I am resident of house no 184/7 badal colony NK sharma road Zirakpur Punjab
From yesterday evening there is no electricity at our house and i am very much disappointed with your service
I, ve registered complaint over phone as well but there is no response from your side.

Every time reading is taking after two months which cause excess payment to us unnecessary. Whereas it should be taken after one month.kindly refund us for excess payment made every month due to the default of your readers not arrival after one month regularly

Its been 5 days now their is no electricity on our tubewells. Through which the condition of our corn getting worst. And the J.E of our feader do not responding.

    Since after elections result 2017, here are various electricity cuts in our location. Even toll free number 1912 is showing, incoming call facility to this number barred.
    Please help and rectify the electricity problem at our lovation.

      Hi,

      This is to inform that one of the electricity pole situated between old Ambala Road and Sushma Urban Views society, in Gazipur, Zirakpur, Punjab, has bend to almost 60 degrees . This pole is further leaning every day and may fall anytime.

      There are number of school buses which pass through this pole on daily basis and it is a big risk for the children as the bus may touch the pole and the wires anytime.

      Please look into the issue on urgent basis as it is a threat to many lives which pass through this pole on daily basis. Please find attached photo of the same.

I complaint on 1912 to adjust meter on[protected] and they transfer my complaint to mansa employees. Employees comes my shop and misbehave with me and not solved my problem. Kindly take quick action.

              This is to inform you that last week your field staff has fixed 2 big meter boxes of 4 meter each on my residential building located at b-4-1779, jain mohalla, purana bazar, ludhiana, in which 3 meters are other consumers navendu jain, sanjeev jain & ram murti.
              These 3 meters were fixed on my wall without my permission. You are requested to advise your field staff for remove above 3 meters from my wall at you earliest possible.

                I paid rs. 600 against my electricity bill for account number B55KS131903X, which is at Shushant City-1, Kotshamir, Bathinda, Punjab.
                I paid using PSPCL official mobile application through BILLDESK gateway. the payment was deducted from my bank account but not received by PSPCL.
                I e-mailed to bill desk support at [protected]@billdesk.com and to pspcl at [protected]@billdesk.com, sharing the screen shots of HDFC banking app (for deduction of amount) and pspcl app screenshot describing the non-availability of payment process completion.
                but I have not received any support from them both.

                    My a/c no. [protected] in the name of Neelam Kamra. I have received the electricity bill for the Month of March, 2017 which is not in the readable condition. the printing of bill is too light. Secondly, i have received the monthly bill on the average basis from last 3-4 months. The meter reading in February Month is 5741 and the status of meter reading in March Month is 6270 but i received the bill on average basis not on the difference basis of meter reading. Please rectify this mistake and send me the new bill on meter reading basis not on the average basis.
                    Dear Sir Re: above account number your electricity department keeps sending monthly bills without taking my payments into account. I have paid Rs5, 700n on december 23 for which I have the receipt. Kindly make the adjustment and send me a new bill. tks

                            There is huge scandle of electricity misuse in adda jaintipur, dst amritsar. Pincode-143502.. Sethi bakery is situated at gt road, adda jaintipur.. All the load of their shop is on main supply (Kundii connection).. No one is there for checking.. And near sethi bakery there is one carpentor shop who have 3 phase supply and his meter is inside is home.. Not outside in the meter box.. He misuse the electric meter and they pay minor bill and also no one is to complaint because they gave some money to the electricity staff. This is the example for the big lose to pspcl.. Many more cases to share if pspcl department take some action

                                  I made complaint at PSPCL Complaint Number 1912 on 10.3.2017 at 9.15 AM that My Power Supply has stopped since 9.3.2017. I got a message of my complaint Number 6324649 and mobile number of concerned Person who shall be attending my complaint. But in spite of calling him so many times my compliant has not been resolved till 2 PM.

                                  I want to ask the authorities that Why this Centralized Complaint Center has been started when you do core to resolve consumer complaints. or there is no follow Up OR accountability.
