Today while i was traveling in one of your bus with my mom and dad both, boarded bus from saila khurd to chandigarh. We were treated very badly by the bus conductor, with no public service ethics. After boarding we were settling our luggage to settle properly however is was just shouting at my dad to settle down with no respect which my dad who is an army personal questioned to him, in place of accepting his mistake conductor started shouting and started shooting video of all three o[censored]s, than my dad got his mobile out of his pocket he twisted his arm and threw mobile at my mom face.
Kindly take strict action on this issue.
This is something i have never expected from pun bus conductor, because i have been travelling regularly with pun bus.

I am a working woman and travel from jalalabad to ferozpur on daily basis. Today, i humbly requested to bus conductor for timings because bus running late every day. He answers very rudely and in end "humara time aisa hi hai ap dekh lo (In punjabi)" i said ki ap ache se baat kro main aap se theek se baat kr rhi and he replied "kya krogye complaint krni kr do hume kuch ni hota". So please take action aginst these people who think they are supreme and nobody asks question from him. And the bus is overload every day.
Please consider my issue or wait for any miss happening its all on you.

Toady, i tarika garg travelled from nabha to patiala. Due to heavy rush i was not able to get ticket, but after 10-12 minutes journey i requested one of the passenger to get ticket for me, i gave rs100/ to him and it was my shocking surprise i got the ticket of rs10 only with balance amount rs70 and that is also a little bit late say after 5 miniute. I requested the conductor either to give ticket of full amount or gave me my money back. It was so surprised he said it was your fault and cannot do anything. You have to pay for that. Now this ia my humble request that person should be punished with fine. As he misused the government money. This is my request that these things should not happen. Bus driver of pb02cr6624 had a drunk at 7.55pm on[protected].
He told passengers that there were no rides in phagwara.
But on the way every bus goes to chandigarh through phagwara.
But the bus conductors also involoves that
They dont took passengers for phagwara.
This my complaint please take action on it.

I am private employee and sometimes i do evening shift and i get late. So that i travel in your punbus roadways and the bus conductor took xtra money more than the fare from us. He is messing with me when i argued with him he said "tu utarr jaa agar jaana hai to chupp karke travel kar" is this good way to talk and earn more money without mention xtra money on ticket. Please take action these corrupt conductors. I am travelling from jammu. Timing 12.20 in midnight.

I request to you that roadways bus travel on chandigarh to sriganganagar conduction refuse to go last station sriganganagar. He said they were go last at malout. I travel on this bus on[protected]. Sir bus conductor said after malout station you adjust your own source. Tell me sir now time is 12:30 am how i can manage all things.
Please take action against. If anything happen who will responsible for me.

We are traveling in the volvo bus. No pb 08 cx 9052 from isbt delhi to ludhiana. Several passengers including ladies requested driver and conductor both to stop the bus somewhere for loo (Washroom). But driver denied everytime. After crossing panipat barrier driver stopped bus for himself to buy whiskey, which is seriously irresponsible. After that he again stopped bus, 10 kms behind eagle hotel ambala to get fresh (Washroom). When some passengers too get down from the bus for the same reasons, he started shouting and misbehaving with passengers. He started driving bus without carring some passengers including my family members. When i argued with him then only he stopped the bus and picked the remaining passengers. He also drives rash, risky, fast and quite furious. You are requested to take a serious action against this driver or i have to take some legal action against punbus.

I had taken a bus from chandigarh to ludhiana at at 10:00 a. M (Mentioned as the start time). The bus didn’t start till 10:30am and then we were asked to change the bus. After that the drivers and conductors went off to have food. The bus left at 10:38. These delays can ruin all passengers schedules.
The new bus was scheduled for 11. Now that it has started earlier than its time. It’s doubtful whether customers looking to board a bus for 11 would get any ride.

Delhi isbt counter 24, 25, 26... To jalandhar (11:30pm)

I am still in bus. I am allowed to carry 20 kgs of luggage as per rules. But the conductor charged me half the price extra for a handy electronic item which i was carrying at my own risk. My total luggage was less than 5 kgs but i had to pay rs 428 extra. Kindly clarify the same. On asking why i need to pay this amount, the conductor became aggressive...

I manish chouhan from bhopal, mobile no. [protected]. I have to travel from pathanlot to delhi by punbus volvo. I booked my ticket through online and on 1 october i got a telephonic message that my bus is cancelled and my amount will be refunded. But its almost 23 days are over but still they have not returned my amount. I have called on there telephone numbers, which is of travelyaari.com. They were saying that they have forwarded my complaint and still i have not received my amount. I have registered my complaint through mail also, but received no response. Detail are as follows:

Terms and conditions:
Punbus / punjab roadways is responsible for:
(1) issuing valid ticket (A ticket that will be accepted by the bus operators or their network) (2) providing refund & support in case of cancellations (3) providing customer support in case of delays or other inconvenience.
Punbus / punjab roadways is not responsible for:
(1) bus not departing or reaching on time (2) the bus operator's employees being rude (3) bus seats etc. Not being upto expectation of the customer (4) the bus operator cancelling the trip due to unavoidable reasons (5) stolen/lost/damaged baggage during the journey (6) bus operator changing allotted seat at the last moment to accomodate a lady/child (7) customer waiting at the wrong boarding point or getting delayed in reaching the boarding point (8) bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pickup vehicle at the boarding point to take customer to the bus departure point.
The arrival and departure time on the ticket is tentative. However, bus will not leave the source before scheduled departure.
Passengers are required to furnish a valid identity proof (Driving license, student/company card, passport, pan or voter id). Failing to do so can result in boarding being denied by the bus operator.
Change of bus: in case the bus type mentioned on the ticket is changed for any reason, punbus / punjab roadways will refund the differential amount to the customer upon being intimated by the customer in 24 hours of the journey.

