Inappropriate behaviour of condutors with the students of chandigarh university. They are not providing ticket to students while travelling to college. The ticket counter said that tickets will provide at bus and the bus conductor said that they will not let us enter in the bus and they give tickets to only ludhiana passengers not gharuan passengers while the bus seats are not fully occupied

Date 23/02/2018 when i was coming to moga, driver didn't stop the bus. When i get up in the bus from running bus, then driver stop the bus and come near to me and abusing me and said get down from my bus. Bus number id pb05k9828. Bhagwan singh is the driver of the bus.
Please take action against him.

From few months bus drivers and conductors skip so many bus stops especially kartarpur, subanpur, dhilwan and so many.
When a bus going to amritsar from jalandhar it’s totally depends upon bus driver and conductor which passenger with them for short route like kartarpur or subanpur moreover when bus coming from amritsar to jalandhar they drop their passengers 100-200 mts before bus stop and skip main bus stop. A day before yesterday when i try to stop a bus forcibly due to so many old age passengers, students and patients waiting for bus since early morning. All buses which are skipping bus stop are mostly partially occupied 30% seats available in majority of buses. Explain me why bus driver and conductor skipping bus stop while they can dropping those passengers who came from batala and amritsar? Punbus batala depot no pb 06v7631 bus i stopped by force for passengers.

Respected sir i want to show you that this ticket is from same distance travel i. E. Ghagga to samana (Date varies) punjab state government wants to hike prices so tgey incresed the distance of same journey from 18 to 20. I questions you is that possible? And another according to your notification hike in charge of less than 2.5rs will be ignored but here only 90paise change is there but they had hiked the prices why is this happening?

I am govt employees at near talwandi on moga ferozepur road. I trevel from kotkapura. And over brize is under construction of kotkapura. Bypass and new road is the only way rech faridkot and further talwandi. But bus no. Pb03v 6839. Always refuse to stop bus at bypass, at banda bahadur chonk faridkot. Nehra faridkot, police line faridkot. Four bus stop. But always stops on all stops when they come from bus stand. I daily get late by 40 minte. Beacuse a railways gate post alwys close when ww come back from bus stand. And behaiver of conductor is very bad. Use rude wording. Like "ਜਿਹੜਾ ਜਿਆਦਾ ਕਾਹਲਾ ਉਹ ਕੋਟਕਪੂਰੇ ਉਤਰੇ" and "ਬੱਸ ਨੇਹਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਹ ਦੇਣੀ ਹੈ ਮੈਂ". As govt employee have to reach on time at duty. I start my journey from abohar 4.30. But get late often beacuse of incident. Please take action. And ask conductor and driver to stop bus on apporved bus stop
Or whare they stop after 20 minute when returing from bus stand faridkot.

Yesterday I was traveling in roadways bus from Khamano (no. PB 65L 5921.). I was going to kharar during my travelling I saw incident that conducter said to girl, the bus will not go inside Morinda ( bus stand) .It was approx 7.30 PM. He gave the two options to girl that either we can drop near Taj palace or near traffic lights ( which road goes to Sirhind, bassi). Girl requested my times to conducter please drop me in bus stand, how I will go to my home from here but he dropped her on traffic lights. The girl was very disappointed and scary when she was leaving the bus. Please tell me Punjab roadways department who will be responsible for this if any mishapping will happen with that girl. Conducter dropped her in lonely and dark place alone that is too scary. I requested to you please take a quick action otherwise we will go to court against your bus conducter and driver and also share the details of action which you will take against conducter and driver.

I have been a regular passanger and also having daily bus pass but this is a usual case for roadways bus to not to stop at the stoppage when they know that only daily passanger with pass is standing or when private bus is also coming, this leads to real time wastage and long waiting times, sometimes even an hour has to be wait for the bus to stop and get me in.
I travel from moga to ludhiana and the stoppage i am taking about is aarti chowk

I am a student in jalandhar travelling daily from rayya, distt. Amritsar.
There are so many students from my city that wait for the bus... After waiting for 10-15 minutes the driver does not even stop the bus.
That makes us late for our college sometimes.
I hope these complaints are read somewhere and hopefully some action wil be taken against the complaints.
Being an indian i wish india to be a better and responsible place to live.

