This person Mr. hardev Singh was not co operative during the problem we faced at night when there was fault at night regarding the electricity. Nearby houses were having electricity but 2 to 3 houses electricity were not coming at night and this man put his phone on busy mode and the whole night the electricity was not there.
we want strict action against this person as he is not listening our problem and the whole in this hot weather we passed the night without electricity.

On 12/07/2017 two linemen installed 3 phase meter of h. No.202, mamta enclave dhakoli (Sh. Kuldeep sharma) on wall of my house. Despite objection they misbehaved us and ask that "meter to yahin lagega". Sir, in recent past due to fire in meter box apppx.10 meters were destroyed in our locality. If this type of incidence occurs again then who will be responsible for that. Due to this my family is under depression. You are requested to re-install the meter at proper place i. E. Electrcity is not available last 2 hours, calls are not picked. It is a posh locality model town jalandhar. Even street light is available. Llok at your services u r getting handsome salery plus under the table, even then u guys r poor in service. I suggest higher comisns that pspcl should be under private sector. It is not the first time that u r doing these silly things. To improve your emage u should be leapord not mule.

It seems my electricity meter is having issues, its running unexpectedly fast and due to that i am getting high electricity bill without consuming much electricity.

The entire house was closed for most of June-July which means we had consumed minimal electricity but we received Bill of Rs. 10590 which is impossible.

I request to look into this matter immediately and either change the electricity meter or correct any faults.

I have paid rs. 110 - in advance but it was not reduced in my next bill. My advance payment is still with pspcl. Please adjust it in the next bill and pay interest also for not adjusting my advance payment in the next bill. Please ask the department preparing the bill top adjust my advance payment. I think the person who takes the reading gives the bill there and then. If he has no information about advance payment, how he will reduce the bill.

I have attached one bill payment that is given by cash rs 110 date of 16 june 2017.
and other payment is gave online RCPT. No. Is[protected] date of 8, june 2017.

Please adjust this advance bill payment in next coming bill.

Hanging wires, giving rise to mess and of course threat to life. Since the wires are so disorganized and hang outside our homes. This certainly looks worse.

This type of act is demoralizing people who want to do cash less transaction. Today I have paid my father's electricity bill consumer no H64TK520472M online. On completion of transaction Rs 30 extra is deducted from my account.

Please adjust it in the next bill and pay interest also for not adjusting my advance payment in the next bill. Next bill has not been received as yet. When next bill will be sent? Today I am paying my bill and there account information was available but not the amount of bill as i know the amount and click on make payment. After payment it was shown on the receipt Advance payment. What can I do now?
Will it be adjusted automatically?

Payment is debited from bank account and amount is shows advance on pspcl portal instead of bill payment

at the time bill is outstanding not be paid because the payment stand as advance

Every time when the bill came i visited the pspcl local office to correct the bill but no body helps me. They r harassing me for very long time. It's been 2 year i m suffering from the same problem. Pspcl officials argue me in a very bad way. The recent bill is rs. 75609/for 269 units.

This complaint is regarding regular power cuts in my region ie kharar chandigarh road. I don't expect anybody will read it or take any action. Anyways may be somebody will read. We are facing regular power cuts in our region for 2 hrs 4 hrs 24 hrs intermittently. E. G. Our area light has gone yesterday evening at abt 5 pm and it came today at 8 pm and again at 9pm light has gone. It seems we are living in rural areas or in forests. If in mohali district such condition is thr we can expect the conditions of rest punjab. Why this worst condition of pspcl is thr. Can we expect any chance of improvement in pspcl. I don't understand the reason of cuts and faults. Is it the incompetency of technicians or officers to manage. Please reply

I live at CGR Homes near Acme Heights, Old Sunny Enclave, Kharar, Mohali (Punjab). I am shocked to see the frequently happening unscheduled Power Cuts on daily basis. It's really annoying and doesn't allow us to work. In such Modern and Digital era, it's disturbing to see this. Please Help?

There is no electricity here literally in sunny enclave Kharar. No electricity previous entire day and night, it came today morning and then again power cut started at noon.
Not only it is hampering home working but also affecting health.
May be we live corona but this electricity power cut.
Shame on authorities.
