Very irresponsible towards consumer and also i have to pay free charge for service charge during service warranty period and ro cost rs 8000 and if any spare parts got damage and want replace with other parts i have to pay 7000 means spare parts rate is equal to to machine so i urge every one not to buy pureit machine so cheater. And also i have changed my filter of3000 which include service charge and they never send their technician they always send some other technician

    This is venkata nageswara rao. On month of october, we have purchased pure it mineral 6l ro + uv water purifier. For the first 4 months it was fine. Later we changed the sedimentation filter. From the day we changed the filter, we are facing water lekeage problem (Through wastage water pipe even machine was switched off) (Month of march). From the month of march to till date water leakage issue was not solved. Almost gave 5 complaints over a span of 2 months. Technician comes and replace the some part telling that it was due to power fluctuations. We are not at all satisfied with the service provided by technician as well as pure it. We are very well satisfied with pure it water purifier, but not with service. Please help us in fixing the issue either by changing the technician or by identifying the problem.

      I filed a complaint (Co[protected] on 24/04/2018 to change the segment filter. The engineer came and changed the segment filter and there was a problem in my ro+uv ultima. It stopped automatically getting water for this, the engineer told that your machine will have to change the sv dispatch after this your problem will be solved and engineer changed that part. But the same problem was coming the next day. I called the engineer many times. But he did not reply anything. Again i have filed my complaint (Co[protected] after that the new service engineer (Kailash from neelkanth enterprises) came and he checked the machine. Engineer (Kailash from neelkanth enterprises) told me that the adapter of my machine is not working properly and the engineer who first came in, did not know which parts are defective (He meant that the engineer did not come to work) and after the kailash went over, after that the water overflow problem occurred in the ro because he did not fit the filter bottle and front cover correctly. Then i called the kailash many times but he did not take my call. Again i had filed the complaint (Co[protected] of water overflow. Then came the kailash in the evening and brought the part together. He did not even check the water overflow problem and started changing the adapter while i did not even tell him to change the adapter. I told him to check the problem of water overflow. He said these problems are also due to the adapter. Then i asked him why the engineer changed the sv dispatch. The engineer did not know which parts were defective. I told him that the front cover was not fit properly, so this problem of water overflow is coming and he refused and he changing the adapter. Then i refused to change the adapter and remove what you have changed the part and apply the old part and i should return my money because the kailash said that there is no problem of sv dispatch, this is the adapter's problem. He refused to return the money and started talking rudely (Dimag kharab karne ke liye bula letein hain). I told the kailash to put the front cover right and he refused, it seems like this. When i did not get any reply, so i talked about customer care, so i did not get any response from it just took my feedback and said senior technician will come. Then i talked to the engineer about the problem of water overflow. He said i do not have so much time and started to go. After that i placed the front cover correctly in front of him. Now check the water overflow problem but he did not check. He gave the same answer. I do not have the time and went away.

        Hello,
        My name is prashant solanki
        I have bought purit classic ro+uv before 1 month from (361 degree solutions, ff-3, jaydeep tower, b/s, dharnidhar bridge, vasna, ahmedabad-380007 purit main dealer of ahmedabad) at that time of purchase and after installation i notice that machine was making too much noise during filtration process then i complaint to purit company, engineer come and try to resolve problem but it was actually not resolved then after in last few days back water leakage problem started from machine, i told dealer to replace product because in one month of buying product gives me two major problems then your engineer come to resolve that leakage problem also but they told there is no problem with machine i shoot video of that and show them but then also they told there is no problem with machine and they are not giving any answer my of call and they are not willing to give me replacement of product please help me to product replace i have proof of video of leakage.

          Hello, myself soma deb, purchased a pureit water purifier r. O. + m. F. From great estern kolkata on 27th april, 2017 which has been installed on 29th april, 2017.
          I, hereby, would like to draw your kind attention and want to share worst experience with this product. Since installation i have faces so much problems with this product that i had to lodge complaints in every 2 months.

