I have been a PureIT customer since 2014. Though I have faced many problems in Customer Service Agencies during the recent years, I've been using based on the trust on the water quality.

But nowadays, the service by the Agency / Consumer care is becoming worst than before.

I'm really not sure whether Customer care / Agency is failing in their duties.

Last Friday (22nd June, 2018), I raised a complaint regarding low filteration [Complaint number: CO[protected]]. The technician attended and mentioned that the Germ Kill Kit (GKK) is having some issues and he had also assured he would replace it without any additional cost as the kit was changed only a month back (30th May 2018).

However after his visit, there is no action taken by either the agency and Consumer care department. I have been calling customer care almost everyday and they are taking complaint after complaint, but no action as of now.

It clearly shows the lethargic and irresponsible attitude of the customer care and the local agency (who provides technicians for the issues) on their customer requests.

My question as a customer is that when you are not able to provide continued service to your customer, why you are just selling products??

I hope there should be some strict action taken on these kind of irresponsible companies who promise their customer only during the purchase of the product and totally ignore them once their sale target is over.

    I had requested for a Germ Kill Kit 2 on 5th June. I have not yet received the same. On constant calls to the customer care, I get to know that the kit is not available anywhere in Bangalore. It is out of stock.
    The machine dispenses only 60 liters of water once the instrument signals that
    its time for the change.
    Every call to the customer care gave me just one reply.. The issue will be resolved in the next 2 days. But its 20 days still the issue remains open. I tried to contact the CCO of bangalore. But he always replies telling that he wold call back.
    The technicians mention that the GKK2 is the same as Marvelo . My question is
    If both are the same why doesnt the company or the customer care specify the same?
    If they are no longer supporting the old models, what should the consumer do?
    When will the issue be resolved?
    All mails to the escalation team also has not resolved the issue. Infact they never responded.

      We had brought pure it ultima water purifier by spending 18k just 1.5 years ago. We have done a regular servicing and changed the germkill kit twice a year. We received a gkk2 error and got the germ kill kit replaced by spending rs 3800 few days back. Soon after a day, we still got the gkk2 error again. After calling the customer care they said the control circuit has become faulty and need to be replaced. The cost of new control circuit is 5k.
      So i am wondering is this the quality of the products that you are selling, or is it a well planned pattern. After doing a simple google search, you can see almost all customers are facing the same issue. Are you guys just trying to fool people??

      Hi Prashant, I bought Pureit Ultima 18 months back and I am also facing same problem as you! I started seeing circuit alert once GKK2 is replaced. Just wondering quality of the product as well as service provided by big brands like HUL! Worst.

          We have pure it water purifier machine. Since so many days its performing very slow. It takes minimum 3 hours to fill up entire 9ltr tank. Also tap of the machine is not performing well and its very slow too. Few insects also goes inside machine. Need to check that also. Battery might be a problem too. Technician from purit end is desperately required to check this.

            For many years prior to moving to spain, i used pears soap and it was always sold in a cardboard box without any additional packaging. So, just last week i found pears soap here in spain and decided to purchase some. To my surprise there is additional plastic wrapping around the soap. Why? In a world fighting the removal of plastic because it is killing our oceans and seas and the wildlife within would you wrap soap in plastic. Please tell me why... I find it simply unbelievable and ignorant. I would add i couldn't open the plastic without the use of scissors as i have arthritis in my hands. I am dumbfounded.

              On 15/06/2018 i called the customer care to replace my gkk2 kit they said they will replace the next day i got the rfs number for the same the next day my call was cancelled by the hul pureit customer service agency called kanisga agency in trichy, tamil nadu. I called them they replied that they called me and didint get any response, igot a call when i was driving how am i supposed to attend the call when i'm driving. There was no proper response from their side then i called the local team leader babu [protected] no proper response from him as well. I bought the machine for around 25000 rs now i regret it.

