I am using pureit ro & uv installed on april 2017... Installed by the local pureit technician.. (Registered with pureit).

On 21/09/2016 there is a leakage from main unit... Water flowing from main unit... So called the pureit technician in the morning and he attended at 7.30pm and tried to repair and said it will work now and there is no problem and he left...
So, we started the machine again within half an hour started leaking again.. And from now on he never lifts the call or responds..

He seems to me he is zero knowledge in repairing... He knows only fixing a new pureit and taking money.. Thats it.

Very bad customer experience from pureit... I will recommend to one about pureit sharing my bad experience.

    I have purchased subject unit in may, 2016,
    I feel this unit has manufacturing defect because since last one year this unit was not working properly and i have already lodged complaints more than 8 times in year, complains were attended by technician and repair it temporary basis,
    Yesterday have again lodged complain no:c[protected] for low flow of purification, technician came and tell us that both of gkk1 and 2 kits needs to be replaced for smooth purification.
    My question is when it is recommended by hll that gkk1 has to be replaced after every one year o[censored]se and gkk2 kit to be replaced after every two years then how come both units needs to be replaced.
    Second why this unit breakdown more than 8 times in a year which shows low quality product and repair work is not taken seriously.

      I bought the Pureit Marvello RO+UV on Oct-2015 after paying a hefty premium over other brands due to advertised quality assurance and Hindustan Unilever brand.
      the best feature of the product is it advance warning system for filter change, due to which i have already changed the complete filter system by company representative for 3750/- couple of times. The last time the filter was changed was on march-2017.
      Now to my surprise only after few months all the replace light indicators went red asking to replace filters. I raised the complaint with the company on 16-sep-2017 complaint no. C[protected]. The company service personal raised the issue with faulty circuit board of the system and demanded 3200 + service fee for the replacement.

      I am shocked with the poor quality of parts used in the product, looks like just to keep using the product it will cost me[protected] every year.

      This is just ridiculous.

      Got a call from company service centre asking to either pay for the part replacement or allow them to close the service request. Informed them that i wont be paying for the part replacement and have escalated the issue to consumer forum. Just a food for thought if i get the circuit board replaced then apart from the plastic box, the entire system is changed. So much for quality.
      Also, considering the sheer number of complaints regarding the issue, the company is confident to mint money for the part every year. As if he exorbitant prices for their filter kit was not enough.

      The same thing happened for me also...Exactly after the warranty period(post 1 week after warranty) the adapter has got fault..Now we need to spend around 3000 for adapter..I just wonder how the pureIt people have designed purifier to get fault exactly after the warranty period..Hats off to their designers..Never ever buy this product..

      Even the customer care people also negligent towards their customer..They are not responding to us even after 1 week..
      i bought the top most variant of pureIt(costs around 23000), I am just thinking this even after buying this top most variant, i am in this situation..cant think of their product quality for the lower variants..
      Please don't buy this product, i just don't want any other people to get suffer like me..
      Water not clear after change battery in Pureit Classic, I am very frustrated last 10 days.Please provide solution.the water color is yellow.

        This is to inform you that I ordered for a germkill kit for my pureit on 6th of september, 2017 but the engineer has not come to change it yet. Rather he has called thrice asking me for the amount that is to be paid by me as per the customer care. I told him that the customer care has asked me to pay Rs.999+Rs150. After that i have called the customer care 3-4 times.. i was supposed to receive a call back from the company but i havent received it yet.
        last time when i made a complaint i asked the company to make sure i dont get troubled by the engineer again(refer to the previous mail attached below).
        I am not left with any drinkable water at home.. I am regretting buying pureit now..
        this is my humble request please send the a technician other than Mr. subhash candra dutta to replace my candle because i am scared if he comes and replace my candle there is a high possibility that he might do some misfitting intentionally inviting more problems for me. please reply me on urgent basis.

          I stays in noida and purchased pureit 8 months back. Whenever i called them for service they will send sms that service engineer will visit in 24 hr. But nobody turns up for even week. This is despite that i called their customer care twice daily. Their customer service is pathetic and hopeless. They lie every time that they have put my complain on high priority but no body cares. I think their ro business is fake and full of deceit. Even water quality is not good (Tds of out water is over 200).

            Water is leaking from the bottom most external surface of the water collecting jar due to crack developed at the bottom. The complain was lodged to customer care but nobody came to attain the complain. Call came from your service technician asking the photo of crack portion and accordingly photo of crack portion sent to him but after seeing the photo he asked rs 900 to change complete jar. Device is under warranty and this crack developed due to material failure which should come under warranty. Please tell me the solution.

              Empty wrapper found in kwality walls ice cream. Almost 15 days have been passed and i am chasing their customer care regulaly but no repsonse. Below are the mail, i wrote to them.

