Dear Sir,
My name is D Jagannathan. I have bought a HUL Pureit 23L Purifier in Sep'13 & there are great problems from Feb'14.
After making complaints & escalation in Apr'14, the Customer care people of Hindustcan Unilever Pureit Water Purifier came to my residence by 1st week of May & replaced with new germ kill kit & gave me an extra carbon polisher.
The purifier has worked properly till mid of June month & then even after cleaning, the purification is not proper. So I replaced the carbon polisher with the extra one provided by the customer care people.
Now, from 28th of Jun'14, the purification process takes place in more than 8 hours. If I fill the upper chamber with water in morning, it gets purified and get collected in the transparent chamber in the evening/night.
I have done a great mistake on buying this product (wrong promises/faulty service) which required replacement of all things (polisher, germ kill kit) every month. My usage is approx 1/2 of the transparent chamber per day (if the bottom chamber is full, it will be consumed in 2 days). If the purifier is so bad & imperfect, let the Hindustan Unilever be questioned & asked Penalty for selling such products.
Need an immediate action, else, provide me the Legal dept of HUL to send Legal Compensation Notice for such bad product, worst service & huge mind tension.
