I received a fake call from (Said to be) naukri [protected], they said i have to pay 1650 to attend interview, if i'm not selected they'll refund my amount, then they asked me to send 7600rs after selection [protected], then they asked 15, 000rs i said no, they said they'll refund the amount within this october but i didn't get any. [protected]@india.com

    Hi,
    I bought pureit Classic uv + ro in July 2017 at Rs.10650/-.
    On 8th Oct 2018, i ordered for gkk2 as alerted by pureit system, for rs. 3850/-
    I found that filter is not dispensing water.
    Technician from pureit visited on 12th Oct 2018 for installion gkk2.
    When i complained to pureit helpline they said that there is problem with circuit board and it needs to be replaced which costs around rs. 2500/-.

    Even before completion of around 1.3 year, if circuit board needs to be replaced what is the value and quality provided by pureit?

    Pureit is even worse than Chinees counterfeit products.

    Can you please look into this, so that we can trust our Indian manufacture company and go for buying similar product in future as well.

      I purchased a water purifier from pureit n november 2017.in the first 6 months the candle had to be changed and now the filter has been changed. This is absolutely ridiculous. It's not even been a year and the internal filter had to be changed and i had to pay 2500 for the same. The representative who came did not even give back the faulty filter to us. The filter costed me 11k and it's not even a year and i paid 2500 more what kind of products are they selling that don't even last 9 months and the guarantee given is just 9 months for the filter. Even a sub standard company would give a guarantee of a year for it's part. These guys are putting faulty parts in their products and making fool of customers. It is better to buy products from a local company rather than spending such high amount and then getting it rectified. Hindustan unilever is such a big name but they are worse than a d grade company. It's better to buy from a local manufactured shop. I will be taking further action against thr representative who took the faulty part. I am sure they will repair and use it in one of the new ones and make fool of some other customer as well. These guys are cheaters and frauds.

        Continuous disturbance from puriet customer care by their sms service and in a single day on 13/10/2018 at around 1200 sms have been received even though complained to them regarding this by calling to their customer care service.
        It has been a complete disturbance for me from morning to night and their is no positive response on my complaint.
        Even after complain they did not stop the sms sending and due to this my mail box unable receive some important communications.

        Water leaks from middle section of filter.When i pour water ti should go downwards in last storage section but this is not happening.It leaks from middle section.Please advise.

          I call pureit for change gkk2, the technician will come and change it but he doesn't do proper job thats why my mashine will stop and without any checking he gone. And come next day says to change the circuit it charged 2500, but he create the problem so why i will pay money.. He was very arrogant and nontechnical person. He not knows how to change it so he damage the circuit.
          I will complian about the pureit service provider in pune

            Very poor ptoduct and poor service...6 months ago i had purchased water purifier from snehanjali nalasopara. After installation, after few days started facinf water leakage problem. Technician came and resolved tbe problem. But again after few days, the same problem occured and then again technician came and resolved the problem with temporary solution. Now it has been almost 6 month and the same problem is occuring around 7th or 8th time. Technician is not ready to solve the problem permanently. He is jusg foing the patch work and saying if the problem will occur sgsin just call me. And when i do cimplaint in customef care department, they says we will send senior technician but they are not ready to replsce the part or resolve yhe problem permanently. I spend 20000 inr for this purifier but now feeling that this is worst decision i have taken ever to chose pureit water purifier.

            During the installation the dealer did not provide us with the fiter mesh.we don't know that there will be a mesh because it's a new product that time.After 2years of purchase we got to know that there should be a mesh which is missing

              Product purchased in jul 17. Replaced csf kit in jul 18. Now, there is a problem with the purifier. Complaint no. Co34486707. Technician visited promptly and informed that control circuit may be defective and would cost around 2, 500/-. Presently, he did not have stock. 12 months warranty and a major component of the purifier going bad in 15 months doesn't speak good about quality of hl products. I'm waiting for the item to come as i can't presently afford a new purifier. Let's hope for the best. But, a series of complaints about the same item needs to be checked by the company

              Control Circuit has been replaced for 2250/-. Problem resolved. But HUL needs to check the quality of their products. 15 months life is too less, even for an electronic component.

