Its been 2 years i am using pureit ultima ro+uv. I have mixed feedback all over these years. I am not gonna agree this is the best purifier yet. I have faced problems and got resolved as well. But my all time concern is the wastewater during the machine is on. The amount of wastewater is increasing day by day. Being a responsible citizen i feel pureit ultima ro+uv is definitely not an environment-friendly product. Where else other purifier brands waste comparatively less water. You will be surprised to know that just to fill 1 liter of purified water it almost wastes 4-5 liter of water. I really don't know the logic behind it.

Adding with this they have stopped supplying sf filter with the germ kit which means as a customer i have to forcefully buy sf again in the mid of gkk indicator.

As a result, it has become a costliest, high maintenance cost and no more environment friendly product now a days. Customers, please consider all these aspects before purchasing pureit water purifier of any model.

    We have purchased this model for 24, 000 rupees. Within 1 year sensor light not worked. Two times we replaced. After warranty period, motor fault arised. Repaired and spent 10000 rupees to the technician. And complained uk agencies to replace. They only repaired it. No use. Within 3 months after replacing motor again motor damaged. We are in memiliki cherry, chrompet, chennai. Agent name is siluraj who have sold us damage model or not properly tested water content. Already contacted all help line numbers to replace this machine. No response from any one. If not we will file sue in court legally. Customers are not fools lease keep it in mind!!! Dear friends, don't purchase any unilever pure it. Waste of our time and hard earned money.

    We bought pure it Uktima oxytube less than 2 years now and in this duration have spent more amount than the machine price to get the parts replaced and working. Each part cost range between[protected] which is quite high and we are very dissatisfied with the product.

      I purchased pureit water purifier from paytm and it was delivered on[protected]. But when i am trying to reach out to customer care for installation the call is not being answered and my call is getting charged. I even wrote a mail to hul pureit regarding the same, i was assured that iwithin one working day this will be resolve but still they have not given any confirmation date of installation. Please help.

        Hi Support Team,

        I am using a Pure It ultima RO+UV Filter but the performance of this purifier is pathetic.

        Area Pin code: 334001

        I bought this in May month 2018 and I am continuously facing problem with it since July month.
        First I launched a complain while Dev Water Services support engineer came and changed the GKK Kit worth 2200 and I paid for the same.
        Just in like 5 days it again started Displaying message to call the customer care and I again launched a complain, again this was assigned to Dev Water services and this time they came and replaced the adapter last week on 4th of August stating that it is faulty.

        But again I am facing the same problem.

        I need a proper solution of this problem by escalating it to the support team here.

        Please provide me a full resolution of this problem as I have shown full trust in Pure It yet have been feeling like being robbed due to poor services.

        Help me with this issue as I am fed up of launching complaints again and again.

        I buy ro ultima on may 30 .Now gkk1 is error show.and water purifier is not work.i call customer services they told to change the kit it cost about 2500 rs .But I use only 1500 litre only. And use genpure ro water purifier last 12 years no problem till now.but pure it is fraud company.
        When I prepare green tea then I found insect in tea bags and I have clip for the same when I purchase amount 140/- but there are every packet has insect in tea bags

          I have pureit marvella ro+uv. I started facing issue as it was not filtering water and led indicating "tank full" was green and stable while the tank was empty.
          The technician visited and did some settings on 12th july 2018. He told that the issue will not occur again.
          Now after around 20 days similar issue occurring again and this time the technician says to replace the pcb which will cost rs. 3600. Technicians and service by pureit are really bad..

            I have already spent more than 6k in last one year for changing the gkk1 and gkk2.

            I have changed the gkk2 which costs me around 4200 and after 6 months ro stopped working and engineer asked me to par 2800 as circuit control is not working.

            What kind of service is this even after paying 6k, ro is not working and needs to be replaced what is the value and quality provided by pureit?

              I am also using PureIT Ultima RO + UV device, when there is an Indicator displyed, and expain to the customer care they said they will send the engineer, and assign the call to an outsource service centre, engineer visited and said this error if of Sedament and he replaces the same with service charge of Rs.250, after few minutes when he left the device stardted diplaying the same indicator, then again i locked a complaint, engineer visited again and replace the other part, but problem remains the same, then he went back and bring the third part and replace the same but again the problem remains the same. So by this time my device was becomes the R&D device for them everytime they are coming with the other device and not able to solve the problem. Then finaaly on 4th call they said that SMPS needs to replace, so first time they come with the used SMPS then argue with the engineer then he accepted that its the used one and said will bring the new one. Then after 8-10 dya sof followup he come with the new SMPS with MRP of Rs.2500 which is easily available in 300 to 380 on amazon, because of this R&D, now my Controller Unit has stoped working, but as usual they are not accepting this fact and when i call customer care they are not ready to tell the price of this device and diverted my call to onother out source service provider. So in a nut shell i am very much disappointed with the product and the way they tackle the customer, and so called the poor quality of Products.

