We are facing an issue with PureIt and have had no luck in contacting your customer care. Algae is developing very fast in our transparent chamber. We were advised by everyone not to buy PureIt but we still went ahead with it, given that it is Hindustan Lever product. Can we please have someone look into it? This is more dangerous as compared to unpurified water.

Pure IT is fraud. We ordered Germ Kill Battery from PUREIT in April 2012 along with Jar. They delivered Jar and battery was not delivered.
