PUREIT does not provide any service to its customers. I have registered number complaints for last one month. I have been calling the customer care every other day. But still I have not got any service for my request. I have got Marvella RO installed on Dec 3 2014. As per the instructions in the manual we ordered for the replacement of GKK1 when the Indicator on the device showed RED on April 26 2015. Kit was replaced and system worked for a week and there was rapid increase in waste water. We registered a compliant for this. Technician came did something and said everything is fine. Water is very hard so it is draining out more water and left. Since then the Filter is not working as before. It takes more than 6 hours to fill 10 lts(previously it took around 40 mins to fill 10 lts). We complained again. This time the technician comes and says the GKK1 is gone and we have replace it which will cost 3000. I have got this replaced just 2 weeks back. When asked about the same. He will talk to his superior and come back, but never returned. Since then I have registered number of compliants but nobody turns up for the service. There is no answer to why I need to change the new GKK1 again in just weeks. Now Am totally frustrated with Pureit and dont want to continue using their systems. I want to return the System and get my money back. Please help me in this regard. Thanks, Vinay

    We have unfortunately bought Hindustan Unilever's, Pure IT Marvella device from one of your dealer who fooled us saying there is no need of pressure pump after he came and checked at our home. Its just 4 month and twice we faced problem of CSF Change indicator blinking and now your service engineer and dealer are saying you have to fix pressure pump. This is a clear case of cheating and looting our hard earned money. I know you as a company are pathetic else you would have not lied or at least would have given proper service. I am just looking for better service or better place where I can register my complaint against your dealer.       I had purchased 12 Litres capacity Pureit Intella in January this year. Now I want to change the germkill kit for the same, but every retailer is saying that kit for this model has been dropped off, and is not available with them, because company has stopped selling this product. Now I have checked their site for purchasing the kit online, but there also, they are not providing the same. please register my complaint, as if every year they are going to drop off their last year model, then please don't market their product, as we'll have to purchase the new model every year, and that will be very costly for consumer.         I am writing this after three complaints and after several assurances by HUL. Utterly frustrated with your response and service. Someone higher up needs to take a look. I have a mervella ro installed, I am facing low fileration problem and for the last two weeks I am constantly rising complaints and following up for the same. I raised a complaint on 14th May, then on 23rd may and again on 25th May. I got several calls from your helpdesk, asking if the problem is resolved and they are raising it as priority issue, problem would be solved in next 48 hours. But still its the same, no technician has yet visited. I am seriously fed up with this, If this your standard of service? The only option I am left with is to either switch to some other purifier or approach some consumer grievance forum. I cant pursue it ant further with HUL.

          I have ordered Advanced 23L Germkill kit through pureit website about 15 days back. It was installed by their representative. It has worked only for two days and after that it is not working. Water is not flowing down and not purifying from the third day of installing. Pease resolve it.

              I own a Marvella model (without electric). Every time the kit is replaced, after few days the side pipe starts leaking again. Whenever the custOmer care shop (who replaced the kit-Dum Dum service centre) is informed to fix the issue, he always says - the Marvella model in itself is defectively created, hence company has itself comeup with a new model with an exchange offer (trying to always push for its sales for new model). When said, that the problem only arises after replacing the new kit and even after getting other parts replaced on payment as advised by the person during the last kit replacement time, they disagree and again ask for the service tax charges of Rs. 150/- for visit. Now, they have started charging seperate charge of service (Rs.150) recently (even on only exchange of germkill kit), and within few days only, if leakage complain again persists, why shall the service charge of Rs.150 be given. Rather, to maintain the brand and quality of the product, they should fix the issue at the first time itself, rather than always asking for parts replacement and model replacement (to push sales). Awaiting a prompt satisfactory service (rather than always seeking for service fee). - [protected]

              Though side pipe leaking but water filteration ok and water tap working fine, got the ticket closed. No point in paying 150/- now, rather better to get it serviced for any major malfunctioning in future.