          Krisha services, 17/1 vivekananda sarani, kolkata-79, is the company installed this purifier and i have contacted them for services. But they have provided worst services as much as they could.

          1. After installation on 29th april, my purifier 1st stop working on end of june. I have lodge complaints and on 04/07/17 got resolution as one adapter damaged and they change it (No charges).

          2. Again got filter stops filtering in october, 17. They have changes s. F. On 22/10/17 (No charge as i have extra s. F.).

          3. After s. F. Change filter start working but for 6 liter water filtration it was taking around 2 hours and more than that. I have lodge complaints on end of nov, 2017 and some so called expert came on 06/12/17 and opened the machine, tried with his poor skills (Though i couldn't understand what he actually did with the machine) and insisted me to share the feedback as satisfied. When i asked him, why should i give positive feedback before testing actually, he assured me if i face the same low filtration issue again i can call him directly, he will come and resolve. But in actual scenario, it didn't happen. I found on the same day, the issue was not resolved at all, i tried to call him, he didn't picked up. I contacted service center they assured they'll send some one but didn't send.

          4. What worst product i have purchased from hul, my filter again stopped in end of dec, 17. I lodge complaint and got solution to change gkk. After all this harassment, i was verifying if gkk change is the actual solution or not because i didn't want to get any problem after gkk change, they assured that gkk change is the actual solution and i won't not face any issue after this and charge rs 2749/- from me for this gkk change.

          What a sarcasm, even after gkk change again from jan, 18 i have noticed when i switch on for filtration, sometimes, filtration doesn't start and both led blow as green which indicates tank is full but no water at all in tank in that time. Then after switch on/off few times filter start working.

          Now this time i didn't complaint as i am already irritated with all these nonsense and also this last mentioned problem occurs uncertainly so i doubt when your experts failed to solve the regular problem whether they really eligible to solve this latest problem which occurs certainly.

          And then since april 07, 2018, filter stopped again. When i switched on filter led is green and showing as filtration in progress but no water coming out from the pipe from where extra water comes out and no water storing in tank.

          I have lodge complaints immediately and asked for replacement of this defective product as this was within warranted period and the product didn't work for a 2 months continuously since the installation. But pureit, didn't take care at all. They just tried to convince me that replacement is not possible as it is not the single part is defective and they are able to repair.

          My question is when several parts are defective why shouldn't i get replacement.
          When they failed to convince me they just left issue opened or may be closed without my confirmation.
          I have escalated up to service head – india (Anjan. [protected]@unilever.com) but seems pureit not all interested to resolve issues of customer once they sold their defective products.

          Now, i am really frustrated with the experience of this product and service from hul. I'll never purchase any product from hul and suggests others not to buy any products from hul.

            I bought pureit marvello uv + ro in May 2016, Today service person told me & suggested need to replace the circuit board, it cost around 3500.

            Also i have already changed SF & GKK1 twice

            Even before completion of 2 year, if circuit board needs to be replaced what is the value and quality provided by pureit?

              Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — Faulty Circuit Board in Marvella RO+UV

              We bought Pureit Marvello RO+UV water purifier on December 2015. we had already replaced first filter(SF), second filter GKK1 and third filter GKK2 . then again another round of replacement of all 3 filters in past 2 years.
              on 9 th April We got GKK2 replaced as it was showing Red in colour. we paid Rs 3750.
              But, right after the moment the service person left my home, all the three warning lights were started blinking. so i called the person who replaced the kit he came after two days and opened the machine did some cleaning with dry cloth and all lights were flashing GREEN. As soon as he left, all lights again started showing warning in RED colour so I have raised the complaint again immediately (Complaint No CO[protected] and now they are asking me to replace the circuit board itself which will cost me about another Rs 3500.
              I am highly disappointed with the quality of this product and also the kind of service that are being provided to the customers. In my case, if the actual cause is the faulty circuit board, I wonder why this issue did not occur before replacing the GKK2 filter and why it occurred immediately after the replacement. I suspect on both the level of training offered to the service persons and also the cheap third grade quality of the electronic components that have been used in this product. I expect the Hindustan Unilever customer care should take some actions immediately.