                I raised a ticket to replace sf filter. The customer care center sent me details of the ticket along with a reference mobile number. When i tried to call that number, the person starts to spark abusive and unprofessional words.
                Again when i called to pureit customer care to my surprise they say the mobile number earlier shared is not register.
                When i asked them to raise one more complaint to address my issue to replace the sf filter they behave like unprofessional.

                  Hi,
                  I had to change my sediment filter, called customer care for more than 100 times, every time they say they will send the technician, but they never send, calling them daily for past 1 week, daily same story.
                  They are sending the technician number, but when we call them they abuse us.
                  Today one technician came, he changed the filter, but when he left after sometime, it started leaking, when we called him, he started abusing in bad words. Even the area manager is speaking very rudely.
                  We stay in pune - 411015, when we bought the pureit from croma, they said they have very good service in all the areas. But now they say there is no service in 411015 - which is one of the main pin codes in pune.
                  Pureit technicians / area managers are literally abusing customers, they think they are giving some free things/service to us.
                  Kindly take some action and resolve the issue, also in future when we need to change any filters, be responsible and change it..

                    We are in bengaluru, lakkasandra. Before a month gkk1 had to be replaced for which a service person came to fix the same. He broke the panel which is still not replaced yet though we raised several complaints. None of the complaints or calls to customer support was taken seriously. Would really appreciate if someone can look at this. Highly dissatisfied with the service.

                      My Model Number Pureit Marvella RO - GPR[protected]

                      On 06/08/2018 I Serviced my RO through authorized Pureit Franchisee in Bhopal "Vaibhav Associates" & they changed GKK2 that Costed me Rs 2350/-(Bill Attached)

                      Within Few Days of Installing the New Kit, The RO machine started making strange noises and there was a gradual decrease in the Amount of Water purification.

                      On 1st October 2018. The RO stopped dispensing the Water, Both GKK1 & GKK2 Were Showing green Colour Lights. We logged a Complaint thru Your Call Center Complaint CO34485095

                      The Franchisee Service man (Mr.Pintu) inspected & Suggested to change again the GKK2. Despite the fact that both GKK1 & GKK2 Were Showing green Colour Lights.

                      Mr.Pintu Said if it is allowed by the Sir (Franchisee) then it will be done. Later I
                      spoke with Mr.Chaurasiya of Pureit Franchisee in Bhopal "Vaibhav Associates" but He further denied our my request saying that GKK2 might be stopped working for poor water quality & he is the final authority on this and this will only be done on paying an additional Rs 2500/-

                      In my locality many people do have KENT installed and there are no incidents noted as RO Being stopped working for poor water Quality.

                      We are only one paying a lot of money on maintaining the Pureit or Your Franchisee been billing us inexplicably.

                      FYI, Wrong Installations is in the habit of your Franchisee to raise another Rs 250 visiting charges that We are not going to entertain this time by paying an additional Rs 2500 for GKK2.

                      We are three People Family hardly 20 ltrs of water is consumed on daily basis.

                      What Went Wrong While installation process & Why the RO stopped within one month of changing GKK2 is a matter of investigation. The KIT may have manufacturing defect / or Installed Wrongly like they always do.

                      Your Franchise also never mention the Serial no of kits they install to the Customer RO.

                      Please Review the Attached Bills

                      We are out of water for last 2 days and depending on external sources

                        Due to leakage of water i made a complain two weeks ago, attain by keshab sarkar to my sealdah flat. During testing, the adapter also goes off by him. I told hime to rectify everything within two to three days but tuesday, thursday n friday he is unable to come and attain the call. Just because of i was not staying there, i was again make a complain and this time complain attain by samrat das but yesterday he told me to attain and rectify the same but from 11.30 to 4 pm i was waiting for him but he also not attained and loose my time.
                        Is it your service then i will definately share with consumer forum for delay and harashment customer. So many times i called him up but he never cares abt it.

                          I have purchased a marvella purifier on 4th march 2018 by paying 18000 rs. Now in 6 month i am getting a notification for requirement to change gkk filter. This filter cost about 3250. At time of demo i was informed that filter kit needs to be changed in 1 to 1.5 years & they informed me that it cost around 1000 rs. Now i don't know how i can afford 3500 rupees on every 6 month. Also this purifier have vegetable cleaning option. Know for veg cleaner is not working from 1st month of purchase only, i have raised complaint at least 5 times with pure it customer care, but they always say that item is out of stock and cannot be supplied.
                          I would like to return this item & would like to get my money back on pro-rata or any suitable basis.

