Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I had purchase a “PUREIT MARVELLA RO” vide invoice no 003261 dt 07.03.13 Model no[protected] from Reliancedigital Retail Ltd, at Axis Mall, New Town Rajarhat, Kolkata – 700 156, after 4/5 months onwards I am facing too much problems, several complains lounged and told them to replace the machine from first time. Plz check my complain sheet, then it will be clear, several times I had convey to your helpline persons to look into the matter & I will interested to talk with your higher Authority, they send representative & doing the temporary solution. But failed, Lastly I am going through mail. My family member is 2+1, within 9 months we used 4000 Ltrs water, it is impossible. The fact is first it had taking 4-6 hours for fill up the drum for one time, then it had going to 8-10 hours, representative came & done some work, but solution not made. Then they suggest that to Purchase a Iron Guard, Lastly I had purchase the it Rs.1400.00 from him, he fitted it on 26.11.13 at 1.25 pm, when we start to run the machine at near about 4 pm, the red light started to beeping, my wife stopped the machine. When I reached at home at 9.50 pm, machine start & same think found. Next day I ring the representative Mr Bappa Mondal at his mobile, after discussion he told me to change the filter or other thing for cost of Rs.1625.00. As a middleclass family how the cost of such revenue expenditure will bear, I don’t understand. Within 9 months this huge expenses then after 2 years what will be happened. And why the customers will purchase such type of machine. Therefore I am requesting you to look into the matter at seriously and do the needful at most urgent basis, otherwise we will not get water for drinking. Regards Suman Ganguly [protected]

    I have purchased the pureit water purifier from Vijay sales.Your people was taken around 10 days after getting due payment. I had taken up this matter, but i felt very unusal attitude of your company. Now I have booked KIT order at least 10-15 days before.No respense from your customer care people, as the service is geeting properly to the customer or not. When I had make call on customer care, your people without any hesitation, telling me abt cancel of my order, no reason nothiong. I will make my order, even though I will not get any proper service from yourr end.
    Absolutely rediculouse and foolish service.

      This is Sudhakar from Hyderabad. I am using HUL Pureit Marvella RO since March - 2013. Recently We observed CSF alarm and device was stopped working. We opened a case with pureit helpline and service person replaced CSF filter and charged Rs.1625. Device was started working but it is taking more than a day to fill the tank. I have opened a new service ticket with pureit helpline and they confirmed that they are going to fix the problem in 48 hours with free of cost. Then same service person(who replace csf) came and asked to pay Rs.1800 to replace the RO membrane. I told the service person that it was a free of cost replacement. I didn't pay money and he look a signature and left. Again I opened a new case with customer care, they repeated the same story- they promised that they are going to fix the problem in 24 hours with free of cost. Now after 48 hours the old service person called and confirmed that he is going to come on Nov 4th to clean the RO membrane instead of replacing with the new RO membrane which was coming with free of cost. Note:- We're really not sure why service person is selling it for additional money. We are not really satified with the service what PURTIT is providing. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.       7 Days passed. None of the technicians turned up to fix the problem. Worst product ever seen in my life.
      Issue is resolved.
      in one year, the motor(Rs 5000) of our pureit is gone. they say it is due to very salty water. i think it is too early, since even our CSF is working properly.
      worst RO of India as they have no control over their technicians and they sell the parts at personal level. and to sell again and again they keep installing sub standard parts so that you call for service. Pureit will cost you around 30000 in a year for just replacement of filters and membrane so avoid this product and better go for product which have easily availability of spare parts.

        I purchase a pureit water purifier of the PUREIT ( Hindustan Unilever) One Year ago. and i call to shopkeeper where i purchase the purifier for the installation of the machine. and he confessed for come a executive and made a call any executive for confirm address but he will not come. after some day when he will not come i installed the machine but after expire of germinal. i purchase a new kit of germikil and again i call the toll free helpline for installed the new kit but right now 20 day has been go but no executive give response and come for checkup.

I MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINT TO THE VARIOUS CHANNEL OF PURIT (HINDUSTAN UNILEVER), BUT EVERY TIME THEY ASSURE ME THAT THEY WILL TAKE MY COMPLAINT WITH IN 48 HOURS. BUT MY TILL DATE MY COMPLAINT STILL NOT BEEN DEALT.
        I AM A CUSTOMER OF 'PURIT' KOLLAM KERALA.I ORDERED FOR A BATTERY KIT ON 12TH OF MARCH AT THEIR HELPLINE.MY ID NO IS-[protected].THEY SEND ME A MESSAGE SAYING THAT THEY WILL REPLACE IT WITHIN 72 HOURS.BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT EVEN AFTER 22 DAYS.             Sir, I got a Pureit battery replaced on 7/6/2013 from Diksha enterprises lucknow. While in 3 to 4 days only, the germkill powder dropped to bottom. On contacting Diksha Ent. the customercare person Arun kept on saying that it was defective and he'll replace it in 2 to 3 days. After weeks of trouble, I filed a complaint on the complaint no. of Pureit company. then a person Vikas came to see. He told me that he will check with Diksha and will get it changed with no other charges. Now even he is not giving any answers. In this rainy season, with no germkill powder, it remains unsafe to drink water. Even I had to buy mineral water jar from outside. So, if the above can be taken note of and the battery be replaced with no further charges, at the earliest. Kindly give a proper response to this complaint.Even I, ve mailed twice on the feedback/complaint section of Pure-It website, with no response from their side. I have ordered (RFS/3349469) a Germ Kill Kit (GKK) of pureit intella model on 03/10/13. 2. on 05/10/13 i got a call from dealer(vikroli, mumbai) that due to shortage of stock he will deliver the kit on 08/10/13. 3. till 10/10/13 no response from dealer(vikroli, mumbai), i call to helpline and complaint (c[protected] about it and rebooked (RFS/3370252) GKK. 4. on 14/10/2013 the dealer call n tell i have to pay for the kit then only he will deliver.I told ur company has given promise of free delivery after 72 hrs. he disagree and "PUT DOWN THE PHONE" 5. i try to call the dealer to atleast deliver the kit with charges but the the mobile ([protected]) is switch off. 6. on 17/10/2013 i got message that my address couldn't locate for complaint (c[protected]. what the bull is it? i am staying in Powai, IIT . who the hell does not know about it? though vikroli is nearby (1-2 km). and also the same dealer has deliver the kit last time. 7. i was getting service satisfaction code 69065, 39129 etc... do u think i am satisfied? 8. today morning again i call helpline (gave false commitment) and dealer (switch off). when will I get my GKK kit...? -- Regards, Vaibhav Shah [protected] [protected]

                Hi Iam Rohit from Cochin and have been using Pureit water purifier for the last three years.It is a very wonderful product.Its gives of water of high quality.I and my family members drink only pureit water as it is not only tasty but keeps us away from health problems.The service provided by Pureit is excellent.Last Monday my purifier had developed a low filtration problem.I immediatly called the service centre for rectifying the complaint.The technician came in evening the same day and solved the issue.Iam very happy with service of Pureit as I and family are dependent on Pureit for pure and clean drinking water and also want to thank the technician who is from MJ Agencies Cochin. I really appreciate HUL for their efforts and response. It is nice to know that there are still some people in this world that care about customer service and you are one of them.

                Pure IT Water Purifiers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                I think you might be working in HUL, i rate this product as very very worst, i bought this Pure IT RO 5 months back, so far 15 complaints raised, 100+ calls to customer care, still by problem is not recitified, they changed filter also on thsi new unit, Low filteration and water leakage issues continues, if they recitify one issue other issue started in 10 days
                worst customer care and service provider in cochin. i am fed up of pureit, its recurring problems and pathetic customer care.

