I had purchase from my local market 1kg pack of Kissan mix fruit jam and keep in fridge. After a month its colour has been change from red to mustard and it is not eatable condition.     Brought Purit Marvella on 9 Feb 2015 in Baner Pune, Purit executive took more than 4 days to come home just for installation for the device. C[protected] Feb Following are the complaints raised for the leakage issue Still no resolution From purit, C[protected] Raised on 25 Feb, Closed on 27 Feb with SMS saying "Your complaint C[protected] has been attended - No visit or call from Purit executive, C[protected] Raised on 5 Mar, Closed on 10 Mar with SMS saying "Your complaint C[protected] has been attended" - No visit or call from Purit executive, C[protected] Raised on 14 Mar, Visit from Purit executive on 14 Mar with commitment of visit in evening on same day as parts were not with him which need to be replaced, (till now no show and no response on Telephone)

        Refer to my complaint #[protected], I had ordered the new version of pureit in exchange of the old model on 28th Feb 2015. But the local dealer in Chennai(Aslam LSP Agency-[protected]) refuse to deliver the order in due course till todate. I called the customer service 3-4 times spending around 20-25 rupee (exclusive tax) on each call from my mobile enquriying about the delivery. But still no reply. I am a privileged customer since 2006 and I have bought 3 piece of pureit since than in my name for other family members. Hence please take necessary action for a quick delivery. Thanks.

            One of the worst experience in my life. Pureit marvel Purchased on 26th June 2013 My Costumer Id No [protected] After a month I complained 5 times about this, twice battery was changed and twice the filter was changed still it does not work properly. There was no trace of the technician every time after registering the compliant I receive a SMS that the complaint has been attended and please give your feedback. Are you guys seriously organised? I feel your franchise service (New Wave Agency Chennai 600082 ) Support is cheating you and your valuable customer. Can you understand how desperate I felt and was badly in need of your help to repair and re install. My father-in-law and mother-in- law supposed to drink filtered water to avoid infection. I have been using mineral water from the nearby shops from my home. What is the use of purchasing the product from you? Can you people get my feelings and the mental stress I need a free service to compensate whatever has happened till now. Hope my problem will be solved.               Bought HUL Pureit water purifier on 10th May 2014 Bill# 4345. From past one month the water purifier had been not working. We have lodged complaint. First 2 times the technicians came and repaired. next day again it was not working. Now even after repeated calling up and raising the complaint number they are not sending any one. When we ask for a replacement as the product is still under warranty they are not even replying. Last complain#4 is C[protected]

                I have spent Rs 17000 after the initial payment of Rs 15000 for the purifier.

                Their ervice is very pure.

                I have been complaining but there is no change in the attitude or service.

                  I got a coupon from a neighbourhood departmental store for 2 free movie tickets from HUL for buying their products for Rs.599 or more. When I called the phone number on that coupon and gave the coupon number, I got a text message (on 14 Jan 2015) stating that I would get a bookmyshow.com e-voucher for 2 free movie tickets by the coming Saturday (17 Jan 2015). However, the e-voucher has not turned up on my number so far! For one, the contact number that was got on the SMS that 'promises' to send the e-voucher (by the coming Saturday) is one digit short ([protected]). While I did manage to find the actual number (I assumed that the last digit was missing and tried all 10 combinations) - [protected] - they rarely pick the call. Even if they pick the call, they just say that they are facing a problem with bookmyshow.com, ask for your name and phone number and say that you will get it in a day or two. I have managed to reach the 1800 number thrice (after trying it about two dozen times) and have got the same reply each time. When I asked them for a complaint number, they said that there is none; when I asked to speak to their manager, I was told rudely that that person is not available. I have spoken to many others and everyone is facing the same issue; one of the affected parties is a member of a reputed consumer forum. He has contacted the stores around his area and has started taking signatures from the affected people. We will be escalating this to the consumer council soon.

                    my product of smartpick is deliver to unknown person by xpressbees . and the shipdetailed show it is deliver to shubham but i have not signed and receive the product .. the service man never call no detail given nothing my awb is [protected] deliver by xpressbees service plz complain against him ..or to stop their service as soon as posiible. because it will deliver to any other person to .

                      श्री मान जी मैने hundustan lever purit की terboबेटरी दिनांक[protected] को sharee shiddhivinayak steel shop से 840 रु मे 3000लीटर पानी क्षमता का खरीदा था लेकिन उसने पानी को बिलकुल साफ नही किया जबकि उसको 6माह तक use करते रहे उसकी बैटरी संकेत भी लाल नही हुआ। हम गंदा पानी पी कर बीमार होते रहे इसकी शिकाययत हमने 10 October2014 को pureit Customer Care को complant noC[protected]मे की लेकिन कोई सुनवाई नही हुई।उसके बाद मैन परिवार के सवासथय को धयान मे रखते हुए पुन 19/09/2014 को purit custmor care से 880रूपये मे नयी pureit turboबैटरी डलवाई। लेकिन ये puret turbo बैटरी भी पहले की तरह बिलकुल भी पानी साफ नही कर ररहरही है इसे मै 4माह से लगातार इसतेमाल करने के बाद भी इसकी बैटरी जरा सी भी लाल नही हुई। इसकी complant मैने Hundusthan leleavleaver pureit custmor care मे complant no[protected] मे की । इसमे भी कोई सुनवाई न हुई पिछले दोनो बैटरी को बदलने मे मेरा 1720 रूपये खरच होने के बाद साफ पानी नही पी पा रहे है।पिछलले एक साल मे जितना धन मेरे परिवार की बीमारी पानी के कारन जो हुई उसे Hundusthan leaver pureit से भरा जाय तथा जितना रुपया मेरा खरच हुआ ह उसे वापस किया जाय । मेरा मोबाईल नमबर [protected] Gmaiail id [protected]@gmail.com शिकायत करता राकेश कुमार

