The Reason I am writing mail is I Gave a Call To Customer Care On Saturday & they said that Technician Will be coming on Monday Because of Sunday holiday, I said ok & but the Technician called me With in no time, & asked what is the right to visit, I said Can u come Early Morning 6.30, On tomorrow I. e (Sunday) He said yes &Came Solved My problem
This is really admirable because being an Employee I will be only available on early mornings Sundays
After all Pure it cost is 3200, But Still service is World class

    i souvik chatterjee, purchesed a pureit water filter on 12/03/2010, initially water quality was good, at that time iwas live in durgapur(W.B), but resently i am sifted from durgapur to hirmi at chattisgarh district, now i am facing some problem regarding water, the colour & teste of water has been changed. in this place no of person suffering from jondish, so i am affried, wheather i am purches a RO system to avoid this situation or that pure it will give me helthy & testy water who will asure me? kindly solve this problem ( may be due to calcium hardness ).

          I am J.Navateji. I purchase HINDUSTAN UNILEVER water pureit in 2011. In my city so much water problem is their. The municipal ( TAP

          WATER) comes very green water in house. So much water problem in my city to drank this water. when i was purchase pureit. my problem is

          slaved. To-DAY i am walking on the road. Pureit service TL. and his team. i see to. and asked the Kitt, (GKK). he taken my adress. Within 25

          mints he changed the kitt (gkk). in my house.

          I am so much happy for the service and to this very good company. so much happy for this. some adress to given to services team to change

          the kitts.

              I HAVE A PUREITT MARVELLA WATER PURIFIER.I HAD ORDERED A GERMIKILL KIT ON 7 JULY SATURDAY AT 4.50P.M. THEY SENT ME A MESSAGE BACK CONFIRMING THE ORDER.IT WAS WRITTEN IN THE MESSAGE THAT IF I DO NOT GET THE KIT WITHIN 72 HOURS I WILL GET THE KIT FREE OF CHARGE.THERE WAS NO OTHER MESSAGE REGARDING THE SAME .ON 10 JULY I RANG UP THE PUREITT CONSUMER SECTION AT 6.30 P. M.                 We are facing an issue with PureIt and have had no luck in contacting your customer care. Algae is developing very fast in our transparent chamber. We were advised by everyone not to buy PureIt but we still went ahead with it, given that it is Hindustan Lever product. Can we please have someone look into it? This is more dangerous as compared to unpurified water.

                  We purchased Pureit Marevella RO Water Purifier on Date of 7/2/2012 now we are facing problem as the water taste has been changed.we are facing these problem from past one week i have raised complaint on puriet Custmarcare twice 4/7/2012 within 24hrs wewill send technical person Cutamercare people said no one came or called and again 6/7/2012 i raised the complaint again so i requst you to send techincal people to reslove the problem. as salt water which we cant able to use from one week.

                  Pureit (Hindustan Unilever Ltd) — Malfunctioing of Pureit

                  A water filter supllied by Hindustan Lever named Pureit during Jan2009 has become out of order. there is no proper response for complaints.I am fade up with calling up service persons & no response. The office also have been shifted from Jamshedour whereas in website the old address has been posted till now.Such kind of poor after sales service is not aniticipated from a comany like HUL. Anyway from January 2009 it ran well for 3 months but then after the first battery kit replacement it again gave problem in April 2009. This is simply miserable & this time I found the water is totally red in the below chamber of pureit.Ultimately I have purchased Aquaguard from Eureka Forbes in the month of May 2009.Investing on pureit is not at all worthwhile & HUL management should focus on this type of customer dissatisfaction.
                  Yes, My daughter in law also purchased the puriet in the month ofJan 17, 2009 vide customer Id No. -[protected]. I and my daughter both complained to change the germ kill battery kit on[protected]. but today all my efforts are all invain. So the management see how to satisfy the customer.

                  I am from chennai. If i would rate PureIT marvello RO product my rating is always zero. In a span of 3 months the RO unit drum got cracked 4 times. Getting the Service people for fixing the problem is a pain which requires many follow up. I would not recommend any one to buy this scrap product. Product & Service is worst in the Industry. Believe it or i am experiencing it.

                  i purcheased marvella ro 2012 still i am phase the problems so many issues with marvella ro like it own product only purchage if any replacement it is not compatiable product so company also is not given price high end rate i never seen the rate if compare with other product. waste product number 1.so don't purchage the product is my suggestion.if any one purchage you can spend more money and getting more isseues.