                I bought pureit marvello ro+uv water purifier on september 2016 for rs 17, 000. I have replaced the first filter (Sf) on march 2017.
                On january 2016, i replaced gkk1 filter kit for rs 3200/. Unfortunately, with in another 6 months filter stopped working. When we raised a complaint, service representative told us that circuit board needs to be replaced and we need to pay rs. 3500
                I am highly disappointed with the quality of this product and also the kind of service that are being provided to the customers. I expect the hindustan unilever customer care should take some actions immediately.

                  My machine ultima ro+uv broke more than a dozen times in 1 year. When i ask for replacement they promise a call back which never happens. I have posted the same on facebook, on your website but i don't get any response except sorry for the inconvenience, i am sorry to hear about this.

                  I have purchased your product for purified drinking water and you are making my life worse by not even having drinking water at home. You are denying basic right of drinking water. Kindly don't take customers for granted and replace my machine.

                  Last week i was ordered indulekha oil at flipkart 550rs 2bottle 100ml.But I think this oil is duplicate.and i will never purchase again this oil.
                  I have change my pureit kit 4 days back, but the water smell is terrible, don't feel like drinking the water.

                    We had brought Pure it Ultima water purifier by spending Rs 20000 just 1.5 years ago. We have done regular servicing and changed the germkill kit twice a year. We received a gkk2 error and got the germ kill kit replaced by spending Rs 3800 few days back.
                    Now the purifier just stopped working. I called your customer care and raised a complaint. The complaint number is[protected]. Technician visited my home and said the control circuit has become faulty and need to be replaced. The cost of new control circuit is Rs. 5000.
                    This is ridiculous!!
                    So i am wondering is this the quality of the products that you are selling, or is it a well planned pattern. After doing a simple google search, you can see almost all customers are facing the same issue. Are you guys just trying to fool people??

                      Some 2 days back the base of the collecting jar of the Hindustan Unilever pureit cracked and water has started to leak from there.The fact that pureit is never moved from its place except occassional cleaning and is kept at same level.The crack appears to be very minute on the outer surface of the collecting jar and water is continuously leaking from it

                        Hi,

                        I have bought hul pureit few years back and recently i have moved to new place in mumbai. I have asked HUL technician to fix this RO to my new place. So, raised request for the same. Then technician came and fix the RO on wall but he didnt do it appropriately and after 2- 3 weeks, adaptor and circuit board got heated and damaged due to water leakage from inside as technician didnt do it correct. Now it stopped working and raised request assuming that it was gkk replacement issue but it turned out to damage done by technician. Want company to pay for it as it not my responsibility.

                          Rised a complaint for service of Pureit ultima, after receiving warning to replace GKK-1. This was Assigned to
                          Pureit licensed service provider "Sri Raghavendra Agencies LSP([protected]).

                          Service is very bad . No bills provided . neither hard copy nor soft copy...

                          Pre filter was changed few months before.
                          Charging for the same filter which was changed few months before...

                          After asking about the reason for changing.they say next time will do the replacement for free.

                          Neither technician nor the service provider is trustworthy.

                            I bought a pureit ro+uv. I could easily get it cheaper aquaguard machine but went for it thinking its the best product with best service and now i have to write this complaint...

                            The machine worked fine until 2month ago the machinestop working customer care t told me that its time to change the sd filter. I called and booked for the same. The technician came and did it. The moment he left the machine started to make sounds when filtering. I neglected it. 2-3 days later it started facing leakage problem, again booked a complaint .2-3 days later he came back and solved the leakage problem (But did some wrong connections due to which the touch panel stopped working, opened again and fixed it), but on asking about the sound he said (To my surprise) that your machine is becoming old so it will make these sounds... I started wondering what kind of junk did i buy, The sound was still there. I thought bad luck leave it. I started thinking what the hell is wrong with these guys, are they just swapping parts around???

                            On 06 july 2018, the machine stopped working and malfunctioning. Called up again, it was sunday. Monday, tuesday no response from them. No body has attended the problem till now ...even i told customer care to talk with senior authority but still no body ha attended the complaint.

                            So for pureit, when you guys give service contract to someone please teach them how the machine works or they just come by and start experimenting and play trial and error on our machines.

                            Never expected this from pureit.Not going to recommend pureit to any one.

                              When i complained to pureit helpline about power supply problem unit not working. They said that there is problem with circuit board and it needs to be replaced which costs around rs. 3200/-.

                              Even before completion of 2 year, if circuit board needs to be replaced what is the value and quality provided by pureit? Why not separately design for power supply section and control section. Then power supply board cost will come less than 400 rupees. It is looks like looting the money from customer.

Is it apt for your good brand and name of Hindustan Lever ? During the purchase since year it is third time services is required.                                   Hi I first hired one masseur named Anil Kumar and second Ashish Pingolia both suggested me to pay separately and was asking for more and also promised that Urban Clap took more commission said they'll provide better service if I call them privately and forcefully made me give 5star ratings for their service, I want to degrade their ratings to zero.

