I have purchased Pureit Ro+Mf advanced on end of October, 2018. After installation we started using it on mid of November. Our daily water consumption is approx 10-12 ltr per day.
We have noticed that the water flow is getting reduced since end of May, 2019. Now, in this month, we could get hardly 3-5 ltrs after a very very long time running this machine.
I have complained Pureit, and their service provider near our locality sent service person at our home. After checking he said, the Ultrafiltration membrane is damaged and also the water flow controller kit is also need to change.
Moreover, we came to know that those all equipment are not under Warranty. What a surprise !!!
A filtering machine's Filter related items are not under warranty.
Then what are under warranty??? - The upper cover box(that is of plastic), only the electrical parts and the Service is free under warranty.

We all know, these internal filtration related items are being hampered while using. So, this warranty policy is completely a cheating to the customers. They never tells us that those items are not under warranty coverage. Ultimately a product of 10, 000/- costs around 20, 000/- after 2 or 3 years.
I believe, they puts the warranty terms and conditions by their own. So, our honorable government should look at this matter.
