Daer Friends as I have purchased pureit marvella 2 months Before after that water tanck has been burst then i have complained to customer care 6-7 time but i have not recieved any response from Company till date water tank is not been replaced also service of companey is not good so i would request you to not to purchase pureit Products.

    I am Dr Sanjeev T Patil from Aurangabad (Maharashtra) I had purchaced Pureit water purifire about 9 months ago ,as per company indication i changed its Germ Kill Kit it was working Ok till last week but as it had started leaking immediately taken discision for a service call to companys toll free no.[protected] on 16th June 2013 at morning 9.30 AM .Company telecallar admitted my complaint and given me Customer ID
    [protected],Complaint booked with No as RFS/2999101 under "Pureit Promise" of service within 72 hrs,and if company fails to do so in 72 hours i will get a Germ kill Kit free,and i had recieved 3 SMS about the complaint ,offer, local service center details no[protected] .Keeping full faith on company and the service center i had been awaited for more than 72 hrs there was no call/message about resion of service failure. I had called up again company helpline , yet i have not recived service ,and after calling up to servive center I have to pay full charges of service as well as cost of Germ kill Kit.This is companys false promise and creating false image building activity among people,the can be settled by helping process of positiong dis mental and fitting ,changing kits and after that approach to the service center ,selling the parts or kits at market rate by company itself should be an offence,toll free no.s calling also costs as per TRI's STD rates to the callers making loss to the customer.I am even not knowing about the service personal visit to my house when it will be and whether it is really help me after making loss of my time and money.

    Pure It — Non provision of after sale service

    Sir,
    I purchased one pure it water purifier from M/s Safe Water zone, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi on 18.05.2006. Iwas informed that full life free service of the product will be provided commencing from twenty five days from the date of purchase. As no one came to service the product, I tried to contact the supplier but could not get through him as continuously the phone was switched off. I complained at your no. [protected] and the response was good. Some worker from some other agency came and serviced the product. My worry is if I have to give a ring all the time eveymonth or someone from the company will come on his own after one month as is required? I request that the supplier be asked to do the needful on his own and they shiuld not forget after selling the product as this gives bad publicity to the Co. My customer ID no. is [protected]. I hope the necessary instuctions will be issued to the supplier.

    Pure It — Poor after sales service

    I have lodged complaint for replacement of filter mesh and battery 3 months back. Inspite of many reminders they didnot respond. The service is pathetic.

    I am resident of flat no-39, Balbinder apartments, Mayur Bagh cooperative society, Block A-6, Paschim Vihar, Delhi.

    There are red ants in pureit on filter and even are in filtered water tank.I am seeking a person to bve visited and recitified the complaint .I had dialled call center on 8th june'09 in evening.From that day to till yesterday no one has visited at my residence.Every one exe. based at call center assuring me that we will treat your complaint on urgent basis and some one will visit to my residence as soon as possible which they means with in 12 hours.
    Despite so many calls to your center one exe. visited today and he said he is helpless to remove the ants /servicing our filter.Moreover he said i am unable to understand from where they(red ants) are entering into it.
    If there is any gap only then insects can enter in this filter and service exe. is unable to resolve the same.

    Requesting you that kindlyb resolve this at the earliest .

    Pure It — poor service and product

    im really disappointed with the product and the company..nobody can even imagine tat how can a reputed company like hindustan lever can challenge people on national tv to use a product like purit...the average cost of maintainance of purit seems to b higher than its purchase price..each time u try to clean the vessel, leakage starts..battery purifying capacity of 1500 litres is a sham and when we try calling for its service, the concerned people are just busy jotting down the complaints but they dnt turn up for follow up..we are wasting our time, money and energy again n again..its been 3 days tat we'v been calling them for sevice but they have not turned up and each time wev been served with crap...its a shame man..

    I,purchased (from newdelhi,khanpur) a pure it device (RPB[protected])on 10th-Mar-10,but after one/two month i observed that the instrument is not purifying properly,i saw the clhorine particles are flowtting on the top of the water level in the safe water chamber.then i called up the customer care 0n 2nd july they lodge a complain (complain # C[protected] and said that our expert will visit within next 48 hours.from that day i am waiting for their expert.this shows that, what kind of service these people are providing after sale.now i want the reason why complain is not entertained till today.this kind of service is really unexpected from such a reknowned company like HUL.

