Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] Complaints & Reviews

Dear sir,
My name is jeer raj h. No. 100 new rasila nagar basti danishmandan jalandhar punjab.
We deposit the money to change the name of ownership and applied 3 phrase connections under the mater no,. J758bd390780k
But unfortunately who deduct the receipt of our payment, he mentions wrong mater no on it, he mentioned mater no j758bd390789
We went many time to adresh nagger power corporations to amend the receipt and all but no body is ready to hearing our problems.
Some one from the power corporations he said this file is more then 3 year old you must pay again charges for change of ownership and 3pher connections.
We are really fedup from the pspc.
Please advice us what to do, where should we go and whom will be responsible to answer us.

I want to tell you that there is issue regarding the power cuts and voltage fluctuation in transform which cant be resolve from the last few days. Every one is enjoying the power supply but we are facing the problem of power cut due to transform problem. They told us that they have sanction a new transformer for our area, but after 1 year same problem exist as no new transformer is installed, we are trying to register the complaint but no one picking up the phone to attend and resolve the problem. There is no power from the last 5 hours.

Sir local barnala telephone exchange with account number is [protected] as per pspcl issue date is mostly 2nd day of the month, but for the month of june today is 06 june 2017, till date i have not received the bill, how it is possible to pay with due date, because local barnala telephone exchange has huge amount.
Please consider my req.& take n/a pl.

R/sir/madam, may i have your kind attantion towards the irresponsible behaviour of pspcl staff bathinda for not installing a new power connection applied by my wife mrs. Anju bala on dated 5.5.2017 and required fee was also deposited but surprisingly every tine after several request they have enough excuses of non availability of equipment, staff etc causing me a great harassment. Kindly do the needful to get me connection installation. Thanks n regards

We been facing an issue since 3 days every time we are filing a complaint at toll free number no no body visit and when we call back to check the status they say its been resolved i made a new complaint around 2:00 pm 05/06/2017
Now its 4:30 am 06/06/2017 not fixed yet everyone says it will be done soon
You guys are taking salaries for doing nothing i know this also writing this wont make any difference to you guys because i see 100's of like this already still i am trying my latest complaint no is 7200262 they sent a line man's phone no which was switch off all day

Every night there are power cuts which are very disturbing... We cant sleep at night due to these power cuts
We call bigli board for complaining.. Nothing is done in time... They are so relaxed.. We called them firstly near 12 nd then near 4am but they said fuse uda hai.. Half an hour tk a jayega koi...

I am living near jalandhar cannt, village - khusropur, vajra army enclave. We have submitted complaint regarding voltage fluctuation in 2016 to je and sdo in there office birring. They told us that they have sanction a new transformer for our colony, but after 1 year same problem exist as no new transformer is installed, even they are giving new meter connection on same transformer, in result of this transformer fuse burn out frequently. We are tired of the way in which they are working, and not resolving the complaints.

It is to informed you that pspcl office sarai amant khan officials are not handling our request to change 1 phase meter to 3 phase meter. Our axis bank gandiwind branch meter no is gw241401f should be replaced with 3 phase meter.
Branch is alloted 8 kv load and there is a lot of fluctuation in electricity due to single phase meter which will result in a big loss of electricity server, ups and air conditioners.
We are approaching pspcl office sarai amant khan from last 20 days to change meter. We submit request letter two times, but they are very stubborn and ignoring our request.

Kindly do the needful so that our branch meter gets replaced on urgent basis

Rishi nagar a block ludhiana sir here transformer is overload condition because rishi nagar a block & x block all taken electricity in this transformer. R u think is it sufficent for whole houses. This transformer is soo weak condition and wires are verry loose. Sir we r requested to you pls shift x block electricity. Sir who are bear our loses all a block residental's damaged ac's, fridge, inverters & all bulb's tubes blast. If not any work in this situation we r given letter against action lack of works.

Hiii i am living in gurdev nagar zirakpur mohalli. I am facing the low voltage supply in our line.in summer season we facing a lots of problem our fridge is not working properly fan, ac its a harrasement from pspcl electricity. Nobody changes the main wire in main wire lots of cuts in line lots of patch work bt nobody see the main line... I want to just please provide 3 phase line in our area in our line for better improved electricity in future also. I complaint to jee engineer also bt he did not do anything yet i contact most of the time in a day bt he didn't pick up the calls of mine he says ki main krwa dunga bt abhi 2 month ho gya h abhi tk kch ni hua h koi kaam krke raazi ni ha. Its a big harrassement from the pspcl.

