We bought hindustan unilever pureit water purifier ro+ mf last 1 yrs ago now purifier is not working properly they asked to replace all main filter which cost around 3600rs.. This amount is similar to brand new hul water purifer which cost 5100rs.. Is this product lifetime is only one year? Every year i should pay 3600rs for hul i think

They repaired my old device and charged 6500/- for Gk 2 filter and motor while the new device is available at 6000/- at flipkart.

    I have been using above mentioned pure it filter from march 18. Till date approximately 4500 litres i have consumed. Still gkk showing white... No indication.

    From last 3 month my family is suffering from fever, throat infections... I dont know real root cause for it.. Getting fever to only one person is different but its happening for all members... Thats why i am feeling that there may be fault in gkk kit and we are drinking unhealthy water.

    By when we need to replace gkk???

    What is your system if indicator not showing reading or fault in indicator?? How come we know to change it???

      In my earlier complaint, just after pureit stopped functioning and unable to dispense water, technician took pureit to service center. After taking it back witb fully repaired parts I checked on it and found front panel to be not ours. It somehow changed. As a proof I have uploaded an image showing broken seal is not in order. How can it be justified.
      Water dispensing nozel is loosened and water coming of it not in manner it used to be (from its center). This is such preposterous. I have to make a complaint against and if neceasary will move to consumer grievance redressal.

        I purchased pureit ultima mineral ro+uv in october 2017. On october 2018 i changed gkk1 which costs rs. 2200 as required. After 1 month ro unable to dispense water. Pureit technician came after raising complaint and he told me that pcb is faulty and will cost 5400. That means after investing rs.15500 on ro, i have to spend another 5400 for poor quality pcb which might gets faulty dont know in how many days. He also said pump is also not working which will cost me 2500. Meaning 5400+2500 its such a poor quality high end product from pureit. My complaint no is co[protected]

          My water purifier was giving a red signals for replacement of gkk-2. I called toll free number of pure it and requested for replacement of the same on 8th november. I got a message same day that rishi enterprises is licensed service provider for the same. I called the agency and requested to replace the part on 10th november. As i am a working women and available on 10th november. On 12th november, i got a thanks message for payment of gkk-2 but neither call was attended nor part was replaced, even i stated the facts to mobile number - [protected] but no response came till 13th november and nobody is attending the call.

            My name is parveen kumar. My contact no is [protected]. I bought a new product lakme perfect radiance cream from a store of lakme brand. They gave me a faulty product. Since last 2 month, i was in touch with them about their faulty product. Sometimes they give the response of my email and some time they don't. I am totally fed up with their service.             Marvella is leaking for past one month and also water is not properly coming from the tap. So many times complaints has been raised but no one has attended. My humble request to please send the technician as early as possible.

                Bought pure it ro + uv approx 1.5years back for 13000 and after that my bad journey with pure it started. Within 1 year changed to filters gkk1 and gkk2 which costs around 2000 and 3800 respectively which is almost 50% of the total cost. Now again it stopped working and now the engineer is asking another 3250 as the circuit board is not working. Must say this is the worst product i have ever bought. Can anyone help in this matter.

                  I am writing to you because of the extremely bad service i received from your service provider in bangalore. I believe jm home solutions is the agency earmarked for service in my area, indira nagar. Of late the quality of service has been deteriorating with the latest being the leak issue which remains unsolved for more than 1 month now. It all started after filter was changed by the service person (Vijay). He came for the second time after i raised another ticket for leak (You can check records for me) and went back saying it is a "tank issue" and tank has to be replaced. When leak came first time, he said it was because of some teflon tape and wrapped it on the tap and went. The second time also leak started soon and i raised so many tickets to no avail. Finally i raised it with mr anjan sengupta whose name figures on website and i got another service person visiting yesterday. Incidentally he is the brother of same person and he did the same thing of wrapping teflon tape and went. The leak started soon after and this time it was like a waterfallll!! So much for the kind of training imparted to these persons!! To add to injury, he created a ruckus demanding rs 250 when he was repairing a continuing issue. Now we are totally inconvenienced as suddenly water has run out and the instrument is not working as water pours out from many areas (See video) with not a little drop being stored! Note this is the 5th visit from service person.

                  I have strated regretting buying your product with this continuous draining of money with one issue or other popping up every now and then. 2 months back power adaptor went bad for which vijay collected 1800 (!) and also for allied services another rs 2000. Tvijay did give receipt for this, but i am not sure if this is standard rates or we as customers are victims with these guys forming a cartel and actually causing damage to help them selves come back again and again and milk us!

                  Frankly i am terribly disappointed with this leak issue and quality of service including timeliness, which is deteriorating of late. I want you guys to intervene and do a proper investigation with proper experts for any cartelization (Why same guys come for service??) and defrauding happening, and replace the tank if that is indeed the issue, because the leak surfaced precisely after the filter was replaced.

                  Why is are the same useless and untrained service persons always visiting for service? Why only jm always?