    Again i complaint on the cus.care no (complain # C[protected] and they said that our expert will visit and he will clear all ur problem.when he came he told that the battery is red and its expired but the reality is the battery is just partialy red and the water flowing is also going on.he said u have to change the battery but thats chargable,so i[censored] want to buy then buy it or i can't help u and i am only selling the kit or else u have write a application to the pure it office they will do it for free.and that person does't know what he has to do?he just clean it up and said that its done.but the problem is remains like the earlier one i.e the chlorine particles stiil there.then after few days i rcvd a sms that "dear customer ur comp# C[protected] has been attended" but my ques.is what was the solution.so kindly send this mail to higher authority of this company and don't make fool to the customers.the service realy poor and the expert are all illiterate and uneducated and untrainend.so now finally i am waiting for the solution of this kind of problem.if i am spending Rs.2000 for safe water and i am getting contaminated water and water with full of chlorine then whats the point to buy a PURE IT?now i need a device which can purify perfectly and i am waiting for the solution asap.the cust cre are just recieving the complain and without doing the practical solution they just solve it him self.it should be in written that the customer is satishfied or not.so now i am waiting for a final solution.

    We are using the Pure it since july 2010. . We tried calling up the Pure It helpline number but nobody turned back to receive our call/complaint. Please do the needful.my customer id is [protected]
    before lauching a product you should have a good customer service desk .people are attending the call but there IQ level is zero .All the companys in india are take there customer for a good ride but with Hindustan lever name tag you get false desire. so i am soory my mistake of thinking positive

    Pure It — VERY POOR SERVICE SHOULD BANNED THE PRODUCT

    I HAVE LOGGED THE COMPLIANT FOR INSTALLATION OF PURIT BUT SINCE LAST 3 DAYS NO ONE HAS COME TO ATTEND AND EVEN THEY SEND ME 2 TIMES MESSAGE THAT MY COMPLIANT HAS BEEN RESLOVED. ITS FAKE COMPANY AND IT SHOULD BANDED OF SELLILNG THEIIR PRODUCT INTO THE MARKET.

    MY COMPLIANT NUMBER IS[protected] AND MY CUSTOMER ID IS [protected].
    I have ordered for a replacement of the entire unit as such the old one was manufactured in substandard materials. They taken the order on 17th April2011 and they replaced within in a day but still iam struggling for that.Every day the Customer care person replying that the unit will be replaced in the same day, because of that we are unable to move from the hose. Are you think this is the best service and suddendly increased the battery kit price and shorten the life.

        Hello,
        This is Velmurugan. I have procured PureIt product (named as Pureit Autofill). The same was brought to my home and water was not filtered. Hence complaint was lodged against this and representative has addressed after two days of the complaint. It was working fine and three days back, the same issue arised. Hence i called the customer care of pureit yesterday to lodging the complaint and i have promised that complaint no. will be received to my mobile and representative will attend my problem subsequently.

        I did not received any communication neither the visit of their representative. Today again i was calling the customer care for registering the complaint. (Complaint No: C[protected].

        This is worst service support to the customer who are constantly get disturbed by their (Pureit) products and still no recovery actions were taken.

          Hi,
          I am Antony from Cochin. I am using your product Pure It Classic model, from last 2 years and I was one who recommended your product to many others as well. Recently I have placed order for a germ kill kit. Your agent told me that it would take 72 hours to deliver. I was quite disappointed by listening to it, it was peak summer and I was thinking of buying bottle water till it is replaced but to my surprise they have not given me chance of buying bottled water, your representative visited on the next day itself and replaced it. He was very polite and very efficient too, the technician told me about Pure it promise and it was amzing one for me because so far I’ve not heard about such assurance by any other consumer durable companies so far.Thanks Pure it.

          hindustan unilever pure it water filter — Poor Service and leakeages

          This is Ronald Sequeira

          I am the the user of the HUL Pure it water filter, its my advice to all the prospective customers who are planning to buy a filter not to go for it, as initially the sales men respond well to make a sale but the after sales service is really bad .
          i have been suffering from a long time, as my battery indicator (Chlorine ) has to be replaced and ive been tired of asking servicemen to replace it but there is no response from them, The filter also causes inconvinence as it keeps leaking water in the kithen.
          initailly as i made the complaint they responded by saying that it shall be rectified immediately and later they say that your house is too far from the city .and they say we shall send someone to fix it but no body turns up
          i have complained a month ago but still there is no body to replace it.
          i am so helpless as the battery indicator is not available in stores or olse i shall have fixed it by now .

