Today is the 4th day we are drinking bad quality water. The reason behind this is service person telling lie that he will be coming in few hours for 4 days. Licensed Service provider is: Sri Sai Ram Agency LSP Phone :[protected], Kanchipuram 603002.

So, i request you to take skme serious action against him.
am also from the same area, this guy not at all picking the call, its been more then the 6 days . i placed the installation request but still not resolved ... please help me out.

am going to give one rating, as 0 is not available.

    I have a pureit marvla uv for more than 3yrs but i found the uvgkk kit not working as before such as previously i have to change after 7-10 months and lastly i changed from your krishna services vide bill no-793 dt27/1/16, Now pl depute one of your technical person who will show me that i have already get the specied ltr of pure water from your machine at your earliest neither i shall compelled the matter to consumer

      It has been a long time when i had raised a complaint regarding the device that "it is not working at all". Please refer to the following complaint codes "c[protected]" & "c[protected]". Mechanic is not able to identify the root cause and so is unable to fix it. I called the helpline number multiple times (They take too long to answer the call--which is so irritating).
      Mechanic visited 5 times at my house to fix the issue but couldn't be able to fix it. He changed adapter and motor in subsequent visits. As soon he (Mechanic) comes and does some troubleshooting, devices starts working and later stops.
      Firstly: your customer service is not up to the mark, when you have a product related to water (Which is essential for life) you should be more than faster in servicing your customers but sadly it takes 2 days to you all to decide if you should change the internal parts or not (You are trying to save your device parts to decrease the amount of money spend after a device or customer). Guys improve your service else there are many competitors in market where your existing customer can go as me.
      Secondly: i am pissed off with your services, i cannot sit everyday and call the helpline, spend half an hour talking to your useless customer service agents.
      Now it's all over, please send someone to take this device out of my house else i will through it out. I am going to stop the emi’s anyways. Guys show some promptness else i will go to consumer forum saying "you people have taken too much of my precious time which was good for nothing and left us without pure water". I hope consumer forum would be a great place for you to get a lesson on customer service.

      I have purchased pure it classic RO MF last week and within a week it has stopped working, I have called engineer to look into that questioned why it has stopped within 2 days then he replied it's a machine and it can go wrong any time it does not mean anything with new or old, my straight question was that if after spending a haptic amount one should always be mercy on you useless faulty machine then why to waste money on that, then he assure one cable was loose now I have repair that you won't have any problem now onwards .
      And now only three days has passed it got stuck now, Ro motor is not working same issue again, I want to ask HL if they don't have technology to exist in purifier market then why they make such big remarks of their faulty product .
      Now I have again made a complaint and no one responded till now, hence I have stopped the pending payment of seller and thinking to take the case in consumer form .
      These type of cheat and fraud companies should have reached a lession so that thay can not loot the other people .

        To whom so ever it may concern.
        We have purchased pure it water filter which is supplied by mr. Subrahmanyam cell no : [protected] and it is serviced by ( that means ) recharge of refills by mr. Sarath cell no : [protected]. Of machilipatnam town jurisdiction.

        Mr. Sunrahmanyam after the instillation advised us to contact for refill replacement to mr. Sarath.
        Mr. Sarath phone will not be available by for a week...

        Hi this is yogesh dabas (+91-[protected], hno-1138, v.p.o kanjhawala)
        we bought pure it system few years back. 2 or 3 months ago we wanted to shift it from ground to first floor so we registered our request. then we got a call from the person who was sent by pure it asking about the address. my wife talked to him and he was talking rubbish. and then when he came to our house he did not behave well with my wife and my mother. last month in mid of feb the adapter failed so we ordered one from pure it. the operator told me they will charge only 250 and when the came to my house they asked for 1000rs. That person connected the adapter but as there was no light at that time we could not check the adapter. When the light came the adapter didnot work. We again registered a complaint regarding it. First of all the person came after so many days and told us that the machine got short circuited so he will come back with another adapter. Again he visited after 2 days with a new adapter and inserted it but it didnot work. so he opened the system and checked internally and told us that it again got short circuited so he will visit again. and its been 1 week that he hasnot come and we are facing so much problem for drinking water. your service is really very poor. there is no coordination among your workers nor do they have etiquettes how to talk to a women. And we doubt that he might have stolen some major parts from the pure it system. After so many problems we are in no mood to call your customer care again and feel insulted. plus we are never going to suggest some one to go for pure it!

