It has been almost a month since I ordered the St. Ives fresh skin apricot scrub. The order was despatched on 28 August and should have reached us by 1 September. The estimated delivery date is also about to get over today. I even spoke to your customer cares dept. but they were of no help as they couldn't track the product.     Cheating and duping of customers hard earned money !!


    I am using a pure it intella model water purifier which has a germkill capacity of 1250 litres. Initially the filter or germkill kit lasted for 11 to 12 months for a family of 3. But the replaced germkill kit got over in less than 3 months with the family members being same 3 and the source of water being same !! Nor has our consumption pattern changed nor anything else !! And by no means we have consumed 1250 litres since 2 members mostly stay out and come only at night !!

    Why will the same germkill kit which lasted for atleast 11 months now lasted for less than 3 months !!


    And hul unilever company asks money to even check for a complain but they can offer you free home demo !! So before sales you value your customers but once sold then u simply dupe !!


    My registered mobile number is [protected] and name is sidhant agarwal and i replaced my germikill kit at start of june and today it abruptly got over in less than 3 months !!


    I have not registered a complaint since they demanding money to even attend a complain!! Heights of cheating please take strict action against such malpractices !!!


    And since its a matter of water which is something important and urgent so i sincerely request you to take quick action !!

        We have orderd germkit battery 1500l and same was installed on 01 jun 2015,
        But the battery kit lasted for just in 2 month span (Shows red indication) .
        When i called customer care executive and requested to replace the defect piece, they replied the product is not registered in their record, and even authorized local service persons who actually installed the product (Defect) are not responding positively to my complaint

        I look forward to get issue attended and resolved asap

          I bought Modern special bread family pack on 22/08/15 at Pothys superstore Pondicherry and when i opened to eat it, i found a piece of metal bar in a piece of bread. With this incident, it shows how people working in that firm are careless and how the inspection are rubbish.

            Hi, We stay in RT Nagar Sultanpalya Bangalore. We Bought a Pureit Filter 26lts Autofill in 2014. Every month we call customer care and ask to change germkill kit. 3 months back a service person came and broke the filter shield and cracked the glass. When we complaint him he denied and told it was broken. On the month of July again we asked for germkill kit and told the person to repair or exchange it..He asked us 2000/- for that .When we told that it was broken by you so he has to exchange then he denied and didn't change the kit also.Today on 21st August again customer service person came and told the same thing that they wont be able to resolve. Why Pureit hires such kind of engg. who dont know how to give service.They dnt want to reveal their manager name as they dnt want escalation.Then why should we buy these products . Debabrata Paul

              Hi, I purchased a PureIt purifier since a year ago. The purifier has been giving one problem or the other since then. This time after the CSF was changed there was a problem with the inlet pipe. I asked the technician to change it and changed it only after calling him again . If this was done one the same day when the CSF was changed I would not have to pay the service charges. the inlet pipe costs about Rs 35 a meter and I purchased only 2 meters and paid the technician Rs 120. After this happened the purifier started leaking. The technician came and informed that this happened because the water pressure. This should have been checked when the technician changed the pipe. Also the customer care was not at helpful. They took 3 days to arrange a call after calling them like 4-5 times.

                Pureit Germkill Kit purifies approx 1500 litres of water and needs to be regularly replaced as soon as its Germkill life indicator turns red. Pureit Germkill Kit contains: (1) Microcharged Membrane (2) Germkill Processor - Indicator (3) Carbon Polisher 1500 litres of water means around 6 months of time period for 2 people. When I bought the germkill kit last time, it last for 2.5 months only. Pureit is selling all three parts combined which is not required at all. As mentioned above the contents of germkill kit, 2nd is the indicator and 1st and 3rd are used for water purification. It is obvious that a "microcharged membrane" and "carbon polisher" can last for more than a year but Pureit wants to earn more revenue and make more profits by selling all three parts together. Actually, pureit should provide the germkill indicator separately so that a customer can buy that and the purifier can work easily. Recently, after the germkill indicator expired, I have blocked all the three holes of purifier and it is working very fine without the indicator. It is INJUSTICE TO CUSTOMERS OF PUREIT. I want all the three parts to be bought separately else it would be cheating to Indian consumers.

                  Hi,
                  We have ordered a germkill battery of pureit water filter on 4th Aug 2015 however we did not recieve the germkill battery within 72hrs(as promised by them)

                  The technical team responded after given time period.

                  When I said them to fullfil there promise to install a free germ kill battery
                  They were not responding according to there promise.
                  More over they did not install the battery yet.today...