          Pure it, water filter — durability

          Hi,

          I am S. Sujatha from Chennai. My customer ID is [protected] and internal id is 30143602. We have using Pure It water filter for the past 4 years, in my 4 years experience if find that the carbon block goes worn out easily when the battery is still in good condition, so we are forced to buy a batter just because of that carbon block. It would be nice if the carbon block alone is sold separately.

          And one more thing is that we ordered the plastic water collecting container through customer care since we broker our old one and they asked us to wait for 2 days and if we don't get it to collect in the particular regional office, but when we went there, they said they don't have any link with the customer care at all, then what is the purpose of having customer care.

            I have called Pureit on June 9 2013 and Ordered a Pureit 20Lit Tape which broke last Sunday. My order was taken with order reference number# 2974606. I was told that it will be delivered within next 24 to 48 hours and price was also confirmed for the tape. It was Rs 175 + RS 40 as service charges. I agreed and was waiting for the tape to be delivered. After waiting three days, I called Pureit customer service to check with them. Agent name- "Rohini" Picked up the call and said it is under processed. I asked for the sup to check when it will be delivered. She gave the call to the Supervisor name- "Saeed Chaos". He said it takes 72 hrs, I replied it's more than 72 hrs. He agreed that it's delayed and will be delivered by 12noon June 13 2013. And when I said, I should escalate this case to the Web so that people know what kind of service you guys provide. He replied sarcastically to update it on the Web, we do not have any issue with that, such a shameless person. Anyways I have posted this news on web to let people know , how worst customer service Pureit provide to their customer. This is not the first time it happened with me but every-time I call Pureit, they provide the same kind of worst service. So the point is go with any other water purifier as Pureit has worst service along with costly accessories.

            Hindustan Unilever - Pureit — Improper services

            My name is Dr Hemang Desai and I am using Pureit since last one and half year. Problem arises every time at the time of changing of baterry kit. We are at Rajkot and your call centre is at Ahmedabad. There is no facillity to purchase baterry kit from Rajkot. So every time we have to call to your call centre and they are not responding for 4 - 5 calls and we have to wait for 15-20 days to change a baterry. Though local person at Rajkot have parts in stock, he can not sell it to us on our request directly without instruction from your regional office. There must be local dealer, from whom we can buy new parts without informing you at call centre.

            Hi, This is MAYURESH M MORE from panvel.I am running to medical&general shops in panvel.I am not satisfied with the distridutor of Hindustan uniliver you have appointed in panvel.One of my medical shop is just starting a week before.But still no one has come to visit to the shop for taking the order.I have to called them almost 2 to 3 times a day for visiting the shop.All the time they given me the answers like someone will come today evening, tommoro or day after tommoro.AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THEY ARE NOT VISITING TO MY OTHER SHOP NOW ALMOST EOR ONE MONTH.All the time we have to call them for sending the salesman to the shop.they are allways gives us the excuses.I hope u will take the option as early as possible.the official distributor`s name for hindustan uniliver in PANVEL is PATEL DISTRIBUTORS.

            at the time of installation of new pureit water filter, i was assured that no service charges will be levied at the time of changing new germkill battery at my home but i had to pay Rs 30/- at the time of change of germkill battery on 26 November 2010.

            Hindustan Unilever Pureit — Customer Service PureIt

            I am a PureIt user and am utterly disappointed with the customer service of this company. I had ordered a PureIt germkill kit and it was delievered the next day. Right after that the filter stopped working. It would not filter water and the stopper in the middle compartment seems to be broken (as per the engineer who changed the kit). I have registered 3 complaints with the PureIt helpline but to no avail. I had called back twice to confirm they had registered a complaint and was told that it was registered. To add further, everytime I called after that I was told that the complaint was not registered. Today, 24th March, I called at 7:30pm and spoke to a customer service rep, was told that the complaint was not registered and that they will take it again. To my disappointment, when I called again, I was told that the complaint was not registered. And when I told the rep that i would complain to the consumer forum, i was told that I may go ahead and do so.

