Sir i am from machilipatnam, krishna district. Recently ie.,.in last week, we had purchased refill of cost rupees 600/- from subramaneyam (Contact no: [protected]) we don't know the reason but the refill is not working. So we are unable to drink hygienic water even we pay for you. The concerned person is not at all responding to calls. He is not even lifting the call. We trust your company while there are numerous in market. But in this situation how can a customer believe and relieve you. This is situation is bring down your market values which is important for business. I hope you kindly understand our problem and rectify it as early as possible.

I bought a pureit classic 23 litres some months back and this is the first time I changed the germkill kit. But as soon as I poured water into it, it started leaking. I tried checking the settings a number of time but of no use. Please do the needful. Otherwise I would have a very bad impression regarding this Company.

    I had purchased this product Jan 2017 same day after installation it started leaking. Given complaint service guy came don't have any idea why this leakage cut some unwanted pipes inside (extra pipes put by unliver🤔) after that outlet water flow was less and it will take 5min to fill a glass of water. Again the same guy came and he told all fine. There is a huge sound from inside that was not there while installed I don't know what he is done. I don't know how to explain may be I post some videos latter. Please don't trust unliver even the service guy told the same thing. I had paid rs 26000 for this equipment. I wait for 1 month and I know what has to be done.

      Sir /mam, i had participated in fair and lovely scholarship foundation 2015 for higher education. In this, i selected in merit list, and i got scholarship amount but there is spelling mistake in my name and also added father's name on cheque. So its rejected by the bank and till now i don't receive my scholarship money, i send email so many times but they don't reissue me a new cheque, plzz kindly help me

        Hi,

        This is regarding HUL PUREIT Marvella RO SLIM water purifier which i have bought on 1-sep-2014 and all things went fine and
        suddently in the month of Jan-feb my water filter stops working.when i contacted Pureit customer care, they sent one executive
        and he confirmed that Water purifier Adapter is not working and you need to replace it and you will not to pay 1750 for the same
        and that i did.Again today the same thing happen and adapter stops working.
        Within a short period of 2-3 months if adapter stops working then definetly it means that HUL is providing duplicate adapter
        which is faulty.Original adapter works for more than 2 and half year and the new adapter stops working within 2-3 months again
        .why are you cheating customer????Now again today i am facing same issue and if this will continue, i don;t have much
        money to pay 2000 every 2-3 months for adapter.It's better to remove HUL water purifier.
        I will never recommend anyone to buy HUL water purifier and also will put it online complain.

          Dear sir,

          We had purchased a pure it r. O. From croma situated in cinopolis unity mall dated 04/05/2017 and get it delivered and installed on 05/05/2017. When we started the r. O., the sound was too loud and there was tap leakage also. We called the service engineer the same day and visit from service engineer was on 06/05/2017. He got it repaired. On 07/05/2017, there was water leakage from the body, again we called the service engineer, he came and get it reapired on 08/05/2017.in 4 days from the date purchase, there was problem with r. O. Twice. It should be a manufacturing defect. We are not getting any suitable response from croma and pure it. Please get the r. O. Exchanged as it came with manufacturing defect. Your customer is suffering and we are not at all happy with the purifier because of frequent break downs.

          Please get the same exchanged on priority.

            I had ordered the gkk (Germ kill kit) under the pureit promise as mentioned in their website, failing to deliver the gkk within 72 hours from the time of booking they will provide the gkk for free with the charges only for delivery and installation. I've completed 4 days now still not received the gkk, but the person from pureit says they can't provide the free gkk as per their so called promise. I had raised the complaint against the same, my complaint no is c[protected]. Still waiting for their response.

              I am manish kumar (A retail shopkeeper) from daudnagar aurangabad bihar. I bought a hindustan unilever product namad ponds's dream flower pomade 18gram from a wholesale shop. And i sell it retail at printed price all the pomade. But after a day a customer came to me & begin to quarrel because of a very strange reason. He returned me a single pomade which seal is packed and it's container is nill means no pomade is in it. He insulted me too much and also warned me to police case.
              I am attaching a picture of that pomade. Kindly take a legal action.

                The check-value of the jug of out pureit marvella broke about 6 months ago. We registered the same complaint to the nearest authorised service centre, that is, magic services and marketing. But they did not respond to the complaint and the product is not yet delivered.

                  We had registered a complain on 17th april at your customer service call center. The technician called on monday n we told him to come next day before 11am. But inspite of our regular request at your call centre n with the technican. They refuse to adhere to our request. After our stern complain, we were assured by your call centre they will send the technican at our place before 11am. It's been now 10 days no action has been taken.

