Hi,

I bought a ro from sri ram enterprices. From the day i bought, immediately rom gone in 2 days. They changed. Later water started leaking, they collected 600 extra and put pressure control (Still water is leaking).
Almost daily too much vibration is happening and they told it is normal with this product. Previoulsy last 5 years i used same company ro. I never faced this. So, i went and bought same one.

Please let me know the procedure to get refund. I strongly believe they sold second hand product.

Top of that, indicator turing to red and green automatically. Service engineer told this is very common with this product.

    We bought a new pureit ultima water purifier on 13/7/2017. When installed on 17/7/2017 it was not working properly and leakage from every part of device so it should be replaced with a new one of the same brand. It should be done by pureit hindustan lever co. Otherwise we will put a case against the company regarding this fact through consumer court

      We have bought the pureit ultima ro+uv water purifier at vasanth @co tambaram on 13-7-17 it has been installed on[protected] but it was not working properly due to manufacturing defect. Water vame flown all over from inside and it has been switched off automatically. We suspect the device have material defect. So we request you replace it with a new one.

        Myself mirza. E. Haque from jamshedpur, i have a complaint regarding a product which was purchased from the reliance fresh outlet in jamshedpur on 18th june 2017. Time around 17.59 pm. Purchse bill no. - c[protected], packet details was t 37, date 23.03.17. Amount was rs. 699. Was huggies wonder pants for my child detail was (L - 9 to 14kg) 50 pieces. I have faced big problem with it as it was leaked and spoiled all my child dress after she use within 3 hours duration. Even i have make a complain to the store manager about this but he said i will send mail to the customer care person but even today also i checked with him so he said that he already complain about it but i didn't not received any call from the customer care. So kindly call me and look into this matter as i have faced big problem from my child school and everytime it feels embarrassed to me.

          Water is not coming down. It is coming very very slowly even after multiple cleaning. This is a new container that i have brought about a year ago and it's not working properly which is also degrading our health. Can you please look into this matter and solve it asap.             I had purchased 12 litres capacity pureit intella 3 year back. Last year i got germkill kit online from ebay but i want to change again the germkill kit for the same, but every retailer is saying that kit for this model has been dropped off, and is not available with them, it is also not available online at any site.

              Good day,

              I am using pureit marvella ro.

              2 months back i orderd gkk-1. Same was delivered but during installation it was discovered that the carbon filter was having pin hole and so the technician took the new filter and installed the old one and left with the promise of coming on next day with the new one.

              No one came on next day.

              On third day the filter stopped working and i registered a complain and after repeated reminders 1 person finally came and said that there was a leak and electronic part needs to be changed.

              I said it is fault of your technician who changed the filter few days back and did not put the connections properly and the carbon filter was still not changed. He said i have to pay for it and he repaired the electronic part and took the payment but still carbon filter was not changed. But the filter started working.

              Again after a month filter showed gkk-1 alarm and i requested gkk-1 filter.
              Now the first technician appears at home with new carbon filter saying last time it was having hole so i have bought it now.
              I said it was booked under pureit promise so i will not pay, because he came after 1 month, but again he took the money.

              Now after one month again i am getting gkk-1 alarm. I have raised the complain as always nad the technician came and said he will come again tomorrow as he is not sure why the alarm came.
              In one month how can we get same filter alarm. That means i was given old filter the last time he came.

              I hope some one in pureit will do the courtesy and look into the matter.
              You can look into your record and verify all the above.

                We reported a complaint against a damaged product we received. The main water holder is broken on one corner. We called the next morning and got no fruitful response. We have a very serious kidney patient at home and at night we were told about the lack of filter with the company. We have been buying bottled water for the last 3 days and the entire process has been shocking and highly dissatisfying. Please look into this matter ASAP as we refuse to use a damaged new product. It is still unused.

                  Hi i wish to inform that i have purchased hindustan Unilever pureit Marvella ro plus uv last year june 2016.
                  Gk1 kit replaced in june 2017.
                  15 days after warranty the PCB not working.
                  The technician asking 3200 for replacement.
                  Why do you put such inferior quality of PCB.
                  The website is full of complaint s regarding faulty PCB.
                  Please verify and change the PCB immediately.

                    Complaint[protected] I logged a gkk2 replacement order and got a message that gkk Will be free if not delivered within 72hrs as part of pureit promise, I received a message from agency that they are not bound by such promise, the technician called me and wanted to come right away, I was in office, asked him to come the next day, the next morning I kept calling and got different timings of technician. I called up customer care and they said I should get the gkk2 free since it is more than 72hrs since order, finally after arguments with agency etc, I got a call from technician and I was running late for work, the technician couldn't get the purifier working even after 2 hours, I got fed up and called Mr Kishore Kumar head of Pune apparently and he said Will send someone new after half an hour, i told him that I have already late for work and will not pay for this now, he said I have to pay, I refused and asked the technician to go away

                      My name pravin bhavsar, since i purchase hindustan unilever / pure it water filter product from ashray sales, ashirwad nagar, nagpur, maharashtra. There are many problems occuring in the product continuously. Engineers provides hopeless service and excuses. So i want to replace the product as soon as possible.
                      Since i purchase the pure it marvella (Ro+uv) model from ashray electronics aashirwad nagar nagpur, there is continuous problem is occuring in your model. I do the complaint many times but your engineer is not able to solve the problem of pure it model. So please exchange it. Otherwise i do your complaint, i also have some proof of it. (I have my own newspaper. Also complaint on social media/cosumer foram). Your engineers is giving hopeless excuses every time. So i hope you understand my problem and exchange it as soon as possible.