                I own a PureIT Marvella UV since December 2013 and below is the history of events that will help you understand the case: • December 2013 – Purchased it and it worked wonderfully well for 14 months. I was so impressed that I recommended it to all my relatives, friends and colleagues. It was a beauty! • February 2015 – As per rule we decided to change the filter and misery started. The guy who came to fix it was not trained at all. He dropped it on kitchen otta twice and when he was done with the filter change the lights were not working and device was leaking. We asked but he said that is because the water has gone in while testing and it will start working fine after 2-3 hours. He took money and went. Nothing worked hence we called him next day and he told on phone that we need to change the circuit which costs 2400/-. • March 2015 – Finally after another formal complaint a new guy came and checked it. He confirmed that the old guy did not do the job correctly and had forgotten to reset the device after filter change. He also said that the leakage should not be there but since the complaint was for indicator light he concentrated only on that issue. Post resetting the lights were fine. • April 2015 – Another guy came to check the leakage and said some small unit is broken inside. He repaired it. Again charged us 250/-. I was not ready to pay but he kept arguing hence I said OK this is last time I am spending on this unit. • May 2015 – The device is again not working. Lights went off again and hence I have raised a new complaint. I had a visit from a technician on 19th May who confirmed that the circuit is not working now. Obviously I am in no position to spend more money on this device hence decided to get it exchanged for a manual device which is PureIT Advance 23L. I am getting an exchange benefit of 1100/- Rs. which is not great considering I spent 7300/- on the original device but I am in no position to argue on this case anymore. The other issue I would like to highlight this time is the fact that the current technician said the Pressure Reducing Valve comes as a part of installation while the one who installed it in 2013 had charged us 500/- Rs extra for the valve. I even have the bill for it. Not sure why each time people keep giving different information. I really feel like I was cheated right from the time I got into this deal. Ideally they should take this spoilt device due to their mishandling and give me the new one without any cost but how will Pure IT make money if they don't do this to customers?? I know these things don't get the same attention in courts as they do in some of the western countries hence my expectaions are ZERO... But I sincerely urge all readers and I am going to continue doing it everywhere... "NEVER BUY PURE IT!! THEY JUST TAKE MONEY FOR NO SERVICE AND NEVER ACCEPT THEIR FAULT!!"

                  At (12:00 pm ) on[protected] Wednesday) i had 3 pieces of modern bread which i got it from to marketing partners. I am writing this to let you know that i became seriously ill with food poisoning after consuming your Bread.I was hospitalised for 3 days for the same reason. I have been advised by my GP that the food poisoning almost certainly resulted from the bread which contain fiber piece which belongs to your company. Even your health inspector came to check the same and agreed that it's there mistake .This is because your bread containing fiber pieces inside it. I had a word with your health inspector, Quality department Head, Admin head "Mr Sunil " and also your Sales Manager "Mr Ajit" .I have Co-operated with your company since last one week till now.Your company's sales manager "Mr Ajit " who came yesterday to see me wanted a copy of the bill and Bread piece and he assured me if it's proved that this bread belongs to your company then we will get the approval for the compensation within 10 mins for what ever amount we demand.He said Hindustan Unilever Ltd is a part of modern and he is a sales manager from Hindustan Unilever Ltd he said our company will easily give the compensation if it's there bread .We have all the proof and recording for all this conversation to proof the same. Since i was a happy customer of modern bread since last 10 years so i handed over a copy of the bill and Bread piece to your company today at 12:00 pm .Which was tested in your lab today and I got a call from your company they agreed that it's your bread . You are legally obliged to serve food which is fit for human consumption under the terms of the contract between company and consumer. Your failure to do so indicates that you are in breach of contract. As a result, we are legally entitled to receive compensation from you for our pain and suffering, loss of earning, out-of-pocket expenses and Mental harvestmen .We have co-operated alot thinking that modern company being a part of Hindustan Unilever Ltd" will deal with this matter in high priority manner because customer health should be more important for a food manufacturing company. So i was not disclosing this news to the media and was looking for a positive response from your company.Though local media channels are calling me to get the name of your company and they are ready to publish the news Since your companies Sales manager Mr Ajit Assured me that if your company get the bread sample and if the results are positive then he will be get the approval for the compensation within fews mins reports came at 5 pm on Tuesday but till now no outcome your company is asking me to wait again till tomorrow morning .This is the last email from my end for your company if i am not getting any positive response by tomorrow before 9 am then i will be forced to go to the local media with all the proof .I hope this won't be a good remark for a big company like "Modern " to have such a poor customer service .But i am thankful to your company that they being honest to me and accepted that this bread belongs to your modern company so will hope that you will get back to me with positive response ...                       Hi, I have ordered a germ kill kit for Pureit classic 23 L three days back..This request went to Scorpion services enterprises.LSP ([protected]). A very untrained technician came and installed the new kit. But for next 2 days, water didnt get purified. We call the scorpion enterprises several times for this issue but they ignored the request and then finally on Monday, they sent one of the technician for repair and he found out that PUREIT was broken from two places because of that it was not working. It a very genuine request, please take action ASAP . Already raised the complaint (C[protected]. Either replace the pureit or repair it with no further issues.