                  If you as a company are just interested in sale of a high end water purifier not the after sales.. It's a pity. This incident has made me n my family anti unilever products. It's been 10. Days we are without any proper drinking water service.

                    Hi Team,

                    My name is Prasanna. I'd registered a complaint for my Marvella RO machine on 17th April 2017. I've been using it for last 4 years. The power cord is damaged and the technician told he will come back with a power cord. It has been more than a week and I'm fed up with talking to the customer care as they say that power cord is not in stock in entire Karnataka. It is pathetic that a company like HUL is not able to provide after sales service to its customers.

                      I am pained to rivet your attention to the bad performance of your water purifier installed at our home. As we had purchase 1 nos pureit ultima ro plus uv wp (Water purifier) on dt.05.05.2015 we had been already lodge our several telephonic complaint from last three months regarding faulty device but no body has been visited and attended for above complaint. Our latest complaint no is c17850291 dt: 10.04.2017 but no body has been attended or contacted with us to resolve our complaint till dated.

                      Now we have been patiently waiting but no action has been taken towards rectification of above faulty device. It is indeed regretting that your company has turned a deaf ear to our several telephonic complaint / reminders.
                      I can hardly believe that a company likes yours which is reputed for its efficiency should be taking so much time in doing the needful.

                      Now due to that we feel our great loss & heavy suffer. After your negligence we may have to approach consumer forum.

                        I got a call saying that my cv has been shortlisted for Hindustan Unilever ltd.They asked me to pay rs2500 as a security deposit.After that they took my telephonic interview and then called me the next day saying I have been selected for the job and then asked for rs 10000 as a letter of intent fee that the company woUldale return with my 1st salary..All the while I got official mail or anything such thing on [protected]@india.com ...I told them I cannot pay without any official notice from the company and then they told me that you have e to pay first then only Hindustan lever Ltd will send me an official letter of employment. All this is fake ..its a scam..please I request the concerned authorities to take sever action against such fraudulent practices.

                          I had ordered pureit purifier pump on 11th April 2017, it was told to me that I will receive a response from engineer within 24hrs, but I didn't get any reply from Ahura Enterprises whom was supposed to serve our request. So on 13th I again called pureit helpline and told that I haven't got any reply from Ahura and I need the pump urgently because our filter was not working and we didn't had water to drink. We were buying it from outside. They assured me that I will receive a call end of the day. But I didn't so I called Ahura Enterprises (Vender of pureit) minimum 10 times after that they answered that and said they don't have the pump. So my question is if you are not able to serve is it not your company's responsibility to inform customer by calling? And assign this to some other vender who can serve the customer? Is it responsibility of customer to take followup and call again and again? So next day frustratingly I called pureit helpline number again I told them about whole incident. They kept on saying sorry. Is your sorry going to work for customer? I told them not to assign my request to Ahura because of the disappointment of service. And I again newly registered complaint that my filter is not working properly. I did this because we had this emergency situation I have told pureit 100s of times that we don't have water to drink and it is causing very much inconvenience to us, but they didn't had anything apart from sorry. So finally on 15th ie. saturday I received a call from pureit to check whether I am satisfied with the service or not, I said I haven't received any response from Ahura Enterprises. And I requested her to send their engineer today only. But I didn't got call within 1 hr. So I called Ahura Enterprises and a lady picked up a phone. I asked her why my request is not being responded she said that the part required is not in stock. I said I know that but I am talking about the second complaint I maid that my filter is not working she said she will send engineer on monday and the reason is as the pump is not available he cannot clean the filter. we need to buy that pump first and using it only engineer can clean it. That was [censored] because last two times when our filter wasn't working engineer brought his own pump any cleaned it. So I told her not to bluff me. And warned her if engineer don't visit my place today then I am going to complaint about all this in consumer forum. Then she gave call to some man who again tried to bluf[censored]s and cannot serve till monday, I said ok then I am going to file complaint against them is consumer forum then he said ok he will send an engineer and after an hour I got call from engineer saying that he will be coming in 10mins and he asked me whether I know or not that I need to pay him 200-300Rs. I said I know that I need to pay him Rs.100/- and that is what pureit told me. . He came to our home and said we need to buy a liquid using which he can clean the filter. He intentionally didn't bring his pump which engineers generally have for cleaning person. I guess he was the same guy who talked with us over phone. As we haven't left with any option we agreed to buy that liquid which costs Rs. 100/- per bottle. Then as he see positive reply from us, he said that we need to buy 3 of such bottles as we are going to need it in nearest future for cleaning and it has 18 months of validity blah blah... And tried to bluf[censored]s again for money. Then we asked him to call his manager, after calling he didn't mentioned anything about the sale of liquid to him and instead told him that we are angry as we didn't received the pump. We insisted to hand over the phone to us then when we talked to manager he said that we need to buy 3 bottles only. So when we counter question him is pureit and hindustan unilever knows all about this that they are forcefully trying to sell these king of products to customers and bluff them for money? Then he got nervous and said buy one only. Then the engineer cleaned the filter and at the end said that it will work till our germ kill kit expires. Knowing this very fact that engineer kept on insisting us to buy the 3 bottles of cleaner.

