careless here, why they treat customers this way why don't they give any proper solution but i really want to take strict actions against them please at least east they won't do this to any other pearson

One of the bus drivers was driving very rashly today morning around 8:45am on sector 39-40 chd road and was about to hit my car very badly... When i tried to stop him he misbehaved and argued with me for long... On asking his id he threatened me and was continuously saying jo krna hai krlo main taan idhaan hi chlaunda... I want u to tk strict action against such reckless drivers so that they are stopped from taking lives of innocent people..