              On 17th aug'17 i have to go through lot of mental trauma due to unilever products. We have opened our confectionery store just 2 months ago and we are also selling kwality walls ice cream. As we were using this brand since a long time. I have huge trust over this brand as this is from unilever. A highly reputed multi national company whose reputation/brand image/quality of product etc is in the top bracket. Whose manufacturing/quality practices are being followed by other company as bench mark. This was just the reason to choose your product.

              One of my customer bought some ice cream to use at her home. After some time she came back and told me that one of the ice cream was having just wrapper only and ice cream was missing in sealed condition. I just did not take her words seriously as i do have blind faith over kwality walls product. I tried to pacify her saying that is impossible as this is from highly reputed company whose reputation towards quality standards are being followed in rest of the world. Company is totally focused on customer satisfaction. Their brand value is so high. But she was adamant at her words. She called back that empty wrapper from her home and to my worst dreams she was right. Ice cream was not their. At that time she start screaming. Saying lot of bad words for kwality walls/uni lever and myself as i was selling that product. She made me feel so sorry in front of many peoples. This was just kind of nightmare for me. Though cost of product was just 10 rs but damage was incredibly high.

              I am still in shock and could not understand how this was missed at your end. What is your checking parameters. There are loats of such question which needs explanation.

              Pls check and confirm back what to do. How to compensate about brand unilever image and what about my damaged reputation. Pl. Also note in my vicinity no body is selling these products and we just take the initiative to start with this, but now it would be highly difficult for me to convince the people to use this product. We are in a quite big city.

                I purchased a kissan tomato sauce (Batch no. 090517gb467c1). Yesterday during my breakfast i served to my family and during my turn i found a long stick from inside this. This is very critical and can cause serious injury to my family if not seen. You can not imagine the actual length of the stick. It is approximately 80-100 mm in size)
                I don't know what is your wooden policy & what are your controls.

                I am also working in food industry an taking care the quality & food & safety department.

                  Indeed h. U service is worst. When i complained about regular change of germ kit, service person arrives, changes kit but install some other part instead of the same part. When i asked him why you didn't installated the same kit, he said this one is much better and it will work better.
                  After finishing, gkk2 (Outer circle) is on it's half way only i. E it was showing only half circle but it should be showing complete full circle.
                  When i asked the service person about it he recklessly said your display is gone please do change it. Which costs around 5400₹. What a joke!

                    I have given online request for supply of gkk1 kit for my marvella ro for which message on 05/8/2017 is received by me from your side for supply with 2 days.
                    Then i contacted your registered supplier (As directed by meaasge) who said to supply it within 2-3 days. Since then i have requested him many times but he is not supplying the kit. I am forced to drink polluted water though i have invested rs 16000 approx 3years ago for purchasing of this ro. Your service is so poor that it should be banned in india for cheating with customers.
                    I am still waiting for supply of kit from your side.
                    I have complaint to national consumer forum (Complaint id 391548)
                    I fight till satisfaction.

                      I purchased one pure-it classic ro+uv last year.

                      On 1st august'17 the problem started - no filtration and no water coming out of the machine.
                      Call no-c[protected], the technician came twice as re-call and changed only parts named sf which was not the solution. Problem was with adapter which runs the pump. The service station guy insisted me to understand the issue which was meant to be with sf part of lower cost replacement. Where as the adapter had a higher cost and even the pump might have prob. I asked to go into detail to check as the machine was within warranty period. Now again same problem started beyond warranty period. The machine is dead again in only 12 months 9 days time. I am not going to pay any more charges as i categorically mentioned the service card as "under observation" as i knew the problem is going to arise again. Already i purchased additional warranty coverage from the seller but i want the manufacturer to correct the problem with no cost as i was forced to understand their words.

                      New complain no #

                        Horrible service and product quality and customer harassment
                        We had purchased pureit marvella ro on 24-may-2016 from big bazar for 14, 999/-. We have been facing issues with its filters since the first 20 days of its use, although the product specification suggests that it has a capacity of 4000 liters. The water from appliance is being used by a family of 3 people for drinking and cooking purposes.
                        It was never mentioned to my parents that this is a [censored]est quality product and we will have to spend 3k-to 4k every 2 months to keep it in working condition after spending 14, 999/- on its purchase.
                        After every 20 – 30 days the purifier used to stop functioning. My mother had to literally follow up at the call centre at least 5-6 times to get it back into working condition.
                        The purifier was not in working conditions for 2 months post which the filter was replaced on several follow-ups in the month of feb.
                        It stopped functioning in the month of nov 2016 and even after several complaints no body turned up to get it back into working condition. Only on threatening to file a case against the company the technician turned up and replaced the filters which again stopped functioning in the month of march-2017.
                        In-spite of several complaints my parents (Aged above 55 years) have been harassed by the technician who says that he is not going to come and check the problem till we pay for the filter and get it replaced every 2 month.
                        It is the worst experience that we have had. Previously we used kent purifier which worked in great condition for 7 years.