I am leaving in vasant vihar phase 2 in dhakoli here i am facing electricity problem everyday but from last 2 days these problem increased too much in last night when i called at complain line to say that here we not have electricity they said me that there is no problem in my area but to check he raised complaint and assigned line man to check. I called line man 20 times but his mobile just ringing at 4am he picked my phone and saying that he will solve this in 10 minutes i said okay. But after this he stop responding to my phone at 6:15 he picked my phone and saying that his duty timing is over now new person will come and resolve the issue i called again at complain line that your line man saying this to me he said me that in hole night that line man not picked his phone also.

I already told to line man that i will complain this thing to higher but his reply is very strange that i can complain to anyone he don't care for this that kind of service punjab electricity board is giving to public.

Just tell if we not sleep in night what we do in hole day and at 6:30am i again lodge complaint for my night electricity problem this time line man saying me that he have so many complaints it will take time to get resolved. I leave my house at 8am to go to my work place till that time no resolution i received from line man.

I am resident of green city sangrur road dirba. A huge problem of low voltage is arising from 2 3 days. Even a single ac is not wrking. Earlier due to this problm i had suffered alot. I have complainted for this problm many a times but there is no response from your side. Plz take this seriously. Kindly resolve my problm as soon as possible.

That am resident aklia kalan district kalan we are more than 20 houses and one school are harassed from electricity department the connection of electricity come to us from jaitu pspcl officials of jaitu harassing us from last week they cut connection of light from chandbhan at night daily from. Week when i ask to them they. Say you are from another district we cannot solve the problem of line m also informed my problem on 1912 but no results come out they cut connection at 9 o clock pm daily when we complaint to pspcl office. Goniana mandi they join the connection but daily at night official of jaitu line cut our connection of electricity from chandbhan we are harassed from week plz solve our problem

Complaint locked on pspcl 1912 number regarding power failure in some parts of village harsipind, near tanda urmar since yesterday night 9:30 pm I.e 3/6/2017, also called the line men on mobile no.[protected], however the line men responded that they don't provide service in village area in night. Inspite of calling/registering complaint on several occassion. The problem still not resolved till morning of 4/6/2017. Even the line men is not picking the phone.This is the pathetic service of pspcl people. And their boss is issuing false statement in press release that pspcl is providing thought out power. In 21 century also our companies are not able to provide service 24 hours. All are lier in pspcl from top to down.

Dear sir,

I am one of the consumers of punjab state power corporation limited having account number [protected]. The power meter was earlier installed inside my residence since 1994. But now at the instruction from punjab state power corporation limited, the outsourced agency got it affixed outside our residence unsuitably as it is merely hanging with gate pillar. Sometimes during rains the current passes through the pillar and also inside our residence and thus posing great risk to the lives of persons living inside. It is also posing risk to outside people.

Keeping in view the gravity of problem kindly look into the matter and get it resolved at the earliest.

My contract a/c # is [protected] and meter a/c no. 340800P total load 15.190 kw (thee phase) Domestic. On 31st May when the meter reader saw that the meter is not working and showing only a consumption of 195 units, he issued a bill on average basis of 1300 units-for Rs. 9730. It is too much on the higher side. The last six months average comes to 626 units and 12 months average consumption comes to 952 units only. Power cut from 10-30 pm onwards today 2-6-2017. It is very painful to bear powercuts at night... When a person reaches home after hactic day.. He has to face power cut.. As a result he cannot take rest.. Students cannot prepare for thier exams etc.. As and when pspcl complaints office is approached at 2974749.. Nobody pics the phone.. If the complaints are not attended then why complaints helpline no. Is provided..

We are resident of rayya (143112), amritsar. Electricity cuts are made about 16-17 hours a day. Since last 2-3 weeks regularly full night (22:00- 9:00) electricity cut occurs, and also at day time. Students are not able to do their school works at time. Those who has no inverter at their home how will they manage in this hot season.

So we request you to please resolve this problem.