                As per the discussion you technician visited our house on 9th june 2018. He told us that the germkill kit need to change as it is faulty. We just asked to prove it that the germkillkit was faulty. He said that the only think that can prove that the germkillkit is faulty is red alarm indication. We ask him to do the tds check. He first checked the tap water tds which was 52pps. Then he check the tds of the water from purifier which was 14pps. We also check tds of bottle packed mineral water which was 20pps. We asked him how does the purifier detects that the germkillkit has become faulty. The technician said that the purifier calculates the liters of water and when it crosses 6000liter mark. It gives alarm that the gkk is faulty irrespective whether its faulty or not. The snapshot of the tds is been attached. We told him that we need to talk to his manager. His manager told that the purifier reduce the tds level by 30% so if the tds level is below 30pps then the purifier is working well. Hence we said that means the purifier is working fine. He said then too you need to replace the gkk. We asked whats the procedure to replace the gkk he told he will replace the gkk and then reset the button which will count the liters of water again. I told him just reset the button and show me if the alarm still exist. He told he won’t reset the button and nor allowed anyone to do. This was because he was sure that if he reset the button the alarm will go and purifier will work properly.

                My request to team is
                1. Please show me how do you prove that gkk is faulty. Don’t just say that it’s the red light indication.
                2. Please show me what happens if reset button is press before changing the kit
                3. Why do you program the liters counter?
                4. What will be the tds level after changing the gkk when my tap water tds is 52pps?

                  As we are your customer but we are not satisfied with you.you are giving worst products to us.After every 3 month we face problem with pureit aqua .inbuilt parts get damaged after every 3 months and it is not like that we have buy low cost aqua.Rather it is highly amounted aqua.and on these stage we are like we are mad to buy your product .And really we are unhappy to buy your product.

                    I am one of the resaller from mumbai. Really disappointed with your sales person who is never come to take an order. I always have to make a call them to come and visit my shop for order.
                    There is only reason because one of them make one single piece of shampoo bottle of dove which i never placed and they are not ready to exchange that order with another one.

                      Two day ago i bought lux bathing shop and used on next day. After uses i found that i have many scratch in my body and feel pain that time but i don't mind and get focus on shop but next day i used again and found same problem again then i checked shop and found many small pieces in shop. So it may be dangerous if i used in face or used baby so its very cheap and unreliable shop.

                        I m Shanti Sarswa from Guwahati. I have bought a Pure it Marvella Uv +Ro on 2nd January 2017 and have changed my Gkk twice in this little duration and two days back a technician visited my place and after changing the kit God knows what he did and suddenly the motor within started vibrating and making sounds and it takes several hours to refill.Today I spoke to Mr. Pegu who seems to look after Guwahati service centre and he sent another technician who said I have to change several components and install iron filter etc. coz water quality is not good.Now I don't get it how suddenly after warranty my water quality got bad whereas people in my building have using othr brands of similar purifiers for 5 years without maintainence.If I have to spend 5000 on a product of 15000 after just a year then I leave it to the wisdom of people that either we are fools to chose this product or the Company is cheating us.NeverthelessI m not going to leave this issueand I m waiting for a response from the northeast service head Mr. SACHIN, whom I spoke with today.If the issue is not resolved I would surely reach the consumer forum and would also advice others to raise the voice against the umscrupulous practice generated bh these mischievious technicians.

                          I have been using Unilever pureit for last 1.5 years and replaced gkk1 recently paying around 2.5k. t

                          In few months he purifier just stopped working and registered a complaint with customer care. The technician said it’s a fault with the PCB. How can the PCB be faulty with in 1.5 years o[censored]se? How can the PCB of such "high quality" product go bad in 1.5 years? If its a voltage fluctuation other electronic equipment would also get affected at the same time.

                          cost of replacement of PCB 3.5k including service charge

                          Cost replacement of gkk2 in another 6 months 3k

                          Total GKK1, 2 & PCB Rs 9 k in a year.

                            We bought pureit classic 23 litres some months ago. It works good so far. It cleanses well. But i changed germ kill life indicator and other parts today. It started leaking from the basement portion. Whenever the water is filled, it started leaked around everywhere. It makes us irritated. Can u please suggest any solution for this problem. How can we stop the leakage problem.

                              As promised by pureit to deliver gkk within 72 hours but they failed. I ordered online last sunday and again called them after 2 days to book again. They bookes and said it will be delivered within 72 hours. But now its more than 80 hours but none of the pureit agent contacted for the gkk and even the company's toll-free number is not reachable since 2 days. Please help in the following matter as soon as possible.