                            The machine is defective and i have asked fro replacement which is not been attended. The machine is having breakdown every week. This can be seen from the record. Even after making payment towards annual maintenance contract which is very cost. I paid rs 5540/- for amc. Further i have to pay every year rs 5000/- for gkk1 and gkk2. This facts were not disclosed at the time of purchase. I request that the manufacturer should replace the machine or refund my purchase cost.

                              I bought this water purifier around Rs. 20, 000

                              within the 2.5 years time i got reply from service that i need to change circuit board costing 5, 500.

                              i already paid 2140 for gkk1 at 1.25 year and now for circuit board 5, 500 + 3500 for gkk2 so how can i afford Rs 9, 000 expense on 20, 000 rupee machine ?

                              this is the same issue with every machine of pureit just search for it. within 1.5 years to 2.5 years time circuit board needs to replace costing 3, 500 to 5, 500 depending on model.

                              Pureit GKK promise is an absolute fake. It is given without any purpose. Last time also it was not meet with the deadline, but the franchisee simply refused. And Im not at all surprised even with companies like Hind Unilever not meeting their promise. No point in complaining. Let the buyers beware. Thats it.

                                  With reference to subject order no., i have ordered gkk2 for my pureit marvella slim ro on 6th september 2018.

                                  I got a confirmation text message regarding the successful order and delivery with 72 hrs or gkk will be free. Screen shot of the message is attached.

                                  However, after my follow up with their registered customer service in trivandrum i. E. M/s nath traders on 11/09/2018, i came to know that the gkk2 as per my order is not yet received by them.

                                  Despite escalating the issue through email, no email reply received from pureit.

                                  Today received calls from their representative, giving damn excuses of not delivering it on time. They informed to pay for gkk2 (Despite not meeting to pureit promise), then only it will be delivered.

                                  So far i have not received gkk2. But concurrace from me towards its payment is obtained over phone.

                                  Please do the needful to stop the unscrupulous practices pureit is adopting to cheat their customers.

                                    As when call local guys that install it asked for money while product in only 3 month old. That guys give me time but does not call me back when he came when i call he say tomorrow sure i will come.

                                    I have raised complaint with co for bad quality of diapers.company has took the product back and still not providing refund.almost a month has passed contioussly following up with company.my baby got marks on body and then toilet is coming out from diaper.top of that customer care people are having such poor attitude.

                                      It has been more than 8 months since pureit was installed at my home. Everything was fine till i had to contact customer care for scheduled change of sediment filter (Supposed to be changed every 6 months).

                                      So past two months i have been trying to reach customer care [protected]/[protected]. Anytime i call any of this number, i get an automated voice message in a regional language (Which i don't understand) about some kind of lone or recharge, that's it! I thought i am dialing some wrong number, then i checked the number at below places:
                                      Google: same number
                                      Pureit official website: same number
                                      Message that i got at installation time: same number
                                      On the pureit filter: same number
                                      In the pureit reminder messages: same number!

                                      After several unsuccessful attempts of reaching customer care i wrote a mail to pureit mail id (Pureit. [protected]@unilever.com), explaining my situation. It has been a month since i dropped that mail, still no reply.

                                      I just can't believe a company of this stature is not aware about the reach-ability issue its customers are facing! On regular basis i get automated texts from pureit to fix an appointment for changing the sediment filter, and guess which number i asked to contact? That's right: [protected]/[protected]

                                      If a company truly cares about its customers, it would had given me call to tell me that i need to change the sediment filter else i would run into a health risk. At least i could had explained the issue to the person who had called! Not sure if i would ever be able to reach pureit customer care.

                                        Dear sir it has been 15 days my pureit device is under repair, when i complied customer care they sent the technician and they changed the gkk without analyzing the problem. Later again i requested assistance with pure it official visited and by analyzing the problem they told motor is not working and it is sub standard quality needs to changed. But still no action is taken to replace the motor. And you are not answering the phone call too. We are facing lots of problems with this pureit device pls take it back of substandard quality pureit device. Kindly do the needful.