                  After changing the battery in May Pureit has been repeatedly getting moss (algae) in the bottom transparent chamber. Even after cleaning repeatedly it is reoccurring. The customer service person says battery is defective and algae is due to sunlight (in the month of July in mumbai). Also tells me I have to procure new battery but tells me it is not guaranteed. So if it doesnt work even the next day I have to procure new battery by paying again. Also no guarantee of the algae not returning. HOW ARE YOU TALIKING ABOUT PURE WATER!!! Also since I did get my battery changed no service was done but I still payed a service charge for the service person telling me NO GUARANTEE!!! In my experience please dont get Pureit.

                  In the above case I did NOT get my battery changed but was charged service charge rupees75 for the person standing around and telling me battery is defective and nothing has a guaranty.

                    I had purchased 12 Litres capacity Pureit Intella last year. Now I want to change the germkill kit for the same, but every retailer is saying that kit for this model has been dropped off, and is not available with them, because company has stopped selling this product. Now I have checked their site for purchasing the kit online, but there also, they are not providing the same. please register my complaint, as if every year they are going to drop off their last year model, then please don't market their product, as we'll have to purchase the new model every year, and that will be very costly for consumer.                       I HAVE A MARVELLA RO WHICH I BOUGHT FOR ABOUT RS 12500. 2-3 MONTHS AGO THE COST OF CSF KIT WAS RS 700 NOW IT HAS BEEN INCREASED TO RS 1500. COMPANY KNOW IF THE CUSTOMER WILL NOT BUY IT THEN THE RO WILL NOT BE OF ANY USE . SO RATHER THEN WASTING RS 12500 CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO SPEND MORE THAN DOUBLE ON THE CSF KIT.                         Hi, The water purifier has started leaking again! Within two days of changing the CSF by the so called experts, the water is leaking out of PureIt Marvella UV and what's even more shocking is that this is happening even when the device is switched off and so is the water connection. 1. Within 8 months of purchasing, this is the 3rd time complaint for leakage 2. Twice the float was changed 3. 2 times the CSF lamp had gone off, average once every 4 months. Before this, the service person had cleaned it instead of totally replacing I completely fail to understand that if the product is so low on quality, why is the company not changing it giving me a brand new one, and just going on repairing it? Would also like to know now after how many days or weeks this leakage complaint will be addressed as it generally happens about 15 days and 3 reminders? Also would appreciate if the company replaces this entire model/unit with a similar brand new one as its face saver and all the mental agony the customer has faced, more so after having the 5th complaint within 8 months of buying it.                           Dear Team, I had log the Complaint on the Toll Free No of Pureit Water Purifier on 13th Aug but till date no resolution from their side,Continually I making the call in Toll Free Number but not a single Representative came to resolve the issue the message came on my Registered mobile number where they give detail about Adresss of Service centre and contact number of the Technicain but I am Surprised that the given No. is not in Service and the adress mention open Once a week,None of their is in Raipur to resolve the issues of Clients in Raipur(C.G) Pureit Purifer claims to Resolve the Issue in next 48 Hours but from last 12 days the status is same.I had purchase the Pureit Water Purifer RO from Lotus within 6 months this is the 2nd time I am facing the Problem. My Request to help to Resolve the issue and take the serious action against such an patahatetic service.

                              Hi , I am Rahul R from Cochin,Kerala.I would like to thanks service team of pure it for their quick response against my complaint-leakage in pure it, so i call to local service provider Mj Agencies at Cochin yesterday evening at approx 5.30 and within 1 hours. The Service technician expert come at my home. He explained why it was leakage and asked me for kit replacement. I told him to replace it, he replace it within few minutes . And device was start functionally ,Really hindustan unilever best and fast in service . Really I appreciated to the service person who come at my home.                               I would like to appreciate the representatives of SS Marketing for their marvelous service & quick response.
                              All the very best to SS Marketing.
                              This comment by one Mr. Rahul from Cochin (praising the Pureit product) appears to be FAKE. I tried to contact cell no. [protected] but I am getting the message that it is not existing.
                              The famous company is cheating the customers and general public by claiming that there is a battery inside Pureit. But THERE IS NO BATTERY INSIDE.
                              Further, the company has installed a device which makes the entire equipment (pureit water filter) useless after sometime. This device is called auto switch off. This device has no link with the the filtering mechanism. It was invented by HUL to increase its sales of spares by duping the public. If they are called a bunch of cheats or a gang of thugs, I have no objection.

