Reference my electric connection no. Z74BS224463A of flat no 22 A, Aastha City, Peer Muchalla, Zirakpur - 140603. i had made payment of rs 6500.53 (bill amount + online payment charges) for my electricity bill through sbi credit card number [protected] today around 11.00 am. No receipt was received and the bill is still showing outstanding.
please credit the amount in my account under intimation at my mobile number [protected]...

It is generally observed that bills and history of bill is not available on site of PSPCL with the result that consumer is unable to make online payment of due bills and have to stand in long queues for payment.It is all more miserable for senior ctizens.It is general complaint of almost all consumers.Central & state governments are emphasing upon the use the digital technology, but PSPCL still believes in manual work which is a big hindrance...

It is to inform you that there is a electricity poll in front of my gate which is in damaged condition. We plan to widen the area of our main gate but that poll block the passage. We use power supply very less only tv, fridge, two tube lights, one fan. There is no ac, no any other thing like water motor. But we had received large amount equal to our neighburs who have all facilities like water motor, fridge, cooler and toka machine for cows, bulbs and other things. Our electricity is shut down since yesterday morning, we already lodge the complaint against complaint no. 5171586 dt. 28.08.2016. 2 technian come at on the spot and he told thie problem will resolve by je, after this contact j. E. And told he is on leave for 2-3 days.
Yet this time problem is still pending.

Last month our meter box which contains app 10 meters got burn, i registered a compaint and technician came and join the wires directly. we requested them to change the meter but nothing happend. Now the raised a bill of Rs. 8000 dated 25.08.2016 on average basis, my average bill is not more than Rs. 4000/-

3. The electric meter is reading excessively thus incurring monetary difficulties to us.
4. Request inspect our electric meter and replace it with new calibrated one at the earliest.
5. I have not received electricity bill for previous cycle. Kindly post it through SMS and e-mail...

I have registered a complaint which request no. Is 5129915 on 25/8/2016 at 13:57. And get message at 6:36 pm. That your service request no. 5129915 has been marked as resolved.


But it is very strange that with out visiting to the site they flash the message .


Again i call to 1912 and told to them that all happened with this complaint. They again registered the new complaint with new request number...

The jumpers connecting my, elct. house connection are loose, resulting in frequent disruption in supply and sparking at night.The line men coming to attend the complaint strike the jumpers with stick and say its ok now.For maintc. you should contact field s.d.o.Pl. get the jumpers fastened properly and save from this day to day botheration.