            This is heights o[censored]nprofessionalism and that too from a company like HUL.

            I would like someone to contact me regarding this, otherwise I will take this up legally.

            PS: I have not received a single sms regarding my complaints.

            I finally got this fixed. I spoke to a manager at customer service and got this addressed on priority. To my suprise, i received 4 phone calls asking about the issue with the Pure It fiter.

            Hindustan Unilever - Pureit — Worst Customer Service

            This is with regards to the germkill kit of Pure it by HINDUSTAN UNILVER LTD.


            This is one of the worst customer service I have ever been through in my life. These guys have zero respect towards customers, they never deliver your GermKill Kits, million times you got to call them which by the way goes to automatic response and if you try to contact them through their website, response is zero there too.


            This is product which is used for daily purpose (water) they cannot delay, wherein in my case it is still not delivered at all.


            I am regretting so much to waste money on this product, I would suggest friends no one buy this, its a stupid product first, and secondly one of the worst customer service you will every get.


            Points I noted:
            1) Problem started from first day itself i.e. the salesman who came home and delivered the product has not given us the bill, its almost nearly 2 yrs now.
            2) Germikit delivery boys have no decency how to behave with customers.
            3) You order germikits, and they don’t just come home nor call and ask address, they keep giving missed calls for you to call them.
            4) These boys are not taught how to behave with customers, woman at home are never safe if they are alone.
            5) They demand extra fees.
            6) These delivery boys are not from company, they are from local agencies who are least interested in customer service nor have decency to behave with customers.

              Since I am having Pureit water purifier & the cartridge got over ,I ordered one using the toll free no.& by sending email request which I had to do many times before I finally got the cartridge. Unlike last time I opted for the higher capacity one paying more. Unfortunately it did not last to give me the promised litres of water In fact , within 5 months (instead of atleast 12 months) the chlorine has started leaking from it . It looks quite scary. Again so far I have sent 2 emails & have not yet heard from Hindustan Unilever. There is no supplier in my area. Last the person who supplied the sub-standard cartridge did not give the bill despite my repeated reminder. So Pls do not go for this Useless product . I urge you all to stay away from " Pureit " of Hindustan Unilever...

              I have purchased germy battry kit of hinudstan uniliver pureit on 7.08.2011 and same was shown red signal in the end of August 11 i sent several email to the company and complaint made three times on their toll free no.[protected] & they sent me my complaint no.[protected] and their representative vistied and checked the product and told that there is some mfg. problem and i am trying to replace it with new one but till today same is not replaced.

                  I had purchased Marvello RO around an year back, Since last few days , RO wasn't working properly. We raised a request through customer care for the same. Employee came for repairing didn't know anything, we asked him why the RO is not working properly, He said All the filters need to be replaced. We agreed for the same , and he started changing filers. He took three hours but couldn't change the filters, he didn't know how to do that and for all the time he was getting guidance through somebody how to change the filters. Finally around 8.30 pm left, leaving RO in non working condition. Since RO wasn't working , I requested him to come early in the morning and fix it, since I didn't have much drinking water stored. He said he will come around 10.30 am in the morning and do it. He hasn't come till now . I m tired of registering complains in customer care. No action so far.
                  Service personal of Marvello RO are highly irresponsible. Half of my day is gone in waiting for service personnel to come . They have no concern for customer trouble.

                    On 12th April 2013 I purchased Pureit classic14 ltrs .Having a capacity of 14 ltrs After a week i assembled it as per the instruction in the manual .. It has 3 chamber the lower level which is transparent hold purified water .Once my top level which hold unpurified water was empty i added more water to it ,to my surprise water started oozing out from above the transparent section .I made a complain on their hotline no and the very second day their representative came and told my mother in law that we should not add water untill the transparent section have space else it will .overflow.As i was not at home i was surprise to hear this. As it has a capasity of 14 ltr .where as transparent (purified)section has only capacity of 5 ltrs. I agian called them and first asked what is the capacity of the product to which they said it is 14 ltrs.so again i placed the complain again their representative came and said the same thing as i am on vacation he called me and spoke to me so rudely only trying to say that it can not hold water beyond 5ltrs.I have even registered a complain on their website to which i have not received any response.
                    How can say tht it have a capacity of 14 ltr when it cannot hold water beyond 5 ltr .Either their product is defective or they are promoting their product on false facts .
                    This mean after drinking a glass of water i must add one more glass of water to be purified

