Contract no.[protected]. Last bill paid on 04/09/2016 of Rs.2070/- for period of 29/8/16 to 19/11/16 through internet payment.My average bill always was around Rs.1500/- with 150-60 KWH consumption always.But message on my number shows Rs.6710/- although metre reading shows only 145KWH consumption for given period. Please rectify the mistake in billing immediately so that I can pay legible amount by due date..

I m Dilbag Singh s/o Gurnee Singh residence of village chat mukand, khasa, amritsar. I applied for tubewell connection in 2011.and I submitted options o[censored]nder less than 2.5 acre and demand notice no. also. In this year, when I went for got my file, the department of subdivision khasa, said the file is not here, file is missing. All the documents are missed due to the ignorance of staff. After that we showed the recipet which we have, on the basis of recipet they made a duplicate file. Now, the Cc Iqbal Singh and S. D.O khasa said that we can't release ur connection because we have no evidence like demand notice no. I Am mentally tortured by the whole staff from 5 months.. I don't know what can I do. Please help me. Please suggest me with positive points.

Sir I got an electric meter installed by pseb derrabassi pb.I was not residing in the flat and no unit of electricity was consumed either. In september 2016 my electricity meter display was not working. I lodged the complaint to 1912. They didnt cared about it. Then person came to take the meter reading and notified the same in electricity bill also. Generate the bill on pro-rata basis. After 10~15 days i went to electricity office to check the status then the executive said that meter will be changed in first week of oct. But till date meter is not changed. Today again the person came and generate the bill on approximation i. E. Rs.7780/-. This amount of bill i used to receive in summer when ac used to be on. But now a days no ac are being used. Why customer is being panalised for the delay from electricity dept??
Kindly help to get the meter replaced at the earliest and also bill to be corrected.

Meter stopped. Line man told that it will be automatically changed but of no use. At last contacted sdo.& he referred the case to jatinder kumar, je. So je report was attached & submitted to mr. Vimal sharma after ra's signatures. Vimal sharma assured that within a few minutes mco will be given & meter will be changed. About a month has passed, but meter has not been changed. High average bills are being given to us & we have to pay under compulsion.
Please take required action & change the meter at your earliest convenience

First of all the website is not working good at any time. Its broken website and most of its pages are down all the time. Also there is no perfect information about how the electricity bill is calculated. Its calculation is unclear. There are always doubts even if you try hard to calculate according to some of their tarrifs.

The website is pathetic. Its is a huge company and its developers are like children in the field of web design. It think they are relatives of some government officials otherwise who would tolerate such messy work.

I m rahul garg[protected] from talwandi sabo, i buy rice mill here in talwandi sabo named chatha rice mill and want to transfer that connection name to jai maa chintpurni food.
I had given all the documents to electricity board in talwandi sabo give they said me to want for there satisfaction like land registration, dissolution deed of chatha rice mill, each and every document which they want still there not even a single step is taken by them.
When ever i want there for this connection they don't my work and now my work is very near so please take so strict action against ra in talwandi sabo, he is not dealing with us in good manner and so this work as soon as possible.

I lodged complaint for disruption of power supply a worker came yesterday evening and told me fault will be removed tomorrow morning but after repeated requests no body came again in the evening same worker came with same reply that it will be difficult to work in the evening. It is observed that my bills and history of bill is not available on site of pspcl till today after the supply of my neighborhood also supplied the same hard copy of bills but from the last two circle my bill never supplied or upload with the result that i am unable to make online payment of due bills and have to stand in long queues for payment to make bill visit the office of pspcl from the last two circle. It is all more miserable for senior citizens. It is general complaint of almost all consumers. Central & state governments are emphasing upon the use the digital technology, but pspcl still believes in manual work which is a big hindrance in the use of online paperless, smooth working. Kindly take the matter on priority with pspcl and suggest them suitably. It is complaint...

I am to inform, that I have already informed in writing to your office on 18 th August that we are shifting from this house and our house is vacant/ locked ( nobody residing there) We are not using any electricity. Our bill statement of this month (Oct.2016) shows NiIl consumption.
Last month in Sep 2016 I paid only Rs. 1020/-
2. Now you have sent us a bill for Rs. 2420/-, which is completely wrong. Please send me the correct bill with minimum charges not the average, so that I can pay our electricity bill in time.