                        To the Highest Official Hindustan Unilever - Pure-it Water filter Sir / Madam 1, I had ordered vide phone no [protected] - my refil of germ-kit set costing 550/ on 16.4.15 at 9.20 am 2, Dyanamic agencies - Annanagar - east, sent thier service executive at 1.30 pm on 18.4.15 and germ kit was replaced by one Mr E.Satish and amount of Rs550/ paid to him vide bill no 33804, dated 17.4.15.. His mobile no is [protected] 3, After Mr Satish left, after 2 hours water did not seep into lower compartments, in the filter. I called up Mr Satish, he had asked us use some pump on the filter in the first chamber, I told him i do not have pump. He also claims he does not have pump and nothing could be done the same day. Very poor and pathetic answer to the customer. 4, I registered a complaint to Pure-it customer care, Spoke to Mr Rakshit, Mr Shyam, and Ms Heena- I had to call at 3 occassions and nothing has happened till now and time is 6.40 pm. 5, Around 4.30 pm, i called Dynamic agencies and spoke to Mr Aslam ([protected]). He also gave a very safe answer, that in case Mr E.satish is in my area he will send him today, otherwise he will send the next day- What a fantastic response to the customer after collecting cash for germ kit set. Is this a quality of a good distributor 6, What i have reced from, pure-it customer care is complaint registration number- C[protected] DATED 17.4.15 at 2.35pm So Pathetic is the service, As a customer should i continue with Pure-it usage. By tomm morning 48 hrs ends and perhaps i still may not be able to use Pure-it water. Being a Mass distribution company HUL do not seem to have control on thier distributors. HUL goodwill is immense, but i think it needs to be maintained This kind of responses should it be tolerated by the consumer ? With What faith on HUL ??????????                           Myself Pragnesh Sisodia, using Pure it Marvella water purifier since last 3.5 years. My registered mobile No is [protected]. I have been booked a complaint for overflow & leakage in my Pure it Marvella water purifier on 21.12.2014 wide complaint No. C[protected]. Technician from Licenced Service Provide ( JAI SAINATH Enterprise Mb. No. [protected] ) has visited my place, changed some valves & told that it is rectified & left the place after taking payment of Rs. 150/-. With in half an hour the leakage starts again as tank fills full. I contacted technician again & told him to come back to repair the same. He replied that may be your float valve is faulty & it needs to be changed to stop overflow & leakage & it is not in stock, so I will change it when it will come in the stock. In spite of several reminder from myself to ( Mr.Manoj, JAI SAINATH Enterprise Mb. No. [protected] ) nobody has come to repair the leakage. Every time he replied that he is waiting for the part to come. After a long waiting of almost 02 months I again filled complaint in customer care describing the above matter wide complaint id no.C[protected] on 16.02.2015.Then I got the call from Mr. Manoj from ( JAI SAINATH Enterprise Mb. No. [protected] ) & told me that he knows about my problem & He has been closed my complaint ( without even visiting my place ) as he has to close the complaint with in max 03 days & he knows about my problem but part is not coming from the company as this model is been stopped manufacturing by the company & he will try to get the part & will rectify the problem at the earliest & requested me to not to contact Customer care as he will rectify the problem with in a short time as he has already ordered the spare. In spite of several reminder from myself to ( Mr.Manoj, JAI SAINATH Enterprise Mb. No. [protected] ) nobody has come to repair the leakage. Every time he replied that he is waiting for the part to come & every time I got the new date. Because of the Worst services & false promises of HUL Pure it, I have been facing financial loss of Rs. 3000/- by using outside Jug Mineral water & a lots of mental harassment, which is not justified at any cost. I am giving you the 03 days of time ( before 19.04.2015, 12:00 am ) to solve this matter to my satisfaction. Hope for your support to your valuable Customer.                             