                          My question is does pureit really give a damn to the fact that its existing customers are really satisfied with the product and services or the whole lot of advertisements and promises are just for catching the eyes?? Because if PureIt customer service team ever looked at our case seriously we would not have to face such harassment .The most disgusting customer service experienced ever.We would definitely never ever going to recommend anyone to buy Pureit.

                          This whole incident was very torturing. It took 4 to 5 days to serve request? If so then don't promise your customer to be getting served in 24hrs. I request all not to buy any of pureit products it very frustrating if you encounter any problem because the service is pathetic and they don't value customers. All their vendors are bad as well and will try to bluff you. In fact they don't even had any other option i.e only one vendor for particular area. So the vendors know that customer don't have any other option apart from them. It is kind of monopoly. I specially want to complaint about Ahura Enterprises mumbai all employees there including manager. First they don't have way to talk customers they are arrogant and think that they can bluff anybody. We don't need such people in customer service. I expect strict action against Ahura Enterprises mumbai. Still I will repeat again that don't buy pureit.

                            We have bought pureit marvello uv+ cold water purifier on december 2015, from last 15-20 days same is not in working condition & inspite of several complaints to the service center we are not getting any satisfactory revert. One engineer is saying the manufacturing of this product is closed & wil replace the same in 8 days but since now no reply & now not able to contact him.

                              I am very frustrated from Hindustan Unilever services. I have called customer care for 3 times. I raised first call on 22/03/2017 for jams kill kit (3000 Ltr) and asked for discount. One of the representative told me about discount waiver on services charge only not on product. I understand and told for order the kit. He was raised a request and ordered the kit, but not received till Saturday. I again raised a request on Saturday 25/03/2017 and asked for discount. One of the representative said about the discount on service charge. On today, the dealer said me no discount on service charges provided by company and demand for full amount. I paid 1000 no any discount provided. So, I am not believe on Hindustan Unilever company and next time I will change the company and always advise to another person for bad services. If possible, refund my discount amount as early as possible.

                                Complaint number is C[protected]. Sri Ram enterprises was supposed to attend to this complaint and I have called them multiple times but there is no response. The pureit agents replaced the Germ kill kit on 23 March and after that pureit is fully leaking with no water storage. Horrible customer care and servicing by pureit. I request urgent action against pureit for consumer harassment.

                                I bought Pureit Marvella RO UV in August 2016 and in less than 6 months I had to change the secondary filter, germ kill kit and now I am told that the membrane is also faulty. Apparently the warranty does not cover the membrane which is the key filter in any water purifier. When I bought the product and it took 6 -7 hours for a 10 ltr tank to fill, I thought it was strange and spoke to the guys (Sri Ram Enterprises Bangalore Begur Road) but the service centre confirmed that it takes that long. They did not want to acknowledge that the product might be faulty. Within 6 months the filter has stopped working. I did not pay 17, 000 for a water purifier for it to fail in 6 months. I want the product replaced or repaired and I also want a reimbursement of the money for the GKK as that should have also lasted at least one year. Did not expect such pathetic quality from Hindustan Unilever. PLEASE BEWARE OF BUYING PUREIT !!!

                                Bull #### service, the problem is back within 5 months!!! What kind of ethics does pureit have. They sell the most defective product and wash their hands off
                                This links back to the previous complaint I made about the faulty product pureit sold me. I have already spent[protected] in replacing the SF and GKK and service charges. In the later episode I had to again change the SF after 4 months whereas people with aquaguard and all in the same society change it only once a year. Sri Ram enterprises came to replace the SF the day before and within hours the pureit filter is making an obnoxious sound everytime the water is filling up. I filed a complaint and the person who called asked me to find out who came and get in touch with that individual. How does it become my responsibility after the person who came to replace the SF damaged something internally!! It's ridiculous the way Sri Ram enterprises operates and even more ridiculous is the fact that pureit sells only defective products. I had made previous complaints against this product they sold me on consumer COMPLAINTS BOARD. Everytime they come and do a stop gap arrangement but never a permanent solution. Pureit knows they sell defective products to yeah customers and they will never take responsibility for this #### !! Pureit sucks! Dont trust this company as they fool customers!

