Dear sir,

Greetings, my name is pardeep kumar s/o sh. Nathu ram residence of village badali, post office badali, tehsil kharar district mohali punjab 140301. My contact number is [protected]. I am farmer by profession and 8 family members are dependent on me or i am total independent on agriculture.

On[protected] i have submitted a request file with all completed documents for getting new tube well connection/ deposisted departmental fee as a security amount of rs. 1000/- at pspcl office kharar with dairy number of 37850/ap205. That time concerened officer promised me to release connection with next two year.
After two year i am regulary visiting this office i am just getting new dates on every visit not connection. Surprisingly last year i get response that connection upto march 2007 is already released and about my connection they told me that yours will be released by next time. I don't know when next list will be released. Should i have to wait for more ten year of else.
Dear electricity minister/ senior officer of the department as i already mentioned my entire household is dependent on agriculture, my irrigation is totally depends upon rain and now i am in a very trouble as its very difficult to survive for me or to fulfil the basic needs of my family.
Kindly do favour of my by making arrangement to release my connection as early as possible.

      I am a residence of Gulmohar Trends Dhakoli Zirakpur; dated 4th July 2017 due to a short circuit the power of societu goes off; we register a complaint at 4 am but on duty foreman said that he is not available in the area so he will come around 7 am. Irrespective of several calls the person picked up the call at 8 am and said that his duty is over and the other on duty foreman will tackle the complaint now; finally at 11:40 am the issue got resolved; just wanted to know one thing why our govt is paying the night shift foremans if they are not capàble of solving the problem when required.

        We live in village mallian pakkian.. Postoffice _dehriwal daroga...

        Few days ago 2 people came to our house. Jashpal and sdo.. They misbehave with us. They use bad language with us for money. Jashpal have demanded 5000 money from us. People says it corruption.. We were 2 members in house..
        You should take a hard action on it..
        He have irritated to us.
        They have did all these things with others also...

              I was paying the electricity bill on 1st july 2017 for my account no [protected], after clicking on pay now from internet banking, amount was deducted from my account but I received an message of payment failure. No receipt was generated for this case. I am yet to receive refund for this payment.

              When should I expect the refund to be completed for this case.

                I want to bring your focus on one of the most important topic which we faces from last 4 months.My village is Nagal Sarsa, district Roopnagar, which is associated with a feeder bhartgarh Electrical Lineman Name Pawan and junior engg Sr.Balwant singh whose behavior is very bad. For the past 4 months we are being harassed so much that I cannot explain. Many cuts of electrical power are used without any reason.When we call to linenan or junior engg. Speak to them, they say that call at Patiala and later they turn off their mobile numbers and go to sleep.
                So please take action against the concerned authorities and the complaint should be taken as soon as possible.here am mentioned the mobile numbers of concerned officers.

                      Hi Sir

                      I am Sandeep Kumar living in Flat n0. 702-B Balaji Towers, Kishanpura, Dhakoli road, Zirakhpur, Mohali, Punjab registered under the name of Mr. Atul Aggarwal with account number: Z74BS300756F. I have received excess electricity bill for the period of 30/04/2017 to 23/06/2017 i.e 20000(approx). The flat cannot consume this much power plus we were out from the flat for 15 days. We ran the appliances in the same order as we did for the previous period of electricity bill. The meters were installed by Punjab electricity board at the time of construction.
                      I request you to please look into this matter o[censored]tter concern to me and update the changes as soon possible online so that we can pay the bill online without any issue.

                              I belongs to village kundal, block - abohar, distt. Fazilka.
                              We are facing huge light problem. Whenever wheather change i. E raining our area power supply shut down for many hours, it is regular practice, when we camplint to local body they said work is going on. It is taking too long as pspcl having shortage of manpower. And mostly not picking phones.
                              So i request to take necessary action to resolve our problem permanently.

                                  Hi i am facing problem with voltage fluctuations in night time and have logged the complaint many times and every time i got this answer that we can't do any thing.
                                  Last night at 11pm their was a power cut i logged the complaint at 1912 and the technician came and said he is not having ladder so he can't rectify the problem and same was resolved at 5am and i called sdo at least 5-6 times and he didn't answer the call at all.
                                  When i asked the customer care representative that where can i lag the complaint about the poor services he said we don't have any process for this

                                    The electricity supply of four houses in our street has been stopped. On 25.6.2017, i got registered a complaint on no.[protected] and one sukhwinder singh had received the call but he made lame excuses and dis not register a complaint. I made about 10 calls on said number. The electricity supply has been stopped since last night till now. The persons had suffered a lot since last night. Kindly do the needfulls and take an action against said sukhwinder sing who was performing his duty last night.

                                      I'm residing in badal colony, zirakpur. The frequent power cuts in this locality make our lives miserable in the summer especially in weekends. For example when rain starts or when there is gale the power supply will automatically cut off. In the April 18th edition of Times of india I saw an article, in that IIM, Ahmedabad suggested the Punjab govt to sell the surplus power of 1000MW to Pakistan to rationalize it's debt burden. Being a power surplus state, DISCOMS and govt failed to provide 24×7 power supply to it's citizens. If you want to sell the power, you should make sure the 24×7 power supply to the residents.

It was also paid within the stipulated time period vide receipt number:[protected] dated: 3rd may, 2017 through online payment mode. But today i received bill wherein, last months bill of rs. 4900/- is showing as outstanding along with late payment charges.

                                        2. Moreover, my metre is working & last month also the bill was raised on average basis & this month also it has been raised on average basis. Why this is so? When next month, your team will come for taking reading, i will be billed for the entire units of last 4 months. Where this average bill will be adjusted???

                                        If no solution is given within 7 days, i will sue pspcl in court & raise the matter in media also.

                                        You are humbly requested to clarify the status & adjust the payments accordingly.