          We purchased a new pureit ultima ro+uv water purifier (Sl. No rcr[protected]) on 21mar 2016 from croma store bangalore (Total mall sarjapura road), after 5 days of follow up the company sent a technician to install the product. The technician did not know anything about the installation of the product. He somehow installed the product but even after installing there is no water coming from the purifier.
          We feel cheated by the low quality of water purifier manufactured by hul. It is more than 1 week we brought the water purifier and it is not working. I am very angry and disappointed with the quality, if a customer is treated this way i would never ever buy any product from hul nor i would recommended my family and friends to buy any product from hul .

          I need the product to be fixed or replaced as soon as possible.

                I am From Sector 5 Vasundhra Ghaziabad having Marvella RO of Pureit in my Home installed since May 2013 on 8-March-2016 I ordered to Change My ROM and on the same day by evening ROM was changed By Mr. Ravi Mobile No. [protected] (assigned to [protected] Vasundhra Service. LSP Phone [protected]) and on the next day some sound was coming from the Device and again complaint was resolved and today i.e. on 12-March-2016 Leakage Problem is coming and registered my complaint and by evening I Got message that complaint has been resolved even though nobody visited and now I am facing real problem with Pureit RO should I give negative feedback to others that people are doing cheating with there customers. I need a quick action and need a reply how the complaint can be resolved even though complaint has not been attended. Need urgent reply.

                        I had purchased 12 Litres capacity Pureit Intella few months ago. Now I want to change the germkill kit for the same, but every retailer is saying that kit for this model has been dropped off, and is not available with them, because company has stopped selling this product. Now I have checked their site for purchasing the kit online, but there also, they are not providing the same. the one person from the company instead of solving my problem start giving me information on other products. please register my complaint, as if every year they are going to drop off their last year model, then please don't market their product, as we'll have to purchase the new model every year, and that will be very costly for consumer.

                            Its very painful to write to you that I'm having a complaint regarding the service and product.
                            Purchase date :-04 feb 2016
                            My Customer id is [protected] call No is [protected]. No action as of now has been taken despite of several calls.
                            I called and get the detail of pureit shop near my location I purchased a 14 lt classic.
                            From a sealed pack I founded Tap was not inside I made complaint then the shop owner given after 2 weeks when I installed then what I am finding is that its leaking from one part again I made a complaint but no solution.
                            Sorry but unhappy with the product this is the first time other than euroka I was trying something different, nit a good experience.

                              2 onsite services done already but still not fixed
                              I have been calling them 5- 6 times everyday and they keep promising call back from concerned team but never have they got back to me with any solution
                              As there is no water purifier am spending on water cans and my phone calls everyday other than paying for the new pureit

                                Really the germ kit is not working as said HUL.
                                I was suggested Pureit for few friends but i'm in dilemma now. Better to stop using it. other wise at least test the water with laboratory before drinking it.

                                  When we fill water on upper tank with in the minutes its in bottom container bcoz the GEM KILL KIT is completely Red. When i complained first time, the kit replace guy just replaced the kit(Paid) and said we will examine but same thing happened again.
                                  My DOUBT is pure it works as advertised.

                                    We would like to know why do i or my customer have to pay to get help over the phone.We sell your products and they pay for the same., in case customer has to call you for any problems he gets charged for it.Please explain

                                      I have complained many times to the service center, they sent technician every time, but still problem is not solved. I purchased PURE IT MARVELLA in June 15, with in 2-3 months i have started facing problem, i have technician fee on every visit, last week i have complaint for the leakage, they said that CSF (Filter) has to be replaced because of it only you are facing leakage problem, i have changed the same and Rs. 900+150 service charge to them. but again with in a week time CSF light indicating red, Leakage started again. I dont know how manytimes i have to register my complaint, DID I MISTAKE TO CHOOSE HUL INSTEAD OF EUREKA.

                                      This is not done, paying for good product and trust worthy company and then facing such problems not expected from company like HUL.

The person from HUL service provider visited, he has seen the problem, but still I am waiting for solution. No followup after that, discussion on phone that's its... How many times i have to pay when i have paid for the CSF change few days back, i have the copy of bill. Give me the solution ASAP or else i have to complaint against HUL for FALSE SERVICE AND DEFECTIVE MACHINE supply to me. I can not tolerate this again & again, pay every time and get no service. Purchase Pureit Marvella @Rs. 8500/- + service charge 150+150+150 + CSF change & Service charge Rs.1050 /- Is this really make sense to anyone????
