Dear concern

Our account no. Is [protected] on the name of vijay luxmi, i just want to confirm you that from last one year we got regular electricity bill and we pay amount as per bill received, but last month we received a bill of amount around 50900/-, that is very shockable for us, as we don't have any pendency of earlier bill.

For this concern we visited our kharar electricity office many times in last week so that we found the error but no one is able to gave a satisfactory answer, and asking us to pay the amount of bill received.

But how it is possible to pay some big amount which is not a monthly income of whole family.

Please check the details of above mentioned account and sort out the issue.

        I had paid bill amount of rs.29110/ on 4/5/2018 through internet banking. I got reciept also. But second time the same bill amount is showing i asked in the bank they said your transaction is successful and when i went pspcl office they said your bill has not paid. Then where my deducted money went and i if my transaction has failed then i should receive refund amount but i didn't receive refund amount. The deatils are like this:- consumer name:-pupu ram

          Nrs account no. [protected] of telephone exchange jalalabad, every month bill is generated late than its issue date. And bill issue date is fed 5-6 days back. Even bill is available online only after 10 th day of the month. It results only 3-4 days to remaining to pay the bill. Even in this month bill is neither generated nor available online. Local pspcl office saying bill not yet generated. Kindly arrange to provide electric bill with at least 8-9 days before pay by date.

          Sir, There are many solutions like: 1. Generate Electric bill with current issue date and put it online on same day. 2. Generate Electric bill with advance issue date and put it online on or before issue date. 3. Increase no. of days between issue date and due date, say 20 days period as domestic customers gets. Kindly consider as per feasiblity and provide solution. Thanks

Just n bill banya usko bola to keht office s ja k r thik karwya office Gaya to waha kio sunta hi nhi. Electricity office chik chik house Adarsh nagar m hai.
            Kio b nhi sunta pls suggest

            Maine phale b bahut baar complaint ki hai us ka b much nhi bana .
            Power ne bahut dukhi kr rakha h 3-3 ghante bijli nhi aati h. Adhi raat ko chali jaati h. Daily 10 bjne ke baad poori raat nhi aati h. Bahut se no. try kiye pspcl walon ke lekin sabhi busy hote hain ya band hote hain.
            No Power since 1930 hrs today.Pl lodge complaint and restore power at earliest.

              I have recieved pspcl bill of account no [protected] in the name of kunal. This bill is of time period 03/07/2018 to 26/07/2018 (Only 23 days). The power consumption mentioned of the above time period on the bill is 1665 units. The amount payable on bill is 14070 rs.
              It is not possible to consume 1665 units in 23 days. So please check and correct this bill. [protected]

                मेरे घर न: 297, फृयेंद्स कलोन्नी, लेन न:3, मक़्सुदां, जालंधर ! के कॉर्नर मे PSPCL का पोल है जो की घर के बहुत नजदीक है उस पर फास्त्वे केबल ओर ब एस एन एल ओर स्ट्रीट लाईट की तारो का बहुत जाल बीछा हुआ है
                अगर केबल ओपरेटर को कहते है तो वो कहता है के आप मेरा क्या करर्लोगे अगर तारे ना हटाओ तो इस लिये मे आप से निवेदन कर्ता हू की इस पोल से बच्चो ओर बाकी लोगो को बहुत खतरा है इस पोल को अपने सही जगह पर लगाया जाये धन्यवाद सहित

                    House meter got burnt on may 2018. I went to pspcl kharar branch for complaint on next day 17.05.2018. As per the instructions received, i lodged the complaint. They provided me the receipt with the assurance that person will visit to direct the wires for the time being and then proper installation will be done. Meter is direct since then, no one visited to repair the meter. I have called many times in the branch with complaint number. Recently i got the bill with the figure of 3610/- even when no one is living here regularly. On what basis you are charging the electricity bill without readings. Can you please expedite the issue and assign one responsible person to get this query resolved. I paid rs 520/- for the same, below is the receipt details

                        My last bill payment unit[protected],[protected],[protected] units. All last 3 cycles are clear. But now latest bill. Units starts from 8165. But unfortunately it's start 7835.
                        Latest bill starts from[protected]units. Why i don't understand. 330 units extra current bill. Hope u will resolve my problem soon.

