Hello team,

I, rajinder singh is consumer of pspcl. My concern is regarding my address written on my electricity bill.

I am residing in chowk kazian wala, near govt. Girls sen sec. School, kotkapura district faridkot. And the mentioned address is same as per records of muncipal comittee since independence of our country.

But the address mentioned in my electricity bill is "sehgal chowk, kotkapura".

Kindly update your records so that the correction can be made and i receive my power bills with correct address.

This compliant was made on pspcl website but there was no action taken on it.

Sir i am from pathankot akalgarh from 1 week daily electricity turns off on 8 p.m. and doesnot come in whole night and suddenly give electricity at morning time..whole time they did'nt gave power supply to us..please help us

    Dear sir,
    We are residing in paramount heritage zirakpur. We are paying electricity bill in every month.in last to last month when we received a bill its a -7500 rs. When we ask meter reading man (Mr. Baljeet singh) about this, he checked our meter n said that you meter is not working from last few month we said that is not our mistake. If meter is not working, how can u send the bill in every month that means u are not taking meter reading. Than he said mam the bill you receive is average bill. Than he is worried about this -7500 bill. He took that bill n destroyed the - 7500 bill and said mam pls dont discuses the same with anyone i will provide u the new bill n i will register your complaint regarding meter damaged. He provide us a new average bill very next morning. He said dept has no new meter in present, we will change when we have the new one.1 week (In august) before he came and our meter has been changed. But now we received the bill more than average approx 9000 rs. When we ask that man pls correct the bill as we meter is not working n average bill is[protected], than how u can send 9000 rs bill. He said ab apko bharna padega.
    We visited the bijli board zirakpur to adjust the bill, they give us different statement. They said this bill is against your last year average bill. Aapko dena padega. The guys sitting in deptt to help the people or to cover the mistakes of their employees. I request you to please take strict action against that meter reading guy n his 2 of assistant who help his to generate the incorrect bill. As a common man i m not able to pay this much of amount. Pls change our bill.

      Dear sir/madam,
      My account no. Is z74zs191218k.
      My electricity bill from 07 april to 07 june 2017 was rs.5620 and the same will was paid with late fees on date 28 july 2017 with receipt no.[protected] of amount rs.5709. The bill was paid till meter unit 7511 of 815 units of consumption.

      My concern is here that new bill of 07 june to 09 august 2017 arise of amount 10, 516 with new meter reading of 8209 units with consumption of 698 units.

      In the last bill of 10, 516, the already paid amount should be deducted i. E. Of rs. 5709.

      Kindly look seriously in this matter and issue a new electricity bill so that i can pay the net amount of rs. 4801 of the same...

      As i want to pay the bill online but it did not accept the amount less than 10, 510...

      I am contacting regularly your landline number but it is busy continuously for last 7 days..

        We are living at 218a tagore nager hoshiarpur, facing the problem of fluctuation of voltage. We use to lodge complaint at 1912. Complaint is always being registered but closed without taking any action. Complaint no 8445570 was registered on dated[protected] and was closed without doing any thing. Today we have lodged a complaint no 8517980 again for the same problem. It will again be closed without doing any thing. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue please.

          Sir, This is bring to your kind notice that electricity transformer is being place

          in residential area. Usually fire sparking happens from it. Its a great danger

          for our lives.

          The 11000 Kv wires touch to my House boundary. Hardly 5 inch gap is there.

          My construction work is going on . Two laboures got injured from the

          electricity shock.

          You are requested to replace these wires with the cable wires or put it some

          distance from my house.

          I met to the JE of my area. He is demanding 500rs for per meter. I cant

          afford so much of government charges. I am 60+ i cant go again& again to

          the electricity office.

          We are living in danger. Kindly Look into this matter.

            There has been a power failure in model town extention, d-block since 08:10 pm. The complaint landline is off-hook & doesn't connect. We have absolutely no way to put forward our complaint & have to suffer in silence.
            There was a similar power cut in the morning at 08:00 am & i was told that the power would be switched on at 10:00 pm & the reason for the cut being that some party had taken permission for the power - cut.

            I am Dr Pami Singh, a consultant Psychiatrist in Ludhiana at 1530 & 1531-D, Model Town Extention; D-Block ( Near Ram Sharma temple. There has been a power failure in our area since 08:00 pm & we have no idea, when the power supply will be restored.

              Respected sir i m from baghapurana i dont want to display my full name and address but i want to tell about conditions in which avenue i m living there is nothing to gain for board almost some home doing cheating with light after 9 or 11 pm people off there meters and start using elecricity ac, heaters there are jodes in wire from where they using free elecrtycity channuwala road aggarwal gali diggh wali gali...                 We have tried to contact pspcl moga several times, but never get any response,
                Its regarding over charging on account nr [protected]
                We have paid 29550 rupee plus on 30 th jan 2017, to settle the previous payments,
                After that for 2 months we have received normal payment of 1330 plus rupee,
                Now we have received bill of 39560 rupee while we have no consumption there,
                Could you please update me on this as soon as possible,
                This is a clear mistake on there side,

                  Complaint against : punjab state power corporation ltd

                  Complaint : my consumer number is [protected] which mention on electricity bill. I have visited many time at office of s. D. O pspcl kharar, dist mohali regarding complaint of extra bill amount charges. But again and again my electricity bill has been charged extra every bill. Bcoz there is low consumption of electricity but bill huge bill has been produced by electricity department. I humbly request you to kindly resolve this problem, otherwise i will be approach to the court.

Rs to junior engineer charanjit singh of khanna electricity board but charanjit singh has not applied meter till now, it has been over one week plus he has not given us the receipt. Charanjit singh is also denying that i did not recieve the money also. Please sir urgently we need the action against him and please look into this matter urgently. Thanking you

                                  Hi team, we have not received the bill timely and it is not showing online on PSPCL site timely. Bill received one or two days before last date. We are the organisation and needs approvel from management and takes 5-4 days to submit.
                                  In bill bill generation date shows 12th of month and last date is about 24th but bill shows online on or after 20th. so kindly look into and resolve.

                                        I am resident of bhagwan pura abohar. Electricity supply switch off from last 15 hours in this area. But we receive no response from the number given by pspcl. I also complaint online several times. The number given by the official was switched off or not attended. This is really a paid harassment. It was not the first time. The people of this locality harassed many times before
                                        I belong to moga.daily at night there is no power supply.i am not able to sleep from past two days