                Pureit executive firstly sold me a rs 20/-
                Pipe for rs 120/-. Now they are suggesting a pressure regulating valve of rs 750/-without which the warranty of the purifier will be cancelled by the company. They are saying my regular water purifier valve is not suitable for pureit and if i do not buy pressure valve from them they will inform the company which will cancel warranty of my water purifier. They not only intimidate consumers into buying different accessories from them but they don't give any receipt too.

                  I have been trying to call the customer care of pureit for almost a week now to come and replace the germkill kit. Everyday they say it will happen in 24 hours but nobody has come to my house in a week's time. I am from four bungalows, andheri west. If in a city like mumbai, this can happen what will happen in smaller towns and cities. Pureit has the worst customer service ever.i have to buy drinking water to drink everyday. What is the purpose of buying a filter.

                  The issue with service is even more serious in issue than with the device. Please do bear in mind, after sales service is as important as selling the product. For now i fixed it by myself after buying the kit from a local shop/ dealer. Trust me all good companies have a very good service, and thats why they stand out and are trusted.
                  Problem in water flowing. Registered complaint on 17.03.2018. Till today 08.04.2018 it is not resolved.

                    I had purchased pureit marvella uv + cold, from day one right from the installation time there has been one or the other problem, now i wanted to replace the germkit and i was told the model is discontinued for support. Here is my serious concern,
                    1) i have paid more than 10k to procure this is hul saying that's gone thru the drain so i need to buy a new model.
                    2) when hul discontinues a product in less than 2 years what is the policy for customer who bought this.
                    3) if the product has issue why is hul not owing the responsibility to replace.

                      Germkill kit expires in less than a month

                      Hello team,
                      It's been 2 months back to back that your germkill kit getting expired even before a month.
                      I have raised the concern so many times to customer care however never a satisfactory response from them and every time they arrange a visit and i have to pay visiting charges.

                      I have all the bills with me so please rectify it else i will have to approach consumer forum for the solution. I never expected this kind of service from hul, and surprisingly your customer care is simply a group of robots, always answered as per script. This is really worst customer care i have experienced so far.

                      Everytime tech comes and saying ur machine circuit has to be change costing 5400.

                      Even your website not allowing to raise complaint online.
                      Pl send some more qualified tech for solve the query otherwise i have to submit the issue to consumer forum for harassment of cutomer and wasting o[censored]r and mine time too

                        I am totally disappointed after buying this product. Latest disappointment in the list is after spending 4000 rs for changing gkk 2 on 27th oct it has started vibrating and bcame noisy and even after 10 hrs running the purifier the tank doesn't get filled. Last time when i replaced sf it was leaking. Even if i don't use purifier for 2 months the auto shut off still worked as per the timer.

                        Even after almost 3 months after posting complaint here nobody bothered to call and solve the problem.
                        I don't know how my earlier complaint started showing resolved.

                        Is this forum actually for solving consumer issues?

                          Its not even 2yrs and i had hell lot of problems with this one.
                          Emails to cusotmer service are never replied back to and the service agency is useless. The very next day after changing the gkk2, for 4000/- the filter has stopped working and flashing the same warning again. The technician when contacted said the chip inside needs to be replaced. If the chip was faulty and the technician knew it, then when was i made to pay 4000 for the gkk2, it is evident that the problem was with the chip and not the gkk2.
                          No one from unilever has even addressed my complaint. Iam now without water for past 3 weeks and need to purchase drinking water due such useless service.

                          Pure it unit purchased in Nov 17 from crawford market mumbai. there is No filtration of water since yesterday. water being put in the uper chamber is not coming out from upper chamber to lower chamber. pl do the needful. ur action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                            The product is out of order since 9th march 2018. Complained on same day they are yet to repair. This is 2nd time i facing the same problem in last 3 months with in warranty period... They say part is mot available.. If this is not serviceable with is warranty how can be repaired in future.. Actually the pump is dead for second time since january.. They have taken away the pump and disappeared. I have called the toll free but they could not arranged the repair. And company email is not giving any answer..