                                I order for GKK on 15.08.2013 by 9:30 pm & I got a reply on next morning by 9 o clock. I had received all the detail of service provider: [protected]. I really appreciate the service that on 15th of aug people took my order & reply on next early morning. & in that also mention if we will be not able to delivered within 72 hrs u will get a GKK free. Now I said myself it is fine if I will get later on as well. Because I am having Saturday & Sunday Holiday. So I book a ticket of PVR on Friday night at 8:00 pm.
                                My phone is always in a locker till 5:30 pm. So I saw that I got 7 missed calls actual that was service provider calling me, but my phone was in locker. So after I saw that 7 calls I call back. & after 3 try he picked up my phone & asking for Rajesh Kadam, I was like where he calling from when he asked for my house then I came to know that he is calling from Pure it. & he said I will come today for GKK by 8:00 pm. I said myself ‘Thank God’ he called me today because I was thing for outing on Saturday & Sunday, So after He comes he will finish his work in half an hour, I will go & book the ticket for Mahabaleshwar. So after his call I cancel my PVR ticket of movie. & I was waiting for him but till 9:00 o clock he didn’t come. & don’t even had a courtesy to call back saying that ‘I am not able to come today’. My wife is going for Rakshabandhan on Monday for whole week so I thought I will spend some time with her out of station.
                                But I had lost movie because on Friday I had got discount because of my friend, but now I lost movie & my outing as well. Then I called customer care & explain the story Mr. Anil took my phone & he was not able to take decision. So gave it to His senior Mr. Sunny after listening all those thing he was also not able to took decision, so he said my senior Mr. Nitin will call you by 10:30am I said pls call me by 12:00pm so that I can answer. But nobody called me. & by 1:00 pm that man come & install the GKK & took money & go away without saying anything. Is that a service of Pure it its brand name in pure water world.
                                So I had lost my weekend & I need that compensation for that. Or else I will follow the next step.

                                Pure It — Material and design

                                Plastic material used in the product is not durable. It crackes easily by a slight hit and tumbles down. Design does not give it stable stand. Centre of gravity must be kept in mind. I purchased it by the name of HINDUSTAN UNILEVER... but felt cheated.

I ordered for a germkill kit on 14/4/2013 so the representative came to my place with a new kit.He told me to go for 3000 litres kit instead of 1500 litres one which i was ordering previously.I daily keep maximum 3 to 5 litres of water daily in the filter ,as i am the only person at my place drinking the water from the filter,so in one month maximum i will use 100 to 150 litres of water.
                                  But to my surprise that 3000 litrs germkill kit finished off in three months only.On complaining the representative who came at my place told me that i must have used the full 3000 litres only,there is no other way that the germkill kit will finish off.
                                  Since than i am thinking only that how i drank 40 litres water daily for three months,when i used to pour only 3 to 5 litres water in the filter.
                                  So u must have understood by now what is the complaint for.
                                  Hope to get a response from the company and the answer to my above asked Question that how the filter was filtering 40 litres water daily,when i was keeping only 3 to 5 litres water in it in a day???

                                        Hi,

                                        I am from Warangal and recently gifted a Pureit to my parents they stay in my home town. I was bit worried about the service becasue keeping the look of the product and the company I decided only Pureit, but thanks to HUL for providing excellent service.

                                        If we have any doubt or complaint they are present on the same day.

                                        I feel I've taken a right decision by choosing Pureit.