                  Otherwise i will be forced to resort to legal means and also spread the word through internet on the kind o[censored]nprofessional service offered

                    Since last one week I am trying to chase pureit helpline people to register a service request to reinstall Pureit Marvella RO + UV device at my new address. Everytime they used to say that, just before logging the service request, the server has gone down and the request can't be raised. This was the time near to Diwali festivals. So, I thought people might be doing that to not to entertain any request during festival times. I logged a service request on 8th November then (CO[protected]. They had told that, it will be addressed within 24 hours. But, that didn't happen. Today, since last 4-5 hours I am trying to chase a pureit person who had called me to tell that he is going to come for this request. But, he didn't have drilling machine. Now, he is not even picking my call.

                    This is such a pathetic service experience from Pureit people.

                      I have a Pure it water filter. I have been using the filter since many years.

                      However since last couple of times I have noticed that the germ kill battery of 3000 litres which usually lasts for 6 to 7 months, now lasts only for 4 months or lesser than that.

                      I have even noticed some white powder floating on the surface of water. This could mean that something is wrong with the battery.

                      I had bought a 3000 litres battery on 20th June 2018, which got over on 30th October 2018. This means instead of 6 months, the battery lasted for only 4 months.

                      We are a family of 4 people. 3 o[censored]s are office goers. Thus we consume drinking water from the purifier only in the evening. Even if we consume 10 litres of water per day, the battery should last us for 10 months. Where as this battery got over in just 4 months.

                      Therefore I have raised a complaint on 2nd November 2018. Complaint number CO[protected]. Till date technician has not visited to check the machine.

                      The technician, Mr. Tiwari, called up to say that he can do nothing about the complaint. We will have to purchase a new battery.

                      When I escalated the complaint through your customer service, officer Mr. Iftiyaar Ahmed called up and repeated the same thing what Mr. Tiwari said. He spoke very rudely. He further added that the company records show that the last battery was issued to us by the Company in 2017. Where as we have purchased it in June 2018 and I have the invoice for it.

                      I have strong feeling that the batteries supplied are adulterated, sub standard ones and not genuine piece issued by the company.

                      I have seen people disposing HUL PUREIT purifiers for this reason. It is shameful for a company of such repute.

                      Hindistan Unilever Germ kill battery life is much shorter than its actual capacity mentioned by the Company. It is a failed product. The water smells of chlorine. Please do not buy it.

                        Today i purchased two units of dove soap from final provision durg c. G.in both the units i didn't find the date of manufacturing. Nor the price even the weight is also missing but it has printed that"individual unit not for sale do not open without outer carton"i. Could not understand the marketing policy. It doesn't prevail in india. Where consumer is not knowing about the product. Is it a sample which is sold to me. Pls look in to the matter.

                          This issue has been ongoing for around 2 months now.
                          There is leakage happening in our marvela uv, i have been constantly calling pureit customer and the agency assigned no body has any update.
                          They took 1900 for warranty extension from me and a month back (Before leakage appeared) installed germi kit set worth rs 1000. Now no body gives me update on the warranty extension and when would the new part come.
                          Horrible experience with a big company like this.
                          I have no receipt of 1900 that i gave for warranty extension, service provider person told me i would get a message from the company but never got one.

                            We purchared pure it marvelaa RO + Uv on 17th march 2017 and it had many changes of filters of different types in this time period but 5 dyas ago all of a sudden the machine stopped functioning completely. .
                            When complained the technician told us that PCb needs to be replaced . Costing me 3200.. help... This doesn't do justice to our money as it is just 1.5 years old . . .where's the quality? Such a huge brand i need my money refunded for the repair

                              We bought a pureit ultima 10 liters ro + uv electric water purifier on[protected]
                              We spent around 2500 for filters replacement in last one year.

                              Now there was a deference in the water taste and we raised a complaint ad your executive is saying needs to change the pump which costs 2500.

                              What is the problem with the quality? This happening now after just complition of warranty period. This is not the proper customer service you are maintaining.

                                I bought pureit marvello uv + ro in 2015 at rs.18000/-.
                                It has an advanced alert system which will notify filter change 15 days before completion
                                In October 2018, i ordered for gkk2 as alerted by pureit system, for rs. 3850/-
                                from the regular pureit technician who generally visits for regular service (Gangaram) and installed gkk2.
                                After one day, i found that filter is not dispensing water and it is alerting to change sediment filter, gkk1, gkk2.
                                When i complained the same thing to that pureit technician he said that there is problem with circuit board and it needs to be replaced which costs around rs. 5200/-.

                                Even before completion of 2.5 year, if circuit board needs to be replaced what is the value and quality provided by pureit and what is the guarantee that your technicians are not doing that so that they and company can get some extra income?

