    Our pure it was giving red signal so we complaint abt it in company. It send a technician who came 1 day and went then another day and change it pcb telling that the previous pcb was not able to reset and you will not give its money. As per before information we have to pay 3999 rupees of gkk2. Now after changing he talks with some one and tells that u have to pay additional 2500. So now we told to replace it with previous one because of additional and unauthorised charges. This isnt fair... So plaese help us...

      I purchased a filter which was defective from the time of installation. After several times of servicing and repairing work also, performance is not satisfactory. Everyday getting a new issues with that. Sent so many follow up mail/ call to customer care. They are not at all responsive. Contacted pureit india service head (Mr. Anjan sengupta). But no step taken from his end. Rajasthan service head (Hindustan unilever) visited the product, but no satisfactory action taken.

        I’m writing in regards to the subjected complaint number. Below is a series of events that happened with my pureit marvella ro+uv device;

        18/11/17 – my device’s gkk2 kit was replaced by a technician for a cost of rs. 3750.
        22/11/17 – after the gkk2 was changed, the device stopped functioning for some reason and didn’t start. The same technician came back on 22/11 and fixed the issue within 5minutes.
        25/11/17 – i registered a complaint (Mentioned in the subject) again on the pureit helpline number and was told that the technician would visit the next day. Nobody showed up since then, hence i called up the helpline again to escalate the matter and was told that my request will be raised on high priority and will be solved asap. The lady handling my call also mentioned about a 4 digit pin which will be sent to my phone but, it was never sent.

        During this time span (18/11-28/11) we haven’t been able to use the device and still paid a sum of ₹3750 for the gkk2.
        In spite of so many follow ups, my query wasn’t taken care.

        After so many calls finally someone turned up for servicing our water filter on the 2nd Dec and I was charged rs 1250
        Ever since it started leaking from the right side of the box
        No luck so far yet to get someone to fix the problem
        Pl Do Not SELL any products if you can't service it

          I bought pureit marvello ro slim in june 2016 at rs.9899/-.
          It has an advanced alert system which notified to change sf (Slow green blinking).
          On 21st nov 2017, i requested for sf change,
          Technician from pureit visited on 22nd, nov 2017 and installed sf. But while reseting
          He found that control circuit is not working & advised to change control circuit which will cost me rs 2500.

          Now the question is if i would have to replace control circuit costing rs2500/- just after 15 month, then what kind of quality pureit is offering? How costly will be the water from pureit water purifier. Customer are being attracted by saying price under rs10000/- and who will count these additional expenditure?

          Pureit executive called to me on 2nd dec.2017 regarding issue. Since i have made payment of rs2900/- against control circuit replacement, asked him for refund. He just said me that he will ask upper exucutive for refund approval and call me back regarding all this.

            Hi,

            This is re my complaint logged on 6th november 2017 for change of gkk 1 for my marvella ro+uv device for my goa location.

            I am disappointed to say that the services provided at goa is very pathetic especially south goa. I tried calling the technician and he is even least bothered to pick the call and reply. Its been mre than 3 weeks now, whats the purpose of keeping an unworking unit at my place when its of no use to me? Hence, i request you to either take back the unit and refund my money or send the technician at the earliest.

            The worst situation is when you log a complaint and after filling in all the details the next page says "error"!!! Cool.

            Note: kindly don't sell your units at locations your technicians cannot go to fix the issues. Atleast we can buy units whose technicians can provide a prompt service.

              I had purchased new pureit from vijay sales on 11th nov and after registering 2 request for installation and demo nobody bothers to come for same
              Ur representative called us but not bother to come and install
              It's more than a week i have purchased and still awaiting for ur service
              Such a service from reputed co like hul is not expected
              I should have opted for some other brand for prompt service

                I bought pureit marvello uv + ro in nov 2015
                It has an advanced alert system which will notify filter change 15 days before completion

                In july 2017, i ordered for gkk2 as alerted by pureit system, for rs. 3850/-
                Technician from pureit visited on 2nd day and installed gkk2.

                Just after few days, i found that filter is not dispensing water and it is alerting to change sediment filter, gkk1, gkk2.

                When complaint, they asked to change gkk2 again for which i had to explain them that its only less than 2 months and asked for technician.

                Technician visited and done some setting changes (Charged 200/- here for which no bill is provided)

                Again after few days same happened and this time technician again visited (Nothing charged here) just said its circuit board issue and resolved it.

                Recently it stopped working again and they said that there is problem with circuit board and it needs to be replaced which costs around rs. 3200/-.

                Even before completion of 2years, if circuit board needs to be replaced what is the value and quality provided by pureit?