                    Hindustan unilever/Pureit Autofill — Pureit Autofill Complaints - Worse after sales service

                    I have booked a germ kill battery kit on website of pure it, a water purifier of Hindustan Uniliver on 3rd June 2011 and got the booking no RFS/454739. When I didn't get any update then on 10th June 2011 I called up customer care to have some update, they told me that the previous no is incorrect & gives me the new order booking no-RFS/4688**(I don't remember) and have committed me to give the service within 24 hours from my call. I have make sever calls to the concerned customer service & on each call they assure me that my order have been booked and I will get the germ kill kit with in 24hrs, but there is no further response from there side. whatever after my last order booking they didn't yet respond me & didn't delivered me the germ kill battery. On my last call today 15th June 2011 I had a talk with their supervisor Saurabh Raghav and asked the reason, he told me the same thing ""Apologies" and need to check with the agency, i asked him several times that why you haven't checked it yet and then i got the same answer "apologies". I am feeling quite harassed by the worst responsibility to the customer by the company.
                    i don't need any apologies but need to know that where is the gap?????

Now I want to change the germkill kit for the same, but every retailer is saying that kit for this model has been dropped off, and is not available with them, because company has stopped selling this product. Now I have checked their site for purchasing the kit online, but there also, they are not providing the same. please register my complaint, as if every year they are going to drop off their last year model, then please don't market their product, as we'll have to purchase the new model every year, and that will be very costly for consumer.

                        I had purchased a Hindustan Unilever , Pureit Marvella RO on 13th april 2013.
                        During installation the earthing component was missing in the product , hence i asked for a full replacement
                        as it was against health and safety.

                        I contacted pureit service centre(maria refrigeration Bangalore in madiwala check post) to give me a replacement , but after repeated reminders i have still not got the replacement

                        Every time i call them i only get fake promises and nothing in return.
                        Its been almost a month since i purchased , but iam not able to use this product.
                        I would really appreciate if my money is returned so that i can go for a better brand wherein the product does not have defects and after sales service is good. Please do not purchase this product .

                          I live in Vasco, Goa. I have been using PureIt Marvella for about 2 years now. While I admit that the service has improved over the last six months. I have to bring to your notice the fact that for the FOUR times I have replaced the filter. The service technician has NOT provided me with a receipt even once, using the pretext that he does not carry the receipt book with him. I wish to know if this is normal and whether the service technicians' aren't held accountable for failing to do so. Also, even though the price for the change of filter is Rs. 650/-, they have always demanded a minimum of Rs. 750/- the extra amount claimed to be service charges/ convenience charges. Today i.e. 01/05/2013 I got my filter replaced again and ur technician has charged me Rs. 800/- WHEN I ASKED HIM FOR A BILL/RECEIPT HE INFORMED ME THAT NONE OF THE TECHNICIANS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED WITH ANY BILL BOOKS/ RECEIPT BOOKS BY THEIR SUPERVISOR, IS THIS CORRECT?
                          Please dont get me wrong, I like your product and I'm very happy with it. It is only the after sales service which has been sort of a let down. I will be happy if you can clarify this for me.

Really i shocked one of your technician knocked my door at 8am and he has done his work , i am really appreciating that person who came to my place for giving good and quick service , i am very much satisfied for the pureit service , In my personal exceperience every one is selling products But few only giving satisfactory service , in that one of the company hindustan lever.

                              HUL/Pureit — No After sales services

                              I agree to the lackk of services provided by the company. I had a bad experience in this regard. I bought Pureit unit and at the time of delievery i was assured by the incharge that their person will regularly visit for cleaning and maintenance of the unit. Nothing of that sort ever happened. After 3months o[censored]sage I needed to replace the kit. On calling the incharge, he directed me to call the heelp line no. as company policy has change. As per him their service engineers get TA paid by company if complaint is lodged at that no. I did so and was assured by the customer care executive (a lady) that kit will be sent and replaced the next working day. No one turned the whole next week. ( I had called on Saturday 05/07//08). I called again on Saturday 12/07/08 and to my surprise, I was told that my request was cancelled. No reason was given for that. On repeatedly asking for the person responsible to do so I was told that my complaint will be forwarded and kit will be replaced on 1407/08. Again a week has passed by and no one has turned up. The unit is useless without battery. And feel cheated. I would prefer my unit be taken backk and money refunded as I dont want to keep any liason with an organisation that is so callous towards its customer and consequently towards itself. I have all the details of names of persons and their phone no. and time of interactions with them, with me. If any body is listening………
                              i fully agree ther is no after sale service. they are just not providing the srevices promised by them

