These days frequent electicity cuts, specially night time. Many times one phase problem due non proper division of lights. PSPSL staff takes long time to clear problems. Children feels restless during whole night due to high temp these days. Kindly arrange for proper load division and proper timely service and 24 hours electricity as promised by our CM.

The service towards repair & maintainces hv worsen even after privatsation & outsourcing of R& M activity. The supply related issues are not actioned timely taken . No penalty by consumer on pspcl & on senior officer for not providing timely services. The light breakdown by outsourcing staff not handled timely. The contact no given are also kit attended by the service men.

I had lodged a complaint on 1 june 2021 at 7:25 and my complaint has not been assigned yet even on repeated complaints.. no one is coming to check from pspcl and not even responding on complaining . Now it has been 40 hours we are without electricity and water . Kindly help

Consumer account number [protected]. Bill generated on 19th May 2021. Total bill amount of 11300 has come. There is Rs 7437 sundry charges applied without and notice or description of charges.
Meter was changed last year, but the amount of bill was calculated based on average and it was not less.
Now they have applied this high charges in sundry charges section.
Please raise this complaint with PSPCL and help us .

It is infomed you that I am residence of House no 10 modern enclave Baltana s.a.s Nagar Mohali Punjab. For the last 10 days, fluctuations, electrical voltage problems, coolers, fans, computers of electrical appliances are not running. I called 1912, they said call the area lineman, but the line man is not able to reach the number, pspcl consumer services side to send the massage problem resolve but the voltage problem is the same as that on the day-night .so please solve this power voltage problem as soon as possible.

I made the payment into wrong account on 01/02/2021. The bill distributor came to and gave me the bill amounting rs. 24150/- saying this is your bill. I made the payment from my bank account on 01/02/2021 for the account number [protected]. But later I realised that i made a mistake the bill I received wasn't for the connection i am using. This account number belong to someone else . My account number is [protected]. Please look into the matter and please credit the amount ₹24150/- into my account no. i. e. [protected]
The bank details from which amount was deducted and the receipt of the paymenr made is attached