This complaint is regarding HUL product Water purifier PureIT Autofill. After since the last time I got pure it kit changed by their personnel, the water output quality has degraded constantly. Its been more than 9 months but still the Germkill Life indicator is completely full. The water has now turned green (probably fungus), the black particle is suspended into water and also has been accumulated in the Base. Upon calling their customer care, i was been informed that i will be charged 100Rs extra for just registering this complaint. After registering a complaint, I was contacted by one of their executive Satish Yadav. Upon conveying my problem, I was welcomed very rudely by him. He answer preciseprecisely to me was - "Aap ko 100rs dena padega jo karna hai kar lo" and then he disconnected the phone. A serious action must be taken against Satish Yadav for his misbehaviour. Also I don't understand why should I be charged for their wrong doing. I wish to have a waiver of that fee and compensation in form of free service with no charges for changing pureit kit. The company representative has assured that gift will be delivered within a month's or so. But after an expiry of more than three month's, we are yet to receive the gift.                                 Purifier is not working since 15 days. We have raised couple of tickets after receiving message saying that your complaint has been attended and need your valuable feedback All following tickets has been raised as of now. c15500341, c[protected], c[protected], c[protected], c[protected], c[protected], c[protected], c[protected], c[protected], All technicians visit my house as a guest and say that they can't fix the problem and they will send senior technician to get it fixed. As of now no senior technician visited my house to fix the problem. I am not sure why pureit is not taking care this issue to fix the problem. I am thinking that, .pureit deliberately delivered malfunctioning device. Please replace the device with the new one if it is malfunctioned or fix the problem as soon as problem. Whenever i call them, they say they are going to fix the problem with in 48 hours. I have raised couple of issues but not solved problem.                                   Six months back I bought a Marvella RO water purifier with promises by the sales executive as one of the best purifiers available. I was not informed about the yearly hidden costs for installing it. It was only after I bought it that the service person Mr. Anil Yadav informed me of the hidden costs. The germkill kits cost you something close to Rs.3500 every few thousand liters. So for our family of only 3 members we require to change it every six months. Therefore our annual cost for using the purifier is Rs.7000. With this amount I think I can buy a new purifier every year. Nevertheless, whilst installing the unit, it was leaking. The service man Mr. Anil Yadav did a shoddy job and after 6 months it is still leaking. It was time for me to change the germkill kit so I called the Pureit Call center and ordered it and also filed a complaint for the leakage of the unit. Within 48 hours the germkill kit was delivered to me. The reason for this quick service is that Pureit has a clause that if it is not delivered within 48 hours you get it free of cost. Again this Mr. Anil Yadav came and installed the Germkill kit but could not solve the leakage problem. This time I had to file a new complaint on Friday, March 27, 2014 with a commitment from the call center that the problem will be resolved in 48 hours. Unfortunately, no one came. On Tuesday March 31, 2014 I called a senior officer whose number was provided to me via a text message stating that incase my complaint is not serviced within 48 hours please call Mr. Manoj on this +91 [protected]. A Mr. Dev attended the call confirmed to look into the matter. There after my complaint was closed without anyone attending it. I knew this from an email and a text message I received stating that if I was satisfied with the service to send them a satisfactory code. Upset with this I called the call center and also confronted Mr. Anil Yadav who said, “Complaint karke koi fayda nahi. “ No one has yet after so many repeated complaints yet responded. The call center said we only take complaints and can do nothing about it. The service center just keeps committing to attend the service but has failed badly. Even the seniors are indifferent and do not respond. I would suggest to all those considering buying the Hindustan Lever’s Pureit Marvella RO purifiers to kindly rethink.

                                      I have purchased a puteit water filter 14 ltrs on 15th march 2015 from easyday store, ludhiana and its been almost 2 weeks now I am calling the customer care every day to get it repaired but no one has come to repair it. They are providing fake commitments on their service. They just making excuses every day when ever I call them to send the service guy to repair it.

                                        HUL'S WEBSITE HAS BEEN DEAD FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. ME THINKS THIS WEBSITE IS JUST A FAKE TO ATTRACT CONSUMERS TOWARDS IT. TO COMPETE PROCTER AND GAMBLE THE WEBSITE HAS BEEN STARTED. P AND G LIMITED INDIA OFFERS FREEBIES TO THIER USERS. JUST NOT TO STAY BACK IN RACE HUL STARTED THE SITE WHICH HAS NOW BEEN CHANGED TO UNDER CONSTRUCTION SINCE LONG TIME. PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTIONS.
