Hello mam/ sir,
Apki pureit machine and service are worst!!!
Hmne pure it ro machine ki complaint ki thi. 5 days follow up ke bad apke technician complaints resolve krne aye. Machine me pani slow aa rha tha to pani clean hone me pura din ho jata tha. Age compliant krne par bola gya ki puri germkit change krni padgi. Total 3110 me kit dalke gye. 1 hours me pta chala ki machine me se waste pani hi nahi nikal rha hai, phir compliant krne par technician 3 din ke bad aya, machine check karne par bola ke ab motor me problem hai, ab motor change karni padti total 2200 rs. Ka estimate de ke gaye. Apke technician ko complaints resolve krni hi nahi ati. Iske pehle april month me pani ke test change hone par complaint krni padi thi tab bhi 1100 rs
Ka kharcha karna pada tha. Technician ke machine kholne par hi ye problem hui hai. Ab hame ye machine me koi problem nahi chahiye.
Please replace this machine or agar nahi kar rahe ho to hamre paise waps karo!!!

    I had bought a Pureit Marvella RO some 2.5 years ago . Previously I have been using a Aquaguard classic for since 2002 till 2016. Never had a problem till date with the Aquaguard machine till i stopped using it and bought a Pureit machine. Now apart from spending Rs 18000 on the Marvella product, every year I am paying a bomb by replacing the sediment filter and Germ kill kits 1 and 2 .
    While even that is OK, what is not OK that within 20 days of the Service Engineers visit and replacement of a GKK kit, my PCB inside the Marvella stops working and when i contact the customer service, I get to know that replacing the same will cost 3200. I have flatly refused to pay knowing that such PCBs are made in China costing no more than Rs 300-400 at maximum. Also the Marvella machine has a lot of complaints from customers related to PCBs which can easily be found out by visiting any reliable consumer feedback site like mouthshut.com. Would always advise any prospective customers to avoid Pureit machines.

    Every 3-6 months it shuts down the water supply forcing consumers to buy spare parts, i.e. filters. Annual maintenance cost is high, around 5-6k. They refuse to replace parts which can restart the water supply alone and force to replace complete filter assembly everytime. Product is designed with fraudulent intends to pull out money from consumers. HUL Pure it must be dragged in consumer court and in civil court for such silent crime. They are earning in crores for no reason on consumers hard earned money. HUL shall go bankrupt one day!

      I have been using pureit classic for last one year which was working fine with no issue after a year we are getting the problem and it was stop working. So i called pureit customer care they told me i have to change the germ kill kit and it will work fine so i have paid rs 2950 for the new kit. And it start working but the taste of the water was so bad then i called the service person again and he checked n said that the pump is running slow with low pressure and we have to pay another rs 3500 to get the new pump and the related parts.
      The actual cost of the ro was rs. 7500 and now i have to pay rs 6500 to get my ro fix. Is this service they provide to the customer.

      The PureIt Marvella RO outer box leaks water. The technician said the motor has to be replaced, and that it costs Rs.2500. I would like to know if leakage can be caused by a faulty motor, before I have it replaced.

          All company staff including technician diwakar and customer care team, is cheating company and fooling customers by making their fools by giving amc and after giving amc their technician visit our place and say to complain again for placing false complaint i don't what is there benefit in that... According to technician diwakar if we place complaint of gkk1 company will not change the part in free in amc also.. He said us to place false complaint that water purifier machine is dead although it is working... And according to him by this by doing this not only gkk1 all parts of the filter he will change what he have in it's box for free... I don't know what is he's benefit in that but after two weeks... Water purifier showing indication of gkk change... Worst experience with hindustan pure it company... They are making fools of their customers by making money by taking amc and after that making money by changing parts and charging again and again.

            I hv lodge for germkit replacement and customer care of pureit is asking for germkit money along with labour charge of 300 rupees more ..when i asked why i shloud pay labour charge when it is under warrenty ..the custmore care saying it is company plolicy...and saying he knows it is cheating and unfair but cannot do anything ...this is what hul doing ..i suggest never buy hul product for any reason as it is cheating customer and its service and parts are very costly that eureka forbes products...it cheats customer even under warrenty period

              complaint and escalation of the issue not getting proper service

              SirMadam,

              I am very sorry to inform you that I have one Ro plus UV water purifier which I have purchased before 2 years.

