60 to 90 pocket ii, jalandhar city.144009 wants to bring in
Your kind notice that the rainy season is approaching fast
The growth of the trees grew under the power line passing through the said pocket will automatically become fast and
Is dangerous for the life of resident and the particularly the
Children playing in the park which is situated under the said
Power lines.
So, please chopped off/ cut off the trees grown urgently
Under advice to us.

    My account no. Is [protected].. I had made payment of amount rs. 11, 130/- through Internet..after inputting my credit card details n otp, page appears transaction is being processed.. But suddenly it shows error... As the above amount has been deducted from my account already... I received text from my bank... Even I unable to download receipt as well coz that is also mentioning no records found of last payment.

    Please rectify n do let me know urgent

      Hi,

      There is power failure from last night, once the power came for around 30-40 minutes only, but after that no electricity, this problem is not in whole society but in few homes only, few houses in our neighborhood is having uninterrupted power supply, but few home including my is not having the electricity from last night, Please look into the matter & do the needful.

      Please treat it on priority.

        Respected sir,
        I am kulvir singh from saron district and tehshil sangrur. I want to attention about 11000 voltage lines that are crossed on the terraces of 32 houses. These electric lines are very dangerous for our lives.In the natural circumstances the village people who are from this problem, fear. We requested many times aur sarpanch and govt ministers but they ignored it. So i request you to help us to sort out this problem. I hope u will understand our feelings and will take steps.

          Sir,

          I have filed complaint to electricity board regarding fluctuations issues, Your people from electricity board came to check fluctuations cause and they said that there is fault in earthing they have tightened the neutral wire and now it will be fine but voltage issue is still there and because of that my TV is fused out and now it will not be repaired and I have to end up buying new one and 2 stabilizers are fused out.

          I request you send someone and take preventive measures and get it correct asap.

              I have applied for new residential connection in the name of gaurav varma s/o ashok verma at bhagat singh nagar, street no-2, derabassi-140507 distt-sas nagar (Mohali) and deposited the requisite fee vide receipt no 125 dtd 22.4.2016. On enquiry from the deptt at derabassi, it is found that new meters have been issued till application received upto 30 apr 2016 except mine. I have also talked in the office on the issue and it is informed that meters are not available. I could not understand the problem, that when the meters are issued till 30.04.2016, then why my meter is not available.

                I have suffer Power cut and low voltage issue since last month in hoshiarpur.

                I have also logged number on complaints but i don't get any permanent solution on same, i think in last 15 days more the 6 days electricity is not available. I want to share my today experience, My electricity is not work since two days i have also open complaint with number-3906670, But when i call to customer care for update they mis behave with me and unable to help me in any way.

                I request to you take it on perirety and help for same ASAP.

                  We registered a complaint at 7 am on 5th June. But we did not get the number of lineman number or any call from lineman even after 1.5 hrs. When we called customer care again at 8.30 am they registered a new complaint. But Lineman did not come after repeatedly asking to attend complaint. When lineman number was given, he was rude that he will come later on.

                        There is no electricity at Shivalik City Sec-127 Kharar since 4th Jun 1 am. It is 14 hours passed and no sign of electricity.
                        I am not sure what promises Govt makes for 24 hours electricity supply in Punjab when areas don't get electricity for such long durations

                        In case some action can be taken against concerned persons for not resolving issue in time it would be great. Officials take people for granted and neglect of their duty.

                          My consumer number is p41uf293161l. The bill was issued on 21/5/2016. But till submitting of this complaint the bill was not uploaded on website. The last date for depositing the bill is 3/6/2016 and with cheque the last date for depositing the bill is 6/6/2016. It is normal routine that bill are not uploaded in time and then there is penalty imposed on the consumer or the consumer is forced to pay it either through cheque or stand in queue. Either you withdraw this facility and if facility is to continue then it is requested that it should properly facilitate the consumer. It is really a embarrassing experience that the attitude of the people at corporation has not changed despite of change of structure from board to corporation. Kindly do the needful to enable me to deposit the bill online.

                            I live in village of post offce karni khera in border road near city & distt. Fazilka. My comaplaint si electricity meter no.[protected] & pspcl a/c no. Is (Y52ps450357w). This meter without any uses home electricity run away. I already complaint for my village lineman & j. E. Sahib, but no checking for my complaint. This month my bill received for 2620/- rs. Against 427 unit dated[protected] to[protected], but my always used the electricity minimum two month 180 to 250 unit. So i complaint my meter plz check & change it.
                            You know, let's have your meter box are manipulated due to which some people are having the same problem.
                            Sir, i request that you at least consider my complaint.

                                There are two electricity poles in between the road which can cause accident anytime please arrange something asap as road is under construction and its easy to move out last time grant come in but no action has been taken village sakraudi district and tehsil sangrur near bhawanigarh as there has been 7 lakh alloted 5 years back to move these poles bit we dont know where the money gone nothing changed thanks

                                    I lodged a complaint regarding repair/replacement of our 3-phase electricity meter to PSPCL on 23-Feb-2016 . Out of 3 phases, one of our phase has not been working and the meter needs repair. No action has been taken by PSPCL regarding this so far and nobody has even visited once to even check the problem.

                                      We've paid our electric bill online, and the transaction of rupees 5480.0 is successfully done by the company, but the bill is still due. the earlier bills we've paid were successful, though this one is having some issues, you may either return our money or fix the problem. we've received a message that your payment (id-*******) of rupees 5480.0 for PUNJAB STATE POWER CORPOR is unsuccessful, whereas the money was transactioned by the company.

                                        My name is Tarsem Singh s/o Dalip Singh V.P.O Saidpur Distt. Kapurthala, Punjab, India.
                                        Our meter number is X25LD340114P
                                        Actually we lodge a complaint last year when we received almost 8000rs bill in the summer while we didn't use AC but our neighbors they always use AC we have doubt that our meter's wires are cross connected with our neighbour's meter because they received normal amount bill but we received unexpected amount bill continuously for 4 months last summer.

                                        We lodge a complaint but unfortunately no one appeared and same thing happened this year i submit a complaint letter at Tibba village Grid and they promised that they come on the next day and i was at home for whole week but no one came even i gave them my contact number but didn't receive any call from them.
                                        We thought now it is running by a private company any things have changed but nothing is changed.
                                        Please send someone asap so that we could clear our doubt otherwise we can't pay for which are not using...