                                Hi All,

                                I bought this product one week before and after getting installed at my home, i told the technician to check the TDS level in filtered water. and the result was shocking, it's only 10 mg/lit. As per standard & also as per Pure it technical specification mentioned into their website it should be 200 mg/lit(min) - 2000 mg/lit .

                                The 10 mg/lit is like distilled water and it's very dangerous to use it.

                                The story doesn't end here, then i asked the installer / technician that it's not good that TDS level is 10 only, he told that tomorrow a senior technician will visit and he will resolve it.

                                And you will not believe that tomorrow never came. I complaint around 10 times and the same installer came for the first complain and he told that a senior technician will visit tomorrow. He did nothing because he was installer only than without taking my signatures on this complain the complaint got resolved, i got the SMS alert for the same. Than it was my daily routine to register a complain and these Pure it team without any visiting, they resolved my all the next complaints.

                                  Hindustan Unilever / PureIt — non functional tap

                                  We had purchased the hindustan unilever pureit on 5/8/2008. The outlet/ tap of the machine has been underperforming since the beginning, but we ignored it hoping that it was a slow starter. However the problem has been consistent for the past 3 months. The company is very prompt in sending servicemen in case of replacement where payment has to be received. But any issue under the guarantee period & the aftersale service changes completely.

I have been asking a service for this product from past 3-4 months. Every time I call them the response I will not get is their executive at home before next day evening. But they fail to attend same. within 48 hours. Problem frequently arises. They keep on promising the same on each call but there is no response in spite of several remainders from me.

                                    Hindustan Unilever LTD (HUL) is cheating to customers.
                                    The product called Pureit. The price of Pureit is 1200/-
                                    However the price of its parts are very high and exorbitant,,, eg. Germ Kill container is Rs. 450/- Filter Basket Rs. 125/- Transperent Chember in which water store - Rs. 650/- Bottom Storage - Rs. 800/-.
                                    If we total of all the above parts is more than 1800/- which is very high than the price of total product.

                                    I dont know if total product is available at Rs. 1200/-, why the price of its parts are more than 1200/-
                                    Its avery serious issue.

                                      i had purchased a marvella RO (water purifier) in july 2012 and it was working fine.but from last 6 months it is not working properly.so regarding this i complained many times(in pure it help line no.) but the problems was not resolved till now.the product is still in the gaurentee period.but not got any solution.the locality in which i am living faces many problem regarding water as the water is very impure and hard in the locality.

                                        I had purchase a GERMKILL KIT online from HINDUSTAN UNILEVER, PURE-IT WATER PUREFIRE on last week, My customer ID is [protected].
                                        I am facing day of Purchase GERMKILL KIT they install in my purifier, in black half circle parts is install damage & we found black particles found filtered water & we have not used that water for drinking and I called on help line [protected] who logged the complaint C[protected] and thereafter they call for service charges, It may be noted that since the germ killer kit is a unit sealed and compact and has no visible opening in any site to conform the germ killer substance of it's quantity of consumable material. There by whatever KIT was brought on Payment of 800Rs. And customer care say never fulfilled the guarantee as said by the HINDUSTAN UNI_LEVER PRUE-IT product. And says to Report the matter to Consumer Form. As a consumer I feel very much cheated by these tricks in essential commodity Business Agencies. I have wasted enough time and money in making calls and approaches to the complete gamnet of this company willfully and deliberately playing with the customer and giving falls guarantees of after services to the consumer, I am really helpless and beg the Consumer Forum to take action and let new consumers not suffer and cheated any more. Water is bad every were and hygienically it very much necessary that a filter be implanted before the use. These companies have a very high attraction but after their success if fetching money from the consumer they forget and not attend to after sale services promises to the consumer This practice should at any cost be ceased or else it will form a JUNGLE RAJ where the Consumer Forum is heading for justice and low to the product consuming citizens.
                                        I pray an immediate action be initiated leaving a mark of Honour.