              As per company instructions I have changed all the GKK in times.

              But before 15 days I have faced some issues with that water purifier it was not purifying/not working. which I have instructed by customer care to be rectify only by technician for which I have to pay 500 rupees....

              Sir, yesterday i changed the germkill kit of pureit classic whose capacity is 23 lits. After pouring water i saw yellowish water came then i drained water and again i poured water and after some time again yellowish water came and taste was different so again i drained those water and still the colour is coming yellowish and taste is also different. Plz help to resolve this issue because i am not getting where is the problem

                This issue is almost 3 weeks old now, i have a marvella uv purifier unit and it all started when i contacted the customer support team to get the csf replaced. The first technician who attended was ill-manerred and did not behave properly with my wife, secondly he did not inform anything about crack that the barbell has, he replaced csf and left. He also did not inform to keep the water flowing for few minutes once csf is changed (In past all technicians had informed this), then he gave excuses for not able to come and fix the issue.
                A formal complaint was raised and entire issue was explained to the customer support representative. A senior technician was aligned and he visited my place on 16/06/2019 sunday and advised me about damaged barbell which would cost approx rs. 2000/-, i refused to pay so he helped to connect with his supervisor who came with a brilliant idea to sell his product i. E. Buy a new unit and they will offer me discount of the service i got while changing csf for old unit. Simply great..
                I then emailed to the company's email address and yet to hear anything from them. However, another technician visited my place and tried to fix but was unable to do so, he then advised me that he will talk to his senior and inform me what can be done. On 26/06/19 i was informed that they will replace barbell free of cost as it was company's fault. Last saturday technician visited my place and tried to fix barbell, but no luck. He advised he will come back again and fix it, entire week has passed now still response from them.
                I contacted on the same number but now he is saying, other guy came and will arrange someone to contact me.
                This has been almost three weeks now and hence want to highlight this here. Further the company person and technicians are not confirming what have they done with the first technician who replaced csf and what action has been taken against him

                  I have purchased pureit marvella ro+uv on 21st feb 2018 and now on 24th june 2019 it stopped working.

                  I have booked a complaint for the same and the support representative visited my machine and said that the circuit board is not working and causing issue. He advised that it needs to be replaced and that will gonna cost me somewhere between[protected].

                  I have asked how can the circuit could get infected but he haven't any asnswer for that. To get my machine fixed i haved asked him to replace the faulty part, but he said that the part is not in stock and i have to wait for another day.
                  From last 4 days i am waiting for the same.

                  Due to this i am purchasing water from outside or borrowing from the neighbours from last 4 days.

                  My question is, how can a machine become unresponsive in that short time and become a burden. It looks selecting hul pureit product was the worst choice i have made.
                  My brother is using aquaguard and that is working fine from last 4 yrs without any issues and even customer support service is far better.

                  i purchased mineral RO+UV in May 2018- we are only 2 persons to use pureit .GKK filter changed with SF with in 6 months.is this possible ?
                  2 persons - 10000Ltr Drinking water ?
                  without any investigation and issue identification they changed GKK & SF.
                  Worst services provided by pure it .

                    Sir in reference to my earlier complaint your service centre taj service. Mob no +[protected] contacted me (On saturday 22 june) and gave esurance that they will send their mechanic to my home on monday 24 june. To solve my problem because next day is sunday. Today 25 june. They never sent their mechanic never reply my call. The service man attanded my home to change the battery is mr. Sunil rai. His mob no is [protected]. I called him repeatedly but each n everytime he gave reply i will visit tomorrow sir what should i do now. Is this the service of your company? Now i'm fad up.. Shall i go to consumer court to solve my problem.. Please do needful otherwise i will have to take other action..

                    Bought PureIT Marvello UV+RO 1.5 years back, suddenly there was no power supply to the unit. on inspection being told that Circuit board is gone. on going through different threads came to know its recurring problem. how can circuit board be gone only in 1.5 years.

