Lets go through the complete issue details which we are facing currently,
Point no 1: we are started using the product since 31-aug-2015.
Point no 2: we are unhappy with the quality and taste of the water
As tds was above 64 and there was no sweetnees and mineral taste in water.
We have highlighted the issue to the technician (During the installation time itself)
And technician said that don't worry, after few days of consumption water taste
Gradually will increase and they cannot adjust tds as the product is automated.
Point no 3: after that another product issue started from oct-2015 (Sorry the exact day i forgot, please apology).
Point no 4: initially the second led light (Change sf) displays in very low green colour.
Point no 4: issue has been raised by us along with water taste (As water taste is not as
Expected, still the taste remains as same as tab water (No mineral, no sweetness).
Point no 5: a technician visited and he said that he cannot change anyhting on the water taste
And as per his knowledge water taste is very good and tds was shown as 61-62. So he is happy and he said that led
Light colour also no issue please check your eyes.
Point no 6: from dec-2015 (Sorry we forgot the exact day again) onwards machine is started
Producing kind of bullet triggering sound (Very loudly).
Point no 7: again as usual we have raised another complaint to rectify the issue

Point no 8: as usual he said that product is working in good condition, unnecessary you are
Making issue...
Howeever he have visited again very next day and he did something and below are

Reply which we have received... (From the technician)

1. He found that there was a block in one of the tube (Volve) and he cut and thrown
And rectified the block issue.
2. He cleaned the tank by adding some soultion.
3. He said that he have adjusted some tds points, so tds level was came down to 62
Again.
4. He have cleaned sediment filter (Sf-the outside filter) and he has confirmed
That there is no need change sf fileter
As sf filter condition is very good.
5. Regarding sweetness of water, another people from company will come and check.
6. He had strongly said that... The sound which is generated by the product is from motor sound
And definitely the sound would have been continued always (Since from the day o[censored]se).

Point no 9: 1.1 till now no one visited and attended the quality and taste of water.
1.2 initially the technician said that they cannot adjust the tds points, but
During the last visit he said that he had adjusted tds level and further he cannot adjust.
1.3 he had confirmed that no need to change sf filter (After looking 30-jan-2015).
Point no 10: we have totally unfaith and dissatisfy on the quality of the product as the product is not produced quality of water.
Point no 11: please kindly requesting you to spend some attention / important on the below
Issues :
1. The product is still in under warranty as we started usgin from last 30-aug-2015.
2. Not even five months over.. There was a block was happended inside the prodcut
And seesm that may producing very loud sounds... Till now.
3. With in a new condition how it happened (Both block and producing bullet triggerring sound)...?
A biggest question mark???
4.Inspite of the issue the technicain confirming that... We are wrong... As the
Product will always generate the king of sound (Very loud)... He can prove he was telling...
5. As per our sincere observe.. We have not found any such of big sound as like now it is coming in the machine...
6. The top of the machine.. There is a sentese highlighted... It will produce
Sweet water.. (What was the actual meaning) ony god knows...???
