Today i taken bus numbered. (PB07BQ0830) from hoshiapur which routed to Chandigarh. My stop was saila khurd and taken women ticket which is costed zero and i'm an advocate . Before my stop bus conductor ask me, my stop it was proximately 7 min. Before it, i said 'saila khurd' . He just rudely told me to stand up and given my seat to a young male, who going to Ropar. There were other passengers too from my stop.

This is not just one story actually the conductors of punjab roadways buses misbehaving with women nd students ( have passes). The only reason is we don't buy ticket with money. They don't allow us to enter bus before its time to leave the bus station. Which clearly means they want us to stand in bus. Once the same bus conductor said the people who pay money stands and the people who taken free tickets (women) sit on the seats . I mean they clearly discriminate with us the reason is Punjab govt. Provide free facilities. I just want give equal treatment to everyone and increase bus service of govt. Buses in Hoshiapur.

This is to inform that the bus services is so poor in Punjab, specifically Jalandhar. The drivers do not stop the bus. The ex chief minister has also provided free bus facilities for women, but all in vain. It is better to charge the women instead leaving them.these people literally do not have any sense how to talk, how to behave and their poor attitude is exhibitted all the time they leave us. I got injured yesterday because of this cruel behaviour. It is requested to kindly look into the matter, either get the bus services paid for women as well otherwise at least respect them and tell them that they are not capable of this responsibility and they should better opt for private bus services.

I rushed daily to gurdaspur for my job. And i m daily passenger of Punjab roadways. And i also appreciate punjab roadways free services to women. But some of employees of Punjab roadways misbehave with women on daily basis which effect Punjab roadways image badly. They are not interested in any government Policies. And give there counter timings to private bus service for just a petty amount which is very transparent at bus stand. So kindly give attention to this matter so the worthy minister and higher authorities can solve this matter. And kindly pay attention with subject citied bus number. So there is no Owkward situation faced by any women in future. And make it sure to give me reply at contact number [protected]

Sir, i was travelling in the Punjab Roadways's Punbus no. PB02CR7031 from Delhi to Beas and someone stole my bag from the bag Container of the bus. Please help me to find it. It contains personal things of mine which are very important.

I again complaint for the non running of buses from Jalandhar to Jagraon . They miss their time in the morning and this lead to being late for our job too.. kindly see to this. We are suffering.

I booked ticket from new delhi to jalandhar .payment was successful but ticket was not confirmed.
I m here at the location of bus and bus is not there .

Sir, I am daily commuter between pathankot & Gurdaspur today evening, I were waiting at Dinanagar for a bus to pathankot.Punjab roadways bus bearing reg no PB06M-9511 arrived at 04:45 PM but to my surprise conductor hasn't allowed any of the passenger to board a bus for pathankot.He told all o[censored]s, that BUS WILL NOT GO TO PATHANKOT & WILL RETURN BACK FROM GURDASPUR BYPASS.As I am using & following PUNBUS app, I again ask him but he straightaway refused.i usually prefers to travel by roadways bus instead of Pvt buses but behaviour of conductors shows that he is having GOOD UNDERSTADING with Pvt bus operators.i don't want any punishment to conductor but if any service is given for the welfare of public by govt, it should be extended in proper way to public.i am having few screenshots of PUNBUS app which clearly indicates that bus was on his proper journey from batala to pathankot pl instruct conductor to perform his duty in fair manner & not to lie in any case as this might cause loss of revenue/fare to roadways as well as bad name to roadways.

Sad thing is ...at jalandhar bus stand chandigarh and delhi route available roadways buse conductor rejecting the phagwara passenger to give service and told us illogical reason like we are not going via phagwara

Delhi route buses conducter told us that they are long route bus.no space for locals etc nd told us to go other bus counter like chandigarh or other private bus
At this time there is less ludhiaana route bus
But chd nd delhi bus conductor give their service according their mood

Bus no. PB02DQ2563 from delhi to amritsar dated 29 oct 2021 nearby rajpura bus halted for breakfast at 7 : AM .its been one hour driver and conductor are fighting for their personal issues . All passengers are disturbed . Kindly do the needful so that such incidents not happen again in future

Sir on sunday at 6:00 pm we are at chahal chowk sri ganganagar your bus registration number pb07 s 4304 hitted our baleno vehicle in which two ladies passenger are there and one is pregnant they hitted our vehicle and after that abuses a lot please take necessary action against them

They didn't stop at katani bus stand and when an uncle waved they stopped. I ran to get on the bus by hanging to it the bus driver said i could've break my legs. He also very rudely said that I will look for a seat and that the bus is full. So if the bus was full why they stopped for an uncle who was standing far from the bus stand. Even the conducter said that I travel for free so I should wait instead of running and catching the bus but this was the thrid bus which didn't stop. This happened today on 21 October 2021. I even have the bus ticket. Buses don't stop at katani bus stand even when we wave to stop. Just yesterday on 20 October two Punjab roadways didn't stop between the time 7:45 am to 8:00 am. They simply ignore. I cant even see the bus number because they are going so fast. Please do something about it. I have no problem paying and I would happily take the private bus if those buses weren't so slow. Please do something about it.

First bus to jagraon generally misses its time and general public is harassed. They came from jalandhar and stop at nakodar. This leads to being late for jobs.kindly see to this

I was travelling from Phagwara to Jalandhar on 18.10.2021 and boarded Punbus no. PB08EC1635 at 6:10 pm from phagwara. Being a lady, i submitted my original Driving license with valid address details of my punjab residence. But the conductor was very rude and charged me the fare. Mac id 42280721. W bill 236072. Bus 1635. Ticket 00014552. He said that only ladies with aadhar card are to be given zero charge fare. I am a daily commuter and no other punbus conductor has charged me till date. he said that these rules doesnot apply to his bus. Govt. Of punjab has issued clear instructions that any women of any status on production of valid id proof will not be charged. I request you to please update your staff.

Very few buses stopped at Kartarpur bus stop during 1700 hrs to 1830 hrs and majority of buses go from flyover kartarpur to Amritsar.pessangers are bound to travel by private buses. it is very difficult to travel from kartarpur to Amritsar. please look into the matter and do necessary action at the earliest

The bus no 4307 departing from morinda to Ropar at 7 am in morning is very often miss this route which causes a lot of harressment to daily passenger as there no any other bus service from this route kindly look into this matter