                  I’m a marvella uv water purifier customer, since 2 years. As my “filter change light” got blinking, i decided to order for a new purifier (Gkk-germ kill kit) from pureit.
                  • i had ordered for a new filter on 31oct2017 via pureit customercare[protected]. The complaint number generated is rfs 25609212.
                  • i got a call from the service provider on 02nov telling that the purifier is out of stock.
                  • i called him back on 06nov to check the status and i got the same response that it is out of stock.
                  • on 07nov, i raised a new rfs 25740980 through pureit customercare and they promised me to deliver the filter on 08th nov.
                  • on 08thnov, as i did not get a response i called the service provider “universal service solutions” at cochin. They said the same, that this is out of stock and there is no clue on when it will be delivered to them.
                  • i also sent emails to customer support (Pureit. [protected]@unilever.com) on 8thnov and 09th nov. But no acknowledgment or response from them.
                  • on 09thnov, i called the pureit customercare and they said, the gkk will be delivered free of cost on 10thnov.
                  • even i sent escalation email to mr. Anjan sengupta, service head – india (Anjan. [protected]@unilever.com) and there is no luck.
                  • again on 11thnov, i called pureit customercare and they said they will attend my request on 12thnov.
                  • on 13thnov, i checked with the service provider and they replied, the kit is out of stock, since 2 weeks. They are totally unaware of when the kit will be delivered to them from the company.

                  Each time, when i raised a service request rfs with pureit customercare, i received the sms from pureit saying, “gkk will be delivered within 72 hours and if not gkk will be free” to me. Whenever i call customer care, they have only one response that gkk will be delivered in 1 day. Now it is more than 10 days and even with multiple calls to customer care, there is no clue on when gkk will be delivered. Due to this delay, i had to make lot of alternate arrangements to make drinking water available at home. Most concerning factor is, i have not even got a single call or email from pureit on this delay.

                    I had ordered a germkill kit on 22.10.2017. As per the pureit promise the same should be delivered within 72 hours. The service provider had contacted initially to confirm timings of delivery but hasnot showed up yet.
                    The customer care service is a big joke at hll pureit. The cc executives keepp asking the same information over and over again instead of checking the records and the senior members and managers are even bigger fools who never call back the customer.
                    All i want from pureit is to deliver the germkill kit at my registered address that too without any charge.

                    I have bought this product during October 2016. I have changed the SF after 6 months and now its asking to change GKK2. The maintenance cost is too high. Let me know.what is the frequency for changing these filters and KiT. Its asking for frequent change of filters 1 by 1..

                      We are using pureit / hindustan unilever ro from last 7-8 months,
                      I have booked complaints regarding not functioning o[censored]nit,
                      They said that within 42 hours it will be resolved,
                      As drinking water is most essential, we are waiting for last 50 hours but no proper response from a company as well as caller executive.

                      Still device has not repaired,

                      Very bad experience.

                        I had bought pureit classic ro+uv 5l model last year in october. It stopped working altogether in august this year. Complaint was registered with hul in september 2017. Their customer service unit arranged for a service agent to attend to the issue. But after calling once and promising that he would reach by evening that day, he never showed up. Now, in october, i registered another complaint again on the same issue. I was told that the germ kit had to be replaced and would cost me around rs.2000. I agreed and the service agent reported on october 21. The guy changed the germ kit. But even after installing the new kit, the issue was not solved. He told me that the ic unit had stopped working and would cost around rs.2100. I told him that the issue was originally reported in september and the product was under warranty then. Hence, it should be replaced without any additional charges. The guy said he would come back after a few days.
                        Today, on october 26, hul service agent came to replace the ic unit. He was asked by hul to take payment from me, totally ignoring the warranty claim.

                        Hul, do you honestly think that a customer should pay extra money for an ic unit that didn't even last one whole year? I spent rs.8000 on this product last year. Now, am i supposed to spent at least around rs. 4000 on germ kit and faulty ic unit? This is abysmal product quality from hul and pathetic customer service to go along with that.

                        I still trust the hul brand to make amends. If hul doesn't respond, i will do my part to ensure that my friends and relatives never buy any hul product and would myself buy a new water filter for less than 4k that i am asked to pay here.

                        Few years back there was add in tv for pureit challenge.i think now u have to review it.ur filter is not giving pure water once it was said.i found frequent algae formation in filter.i am giving only information to u .i don't expect a remedy or response from u.lets hope to correct urselves.I am badrinath from andhrapradesh.

                          I'm suryakant acharya. My phone number - [protected]. Sir i have a logged a complaint with customer care as my pureit ultima was not working. A technician (Purusutam) came over to check what went wrong.

                          He mentioned that a part need to be changed and is costing 5200. But he mentioned if we opt for "amc", it will cost us free. And in future for a year anything goes wrong with the pureit they will replace/repair for free. He mentioned we have to pay 4500+250 to register. To confirm what ever he said was true or not, i called customer care. They confirmed what ever is been told is true.

                          So after registration i had to wait for 10days for the part to be delivered and installed. This actually started from 12th october. So sir on the 10th day the same technician came over and replaced. Which worked fine for 1 day and then again some thing went wrong.

                          I had called the customer care again and the same technician came over and mentioned that some part is not working and now again i have to pay 3500 to replace the part. I was very angry listing to that. I can buy a new pureit for the same price of repair.