Wo loog battery mein chlorine bharkar usse used carbon ke sath bech dete hai. I request hul to take action against them otherwise it will beome cause of death for someone someday.                             Hello i had purchased a hul pureit wp uv100 marvella water purifier in may 2015, the product had 3 csf changes till date, this purefier has now become faulty, the indicator led have started behaving abnormally, the water tank is not filling. This problem is there since last 6-8 months, it automatically starts working after being shut down for few hours, but now it has stopped working completely, i had raised the complaint for the same with customer care the fault is still unknown my complaint no is c[protected].
                            The estimate that is being given to me by customer care is[protected] inr for repairs, why should i pay so much for a faulty product repairs.
                            Now i have to buy water from outside everyday costing me 250/day because of this issue, please help me get my refund & return the product so that i can buy another purifier from a reliable company.

                              We bought the ro uv marvela unit 1year back.. And now it's circuit is faulty.. Which costs 3500rs.. I feel so cheated that just in one year such a branded company got its circuit busted.. Its really cheating customers and making money out of replacing every part of this unit.. I am very disappointed and urge no one to go for this brand of purifiers...

                              This was purchased on 28.07.2016 and last complain made was on 24.07.2017 since then the above pureit water filteris not working n the service center is demanding Re 3500.00 to repair the same but since the product purchase is within one year there is warranty on the same so the company should replaced the same without any charges

                                My complaint is about the filter which i had to change in a span of 4 months, post doing the same this is the 10th month & i have to change the gkk1 filter again which is costing around 2000 rs.
                                However as per the company policy when i bought this product i was informed that i have one year of free service which includes even replacement of the filter.

                                I have done n no. Of complaints and calls to customer care but none of them seem to understand my concern.
                                I would like to rate this product of 1* that too only because of design but not for the performance also i wouldn't want to pay 2000rs for the filter and i request hul to replace this at free of cost as per the 1 year free service.

                                  This is kishor kumar singh here from delhi. I have pureit ro+uv (Ultima) in and i bought it in october 2016.

                                  From the date of purchased, i have called approx 10 times to pureit customer service for servicing or issues.

                                  Every time engineer has visited and every time they have created new issues in this device.

                                  I never got any solution in single visit by pureit engineer. We are unable to sleep in night fromlast few days this device more noising. It's has been started after gkk 1 change.

                                  Now i got more frastation by this product and service.

                                  I request to you, please take this device to back and refund my amount.

                                  I am accepting very quick reply on it.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I bought the water purifier pureit ultima ro + uv black colour with one of the dealer in faridabad. After and year i registered complaints regarding slow water flow. Technician came from dhruv services faridabad, that technician was fraud he put all the local material in my ro and taken out the original one. After that my ro was not working properly, again the same slow water flow complain and etc everytime the the technician comes and change the different different part and charging accordingly. Currently there was the fault in membrane which i have changed 2 months ago continuously i was doing follow up with technician that water is still not but he always said it will be clear after sometime. Now after 2 months he said membrane was not good somehow he changes that without any charges as it was under warranty, but now i dont know what he did my tap is not working properly. Every he come and charges 250 but not provide the complete solution. I am really very much frustrated with this ro now.

                                      I'm a customer of pureit ultima ro+uv purifier and have been using it for nearly two years.
                                      Purifier didn't function properly since the day it was installed, every month we face some or other issue with the device. I'm sure that money i've spent so far on changing spares, filters and service charge of for maintaining this machine would have exceeded the purchase price : (

                                      I've been experiencing a delayed and lethargic response from the customer service. initially, i was contacting the technician directly but customer service asked me to always contact them first and i started doing that but now problem is with the customer service itself. I have contacted customer service at couple of occasions and they promise to get the device fixed asap but no one called or came over to my place to fix the device. It happened twice in last 2 months.

                                      We feel cheated by the low quality of water purifier manufactured by hul. i am very disappointed with the quality and service provided. i am writing to you, as a final hope to get better response and service and get this crappy device fixed.

                                      Could you please look into this matter and get the write people to address my issues and fix the device asap?

                                        We have taken a pureit and since two weeks the machine is giving a trouble in terms of water leakage when we have lodged a complaint with pureit the executive after mere followup has visited the home and stated that the problem is due to gas which is to be repaired by getting another machine. Today it's been a week and still he didn't turned up and when my parents called him he was so rude that i cannot express the words. This has to be sorted out immediately since it is with concern to a drinking water and we have little children's in our home. We are forced to get the water from outside but for how many days and who is going to compensate the charges. Request your help in getting this repaired asap.