                            Pureit is not giving good service.

                            Charging 650 rs tchange saf filter within 1 month and giving reason as your water source is not good however same water with same tank supply to 250 flats in siciety

                            Very worst customer support

                            I advise...dont buy Pure it...its waste of money and time

                              The new packaging for pears handwash and showergel is bad enough, it is indistinguishable from any other showergel without any originality. Now I am using it, smells like carbolic, unpleasant and chemical. I have used this product for years and can no longer buy this new version. It is really disgusting.

                                  Last year i bought a pureit marvella uv, water purifier. After 1 year its gemkill kit expired and i called their hotline and was following up to get the kit

                                  Got an sms on 8th march 2018

                                  Dear customer, ur order * 1 is booked in "pureit promise" and will be delivered within 72 hrs, if not u will get a gkk free*-team pureit. * t&c apply

                                  And what they are telling is this 72 hours is not applicable with in muncipality limits, and he disconnected between the call,

                                  Not a fair company, fraud people, stay away from pureit.

                                  I was ready to pay 1200, but no way to get a gkk. My 7900 lost
                                  Up on not getting a service, i called their line and no one is coming, i spent around 7900 for this product, not its of no use

                                  Last year i purchased Pureit Ultima plus UV with Oxytube, for Rs 23, 600 which was advertised as the best ro in the market. The product looked very fancy and attractive but it started giving trouble with 3 Months.

                                  You make to complaint and at least 3-4 phone follow up calls to the technician before he finally visits.

                                  Now warranty period is over and RO barely worked well for 6 Months. You make a call to complain, they are more interested in selling AMC or explain about the service charge. The technician visits after 3 days from the complaint and wants Rs. 250 as service charges before touching the machine. He was told that the service charge will be paid when the RO is working. He quitely leaves and promises that he will visit next day. It has been 2 weeks since and we are buying drinking water from the market instead of owning the best proclaimed RO system in the market.

                                  It has been a bad experience buying Pureit RO and even worse dealing with after sales service. The product is of inferior quality and after sales service pathetic.

                                  I am writing this review after making a complaint again to your centralized no. If the product is not repaired in next 2 days. It will thrown out and complaint will be filed with consumer forum.

                                  I will never refer this company or the product to anyone

                                    My first complaint regarding chanfing of sf filter was on 27-feb-2018. No technician has reached to fix the problem. Then again i had raised 2 more complaints on 4th, 8th & 10th of feb-2018. Everytime the customer care executive gives false commitments & no visit made till now. I have been purchasing bisleri mineral water for more than 10 days now. The sercice is really degraded & hopeless.
                                    Request ro kindly take up the matter so that my problem gets resolved as soon as possible.

                                    HUL is the cheaters.. They asked me approx Rs. 500 for changing the tap nob handle .. They are tge decoits.. Charging so much money for changing such a small thing. I will never recommend to buy HUL products.. Never buy the water Purifier of Hindustan Unilever company.

                                      I wish to make a complaint regarding the recent packaging change for these products. I simply cannot understand why such an iconic and distinctive shape of bottle and dispenser should make way for a very ordinary one. The branding ie. The pear's colour and oval shape make it immediately recognisable. Please revert back to the old traditional style, as i will stop buying it.

                                      I bought advanced 23lts.purifier, not using too much, but leaking purifying time so long and remains water it self in topcompartment... If service engineer also not quick response if he comes and after two months, again starts problem
                                      Useless product I am frustrated with this product waste of money... And failure product.

                                        I bought battery kit from "vividha steel shop", address - shop no. 6, dhanlakshi kripa, kale padal road, sasane nagar, hadapsar, pune - 411028

                                        There is leakage from battery so i contacted to shop but they refused to change it and asked to contact to customer care. After that i complained in customer care.

                                        Customer care executive visit and asked that there is some technical issue in battery and it can not be replaced.

                                        Please help me to get back my money from shop.
