I bought pure-it marvella uv + ro in april 2016 at rs.16000/-.
It has an advanced alert system which will notify filter change 15 days before completion
On 7th feb 2018, i ordered for gkk2 as alerted by pureit system, for rs. 3750/-
Technician from pureit visited on 9th feb 2018 and installed gkk2.
After one day, i found that filter is not dispensing water and all three indicators are red i. E. Alerting to change sediment filter, gkk1, gkk2.
When i complained to pure it helpline & technician visited for service he told that there is problem with circuit board and it needs to be replaced which costs around rs. 3250/-.

Even before completion of 2 years, if circuit board needs to be replaced what is the value and quality provided by pureit? And i have noticed that the same part is getting damaged only after changing gkk2 for many devices in my circle. How can i trust?

Pureit is even worse than chinese counterfeit products.

I have called to customer care at senior level from yesterday but no one is interested in receiving calls. Customer care executive on call says they will arrange call back but till time I have not received any call. Is this service we are getting after sales?
I have called to customer care & tried to talk with senior. But no one responded. They are saying that return call will be arranged but till time I have not received any call.

    Never ever buy pureit, there after sale service is worst. There service providers are pathetic and company has no control over them. Don't even think of pureit, the experience is full of harrassments and nightmares.

    If you have taken amc then forgot that service will be delivered. The services is only to onroll new amc and then no service will be provided, infact that is when the harrassments will start like multiple calls, different person everytime with same question, etc

    Let's see because your customer support service was of no help even when that rude service provider was on line in the tele call. Your service providers only work if the AMC was take from them and as per them my AMC was transfered to them so they have no interest as they have not got money from me.

    Why do you have such service providers? You should have quality audits and remove non customer centric service providers from your system. PureIt after sale service has always been a pain.
    We brought close up toothpaste buy 3 and get 1 free based on the offer .The product is substandard or leaving a bad taste in the mouth and the product is not oozing out.
    Infact i am a regular user of the product ... I had to rinse my mouth with mouth wash because of the bad taste.

    Product is seriously substandard and not up to the quality

      I am purchase pureit hi end purifier about 6 months ago now it's not working i am launch complain but no body raise my complane solve by hill but says 2000 rs charge for rectifying complain in discuss in phone my product in warranty and dealer also says 1 years completely free service what about very bad company and very bad service person. Pureit website says 1 year service free but it's a not. Cheat by company or dealer.

        faulty circuit board pcb in pureit ro +mf

        I bought pureit RO + MF in june 2016 at rs.9000/-.+ Insatallation charges

        On 14 feb 2017, i ordered for gkk1 as alerted by pureit system, for rs. 2150/-

        Technician from pureit visited on 14th feb 2017 and installed gkk1 and i found that filter is not dispensing water and advised PCB need to be replaced. When I asked why it is not working said this happens. If product quality is that bad then they should not sell...

        Since we have purchased the hul uv+ ro puriet we have paid so much of money within the warranty period, in every 3-4 months we have to call for the servicing the puriet. Till date we have paid[protected]rs in the parts of the product within the warranty period for 2 member. The company will soon shutdown as it is fooling the customer and earning so much on the name of service. I regret that i have purchased the product from hul company, we will never suggest this company to anyone in my life really waste of money.

            Since we have buy the huv ro pureit, we are facing multiple problem every in 6 month water stops coming sometimes filter issue sometimes gremkill kit problem, every year 3000 rs we are spending on changing the part really hate this company service. Within 1 year of free service nobody came for checking the puriet water quality.
            Buying the product from the company was our big mistake really hate the service only focusing on earning money.

              Past one week pure displayed alarm for gkk2 on the water purifier. Customer care was contacted nexr day and details of the vendor dhruvi enterprise, gaziabad was shared who informed gkk2 out of stock and will be replaced in a day or two. Reminder call was made after 2 days and still out of stock. On the sixth day call was made to ccare and same details shared but still not in stock and vendor advised for retrofit arrangement using gkk1 spares which was not accepatable as that was not original. On 7th day call was made again and ccare promised to call back in 2 hours with some solution / alternate vendor but nobody called.
              I demand for serious action taken for the inconvenience caused due to no drinking water available due to nonoperation of pureit and compensation for buying drinking water bottles inspite of paying hefty amount during purchase of the pureit.

                As stated by many on this forum, I am also facing the same problem where Circuit Board is not functioning and it appears the problem starts only after replacing germkit. The charges taken are so high that one feel to throw the purifier and buy a new one. Very very poor after sales service and the spare-parts prices.