I don't know what happened to the conductors when they came on chamba dalhousie pathankot route. Date : 12/01/2018 time around 7:40 at bhatwan, the conductor was saying bus stop only at main bus stops (Like bungal chakki pathankot) because they have no time. Then what's about those passengers whose destination is in between these bus stop points? I ask the conductor to write your wording on blank paper or show me the official order where all this written as usual he refused. And proudly he say krdo jha complaint krni ha.. What a negative attitude.... There are also hp government buses on this route but they never use such wordings.. Main stops.. Time waste. Even they carried each and every passengers without calculating the kilometres or bus stops. It's my humble request to authority department if there is any such type order (Bus stops only at main bus stop) then please attach copies in buses also and if not then ask employees to behave properly.

My name is mandeep singh residence of amritsar working in attari.
I take daily updown from amritsar to attari in bus. I take punjab roadways bus timing 8:15 am due to office timing from amritsar busstand. But from 15 days before the bus which has 8:15 am timing is not going. Instead of it 8:45 am bus is going. Because of poor bus service i daily late in arriving office. Because of poor bus service students of i. T. I. And others employee daily late in arrriving iti college ranike. Please do needful in this regard. I shall be very thankful to you

Sir i travel in bus no 7630 from chandigarh to jalandhar dateo4/01/2018 time on ticket was 10.57when i purchased the 2 tickets from the counter of chd bus stand i gave him rs 500 and also gave rs 20. Give one resaon why he say he not onwer bus plz requseted as every custmoer a problem and pass employees dont have ceat i thik so problem one more lady passenger day going to ropar its say u can sit its ok their no issue going ropar

I travelled 19/12/17 from sector 43bus station to ropar on bus number 0285, my ticket number is 00063827. The bus conductor take and cut ticket to garshankar inspite of several cross checking. I think they don't get paid enough salary so they fool the travellers like this way. I think this is my last time to travelleing in punjab roadways.

Dear this is regarding the complaint of your executive was travels nenital to jalandhar bus no pb08br9118 at the time near of 3:15 the conductor misbehaved with the police office during the officer was travelled ludhiana to jalandhar the conductor told him ruff wording and said to him why he was sit is bus why he cannot came in auto then the officer said to him give him the number of md and the conductor against react said to him get out of bus... This is the very irrirelevent behaviour with the passengers and the officers was travelled in bus

A bus conductor of bus pb 12 q 9953 coming from ropar and going to delhi on date 17 december missbehaved. Because of his behaviour i have done this complaint. As i was coming from zirakpur to ambala, he said that go out of bus in main road and he created issue in front of all public. The bus was partialy empty and he dropped me derabassi. Thi concerned conducter used abusive language in front of all please take a necessary action against him. I was speaking with him in a polietly and regardly and he started talking with abusive acsent.

Respected sir, these punjab roadway buses are not carrying the short travelling passengers and even they never stop on stops. This is pathankot - dalhousie-chamba route. Already very few buses going on this route. And maximum passengers who have to travel 15/20 km daily but these buses not stop for them. If passengers are sitting from bus stand then thats fine otherwise these buses never stops. Attitude of conductors is not good. From 2010 to till now there is no change in their behaviour and attitude. Sir, please do something for us. Without passengers no need of government buses. Thank you.

On 04.12.2017 i went to mohali from jalandhar by taking bus of punbus no. Pb06v7630 vide ticket no. 127380. I give 200.00 to conductor and he charge rs. 150.00 for the ticket and he give remark of rs. 50.00 on the ticket as balance as he did return my balance back.in whole way to mohali i remand him plenty of times to return my rs. 50.00 back and but he made several excuses that he will return the money on mohali. On mohali he did not return my balance back. This is not about rs. 50.00, but it doubts the integrity of the conductor. I have also have the original ticket

I was traveling from isbt sector 43 chandigarh to ludhiana in the punjab roadways bus with registration number pb10ff4115 on 04/12/2017. I bought full priced tickets with my family and from the moment the bus moved from chandigarh bus stand the conductor started behaving very rude and was very disrespectful to all the passengers so i asked him gently to calm down and he started abusing me and my family and was being very threatening and even told me that he would beat me up and my family with his fellow conductors and even the driver was with them. Ultimately i had to leave the bus in order to save my family and without receiving the fare back. It is very displeasing to see such kind of behaviour from a staff of punjab roadways. Respected senior authorities if you read this please take some very serious action against the culprits so that it doesn't happen with any other family. Although i will not be traveling with my family in such kind of transportation ever again.

I am deepak rana a resident of karnal traveling from panipat to delhi on 3-dec-2017 lost my wallet in the bus (Didn't remember bus number), i lost my all the i'd cards (Driving license, pan card, aadhar card), atm, credit cards and cash of inr 500.
I searched in the bus many times but didn't find the same. Pl return me all my cards and i'd if someone founds.
As all the i'd cards and debit & credit cards are important for me.