                                  I bought Pureit Marvello RO+UV water purifier on December 2015 for Rs 18, 000. I have replaced the first filter (SF) on September 2016.
                                  On 28th December 2016, I replaced GKK1 filter kit for Rs 1850/ (complaint # C[protected]. Unfortunately, with in another three months ie on 19th March 2017, the machine signaled the GKK2 warning light asking me to replace another set of filters. This time they inspected and replaced the remaining set of filter (GKK2) for Rs. 4000. But, right after the moment the service person left my home, all the three warning lights were started blinking. I have raised the complaint again immediately (Complaint No C[protected] and now they are asking me to replace the circuit board itself which will cost me about another Rs 3200.
                                  I am highly disappointed with the quality of this product and also the kind of service that are being provided to the customers. In my case, if the actual cause is the faulty circuit board, I wonder why this issue did not occur before replacing the GKK2 filter and why it occurred immediately after the replacement. I suspect on both the level of training offered to the service persons and also the cheap third grade quality of the electronic components that have been used in this product. I expect the Hindustan Unilever customer care should take some actions immediately.

                                  On 25th March 2017 Hindustan Unilever person has fitted water germ free kit in the Marvella Filter but he didn't stop to check the working. We are charged for the visit and the kit. After filling the water its started leaking and when complained toll free number, we are told to pay another Rs.250 as visit charge.

                                    This is regarding complaint #C[protected].

                                    I have purchased pureit marvello RO + UV in mid June 2015. On 8th March 2017, GKK-2 kit was replaced as alerted by pureit system, for Rs. 3750/-. On the next day, I observed that filter is not dispensing water and it is alerting to change sediment filter and GKK1 and GKK2 kits.

                                    When I raised another complaint with Pureit customer care, the technician has replaced the circuit board for Rs. 3250. I found it baffling that circuit board needs to be replaced with just over 20 months o[censored]sage. When I looked up online, I observed similar incident has happened last month with another customer. Even for this customer, circuit board needed to be replaced on next day once GKK2 kit was replaced.

                                    I mentioned all this details to PureIT technicians in person and over phone. But they continue to suggest that replacement of GKK-2 kit has not cause this issue. And it is ok for circuit boards to be replaced with just over a year and half o[censored]sage for this device. This does not speak well for the quality of the product.

                                    Request PureIT support team to please look into this and provide quick resolution.

                                    I bought pureit marvello RO + UV in May 2016, and I am experiencing the same problem just after one year o[censored]se. It is alerting to change sediment filter and GKK2. Technician visited and said PCB is faulty. He is asking me to pay 3200 too and also pay 3500 to change the filters as well. Hindustan Lever also does not even have its own technical support and has outsourced it local repair shops. I might as well throw the thing and add a couple of thousand rupees and buy another RO instead.

                                      I need my purit ultima Ro+UV to be serviced. I received an SMS offering service with 3 phone numbers. Two of the numbers are coming as wrong number. One number, the lady answered that I should call the other numbers only.
                                      What happened to HUL, it's reputation for service.

                                      Product is not gud
                                      Its very expensive
                                      Always there are repairs in machine
                                      Repair charges are also very high
                                      For minute repair also charges are very high
                                      So think 100 times before buying it
                                      Because i have suffered alot in last 2 years
                                      Finally i throwed the product out
                                      Its a waste product

                                        I've been using pureit ultima ro+uv for the past two years. Even if i had to spent around rs. 10, 0000 in terms of changing the filters (Gkk 1 and 2) and other spares like sv, valve, etc for the past 1 year, i'm stick to its use because of its excellent water quality.

                                        But for the past few days, the agency service (Uk agencies lsp; pincode: 600044) is becoming very poor.

                                        Last week, i raised a complaint for sudden stoppage in water flow and an agent from the above mentioned agency visited. He checked everything and finally said "water pump" needs to be replaced and costs rs. 2500.

                                        Instead of changing that, he recommended a new machine introduced by pureit (Mineral ro+uv) for two, three days. Since my family is comfortable using ultima ro+uv, i decided not to go with the new machine and told him that i'm ready to bear the cost of damaged water pump and requested him to replace the same.

                                        Since then, he is avoiding to service the existing machine by stating some unacceptable reasons like water pump not in stock and he will inform us as soon as it arrives.

                                        Why spares are not arranged from other pureit agencies where it is in stock?

                                        Is this the excellent after sales customer service provided by pureit?

                                        Does pureit expect the customer to wait for days to get a spare replaced?

                                        I'm not getting a proper response even after reaching out to 24/7 pureit help line ([protected] /[protected]

                                        If my request is not attended at the earliest, i've no way other than approaching consumer court.
