    There is no electricity in my area i. E basant avenue, dugri, ludhiana from the past 4 hours. Also, i called up on on these helpline numbers,[protected] and 1912 but nobody answered the phone. After a while, both of these numbers were busy. I tried it several times but was unable to contact the service provider. Then both of these numbers were switched off. I am really fed up.

        This is submitted that dr. Kitchlu public sen. Sec. School, was issued the electricity bill no. [protected] dated[protected] for the account no.[protected] wherein the meter reading shown is exceeding the actual meter reading due to which the bill generated is illogical and enormous. Thus, the request was made to ra of electricity department to cancel and reissue the accurate bill. Despite this the school has not yet received the rectified bill. As it is a negligence of electricity department that without taking the actual reading from the meter the bill has been generated apprehensively. Thus, the school is not liable to pay any surcharge of any type. You are requested to look into the matter and reissue the bill with requisite correction.

          As since 3 days the full day electricity is not working in the new dashmesh nagar area, ladowali road nd for the procedure of complaint the employee are not responding as they hve switched off their phne nd switched to busy mode on every numbers nd are not responding as we are giving date to date payment for the bill so why this kind of problems is occurring.

            This complaint is about deduction of Rs.177/- (extra) everytime when we pay the electricity bill online through www.pspcl.in.This amount does not reflect in the receipt too. I am attaching a sms receipt by bank.
            "Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 459XX5398 for a purchase worth Rs16905.31 on POS PSPCLLTD at PSPCLLTD txn# JU[protected]." Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

              Received bill (Punjab state power corporation) from east sub division pathankot showing consumption o[censored]nit 247 for 72 days wef 2/06/17 to 13/08/17 vide a/c no.[protected] in the name of yash pal consumer no. G65cf431758w. The practice to prepare and issue a bill for consumer after 72 days instead one month is very unfair, which enhance the total of the bill unnecessarily, need to be discontinued and monthly meter reading is required to be taken and issue bill monthly so that fair rates rs.4.52 per month for first 100 unit could be applied to avoid ungenuine rate rs.6.14 increasing 100 unit.                 There is an error in bill which is issued this month.
                Bill amount is rs 13790/bill no is 84341 in this bill rs 6148 amount is showing pending but i have already done payment of rs 6050 on 19th august so i would like to bring into your knowledge that the above amount of rs 6050 is not adjusted in my bill of rs 13790 (Which is issued this month).

                So therefore requesting you to pls check and update at your end the amount of rs 6050 and generate fresh bill.

Despite repeated follow-ups, the connection is still not released. The coloniser has complied with all the necessary requirements as per the puda rules. The building has been completed. The dp is situated at far from the house there are group of meters in their so that my neighbor stolen electricity from my meter they have the duplicate key of the dp lock. Every month i get too much bill by that there is no consumption of of that bill.
                    I requested you to shift my meter to my house another i file complaint of punjab electricity board.

                      In connection with the aforesaid subject, i am to submit as under:
                      That i am a senior citizen of 77 years. The resident of 413, urban estate phase 1 jalandhar. The above electric connection (3 phase) has been given to me by your corporation from the pole situated at h. No. 397, urban estate phase 1 jalandhar city.
                      That on 29/07/2017 old supply cable between pole 397 to pole 446 was replaced and the supply connection was given accordingly at about 6 p. M. Just within an hour or so the electric supply connection from the outside meter to my house started sparking then to igniting and within short while bursted into fire. As a result of which major portion of in house wiring and some of the electric instruments were burnt.
                      That immediately i contacted the junior engineer of the area. The je informed that inadvertently the fault occurred due to wrong connection i. E. The neutral wire was connected to street light phase. At the same time your line man reconnected the wire and restored the supply that to on one phase only instead of 3 phase. I remained in this situation for 48 hours. I was also informed that cable connecting meter to my residence also needs replacement. The same was done on 19/08/2017 i. E. After 21 days that too without support wire resulting the fact that we remained to further fear/risk and tension for 21 days due to negligence of your department.
                      I may add for your kind information that on 03/08/2017 at 09.02 a. M. Mobile no. [protected] i received a call from your head office and i again

                      Explained the problem being faced by me and requested for immediate action. On the next day i made a call on mobile no. [protected] at 04:10 p. M. At your bring office but that to took unexpected time to rectify the problem.
                      From the above your good honor will observe:
                      1. The fault in supply line wrong connection and negligence of your concerned contractor namely vivek kumar mobile number - [protected].
                      2. Now i am to replace the in house wire and as well as the burnt instruments etc. Which may cost to me of rs.15000/18000 or so plus labour charges besides the tension we had.
                      I therefore request your goodself to look into the matter personally and help me to get the in house wire to get replaced or alternatively compensate me with the forth coming expenses approximately rs.17000/18000 on priority bases.

                          We have been facing power cuts for atleast 7-8 hours a day and we live in a well reputed town and surprisingly in the 21st century but ur electricity board and you failed to beleive us that we are truely embarked on 21st century there is a humble request please check ur power supply cuts especially in pathankot or if nothing happen we have to then summon you on this
                          I beg to say than transformer of our village deeda sainian is not working as it is totally damaged from last couple of weeks. Please kindly solve our issue relating problem.

                              Hi there seems to be a problem in the electric bills recieved at our property in village dansiwal.
                              Last bill which we paid for 2 months was for 137, 000 rps. We rent out 4 rooms to the paper factory for there 4 works. They only sleep at the property. They only use the electri for lights and fans. No a/c in the property.
                              I carried out investigation in to old bills which was paid by the factory and the bill reading were 0 many times.
                              I want full investigation carried out in our account as fraud is being done and i want to get my money refunded.

                                Complaint : my consumer number is [protected] which mention on electricity bill., dist mohali regarding complaint of extra bill amount charges. But again and again my electricity bill has been charged extra every bill. Bcoz there is low consumption of electricity but bill huge bill has been produced by electricity department. I humbly request you to kindly resolve this problem,

                                  Description-last month a bill of rs. 1660 was sent and has been paid as previously the bills were paid regularly before hand. We have received a wrong bill of rs 1, 25, 740 this month. Even though we pay the bill timely every month, still we have received this wrong amount bill this time. Kindly take action on this as it is causing inconvenience.

                                  Resolution - kindly get the wrong bill back and give us the correct bill so that we can pay back on time.
