Hello i had purchased a hul pureit wp uv100 marvella water purifier in may 2015, the product had 3 csf changes till date, this purefier has now become faulty, the indicator led have started behaving abnormally, the water tank is not filling. This problem is there since last 6-8 months, it automatically starts working after being shut down for few hours, but now it has stopped working completely, i had raised the complaint for the same with customer care the fault is still unknown my complaint no is c[protected].
The estimate that is being given to me by customer care is[protected] inr for repairs, why should i pay so much for a faulty product repairs.
Now i have to buy water from outside everyday costing me 250/day because of this issue, please help me get my refund & return the product so that i can buy another purifier from a reliable company.
PureIT / Hindustan Unilever customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Even the customer care people also negligent towards their customer..They are not responding to us even after 1 week..
i bought the top most variant of pureIt(costs around 23000), I am just thinking this even after buying this top most variant, i am in this situation..cant think of their product quality for the lower variants..
Please don't buy this product, i just don't want any other people to get suffer like me..
