Complaint[protected] I logged a gkk2 replacement order and got a message that gkk Will be free if not delivered within 72hrs as part of pureit promise, I received a message from agency that they are not bound by such promise, the technician called me and wanted to come right away, I was in office, asked him to come the next day, the next morning I kept calling and got different timings of technician. I called up customer care and they said I should get the gkk2 free since it is more than 72hrs since order, finally after arguments with agency etc, I got a call from technician and I was running late for work, the technician couldn't get the purifier working even after 2 hours, I got fed up and called Mr Kishore Kumar head of Pune apparently and he said Will send someone new after half an hour, i told him that I have already late for work and will not pay for this now, he said I have to pay, I refused and asked the technician to go away
