Bill no. I040617e[protected] dt. 31.05.2017 paid on 17.06.2017 receipt no.[protected], but in my current bill no. I047517g[protected] dt. 29.07.2017 showing arrear current tear rs. 4035, arrear previous year rs. 573 & adjustment rs. 120. When i clear my dues then how these arrear can reflect. After paying all dues it is harassment to me to go to pspcl office and explain the clear things and for doing this i will take 1-2 days leave.in digital india we are doing online transaction and in return suffering harassment.

My neighbors high power 3 face wire (Cut wires) touching my office from front side with my aluminum work...
But no-one solved my problem
I have been said many times to my neighbor
And register my complaint to electricity complint number
But no solution yet
So please solve my problem

Hello team, my meter on the name of mohinder singh s/o gurdial singh baba farid complex a duneke moga & my a/c no is [protected]. My complaint reg meter status as my meter already changed by department person near about 4 months ago. But still i received my two bills on the average basis. So pls arrange to check the status on urgent basis & resolve the issue asap.

Sir, i consumer no. P17ra520435m and p17ra520345l payed my bill on[protected] by check no. 697751 and 697752. My receipt no. Are[protected] and[protected]. Amount is not debited from my account till now on[protected] while last date by check is[protected].
Please move these checks in bank and receive the amount before due date otherwise i shall not be responsible for any penalty for late fee.

My ac no is t64cg22044k. Bill of rs. 780.00 paid online on 29.07.2017 money deducted from account but reciept not received. Went to goindwal sahib and khadoor sahib pseb offices they told there is nothing we can do about it. You have to enquire on helpline no 1912. Since four days helpline number people are telling that it will be credited to your account within 24 hours. Still problem not resolved

Sir, we have problem regarding the improper or low electricity supply because there is no electric transform in our area to provide proper electricity supply, or in our locality electricity wires are open and single phase, so please its a humble requet from me and my local residents to kindly take action regarding this, thankyou

Our electricity meter is not working form last 5-6 months (Dead). The man who came for reading and bill distribution updated the same in front o[censored]s immediately to the authorities and give us the bill on average basis. After that we also filed the complaint 2-3 times, but no one came to check and the same were closed, today again (Third time) we got bill on average basis and we think it’s too high (Rs. 15000/-) as per our usage as most of the time we were not at home, so when we asked to boy (Came for reading and bill distribution) he said this is on average basis & for meter change you have to contact j. E. Or s. D. O.
Similarly when i called customer care they said it will be changed we are logging the complaint and given us the reference no.
Now @ 1830 hrs. Two men came and just seen the meter not working and replied that meter will not be changed or repaired by calling to customer care you have to contact j. E. And give them a written complaint only than it can be resolved. There is no other option to rectify the complaint.

Now i want to know,
What is the right procedure to get my meter changed or rectified?
Why the man (Who came for reading and bill distribution) or customer care have the proper guideline for the same?
How the complaint is closed by just giving the justification “the meter is burnt or so” without checking? And why no one asked is it changed or not?

Electricity main wire lay down on the center of our road these wires are lay down from 6 year. We should meet to sdo balachaur, complaint, or press news time to time. There are loose and open joints on the center. They might shucks current any time. This is the main way for school buses, farmers, transport, etc. But very risky and dangerous. When we contact to the sdo balachaur, they roughly reply us. Please take action such kind of employeesand immediately solve our problem in this rainy season. Thanks

In village jand wala, teh guruharsahai, dist ferozepur, many people name bhim sen, ram chand, lacchman ram, etc theft the electricity by an instrument on the meter and karnail singh, niranjan singh, baljinder singh and some others theft elec from transfarmer bye pass wire. Transfarmer situated in their house, people who pay their bill honestly are sufferd from low voltage power, plz visit at night time and check

Power from meter to shop is dead. Please check it hurry. Electricity is dead from yesterday evening so its too much problem to suffer without it so do it as hurry as you can

I am from mahadpur, po-budhabar, dist-hoshiarpur we are suffering from power cuts and low voltage and power fluctuation since last two months or four weeks. Many times we all the member's complaint towards electricity office regarding these power fluctuation but no more response or solutions are done by this pspcl office. Due to some electricity fluctuations, many of my electronic appliances got damaged. So please solve these problems as soon as possible...

I am from ropar, azad nagar, haveli khurd, we are suffering from power cuts since last two or four weeks i thought some faults which are not dissolve permanently therefore we are facing maximum power cuts in night mean full night. Many times we all the members complaint towards electricity office regarding these power cuts but no more permanent solutions done by this pspcl office. They done only temporary fitting but after some time due to some electricity fluctuations electricity fails. So please solve these problems as soon as possible.

I always distrub about this wrong sms on my mobile, i also complaint on pspcl application but i not solve this problem so i come a on this site... My mobile no [protected], always sms for a/c no..[protected] for electricity bill, this is not my account, please repair this problem, very thankful to you. From.. Respect sir, what is the use of private electricity if still we have to tolerate such kind of power cuts. From the last few days power cut timing is 10:30pm and if we call the helpline they have similarly replies for all days that they are repairing. Why they use to repair at nights only or they are said to do so. Plz pay attention sir because what it is the use of your ministership if the same problem we are facing now also... And as earlier said by our ministers only that we have abundant of electricity. To prove this statement you had an answer that one grid is still not started.
It's a request sir plz pay attention towards this serious issue of too much power cuts especially at nights. As it disturbs the whole schedule of other day.

As i am living in rent in house number 2339 sector 71 mohali. As i found their is big difference between my bill at one month it will 1500 and the next month it will 3200 i dont whats going on. My owner has old meter as sub meter. And we have the new one why this is nobody notice the meter he have yes ofcourse his own bill is coming on mine bill. Please do the need full. They are making fool o[censored]s. We are far away from our houses just for job and they are making fool o[censored]s that we did not know anything

I live in new raja garden, mithapur road, jalandhar city. Electricity supply has been off since 10.30pm and now its already 2.30am and still no electricity, i have also registered my complaint on phone and my complaint number is 8077600. And the main problem is nobody picks phone in local electricty office and when i call on 1912 to ask about the status of electricty, they keep on extending the time, they say men are on work, but there is no one there on work, every other area has electricity except ours. Nobody is there to listen. Please help us.

I bakhshish singh resident of 15 kartar park, patiala went to the office of the concernd authority (Western commercial subdivision patiala) today on[protected] i tried to handover the copy of required form duley filled, copy of the registration deed. Copy of bill, copy of adhar card.
I regret to point it out that the behaviour of the concerned dealing clerk was very embrassing, and harsh. I felt insulted. He did not receive the required documents from me.
I bring it into your notice that i have been paying electric bills from my bank account evenif the connection iss not yet transfered to my name.

You are requested to take disciplinary action against the dealing clerk. I can recognise him, and transfer the connection into my favour.
If you did not take approate action, i will be forced to move to the court of law, and to dc, patiala
