Sir I want to file a complaint against the conductor and driver of Punjab Roadways today 22 April 2024 time 12:38:38 I and my mother took the ticket to Handaya from Bathinda and till around 2 o'clock when the bus reached Handaya stop the bus conductor did not stop the bus properly and the conductor asked the alighting female passenger to get off the bus quickly, while my mother was getting off the bus, the driver took the bus and my mother was badly hurt. They fell down on the road and suffered a lot of injuries, but instead of stopping the bus, the driver sped away. Sir, please pay serious attention to my complaint and take strict action against the driver and conductor of this bus because today Driver and conductor

Sir my name is Rahul. I am a resident of Mukerian. Today I was coming from Mukerian to Pathankot by Punjab Roadways bus PB08EW-1197, The bus conductor of this bus did not drop me where I had to drop. When I spoke to the conductor, he misbehaved with me and he abused me, even he was ready to beat me.
This is really shameful. If you think that the conductor should not do this then I request you to please take strict action against the conductor or fine him. So that he doesn't behave like this with any other passenger in future.

Hi, My name is Priya Prashar. I am a resident of Hoshiarpur. Today dated 21st April, 2023 when I was entering the bus to go for Garshankar the conductor denied me that you cannot enter the bus. Although I regularly travel in that bus. That conductor always behaves inappropriately and rude and harras me. Every time he questions me. The conductor is turban man. Bus No is PB07 CA 3064 .

The same incident happened on Chandigarh Sector 43 Bus stand . The conductor didn't let me enter bus because I was carrying a bag.

I was waiting for a bus to Bharatgarh(Ropar), one bus came and there was no board or indication of destination, , it was duty hours everyone was in hurry and crowded at busstand khrar, i couldn't find conductor, i thought to ask from driver and bus was stopped, driver was not busy so i thought to ask him, , my words was ji eh bus bharatgarh jaugi, , he didn't reply, , 2nd time i asked same, again he didn't reply, 3rd time i went close to his seat and asked ji bus bharatgarh jaugi, , he was such a nonsense person, , he was so rude jive ohdi apni bus hove and i was nothing there, , he said aive adhar card chakk k bhajian firdiyan conductor nu puchoo, oh thale awwaza maari janda oh pagal a, i said mainu conductor dikhea nhi kite mai sochea bus na miss hojaye ta thonu puch lya, , i came out of bus and there i found conductor i asked him, he said no..then i recorded video of bus no for next time so that i can avoid insult, now i l know this bus is not for bharatgarh, suddenly conductor asked me about video i said bus da no dekhn lie, je started speaking like foolish, , he said aive swere swere dimag kharab kr dindian, ki ithe saara din video bnondi turi firdi a, ki krlwegi video bna k, , i told mai driver nu puchea kyu k board nhi laggea c and driver replied rudely, conductor was like to beat me, , and said sarkar budget nhi didndi keh sarkar nu, , asi kittho lagwaiae, , his all words were very harsh, insulting, i said u can ask how can i do this, , all people at bus stand gathered there and conductor was not stooping to insult me like anything, , this was mental harassment, i felt very embraced, zakin nhi horeha are we in Punjab, any govt employee can insult any female in front of public, its my humble request to take appropriate action, it is about self respect, and they donot have rights to insult and misbehave with a female in public, Hope u understand what a girl feels in this kind of situation...

I filed a complaint already and today again the bus is not on its station rather its Timing us showing on the online tracking app but when I checked it on map its running on dasuya route

Hi this veenu. I am from Jalandhar punjab. I work at lohian khas, Jalandhar punjab 144629 therefore i travel by Punjab roadways from Jalandhar to lohian khas via kala sangian. Earlier i complained about this last year also and now again they are doing Same. There are so many passengers who travel on daily basis from Jalandhar to lohian khas and vise versa . But the bus is not running on daily basis. We are so disturbed due to this problem...