                                Hi, i have buyed pureit marvella ro+uv in around18000/- at bhopal in year 2015. After 21 months the control circuit (Which regulate green/red indicators) has gone faulty. This is china made and company is quoting rs. 3250/- for this. This circuit is not more than rs.300/-. Company authorized person are making money because call centre of pureit not able to tell the cost of each part, or sometime telling too much high price. The company is also charging vontron company ro membrane at rs.2100/- while it is readily available at amazon at just rs. 570 - 680/- only. Charge of solenoid valve is 500/- instead of rs. 200/-. However, the qaulity of water and its taste is good with pureit marvella but the policy of company is not beneficial to customer at all.

                                  Maine Sunday ko apna aaro service karwane ke liya pureit customer service ([protected]) me phone kar ke complaint kiya jo ki inhone Monday 11am LA time diya and 110:30 me inka technition 11:40am me aaya and service kiya and 2750/- LA bill banaya jo Maine paytm se bill payment kiya.

                                  Payment dete samay maine technition ko bola ki aap thodi der ruk kar check kar lena ki koi problem na ho but technition nahi ruka and uske jate hi 15mint Bad aaro se pani over flow hokar aaro ke ander se pani girne laga jo ki maine turant phone kiya lekin technition phone nahi uthaya and kai bar phone karne per jab bat hui to bola Mai ek ghante bad aa kar check karta hu uske bad rat ko sat baje tak usko aour uske office me lagatar phone karte rahe lekin sabhi bas 10mint10mint karte rahe lekin abhi tak koi bhi nahi aaya .

                                  Agar mujhe pata hota ki Hindustan Unilever ki service itne ghatiya log karte h to mai Hindustan Unilever ka product kabhi nahi leta and apne sabhi janane wale ko yahi kahuga ki wo bhi kabhi Hindustan Unilever ka product na le.

                                    I have made a complaint about the defect in Pureit Purifier on 14th April 2018..
                                    Till date, No one has come yet for the Service /Repair yet.aIts been almost a Month .Every Alternate day they send a msg that the Issue is attended when infact no one has come to our house for the repair.
                                    I receive a call everyday from Pureit asking if my issue is resolved and they say everytime that they will send a technician but no one has addressed it yet..
                                    Very Disappointed with the Service team.

                                      Please share me the result of lifebuoystudent of the year scholarship far students who have done 100% attendance in the school. Let me know that i had got the scholarship of rs 20000. I had posted the letter with a form inside it at the address given in newspaper.                                         I have lodged a complain for a problem in my water purifier which i had bought from s. B enterprise in the name of soma dutta on 31.07.12 rs 11500/=. (Bill attached)
                                        I am continuously following up with pureit service, but i am getting proper response from them.

                                        Please find below details of purchase.

                                        Pureit model no: marvella ro
                                        Serial no: gpr[protected]
                                        1st complain date on: 26.11.12 for low filtration
                                        2nd complain date on 21.02.13 for low filtration
                                        3nd complain date on 24.04..13 for low filtration
                                        4nd complain date on 02.05.14 for kit change rs 1625/=
                                        5th complain date on 27.06.14 for low filtration & charges rs 250/=
                                        6th complain date on 02.06.16 for kit change & charges rs 3750/=


                                        When your area sales manager mr pappu sarakar [protected] & your engineer. Visited he told me that motor not working. Charges rs 6500/=
                                        Internal pump rs 2750/ & gkk2 rs 3750/= i just surprised to hear the cost. Machine price is 11500/= & repairing cost 6500/=???

                                        U don’t have any amc poliicy also. When u sale the machine that time u told to customer that no 1 machine pure it. No hidden maintenance cost. Only. U have to change only kit box. That also nominal price.
                                        Is it a corporate policy??? Don’t u think u cheating the public!!! From the date of purchase to till now 6 times we facing problem’s

                                        . As per ur area manager if we r unable to repair the machine then this is scrab material & suggest me to buy another new ro is it a professional attitude?
                                        I have never imagined a company like hindustan lever claiming purifying one crore virus will stoop to such a low. Please help in redressing my grievance.

                                        Please guide me what to do.

                                        can i expect any reply?from 5th may to till now, not solve my problem.Not only that pureit not bother to call r solve the same.Is it expected from a reputed company????????I need a repair.If purchase value 11500/= & they told me repairing charges 6500/=.How is it possible?need to solve the same ASAP.