                                Pureit is even worse than chinese counterfeit products. I want the same to be replaced at the earliest

                                  I have pureit marvella ro + uv.in april, i called pureit helpline for 'change sf' light blinking. A technician visited and on further examination he found that there is membrane issue. I called pureit helpline again and tgey pitched me the idea of amc. I took the 3 year amc for rs. 8000 and got the bill. The next 2 times when technician came, my amc was checked and i got free service.
                                  Now when i want to use that amc, the company tells me that it is not valid and that the vendor mentioned on bill is not their vendor. I waant to understand that every time a vendor is assigned to me, how would i know who is genuine and who is not. Surely someone from customer care or vendor might have committed this fraud. And if i am calling helpline and a technician is coming, how is it possible that someone from another unauthorised ro service centre came to my place. How did they know my number, my address, or the problem that i have? I even have phone records that prove that i have called pureit helpline only.
                                  Moreover when tje technician came yesterday, he told that this fraud has happened with many people and the company knows about it. Despite multiple emails to helpline and emails to india head - mr. Anjan sengupta, no action is taken, not even a single reply to any email. So i am going to take this up legally, by fir and social media.

                                    I have sent the below mentioned mail to pureit unilever company for the complain of defective product of water purifier but still waiting for response —

                                    I would like to inform you that on the month of february, 2018 i purchased one water purifier (Pure it ultima) of hul. My registered mobile no is [protected] and name aloke paul.

                                    First thing this is the biggest mistake i have done till date. Anyway from purchasing to till date we have always been misguided by pureit representative including pureit sales person to customer care executives. Before purchasing this item, pure it sales person not for a single time mentioned the hidden t &c to us, neither at the time of installation the person informed us the details.

                                    Now the problem is that from 19 th oct, there is showing one message change gkk1 & afterwards from 20 th evening total service of this product is shut down as well as we are also unable to drink water as total system has been shut down. Before this in my house we used other water purifier for last 12 years but no problem has been raised like this.

                                    But it’s the blunder mistake i made for choosing pureit. I had no idea that any branded company can do this kind of cheating business.

                                    On saturday whenever we made contact with pureit customer care, they informed us that we have to change the gkk1 at our own cost because it is not under warranty. But my question is that before purchasing this item why you not mentioned this things??? They told us full service you will get in warranty time. Filtration equipment’s have no warranty. So why should i go for your complete packaging water purifier, i could assemble it. Whenever you are selling the total package you should bound to provide service of each part.

                                    The customer care executive as well as the service person are giving the same excuses that may be 4000 litre used by yourself. This is just fraud not at all logical because for my profession i am staying in foreign as well as my wife is also not staying here regularly. We hardly use the purifier and none of your logic is matching with our situation. Then what is the actual reason of it?

                                    Do you think each people are illiterate? Whatever story you will tell us we will believe??

                                    Now we have to change gkk1 and i am damn sure after 2/3 months i have to change gkk2 and this drama will continue after the span of time and i have to pay the amount after interval of that time. If this is the situation, then why did i pay approx. Rs.17000 to purchase the product? Did we pay the amount just to buy the outer cover only???

                                    Enough is enough!!!

                                    Everything has a limit. This kind of reputed company is also doing fraud business nowadays. It’s really unbelievable & unfortunate.

                                    So my request to you please take my purifier from my home & refund my money asap. I don’t need any fraud service of pureit anymore.

                                    Hope you will co-operate & it’s a request also don’t force us to take any legal action or forcing us to go to consumer forum.

                                    Such a worst & fraud service you people are providing to customer!!! its my second complaint...please take my new water purifier Pure It ultima from my Home.
                                    I can not use this kind of Fraud service ...Such a shame for a Company like Hindustan Unilever Limited...!!!
                                    only cheating...So please return my money and take your water purifier from my home...
                                    I dont want any kind of fraud service more...
                                    If you not response me properly then i will update your fraud service of water purifier of Pure it ultima in social network like YOUTUBE, FB EVERY WHERE...
                                    S o pls take necessary action ASAP.

                                      I have bought pureit water purifier from pureit. From day one facing the issue, with the help of srinivasan it was replaced to new machine. Three months before, i have changed membrane by spending 2550 rupees. Now, technicians say again membrane got damaged asking for 1500 rupees. I/m not ready to pay single rupees, please take necessary action to resolve my complaint.

                                      I've tweeted to higher person in pureit team, no response from them.

                                        I'm having this pureit classic auto since last 4 years. For about passed 1 year we are facing this water leakage problem from machine. 3000 ltr filter kit lasts for about 3-4 months, we always order kit from pureit customer care. They assign 361 degree solutions as service provider (Ff3 jaydeep tower. B/s dharnidhar bridge, vanna, ahmedabad. Today their technician visited for kit replacement, we asked him why this 3000 ltr filter lasts for couple of months, so he called their office and some very rude lady sahima or saima gave me very rude answers and said wether you use the machine or not you will have to replace the filter every 2 months, and she told the technician to immediately leave for other work order.

                                        I purchased this water purifier pureit because of hindustan unilever brand, however i'm extremely disappointed with such customer service and their brand quality.