                                  Please take action against these two personels and enable me to take back the 5star ratings and make to 0 ratings.

                                  Otherwise I'll stop using UrbanClap.
                                  I have been very good customer so far but I will stop using it services anymore if you don't take action

                                    I bought a pureit ro+uv with oxy tube model this february. I could easily get it cheaper aquaguard machine but went for it thinking its the best product with best service and now i have to write this complaint...

                                    The machine worked fine until one day the machine told me that its time to change the sd filter. I called and booked for the same. The technician came and did it. The moment he left the machine started to make sounds when filtering. I neglected it. 2-3 days later it started facing leakage problem, again booked a complaint again. The technician came he had no idea of why it was leaking nor had the idea why the sound was coming. I was not at home, he just came and went.

                                    2-3 days later he came back and solved the leakage problem (But did some wrong connections due to which the touch panel stopped working, opened again and fixed it), but on asking about the sound he said (To my surprise) that your machine is becoming old so it will make these sounds... I started wondering what kind of junk did i buy, in 4 -5 months this thing started falling apart. The sound was still there. I thought bad luck leave it.

                                    The very next day, the touch stopped working and malfunctioning. Called up again, it was sunday. Monday, no response from them. Tuesday the guy came and changed some part and the sound went away. I started thinking what the hell is wrong with these guys, are they just swapping parts around??? He still kept saying that the electronic part which was making sound is fine but he is still changing it (Not sure what he meant).

                                    Now coming back to the touch problem, it was still not solved. They said they needed some part, and went. Next day they came and told it will take 7 days for the parts to come and so they will switch the oxytube touch panel to work for the water flow.

                                    I said no!!! (And in my mind said find another machine to play around). Come back when you have the parts. I then complained to their senior authority.

                                    So for pureit, when you guys give service contract to someone please teach them how the machine works or they just come by and start experimenting and play trial and error on our machines.

                                    I am now afraid that what happens with this machine after 1 year which has already gone through all these experiments.

                                    Never expected this from pureit.

                                    My last complaint number was CO[protected] and FYI, the issue is still not solved even after the visit by senior technician 2-3 times. this will be the 3rd week with these issue starting this Monday. They fix one thing and something else breaks.

                                      PRODUCT SERVICE & REFUND :Liv care water Solutions have a contract with HUL pureit RO when i called customercare number of HUL Pureit RO gurgaon they directed us to second party Liv care water solutions who have office in RG complex IJ/2, 3rd floor karol Bagh, delhi-110005. They send the technician and he replaced GKK1 filter and took Rs 2750/- for changing it. Problem is we have valid AMC- annual maintenance contract of HUL for 1 year valid till sep-18 and that says that apart from electrical parts, one GKK 1 or GKK 2 filter is also covered. and is replacable for free. The RO soon stopped working after technician left. when contacted to senior person in Liv care water solution- Mr Balvinder, he said he is not available and messaged that only electrical parts are coming under AMC without reading point (B) which also says about GKK1 or GKK 2 filters are also replaceable for once. we are not getting any satisfactory response. please look into matter and try to solve on priority as we are struggling for basic necessity water.                                         We had brought pure it Marvella water purifier by spending 15k just 1.5 years ago. We have done a regular servicing and changed the germkill kit1 a year. We received a gkk1 error and got the germ kill kit1 replaced by spending rs 2200+(250 delivery and installation charge).After the GKK1 installation it did not start.then servive person said motor seized and need to be replaced.when i called customer care they said warranty expired yesterday so you need to buy motor which costs 2500.So motor did not run not even a year. Soon GKK2 need to be replaced which costs 4K

                                        So i am wondering is this the quality of the products that you are selling, or is it a well planned pattern. After doing a simple google search, you can see almost all customers are facing the same issue. Are you guys just trying to fool people??we need to spend 5k every year after buying this product and every time need to pay installation/service charge even for changing SF.Every warnings of GKK1, GKK2 and SF are predefined.purifier stop functioning after warning notification. It works only after replacement of accessaries and resetting the kit.This is just looting money from people.

                                        I do not recommend this product to anyone.

                                        This pattern seems so similar to mine issue only that mine is still under warranty and its less than 4 months old.
                                        SF replacement warning, a technician came replaced it. Then motor sound started (to which the technician says its normal to make sound as its getting OLD, SERIOUSLY??), then in 2 days machine started leaking, fixed it, then the touch panel stopped working and it's 10 days since and they are still saying no parts available. this is happening for 3 weeks now. I bought their top model and now I am frustrated with their support.

                                        Now I am confused, are they just selling crap OR their so-called technicians have ZERO knowledge of the product and messes something everytime they open it OR it's just their Business Model of fooling customers.

                                        I am just eager to see if they at all feel bad about the stuff they sell and the resolution they give me.