                      I purchased a HINDUSTAN UNILEVER Pureit Advanced Germkill Kit (3000L) for WATER PURIFIER(23L) for Rs 990/- on 07/05/2019 from City Varieties, Burdwan. The representative from City varieties replaced the Advanced Germkill kit on the same day. But the battery indicator has become completely red on 17/06/2019 and overflowing of water from the Water Purifier has occurred.
                      The total number of members in our family is six (6) and drinking water consumption is approximately 15 litres per day. So the minimum life of the Germkill Kit is expected to be 6 months for our family. I expect a free of cost replacement of the product from the company as early as possible

                        I called pure-it customer care for the replacement of the filter, they said the technician will call and visit in 72hrs for replacement after 72hrs i called again & have been calling everyday as they say that they will send technician in priority basis within a day. It's been a week now. The calls are charged and 21st jan i called & the agent mr. Naidu said he would make a follow up call to check the technician visit, but no calls from technician or mr. Naidu.

                          Sir I have pureit classic model.i have purchased new kit of battery of 3000 liter on 13 June 2019. Your service person has fit the same in my machine. But after his went the water likage problem arrived.the water is going over flow from transparent part of machine.i immediately complaint to service person & service centre.they assured me to solve the problem.but now more than 7days past but no one solve the problem.they replied they don't have the part as when part received they will solve the problem. Sir how many days I have to wait, please do the needful.

                            I have purchased Pureit Ro+Mf advanced on end of October, 2018. After installation we started using it on mid of November. Our daily water consumption is approx 10-12 ltr per day.
                            We have noticed that the water flow is getting reduced since end of May, 2019. Now, in this month, we could get hardly 3-5 ltrs after a very very long time running this machine.

                            I have complained Pureit, and their service provider near our locality sent service person at our home. After checking he said, the Ultrafiltration membrane is damaged and also the water flow controller kit is also need to change.
                            Moreover, we came to know that those all equipment are not under Warranty. What a surprise !!!
                            A filtering machine's Filter related items are not under warranty.

                            Then what are under warranty??? - The upper cover box(that is of plastic), only the electrical parts and the Service is free under warranty.

                            GREAT !!!

                            We all know, these internal filtration related items are being hampered while using. So, this warranty policy is completely a cheating to the customers. They never tells us that those items are not under warranty coverage. Ultimately a product of 10, 000/- costs around 20, 000/- after 2 or 3 years.

                            I believe, they puts the warranty terms and conditions by their own. So, our honorable government should look at this matter.

                              I bought Pureit classic 14 ltr purifier from Manjeri, Malappuram Dist, kerala two months before. After one month o[censored]sage, it started leaking through the Germ Kill kit. The indicator on it is still white colour (not used up which will make it red). Now I realize that the HUL company made this rubbish product with stupid ideas which made most of their customers disappointed.

                                  I have asked for a HUL associate to come and replace GKK2 during last weel. After he has changed the GKK2, there was leakage issue and control circuit got damaged. Contact no of associate - [protected]. He told me not to report to HUL customer care and call me instead. I did that, he came next day the device was working. He has clened the electric chip the display and after that it started blinking. its not working anymore. When we called him immediately, he asked us to wait till morning and assured us that it will work in morning. He came next day and told us that the part is faulty now and needs replacment at 5500/- INR. This is purely due to his fault. I raised this to HUL customer care. I feel cheated as this is due to fault o[censored]ntrained assoicate of HUL. From last 8 days we are drinking purchased water and HUL is only promising to send senior engineer but sending no one.

                                    I just complained about pureit product..i bougt it for 19000 and in one and half year its circuit is not working it should be replaced and will be charged 5500..why should i pay money for faulty circuit if doesnt work for even 2 years whats the use of product..i raised a complaint i dint get a solution but complaint marked as resolved..they forwading my complaint it to their service man ..that service man saying we will charge 5500 i[censored] want we will replace else be quiet..how can my complaint is in resolved mode..

                                      Hi Srinivasan/Team,

                                      I have received below message from your team on May15 regarding my complaint . So far no one visited and I had received a call from one of the service center, after taking the details over the phone they said it’s an issue with power adapter.

                                      It’s been 15days no one bother to give the update from Unilever, as it’s an essential needs for day to day requirement. Now I have to depend totally on external water source.

                                      It’s really unsatisfying to know the kind of service I have receiving after so many calls to Pureit customer care still no one bother to provide the resolution on it. I will make sure this would be socialized on different social media platforms.