In aug 18 pspcl give bill of amount 9909/- even pspcl employ told that our meter display not eorking then how he will calculate total unit 1215 for a period of 2 month. Its duty of pspcl employees to check the meter is working or not because meter installed outside the house not inside. Please register my complaint and take action against Pspcl employees for neglecting their duties and reduce my bill

                          Sir I have complaint most of time but not solve problem in your side so please solve it my problem urgently. Otherwise I face many of loss like electric hardware product spark or heavy accident.. solve it now
                          I paid bill for A/C No [protected] belong to the name of Daljit Kaur and its amount of Rs 401 has been deducted from my account but receipt is not showing .So please me receipt or refund amount of rs 401 so that I can pay it again.

                            This is in reference to electricity bill account no.[protected]. We are sent a electricity bill for may month for 3100 which is not showing online.. Also in all previous months the unit consumption is not more than 180 units a month and for may appreciated bill has been sent to us with 400 units in single month. We dont have ac. Its a small one room set with a fan fridge and tv. We are not home full day as we are working.in current month for 2 months unit consumption is 400 units which are peak months june n july. How is it that in may month alone 400 units are charged that too without ac or cooler.
                            Its a false bill neither showing online. After regular visits to their office no result came and we had to pay.. We cannot pay bills for electricity when we have not used it even. Either the meters are tampered deliberately in summer months as without ac paying 3100rs bill for a single month is not justifiable.

                                  I have received the bill and bill number is G62TF661128X but it has not generated from your side.the delay is from your side bcz when I am trying to pay the bill through paytm it is saying that bill has not generated for this account yet.. I mean what your employees are doing..Plz do the needful and solve the issue ASAP. And most importantly we don't have air conditioner at our home nor we watch TV that much as all the members are working and they come home in the evening only. So from where this much of bill comes.. Pspcl is looting money from people

                                    ਸਾਨੂੰ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਗਰੀਬ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਰਸ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਥੋੜੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਰਾਹਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਜੀ ਤੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੇਬਲ ਪਾਉਣ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਂਗ ਦੀ ਤਰਾ ਹੀ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ (ਸਿਲਵਰ ਕਨੈਕਟਰ ਹੀ ਰਹਿਣ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ) ਕਈ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਦੀ ਮਤਲਬ ( ਲੜਾਈ ਝਗੜੇ ਵਿਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਰੰਜਿਸ਼ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਨ) ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਗਰੀਬ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਤ ਦੇ ਹਨੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿਨ ਕੱਟਣੇ ਪੈਣਗੇ (ਬੱਚੇ, ਬੁੱਢੇ, ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਜੂਝ ਰਹੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ) ਨੂੰ ਤਰਸ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ਤੇ Border Area ਕਰਕੇ ਰਿਵਿਉ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਜੀ ਕੇਬਲ ਠੇਕਾ ਤੁਰੰਤ #ਰੋਕਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਸਾਡੀ ਸਿਰਫ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਜੀ

                                      Nrs account no. [protected] of telepone exchange jalalabad district fazilka. From last two months bill generation has troubled at pspcl patiala end. Bill is generated on 11th day of the month but issue date on bill stands 6th day of the month (Say 6/7/2018 in last bill). Due to this bill is delievered with 4 or 5 days remaining in pay by date causing penalty in every bill. Kindly arrange to generate bill with current date and make the bill available on same day as issue day/date on bill so that minimum 10 days be available to pay bill before due date without surcharge.

                                        My contract acc no. is [protected] by name surinder kaur w/o harnam singh situated at # 19313, gtb nagar, st.no.6, Bibi wala road, bathinda. My house is locked from 7 months nov 2017 to june 2018 and meter code is d. I requested many times oral and two times with application for change of meter to Bimmy garg area je . he let the job order every time but not changes the meter. He said there is shortage of meter so meter automatic changes when meter available. Till date he not changed meter. Average based bill of closed house is not possible to pay. Now house is rented and we wants to change meter. Kindly do needful & oblige
