Dear sir/mam,
I am residence at house number 1821/44 c, moti bagh, street number 4, jagraon distt ludhiana state punjab. on month of may, i had a bill of amount rs 2420 and amount should be payable after 13june is 2461. but i checked on 30th june, didn't get any bill detail and i made a payment of 2461 rs through internet banking, i am attching recipt that pspcl gave to me, pspcl shows this is your advance payment but on 1st of july i get a bill of 5610. this bill show me you have unpaid amount of previous month.i wrote a request mail to pspcl but could not get any action from their side . they gave me a number that is always switched off, i am attaching a screen shot of mail that i have sent to pspcl. i request you to look on this matter.

My account number is Z74BS224690A, we are a small family and our power consumption is very less, but we received the bill of 681 consumed units as Rs 4710. It seems that there is an issue with meter reading or someone is stealing electricity from our meter. Kindly visit the meter location and check. There are some flats in our society, who do not have electricity connection/meter but still having electricity in their house. They are stealing powers from others and society staff helping them. I, Neenu Bhagi is resident20C, Dee Ess Estate of Dhakoli, Zirakpur. I have received bill after feb 2016 for Rs 17163/-( to be paid by 14th july 2016) . I checked with my neighbors and they confirmed that bill has delivered after 4 months. Had it been calculated monthly my unit rate would have been very less. And to add the meters are in open condition . I would request to get the bill checked and rectified as it is cruelty on the part of govt to charge unlawfully .

Recently PSPCL launched a number 1912 for complain registered but what use of this number? No one pick phone ? When they pick than quickly they make it busy or disconnect it. Just launched 1912 to make fool. Very disappointed with Govt and this department. Govt should interfere and guide this department to serve customer better.sending electricity bill to house they don't delay but for giving electricity they have many problems. Department employee not performing their duty properly.always there is electricity cut in our area, giving electricity for few hours in whole day . Don't understand who will look in to this ?

I am a resident of phase 5 mohali and we have lot of voltage and light cuts issues here.

Voltage fluctuation is very high 24/7. we have to keep stablizer to run every equipment.

Also light cuts are very comman. light goes at night from 11 pm to morning due to which we have to suffer alot.

Request you to please do the need full asap. as its peak monsoon season and without electrity its difficult to live.

Sir i belong to sangrur city, distt. sangrur, punjab. we r facing a long power cut today's night. please solve this issue as soon as possible. as there r no winds these days and a lot of heat evolved from the earth surface.. there is suffogation even in our rooms.. we can not go anywherr for relief.. electricty dept. helpline nmbr always keep on going busy.. pllzzzz help us.. we can't even sleep now. thnx

There is a frequent disturbence in our Electricity connection . in our locality.
The complaint office persons at 1912 and at local office at Ropar[protected] are even not receiving the complaint calls. Not even attending the job upto 24 hrs.

I am tejinder singh the residents of green enclave colony, morinda, dist. - ropar. I writing you to bring your kind attention to the serious electricity problems in our area.

The problem we are the victims of, is explained below in brief.

Voltage fluctuations: too much voltage fluctuations every night, which may damage our costly electrical instruments.
On 23th june 2016 most of our electrical instruments are damaged by high voltage like lcd, ac, coolers, refrigerator, wifi, bulbs etc. Which cost me around rs 30000 for repair. Last year also due to exceed voltage & unexpected jumping & variance of voltage all our electrical instruments are damaged and that cost me in lakh for repair and replacement.In this area we are facing voltage fluctuation problem each and every day which is mostly start from 6 pm till morning even some time this happened in day time.
All residents of green enclave colony, morinda are facing this problem from last 4 years. We have already given many written complaints to our local authority but till no action has been taken by them.

Pspcl complaint not attended properly:
I have filed complaint to electricity board regarding fluctuations issues.
Here i bring your kind attention regarding the service request ref no. 4172474, 4178052, 4213831 from the green enclave colony, morinda. As you can see above that i have requested so many times but none of pspcl employee ever visited to resolve the issue. I raised this issue while calling on 1912 that every time you are assigning a service request no and after 2-3 hrs. I am receiving a message that your complaint has been marked as resolved however issue is still unresolved. It’s a clearly harassment.

Unregulated power cuts:
From this month’s there is unregulated power cuts here and this make unconvinced to the residents of enclave colony - morinda. These power cuts makes our life miserable. As you know this year is one of the hottest year from the past years, and these unregulated long power cuts making its more worst.
Mostly infants are most suffered from these power cuts. So please take some steps against these unregulated power cuts.

We have already given many complaints to our local authority. They are always giving us empty promises and doing nothing.

So kindly am requesting you to look into this matter personally. We all residents of enclave colony, morinda will be very thankful to you from the core of our hearts.

This is samneet singh here from #113 akanksha galaxy appartments, lajpat nagar. Zirakpur. 140603. We have been facing various fluctuations in electricity since from last night which is 27th of june 2016 till at present. Kindly fix this problem or else we might end up with loosing some expensive home appliances or some unexpected incident, who knows. Looking forward for your positive reply. As you can see above that i have requested so many times but none of pspcl employee ever visited to resolve the issue. I raised this issue while calling on 1912 that every time you are assigning a service request no and after 2-3 hrs i am receiving a msg that your complaint has been marked as resolved however issue is still unresolved. It's a clearly harassment.

It's my humble request to take necessary steps or action and resolve my electricity issue.

Sir,
Office of SDO Batala issued the bill on 06.04.2016 for the Period of 13.02.2016 to 06.04.2016 (Unit 14103 to 14421) amounting to Rs. 6840/-. I paid the amount Rs. 4838/- on dated 29.04.2016. But the concerned department issued the bill on 04.06.2016 for the period of 13.02.2016 to 04.06.2016 (Unit 14103 to 15246) amounting to Rs. 7670/-. The period and reading o[censored]nits of the above bills is same. Kindly check this matter and issue me correct Bill.

With ref. To electricity bill for ca no. [protected] i have already made the payment to pspcl through internet banking reference no. Gsbp[protected]ig0cdjdtt2 which has been credited to marchant a/c no [protected] on dated 09 june 2016. Sir the software for the reciept is not showing any details in this regard and the payment has been debited from my account on 09th june 2016 amounting to rs. 21, 700/-. Please check in your records and do the need ful in this regard to avoid any confusions.

We R trying to contact local authorities for the repair of transformer jumper but both landline no. 225471 and mobile no. [protected] are not being picked . We have tried many times.
So u are requested to look into the matter urgently as all electrical appliances are fluctuating and ACs are not working at all. It's a regular complaint for the particular transformer.

I beg to say that I have complained regarding power problem .The department accept my complain no. is 4079289. The department send me the mobile no. of J.E Nirmal Singh of DS DIVN KHANNA . I called the J.E for information about the problem . But he did not behave properly with me . he behave in rude manner . I want that strict action should be taken against J.E, that he should behave properly with people while doing his duty . please look after my application.I shall be very thankful to you.

You are requested to check our residence meter. As this meter is running very fastly and billing amount is also coming much more than before. Our bill is coming monthly only and running very very fastly when we see the meter blinking.
We request you to check it as early as possible because new bill will come again by next month again with heavy amount.