                        As per rfs/22449022 work not done properly by your vendor supertech services on 19th june 2016 and after your authorised person from pune attended my call, filter started leaking. Also not sure if the filter is providing pure water after taking rs 1149 and replacing csf.
                        All in the family have fallen ill. This is a very serious crime like situation and customers life is at stake after buying your costly filter. Kindly get this rectified today to avoid further escalation.

                          Complaint number c[protected] this is the second complaint, the first complaint was raised a day before or so and just after an hour that technician left, i could see leakage and water spillage from the body of the machine. I got this pureit marvella ro+mf just in january. Now regarding the complaint number, 3 new technicians visited till date and today also someone is supposed to come but no one could resolve the issue. The plastic body has a crack or something so water keeps on leaking off from the bottom of the filter. Also the tank never seems to get full and indicator is off for that particular option.

                          So if you cant send a proper person to resolve the problem why on earth do you waste my time and energy by sending several new guys to my house. Is this some kind of joke? And what about the money that is spent on buying bisleri since there is no water in my house to drink or use for cooking after the filter broke off. Will you compensate?

                          Third class service by hindustan unilever. Raised complaint on facebook yesterday, called up customer care today but none bothered to solve the issue. So what do you guys think i should do? Take the matter to consumer court? How pathetic and disgusting this pureit company is and so are the franchise agents like varsha enterprise handling the problem, cant replace the product? Its under warranty? Then what the heck can you do? Charging a fortune for a dabba? Thats what is the success story of hul?

                          Time wasted 4 days, by your technicians with no resolution. My money wasted on water bought from outside. Never ever buy anything from pureit thats the 2 cents i can give you gentlemen and ladies.

                            I have taken this hindustan unilever pureit ro classic mf around 1 year back. It begin with the problems. Within warranty, it could some technical issue 2 times. I raised the complaint and they have taken around 1850/- for some replacement of the kit. They have given me 6 months warranty but there is again a problem with the water content within 4 months.
                            I raised the complain again and after checking the same, they took again 350/- and changed another part.
                            Within 4 days, the problem reoccurred and have again called the customer care and raised the complain.
                            However, some technician called and have mentioned without any further visit and checking that they need to replace a kit which will cost rs 1800/- again if you buy from my side. If you buy from company the same will be charged @3600/-. This person has come from raj enterprises and his name is deepak. Have been calling customer care but no help and assistance.
                            Is this a profit making business? This pure it is not in a proper working condition within 6 months and the company is charging the money again and again.
                            Do we need believe in customer service? Are we just making money from customer? No one is listening to this compain.
                            Would request an urgent intervention on the same.

                              It is hardly one month form the date of purchase and i have registered the water leakage complaint for 5-6 times in a month, the service engineer come and makes some fix will is not lasting for 3-4 days, i don't understand how come there are many issue in a brand new piece. I have wasted my hard earned money on this garbage. My issue is not resolved and money got wasted.

                              I need to get this issue resolved for permanent, if the issue cannot be resolved then i want refund of my money.

                                We have purchased uv+cold pureit
                                Marvella on 10.03.2016 from vijay sales. But in may it's cooling system was suddenly out of order. Vijay sales taken complaint and attended technician told that due to such fault this model product was disscouninued by company. No solution of repairs because of faulty product. Now water flow also blocked after technician check up. R company cheated us by selling faulty product?

                                  The servicing options for marvello water purifier are terrible. They tell you that their service agent will be respodning with in 24 hrs and send you sms reg the same. But their service centers are terrible.
                                  I was given no of raaj enterprises (Service agents) but they only lead me on as to when they are coming and then finally ending with the response that the technician is on leave and they don't know when they can come.
                                  Such terrible customer servicing is not expected of hindustan unilever products. They should do a through check up before assigning service agents and not allign with shoddy ones like raaj enterprices.

                                    I bought this product on 7th may 2017.in less than a month water stops coming show sf light. The technician comes after 2 days to replace and says circuit problem and that he will come with the circuit. Next days comes with circuit and says the problem is with the motor and they dont have it in stock. And that it will take 3 days.
                                    The product given to me is faulty and should be replaced as in less than a month they are talking of replaced all main component.

                                    If this is not call a faulty product then what is?

                                    Please have the product replaced with a new test working one.

                                    I am spending money on water Rs150 daily waiting for my replacement . Hope Purit is able to replace my unit .
                                    This is not expected from a Hindustan Unilever brand company .

                                    I was told on Tuesday 13th June i will get the refund of the RO unit and they will take the unit back . So far not happened .Hoping it happens soon .

                                      Purchased a pureit mineral classic ro+ uv on 25th apr from amazon.
                                      The sediment filter broke due to pressure on 25th may which is till not replaced, been 2 weeks now. The technician from sri raghvendra agencies connected directly without sediment filter as it was out of stock. It took 3 days of follow up with customer support to get the service. On 2nd june device stopped working completely for which i registered the complaint on 3rd june. Complaint number:c[protected]w. The technician visited on 5th june and told circuit needs a replacement which also is not in stock. When call today for follow up technician misbehaved saying go back and complain to pureit or amazon from where you have bought the product.

                                      Pathetic service! Totally disappointed by product and service.

                                        Till now they don't reissue me a new cheque instead of damage cheque. I requesting them since last 6 month, but they are telling me wait some days and they don't reissue me a new cheque. Sir /mam please help me. I had participated in fair and lovely scholarship foundation 2015. And i selected in winner list. And i got a cheque of 20, 000 and 40, 000 but on the cheque there is a spelling mistake in my name and also added my name with my father's name its too bad for me. Last cheque has rejected by bank and i don't get benefits. Please please sir kindly help me this money is necessary for my education

I have give complains 4 times and every time I get an assurance that it will be fixed the same day but no one attends or even calls . I have been purchasing water from market every single day since last one week. This is the worst customer service.