ਜੋ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਤੋਂ ਮੋਗਾ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਬੱਸ ਦੇ ਕੰਡਕਟਰ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਭੈਣ ਨੂੰ ਧਰਮਕੋਟ ਬਾਈਪਾਸ ਤੇ ਹੀ ਉਤਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਜਦ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਬੱਸ ਦਾ ਰੂਟ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰੀ ਭੈਣ ਦੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਠੀਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਉਕਤ ਬੱਸ ਦੇ ਕੰਡਕਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਵੀ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਇਕ ਨਾ ਸੁਣੀ ਸਗੋਂ ਸਭ ਸਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਬੇਇੱਜ਼ਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਡਰਾਇਵਰ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕਰੇ, ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਸ਼ਾਹਕੋਟ, ਨਕੋਦਰ, ਧਰਮਕੋਟ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਈਪਾਸ ਤੇ ਹੀ ਉਤਾਰਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ। ਜੋ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਨਾਂ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਬੱਸ ਕੰਡਕਟਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਜੇਕਰ ਉਕਤ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਤਾਂ ਉਚ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

When passenger ask to punbus employ that this bus is going to Jalandhar from Amritsar then he said we are going to our home we are not on duty but the time is around 16:15

I am a daily passenger, daily updown from kartarpur to Amritsar in between 5 pm to 6 pm. There is a bus stop in kartarpur but Punjab roadways buses are not stop there.kindly do something.i will be very thankful to you .

I am travelling with my 2 years baby and husband from amritsar to jalandhar in punbus (roadways). I was asking for tickets from conductor. He did not gave me ticket but he misbehaved with me and also with many passengers. And asked me that he will not provide any ticket.
Please let me know is this any system? I have my baby along with. His behaviour was so rude as well as I complaint to station supridentend, he also said no ticket will provide until or unless it is fulled by Delhi passengers.
I want any strict action that conductor used such harsh words to a lady.

Punjab roadways buses are not stopping on its bus stops. I'm standing on rayya bus stop bus from 7.00 pm and now it's 9.05, in this duration of time not a single bus has stopped here. And still not stopping. I'm college going student and it's effecting my studies because I'm getting late to attend my lectures so please it's a request to resolve this problem.

I was writing this mail to inform you that is happening in most of the busses always they use to close the one door of the bus and it is very difficult for the passanger come inside the bus from one window when there is 2-5min timing is given for the stopage on the counter then why this thing is repeated by the driver and conductor on sat 1april bus no PB06A, S8783, at :8:12am in the morning do the same thing just because they want to pass there counter timing .

The conductor was fraud they take more money from me and he dont give me ticket and they speak in very rude way. The bus timing is 5:05 from patiala to amritsar i want you take strict action on it. Date 2 april sunday early morning 5:05 am

Dated 29-3-23, I was at bus stand Mukerian to board the bus to Hoshiarpur at 4:05 pm. The driver & conductor saw me approaching the bus but they didn't stopped. Moreover they are very rude, mannerless & pathetic. I request for the necessary action against such employees.

I also prefer not to provide free service but there can be minimum charges for women so that such inhumane behavior can be trapped.

This is to inform you that Today i am traveling jalandhar to Amritsar Punjab roadways bus and I have digi locker addhar card but bus driver told me it's invalid and make a ticket also as same in my daughter 3 years

Sir I inform you about our inconvenience during travelling from Dhilwan to Jalandhar
The conductor and driver of Punjab roadways no take stop on bus stop of Dhilwan so the resident of Dhilwan has face problem on daily bases
During travel from Jalandhar to Dhilwan the bus not stop at bus stand of Dhilwan
They stoped bus at toll tax

This is to inform you that we are from sarna. My wife is a teacher and going daily at jaintipur near Amritsar. Today the bus was not stoped at Sarna as 2 police man and my wife has to get the Bus. Other bus coming at 7 am which is 30 minutes late. This conductor regularly doing this at many bus stops and using vulgar language with ladies. Please enquire about this so that employees can reach their office on Time.

Respected Sir, My son Parth Goyal doing his graduation from Chitkara University Rajpura. He daily up-downs from khanna to Rajpura by bus. We applied for student bus pass at the office of Rajpura bus stand, but officer on duty rejected it by saying that he has no permission for making bus pass for Chitkara University. You are requested to take proper action against this.