Cancellation charges:
Refund is on base fare only. Transaction fee and payment gateway fee will not be refunded.
(1) within 1 hrs of journey time. 100% (Of ticket value)
(2) between 1 hrs and 4 hrs of journey time. Rs. 50 (Per seat)
(3) between 4 hrs and 8 hrs of journey time. Rs. 20 (Per seat)
(4) between 8 hrs and 12 hrs of journey time. Rs. 10 (Per seat)
(5) before 12 hrs of bus departure. Rs. 0 (Full refund)
Cancellation of enroute bus stands will be carried out as per departure time from originating city.

I was traveled form ludhiana to ambala with my family to attend cremation of one of my relative on 14/10/2017 through punbus no. Pb-46-m-9129. Around 01:30pm bus stoped at dhaba near rajpura, there already punbus pb-02-cr-6082 ready for ambala. When we tried to entered in pb-02-cr-6082, conductor stoped us not to entered in the bus. I told him that we have already tickets of punbus, but he didn’t want to listen us. He was talking very rudely. How he can deny us to entered in the bus even we already have tickets of punbus. Very shamefull act by punbus conductor. Even public want to travel in govt. Buses but attitude of these type of conductor will reduce to passangers and profit of punjab govt. Also. Hi,

This is to inform you that my bus booked for 2nd oct - 11pm was cancelled.

The most unpleasant thing is that it was not informed, neither through mail and nor through call/msg.

And after contacting customer care, they were all ready to argue that they mailed me for cancellation of bus.

Is this the service being provided by punbus??

And if so, then sorry to say.. It has been a pathetic experience for me and my family with punbus.

We were standing midnight on the bus stand and then at road waiting for the bus with no info of it being cancelled.

Till 1 in the midnight, me and my family were seeking other buses to travel back to delhi as it was urgent for me.

Also, punbus has no courtesy for providing any further facility/optional bus to customer for avoiding them from inconvenience.

I would really suggest my friends & families never to opt for punbus for its such a ill-service towards customer.

Now, if am following them for refund, they don't even bother to update and revert on mails.

I daily used punjab roadways bus from bholath to sarai khas (Jalandhar). Management of punjab roadways jalandhar always sent mini bus last one weed instead of 52 setter bus during the morning time (08:15 from bholath to jalandhar). During this time mostly govt. Employee, students of various college of jalandhar and other passengers used govt. Bus services. The mini bus is always overloaded during this time. This can lead to an unfortunate accident. So i request to management of punjab roadways jalandhar (Pb) please replaced mini bus to 52 setter bus for above timing. Today some mobile photos also enclosed

This is to inform you that today on october 30, 2017. I took the bus numbered pb02 cr 6906 from pap chowk, the bus driver and conductor used very rude language and said the ticket will be charged to you from kartarpur which is illegal. On asking them the reason behind this they said this is our bus, if you want to go even to bus stand you have to pay the ticket from kartarpur. Please take the strict action against the driver and conductor.

I have been travelling from delhi to ludhiana from past 4 months during weekend and found the irrelevant breaks and careless response of staff.

The bus stops some times after the one hour travel time from delhi, or sometimes 4 hours.

These bus staffs do not bother about the passenger's comfort. And during the break of 15 min makes the whole bus without ventilation, passengers have to survive.

1. As per the class and the charges, the ac should be keep running.
2. Breaks should be very much specific and relevant.
3. Staff should be enough polite a decent humble to provide better service.

I was travelling from chandigarh to phagwara i got the ticket till phagwara
But after reaching bange the conductor suddenly asked me to move to a private bis as he was getting late so the bus wont go to phagwara
Though i had the tickect till phagwara i still had to spend extra money again for the ticket in the private bus

I asked the conducter in the bus for dublicate but he refuses and charged me another 160 for jalandher as i had no more cash money it was urgent for me to go beas.

There conductor name hardeep behaviour is not gud passenger even the bus was full
We are going in standing postion in while ticket cutting he was missing behaving with us and his word was he is government employee he can stop bus anywhere he say that is i. His power to take bus anywhere if he want bus will go anywhere if want he will stop the bus and say (Na asi jaea and na jaan dea)
Even we are paying for wt we are paying can you explain it please why you people are there if every control is in conductor hand. He stop the bus at point in patiala for 15 mints while there was not any passenger not any government work if say he was doing argument with us we can strictly action on it

This is to inform you that on dated 26-sep-2017, i am picking bus from ludhiana bus adda to delhi (Bus no.2535 of punjab roadways) and i am asking to bus conductor for ticket but he said take your seat at seat no.18 and i will come there and give you ticket. At shabad bus stand he came on my seat and asking to show my ticket, then i said you don't give me any ticket when i was said earlier and he is start behaving badly and said you have to pay 3000rs. For not having ticket. After that he will charge rs.400/- instead of rs.320 —

This is very disgusting sir, please do the needful action against them for why they don't give me ticket before sitting in the bus instead of seat no.

I booked a seat for journey from isbt to ludhiana on 01/09/2017 for 02/09/2017 ticket no 1027688 pnr[protected]. Received a sms on journey date 02/09/2017 that pnr[protected] punbus/punjab roadways bus trip cancelled from delhi to ludhiana on 02 sep 2017 at 8.10pm. Full refund process initiated. Refund pending till now inspite repeated reminders. I sending mails daily but all in vain.