                On top of this, the technicians are not having full knowledge of device. in my case, first i was told PCB cost is 5500 which he was not sure and told me that he will confirm. The next day I called to check and the technician said its 1400 and again later after few hours he called and told there's 1 more board(adapter I assume) which is 1800 so total 3200 and on top of that he says pump has to be changed as well which is 2500 so total 5700.. when i asked him why pump, he is like we will check if its working then no need? what??? so that mean if I haven't asked him, he would have just fooled me by replacing the pump as well. Now I suspect about the adapter as well.

                Looks like these big companies are here only to loot in name of after sale service.

                Better we opt for non-branded cheap product so that we are sure there will be no service and once the product doesn't work we are at peace by just buying new rather than explaining/arguing with these so called professional companies.

                I compared spare parts prices of pureit with some local aqua-grand and almost every spare is double the price of pureit.

                    The product was installed by the person sent through amazon. From last one week there is water leakage issue with this product. When we called the person who installed the product, that person is not picking up the call. When we called customer care they informed that your product is not under warranty & was installed by unauthorised person.

                    I was looking for Negative Star to rate these ridiculous brand, manufacturers, sellers and service providers...

                    I have similar but even worse Problem (Name: Siddharth Nayak, Regd No: [protected], Hyderabad). Regd. a complaint on 26th Jan 18, to replace the GKK2 kit and received automated SMS with Service center details. I waited until Monday morning hoping it will be replaced in no time. To my disappointment, no call no sms .. nothing.. Initially I reached out to PureIT customer care and they assured me that it will replaced by the same day evening on priority. Nothing happened btw... (As expected)

                    Later I contacted the service center (Devata Service, Hyderabad) and came to know that the product is not available in Telengana since many days and hence they can't do anything. Disgusting service center as well!

                    This completely pissed me off.. Devastated, I reached out Customer care again and this time a much diplomatic excuse that yes, due to some technical issue its not available but will be definitely arranged by next day (Tuesday, evening). I clearly warned mentioning that, if it won't get fixed by next day the case will be escalated to higher authority. To my shock, no call, sms, mails.. nothing until evening, Tuesday. I reached back to PureIT escalation desk again and as expected same lame excuse.. we will fix this by next day.

                    I CLEARLY YELLED MENTIONING THAT I AM PURCHASING WATER FROM OUTSIDE AND WHO THE HELL IS GOING TO PAY FOR THAT..

                    Finally the product was replaced after 5 days and to add to my worry another defect. The warning message continue to blink on the screen mentioning "Replace GKK2 kit and bla bla bla". Technician(Shiva) assured that it will be done automatically after sometime and if not, call them back again as there could be issue with the Reset Circuit.

                    NOW WHAT A JOKE! It's a 2 year product and defects on circuits ?? You gotta be kidding me..

                    So I concluded that this Product is ridiculous and even more ridiculous is the service from PUREIT (HUL).

                    HUL Folks, wake up and just perform your basic duty else a day will come (which is not very far) all your products will be in junkyard

                      I am totally disappointed after buying this product. Latest disappointment in the list is after spending 4000 rs for changing gkk 2 on 27th oct it has started vibrating and bcame noisy and even after 10 hrs running the purifier the tank doesn't get filled. Last time when i replaced sf it was leaking. Even if i don't use purifier for 2 months the auto shut off still worked as per the timer set and i ended up in replacing sf which was as claen as new, i feel this company is making money out of fooling and harassing people.

                      I have my email id registered at the Consumer complaints.in and have sent you my mobile no. on 21st January its protected by the Consumer complaints.in
                      if somebody shows little interest in buying your product you dig out all the information about that person and to sell your product and once the product is bought you don't even bother to reply.
                      find out how you can contact me or otherwise give me your contact no./email.

                      I am not interested to invest a single penny on this useless product so kindly ensure the same and would rather discard it.

                        I am using Purit Marwela RO from more than 3 years. I have never faced any issue with RO within this time. But after changing GKK2 kit by Purit engineer, My RO is not working well. Power not coming into RO. Now when I complained to Purit, their service engineer visited and said that adaptor is faulty and it will cost Rs 1800 to replace the adaptor. There was no power fluctuatin and I have many more electronic equipments at my home and no one got damaged. It's Purit company's policy that change some settings in RO when replace the GKK and Earn more money by selling RO's parts.