                        I have purchased Pure it advanced 23 litres product in october 2014 but from starting there was many issues and its non working. After complaining to the customer care, the response was so poor, even i have waited for more than 10 to 15 days. How a family can wait without water? This was happened during warranty period and after its no one is responsive and the product is having many problems. After replacing the germ kill kit, water smell and taste is very bad. We are not able to drink water now. When I called customer care, they are asking money for technician visit.why should I pay extra money if the Pureit company has provided a faulty germ kill kit. Please do the needful ASAP

                          My complaint As provided for Pongal offer, we purchased listed HUL products worth over Rs. 600 and we were given a coupon by Adyar Departmental Stores, Adyar, Chennai saying that 2 movie tickets of our choice will be sent to us on registering. We registered for this offer on January 17th which was acknowledged by an SMS saying that e-voucher of movie tickets will be sent to us by 20th Janyary 2015. Till now we have not received any information regarding this. Kindly send the movie tickets immediately.
                          I am having the exact same problem. From what I am seeing, it looks like a planned scam!

                          For one, the contact number that you get on the SMS that 'promises' to send the e-voucher by the coming Saturday is one digit short ([protected]). If you manage to find the actual number (I assumed that the last digit was missing and tried all 10 combinations) - [protected] - they do not pick the call at all. Even if they pick the call, they just say that they are facing a problem with bookmyshow.com, ask for your name and phone number and say that you will get it in a day or two.

                            I have registered a complain for poor filtration from my PURE IT and ordered for replacement of the germ kill kit. The complaint number was C[protected].It was 10.01.2015. Since then no person even bothered to make a contact, paying visit is a far off thing. Nobody is taking call at the service centre. But the best part it I have been receiving messages from pure it in my mobile stating that my problem was resolved. No one is taking a call, no one came to see the problem yet they considered the issue fixed. It is very hard to believe such non-sensical idiotic approach from a veteran concern like HUL.

                              We purchased a Pureit Marvella RO + UV from marathahalli ezone on Dec 25th 2014. Unit was delivered to us on 31st Dec 2014. We placed a request for installation with pureit. After several calls finally a technician from Sri Raghavendra Agencies LSP came and did the installation on 6th January 2015. It worked fine next day. On 8th January 2015 night drinking water dispenser started leaking continuously. We observed this on next day morning. Immediate at 7:45 am on 9th January we called up pureit customer care and raised a compliant. Compliant number is C15414293. We also turned off the device. On 8th afternoon same person who did the installation called up my husband sand said I know the problem, I dont have spare part I will come in the evening. He did not turn up. We called pureit and placed a request for the entire unit. It is only a day old installed unit. We did not want part installation. Today same technician came. Without even inspecting the device he informed his supervision device is leaking one drop/minute. And device is off at this time. We asked him we have placed a request for complete replacement and we want to talk to his supervisor. He did not respond properly.He told us to check with ezone only, he cannot provide his supervision number. Since he did not respond properly we called pureit again, they said they will arrange for a callback within few hours. None of them called. After few hours we called pureit again, they are suppose to call us in an hour. So far no one called. For the brand new device how can one suggest for part replacement. We do understand if it was old one. We are not at all happy with this response. If possible we want to return the unit and go for refund Regards Jayalakshmi

                                I purchased HUL marvella a year back and for first service of CSF blinking i have registered to the toll free number and we received the complaint registered sms after two days we received as"thank you message stating and customer complaint has been closed within service department without even attending in home . i was shocked and came to know how bad is service .

                                  We had installed a Pure IT marvella purifier however, since last few months it started leaking. We have registered complaint numerous times with the Customer Care however, there has been no resolution. The technician comes and he reports that the parts are not available and hence they recommend to buy new purifier which is utter non-sense. Those of you who are reading this complaint, please refrain from purchasing Pureit marvella as it is usually costlier than usual water purifiers and is not worth at all.

                                    I purchased the above mentioned premium bread from a mall in Andheri on wednesday 17-12-14. and opened it to make sandwiches and to my surprise except for two or three slices the rest loaf had fungus. I have kept two slices of the bread as a proof for you to see and act on it immediately as I had to order evening snacks for my family which caused inconvience and had to shell around 150 Rs for it.I am Mrs.Gajria and my mobile number is [protected] .Expecting some immediate response from a company like Unilever.Thanks.                                       I have bought a Pureit water filter from Pune, Aundh. Greivence 1 - I am very unhappy with the performance of this Products from the date of purchase. Several parts have been changed in the past 2 years. Literaly the whole system has been changed. If there is clear defect in the product then why is this still being sold to consumers Greivence 2 - Pureit is serviced by a company called "Infinite E Series" based in Pune. The control on the technitians is very poor. I have made a complaint on 11 Dec 14 Morning. on 13 Dec 14 (after 2 days) the technician called up and said that he is on his way. Now it is 1:30pm. He has still on come to repair. On checking with his office, it seems that he has given another reason to his superior that the service is being attended by another person. Please check with Infinite on [protected] I want justice to be done for both my greivences Change my Filteration system with a new one and also improve the service of the company hired by Puriet.