                  I am using "AUTOFILL" water purifier having Customer ID No.[protected] since March-2013. Since I have purchased the water purifier as stated above, numbers of problems I have faced and every time Hindustan Unilever - pure it team provided a poor service more over every time I was unsatisfied with pure it team. I am just surprised that recently on 02.05.2015 a Germ kill Battery kit of 3000 ltr capacity has been purchased and installed and that has been expired just within 3 months instead of daily water requirement in my family is maximum 10 ltr. per day . Before this battery kit on on 03.06.2014 I have purchased a battery kit with same capacity that was lasting till April-2015 . During May-2015 to till the date no changes of water requirement has been taken place or there is no changes in my family members. There are 5 members in my family and out of them two o[censored]s working and stay 12 hours outside. In balance 3 member I have 6 years old daughter and my old parents. So, How much water may require per day. So, I have doubt, your associate company has charged Rs.950/- but supplied me lower capacity battery kit or some thing like that. That kind of incident has been happened previously with me. It is impossible that 3000 ltr. water has been purified through the purifier during this 3 months span. Against my complain on 06.08.2014, " Pure It" has sent their representative to my home on 07.08.2015 and on 08.08.2014 I have received a phone call that I have to purchase one more Germ Kill Battery Kit. They have no specific answer that way the 3000 ltr. battery kit exhaust within 3 months? They said " HOT WEATHER" is responsible for that but I have asked last year June-14, July-14, August-14, September-14 were also hot weather then how that time I used the battery kit till 11 months? So, it is clear that Pure It cheat their consumer. They are supplying fake battery kit with high price. I strongly oppose with this kind of activities of PURE IT.                     I have purchased a Hindustan Unilever WP in my Wife's name in the month of December 2014 and it was working fine, but suddenly on 16th July the water was poring out from the Water purifier and i immediately registered a Complaint in the Toll free no [protected] on 17th and the Complaint no is C[protected] and the service engineer came after 3 days and checked the issue and told my wife that some important spare part inside got damaged and he said that we need to change.Also he said that since the Water purifier was less than a year old, we can have this replaced in warranty period.Secondly he told that the spare will be ordered through online and the same needs to come from Bangalore, but post that no one turned up.

                    I waited for 3 days and post that i almost called 6 to 7 times and complained on the issue, but none of them responded us.This poor standard of service has led me to buy water cans on daily basis which is costing me 65 Rs per day.

                    I request the Consumer forum team to take immediate action on Hindustan Unilever and render justice to me by Either replacing the spare or replace the old machine with a new one.

                    The service rendered by Hindustan Unilever is poor and worst.Also the attitude of the engineers were rude.There is a clear deficiency in service and also the above act has cost severe mental agony and hardship to me.I therefore claiming a compensation of Rs.25000 for the above.
                    There engineers have no knowledge of the product and most of the time they damage the product instead of repairing it or servicing. I have had same issues with them. They damaged my brand new machine and not they are saying circuit is damaged. Ask them to refund your money or give you a new machine.
                    Still the issue is unresolved.

                      I am using hindustan unilever filter. The water was not getting filtered. So the technician came and fixed the problem.
                      Again after a week, the same problem has arisen. When i told the customer care about the prob, they said its a priority complaint and will be addressed on top priority. But its been 2 days, and no technician has come till now.. Facing lot of problem due to this.. Have already called the customer care 10 times.
                      Hope somebody takes it up seriously and get the matter sorted.

                        There is a leakage problem in my brand new "Pureit Ultima" from bottom of it. We have registered a complaint on 16.07.2015 with Complain No: C[protected]. Technician came and observed it. but no action till now. Since it is brand new (Purchased on 2.07.2015 fron Kohinoor - Vashi, Navi MUmbai) and installed on 4.07.2015) we do not want it repaired. It seems a manufacturing defact We want it to replace with another sealed/brand new unit. Requear you to do the needful at the earliest.

                            Hi, I went to one of your dealers – 334 SUPER BAZAR, A-334, Basement, Meera Bagh, Paschim Vihar, NEW DELHI – 110 087 yesterday evening to purchase 650 ml DOVE DAILY SHINE SHAMPOO. It was displayed in the counter with some missing scheme sticker on it. I got suspicious and asked the owner / counter persons and they said that it is available for Rs. 390/-, whereas it’s MRP was Rs. 410/-. I did not buy it from there however, but later bought from some other dealer @ Rs. 330/-. It was having a sticker of Rs. 50/- OFF on it. My point is that how can a dealer remove a scheme sticker and try to sell a product at MRP? I request you to carry an investigation in the matter, as it is a clear case of cheating. Or you can depute someone for a surprise visit to know the facts. I would appreciate a response from you on the matter please.                                 I have purchased a bread today (2/07/15). As I opened the packet I saw bread with fungus and lots of ants roaming inside. It disgusted me to hell and I swear not to purchase modern bread again. I have pics of the same. I request the company not to fool customers in this fashion and play with their health.

                                  8 months out Pureit 23 liter filter, there some peculiar Oder in the water, complain no.[protected] loged on 13 june 2015 after the week installing the filtration unit. Nether theirs any replacement of the unit which is for 500/- from the supplier nor any reply from the customer care, i want the service center to visit and get me on track

                                    Hindustan Unilever don't care about customer service after selling products .More than 1 1/2 years passed since my Pureit Advance 23Ltr water purifier's even 1st candle is not changed due to unavailability of filter candle and poor customer care services of company.If People living in metropolitan city faces this kind of problem then its better not to think about remote areas. . . Hopefully, . Sujit C. Bhagat.

                                      I am using Pureit water purifier of HUL. Few days back I have broken one part of the filter during cleaning. After that I called to Pureit customer care and booked that particular part. I got the confirmation of booking and price details by SMS. But next day I got call from Pureit service team that particular part is not available so they cannot deliver the same. I mail to Pureit i.e.- pureit.[protected]@unilever.com three times to know the confirm date when I will get the part because I have to take decision whether should I wait for it or think about deferent option.