                          I need to tell you how using this soap has affected my life. I have been using this product for 50 years without incident, however on two occasions in the last six months i have had a severe allergic reaction. My face and eyes have been badly swollen, eyes nearly completely shut and had double vision. The first occasion i used a small green bar on holiday and ended up in hospital. No one could tell for sure what i was allergic to. I have never been allergic to anything in my life. On saturday i washed my face with the bigger brown bar and almost immediately had the same reaction. It is now monday, i have been taking anti histamines and i am still the same. I have had to take at least 2 days off work with no sign of improvement.

                          I have had recurrent issues of leakage in my pure it marvella uv. They attend to it and keep charging for every visit. Never had such issues with my aqua guard. If there is a defect in the machine to cause such recurrent leaks they should replace the machine or not charge for the recurrent visits. Fed up!

                            Given request 3days back for the shifting of pureit marvella 10litres to another place
                            The executive came saw and went of saying will cum another day as it was sunday he assured he will cum but no response wen we called he said he will cum on monday on finally on monday he is not picking up the call very poor response from customer care and also no action after giving complaint

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              Two months back we purchased pure-it water purifier for hindustan unilever.

                              1 month only it working good. After that purification time hugely increased.

                              Lot of noise coming from the machine.

                              We are complained 4to 5 times in customer care.

                              After 15 days sevice persons attended the issue.

                              He informed as motor repair and rectify with in 4 to 5days.

                              Still is not rectifed.

                              We have never faced this typeof worst customer service.

                              Please do the needful.

                                I bought pureit marvello ro + uv in april 2016 at rs.18000/-.
                                It has an advanced alert system which will notify filter change 15 days before completion
                                On 24th oct 2017, i ordered for gkk1 as alerted by pureit system,
                                For rs. 2140/-
                                Technician from pureit visited on 25th oct 2017 and installed gkk1.
                                Within 2 months, i found that filter stopped working.
                                When i complained to pureit helpline they said that there is problem with circuit board and it needs to be replaced which costs around rs. 3250/-.

                                Even before completion of 1.5 year, if circuit board needs to be replaced what is the value and quality provided by pureit?

                                Pureit is even worse than chinese counterfiet products

                                Purifier is not working properly . I tried to inform to the company . Through toll free number but it is not exist always so company has to send a service person immediately. if you are not clear my complaint i will go the consumer court because i already have this problem when i bought it as new but it is not rectified properly by your company .

                                  My name is v. K sharma, r/o c-139, 2nd floor, anand vihar, delhi-110095, i have replaced csf kit on[protected], which was successfully replaced, but after replacing csf, suddenly leakage problem started in front of that executive who came to replace the csf kit, i told him, before replacing leakage was not there, he said it will be stopped after some hours, but still it's not closed, leakage is still there, i have raised the complaint on ivr for checking the issue, next day i receive a call that you have to pay for leakage as of rs 425/-, i told him that after replacing csf, the leakage started, your executive has done something in that, coz earlier leakage was not there, i told him i will raise your fault on mail to higher authorities, he said do whatever you want, if you have guts. He said, no one can harm me. He also theretned me on loud voice, i need this to be solved asap. Take some action on that trident power solution. Mob no. Of that executive [protected]

                                    We have changed the gk1 a f gk2 filters but in system logs it is not being updated only sf is updated.. Even if we r not using the pureit change of filter light s blinking every 5 months once.. We feel like distributors are not good they r changing the costly filters getting money from us and updating in system as sf changed which is low in cost than gk1 and gk2

                                      I purchased a hindustan unilever pureit marvella water purifier purely on the name of a renowned company like hindustan unilever. However, at the installation itself i was in for a shock when the installation in charge, a mr. Gyanendra kumar from balaji enterprises (The authorised installation agent) came in and did a shoddy job of installation.

                                      Looks like he was in a bad mood, when he came came in to the kitchen with his dirty shoes, and then before he opened the package itself, he started off saying that this will cost extra and that will cost extra... Somehow, with a lot of difficulty, we got him to wall mount the machine. The drilling was done shoddily with a whole lot of mess which he did not have the decency to clean either. When asked to clean up after the mess he had created, he explained that in hindustan unilever, we are not expected to clean up so much against the previous guys, i. E eureka forbes. Their after sales was the best! Problem was with their product. Here, you have a wonderful product and just because of some sales guy with a big ego, we as consumers are made to think twice about your product. Is it worth it? I therefore request you to impart better training to these people who are the front end for customers like us. Appreciate a response and action for the same.
