I was deposited rs 3170 on 26th march 2017 through pnb net banking from sb ac [protected] to pspcl ac g57gt631294x under payment id[protected] and marchant order id is pyu[protected] and status was successful.
When next pspcl bill received i note that previous bill rs 3170 with surcharge added in this bill.
Then i send my complaint at customers care. Customers care forward it to pspcl under status update id 1572254 dated 17th may 2017.
I also lodge complaints on [protected] on17th may and 23rd may under no m[protected] and m[protected].
Sir till now i have not received any massage regarding solution of my complaint and no amount refunded in any of my accounts.
You again requested to make necessary action immediately to solve my problem.

Dear sir/madam,
I live in ludhiana and having problems with the bills in the month of march i got a bill of rs 14000 where as that was winter time and when i went there to show them they said to pay me minimum 7000 i paid that then a person came to change the meter as it was defaulty. He said ur bill was nothing and new meter reading was showing very less again they need to pay me 14000 i don't know what to do i have both bills with me and the receipt of 7000 i paid. I want to know what is happening as i am not running away but why this is happening to me. Normally is was around 7 to 8 thousand earlier why i need to pay them more 6 on the top. I need help plz ssuggest me right way what to do.

Hello, my name is yogesh i am working at 27 mld sewage treatment plant pathankot which is under pwssb. I am writing here about electricity cut problem. Our connection is 800 kva three phase, we were facing problem of electricity cut only in our plant at that time there is no cut in all near by area. Its 6 or 7 night without electricity. At the time of connection the staff didn't provide any jumper switch in line. So when its is little whether problem they cut all line which is also gone to stone crusher. They gives us connection from that line which is directly goes to the stone crusher. This line is so long from city. Our plant is just near the city. If they provide the jumper switch in line near our plant then it is good. Now at this time the staff cuts the line from behind our plant and they will not respond till by morning. We have to face so many problems if there is no supply for one hour. I tried many times by putting complaint on 1912 service. But the pspcl staff responds only after 10. Am in next morning. Please solve our problem so we can serve our best for pwwsb. My no. [protected]

I call customer care no[protected] at 11am today four times. But two times no. Shown busy, one times after full ring no one received call, one times disconnected by your staff. What we should do if no one received customer care no. You given in newspaper that if anybody not receive customer call you strict action. Please do the required action against that as customer get frustrated if customer care not receive call.

Number of time we call to sdo in midnight for complaint. But sdo never pickd the phone. Now u people tell wht shld we do. Is this right way to tackle complaints. Very shameful for pspcl very shameful. If we call at yours complaint office they said "22 ji aaj bande nhi aye te na hee je phone chukda hai te na hee sdo asi ki kriye 22 asi teaap v bahut pareshan hege haan" now u tell what should we do

We had submitted the payment of Rs.32, 394/- (Thirty Two Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Four Only) through DD against one of our tower Electricity Bill (Installed at Naka No-7) having account no-[protected] on dated 24/03/2017.
But by clerical mistake from your staff the payment was posted in wrong account ([protected]).
From that day we are approaching your respective team for correction but our problem not getting resolved. As per your team that account belongs to Amritsar and we need to approach Amritsar office for refund / correction.

You are requested to intervene and help us for resolution.

Myself Deepak Kumar my area electricity was gone at 10.00 pm and I registered complaint through 1912 they registered my complaint and message me reference no with contact no of line man and that contact person mobile is switched off whole night. At 3.00 am I recieve message that my request is resolved but still no electricity is here. This is totally harassment of people. Please do necessary steps so that your employees do their work on time.

My self princi living in aman city near city heart kharar #49 top floor. My meter no is 8997740 installed one month ago. Last night sparking observed in meter box and light of comlete house was shut down. Temperarorly private eletrcian has rectified it but according to him same is to be rectified permanently as soon as possible and only pspcl employee can do that.
Pls rectify asap to avoid any sudden damage.

I am a resident of town abohar, district fazilka, punjab. Now a days after coming congress party coming in power in punjab, at a sudden abohar is facing severe electricity supply problem, long
.. Very long power cut are there that not even prior information. This is a worst punishment for elderly, old people and sick people.
Your customer care people are two feet beyond you.. They never tell about the duration of electrics cuts even after calling these people. The mobile numbers and land line numbers provided by corporation always out of range, out of order, if it rings then never picked up by customer care. Huge money you collect from the people, in turn you provide poorest service that ever can be. People are angry, they are expressing their anger only in words... But if it continues words can change their form...

I'm a resident of 1557/3 Naya bass Raghumajra, Gali no 3. Patiala, Punjab. As the meter boxes is grounded up and taking the support of my house to stand. I'm worried that current can pass through my home items. Please repair that box to stand it itself without any support of my home. It is inclined on my house. I request you to repair it asap.

But it is not updated and has been added in my current bill so I request you to update it and less it from my current bill amount so that I can deposited my current right due bill amount. My premises having three phase electricity supply but out of three one phase is not working properly causing lot of inconvenience. I will greatly appreciate you for this favour.

My bill a/c no. Is [protected]. My bill after surcharge was 8074 rupees. I made an online payment from my debit card, but you have charged rupees 8157. I have confirmed from my bank there are no extra charges from bank. It is from your department only, kindly make it clear why you have deducted more money than bank.. Or it is a lesson that i should never make an online payment of my electricity bill...

The complaint has been unilaterally resolved without coming to consumer site.
For the last 2 days complaint is being resolved without mending fault which still exists. The supply is not restored in bank premises for the last 36 hours. It is sorry state of affairs The written complaint was not accepted at Majitha Road office Amritsar. Contacted SDO on mobile but only false promises.