                          Sir when i again asked him that i have registered for amc why don't you guys replace for free. He then said that's only for few parts and not for the part viz got spoilt. When i asked why didn't you tell me the other day, he did have any answer same for the customer care.

                          Few people called me who i spoke was - mr. Prabhu from customer care and he did transfer the call to the floor supervisor.

                          I also tried reaching to the back office people, spoke to deepak and abhilash. But no help from there end. Now i have to pay 3500 for repair or buy a new one.

                          All i can request form your end is, kindly return my money (4500). I don't want any product or service from "hindustan unilever ltd". Technician lied, customer care lied and now i'm left with no option but to seek justice from your end sir.

                          Kindly take out some time and look into this. Looking forward to hear from you sir.

                          No help is provided yet. No use of calling the customer care they just say that we will receive a call from back office. Those guys call and say pay for the product. I request please return my 4500. I don't need any service from your end.

                          I have also written email to Anjan.[protected]@unilever.com.

                          But no response. This shows how caring and how much initiative is taken from the compnaies end to solve the problem of consumer.

                          Please I request you to look into it. I do not want to get involved in any legal decision with company. Please escalate the issue .

                            I had registered a complain regarding leakage problem with classic mineral water purifier. A service engineer came on 13-oct named as amit (Mobile number: [protected]). He said that it can be repaired at service centre only and will cost 3000 rupees. If i avail amc, then it will be free, and will also get one filter change for free and two free services, all at 4500 rupees. I paid him 4500 through paytm. He took the purifier with him, and said it will be fixed in 02 days. It is 11 days since now. He is not picking his phone, neither the service centre people (Mobile:[protected]). Neither getting any response from pureit customer care.

                            I live in sector-15, gurugram, haryana. Please suggest the further course of actions. Thanks.

                            I had issue with the power adapter. PureIt technician visited and said adapter will cost 2500 and if i take AMC worth 3900 then adapter will be free. PureIt costs 8500 and adapter costs 2500. Whats wrong with HUL? It's a big mistake buying HUL products. It's fraud and looting our money. How come an adapter will cost 2500???
                            this HUL guys are looting indian customers. do not buy any product from them anymore.

                              I bought this machine in may 2016 from viveks in chennai and changed all these filters 3 months before, that costed me 2500, it was working fine before my vacation for 5 days. When i switched on 6th day, all lights were showing ref (Sf, gkk1, gkk2), technician came and he did some reset. He added that it will work now but if problem comes again, we need to change pcb which will cost rs. 3200. Worked for one day, again same problem. The machine costed me rs. 17000,
                              Now i can't afford to pay another 3200.
                              Please help to fix this

                                I am fed up calling pureit service center, i brought a pureit 6 months before after using for 2 weeks there was leak in the pureit pipe i kept contacting pureit helpline number they kept promising me the service person will come, but no one came they alsocharge for their helpline number, i had to bring a local plumber to fix it the money was given from my pocket. Now after 6 months iam contacting them and noone is coming to replace thefilter, what should i do should i go to consumer court and file a complaint for cheating me by selling a product which doesnt provide a service man to service it as they promised

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I have purchased this pure it ultima ro + uv machine on 1 & half year back by rs 18000. 10 days ago gkk-1 bilnking was started. I have called to your customer care regarding this. They are taken rs 2140/- to change this. From that time in front of your service provider my machine was going very slow to release water. On that time rs enterprise representative said that this is problem from valve at this machine. This valve has to be change. Again i change this as per your representative concern. He charges again rs. 450/- to purchase this. My problem was not solved. Your representative repeatedly arguing with me & diverted me at different talk. This is not acceptable to me.

                                  Another thing is that when i have called that at your customer care to not send rs enterprise representative. They are not listen, again they want to be send this rs enterprise representative. I want to say if your customer not happy any certain representative then what are you doing.

                                  If this type of incident is happen with your home appliances then you also change to better service/ expect better service.

                                  Kindly do the needful to faith on your service.

                                    Within six months of purchase the machine was not working properly. The first service was not done properly and next month (29.07.2017) it again stopped working. Service man srinivasan who had come to attend the problem demanded full payment for the replacement of the products even though it was under guarantee period. As we said that the product was still under guarantee period he told he will inform his officials and replace the part but still hasn't attended the problem. We have made a terrible mistake buying this product thinking pureita was a reputed company

                                      We had brought ro in the month of october 2016 and started using in the month of january.in the month of may we never used due to holidays. After few days since the water tasted little different we complained and the representative came to check and he changed ro filter and he failed to check the tds because he never brought it with him. We complained now again since the water wastage is more, tastes different and checked with friend about the tds and we checked it is 157. The representative checked and said to change the membrane. We have hardly used the filter for 8 months and why we need to change the membrane. We have an ordinary ro in another house in the same building, which works fine for almost one and half years with tds 45 to 50.
                                      Since it is company renowned but the service is very poor. We want you to look into the matter at the earliest and replace the ro but for which we will not be paying.