                    I purchased one year back Pureit Compact which was working okay but while cleaning it, an "ear-shaped" part in the middle chamber behind the battery kit broke and as a result filtration stopped. So i called the helpline to register the complaint. At first i was told that within 2 days, a technician will be sent. But no one was sent. I again called after a week and again the same thing was told. It is now almost 20 days and no one came to attend it. I am left with no other choice but to think of purchasing any other water purifier, but no more pureit again.

                      I got Marvella Pureit RO a month back and the product delivery from reliance was quick. The installation was quick but then the product started leaking. Customer support has still not responded after 5 complaints and their helpline is most of the time trying to convince you that they will ressolve the problem and never do.
                      They also mark complaints as resolved without resolving them and every time raise a new complaint which should be a worry for Hindustan Uni lever.
                      In short if you want a product that is worth buying then pure it is not the one. If the support is not good you should not risk spend so much money on the product.

                        Hi Sir,

                        My customer ID is [protected] for Pureit water purifier. I ordered GKK on 29/06/2012 with order number RFS/1921813. This order was forwarded to service provider: [protected] Arian Enterprises LSP service provider. While there is lot of delay for providing me GKK, today it has crossed promised 72 hrs limit also. In the meanwhile I tried reaching the dealer on given contact number in the message "[protected]", but it was always switched off. I also registered follow up complains on customer care but nothing happened. Today after one more call to customer care I finally got the call from dealer.

                        I told him your company policy is to provide free GKK if it has not reached within 72 hrs. He almost threatened me "I am the only dealer in this area, If you want to get GKK, pay me else you will not get it". When I asked about why phone number switched off, he told me that how can he switch on the phone number which is always ringing. So how could I connect to dealer and get the information about GKK on time.

                        Drinking water is absolute necessity and I am boiling, cooling and then drinking it in such hot days. HUL has brand image not only in India but every where and such dealers may ruin it.

                        Please take this case and help me to get it as soon as possible.

                          I KS Venkataraman, requested HLL PUREIT water purifier kit over toll free no. Order RFS/1848151 was placed on[protected] and confirmed by company. Message received that it will be delivered and fixed by local agent at Vadapalani, Chennai within 3 days, else they promised, it will be delivered free. On 17-6-12, I received message that kit is delivered as per PUREIT promise. No such kit received and no response from local agent.

                          HLL Pureit tall claim and promise --All seems to be gimmick. Can they look at it and address.

                            I purchased a Pureit auto-fill on Feb 25, 2012 in Pune and had no issues until last month when a crack developed on the bottom of the base chamber and leakage started. I lodged a complaint at Pureit helpline and was assured that it will be taken care within 48 hrs. Surprisingly I did get a call from the local servicing partner the very next day and I was assured that the issue will be fixed as an FOC (Free of Cost) replacement as the piece was in warranty. Nothing happened after this for 2 days when I called back requesting for updates. I was told that the technician would be visiting on the same day whereas he actually visited another 2 days and 5-6 calls later!! Again the same promise was made that the piece is covered in FOC and hence will be replaced.

                            The situation changed after this. Nobody called me to inform on the status. I ended up calling several times to the technician but never got a clear answer on whether they will fix the issue or not. After a lot of pursuasion, the technician finally admitted that they won't be doing it FOC even though the warranty is valid. He was apparently guided by his boss (the owner of the local distributor) to tell me that since I had been using it for 2-3 months, I only should have done some damage and hence now I have to buy the component from them. I tried to lodge a complain with Pureit on the helpline again and again but they kept redirecting me to the same local service provider.. Finally I gave up and used M seal!!

                            The cost of replacement wasn't a lot (they asked me to pay around INR 400), I could have easily purchased it but I didn't want to pay to a fradulent company.. Had the warranty period got expired, I would have paid anyway. I am very surprised to see this behavior and never really expecting this treatment when I bought the purifier.

                              Hello, my name is Isaac i have purchased PUREIT some time back and recently pure it people have changed the kit with in it (germ kill kit) it worked for few days and now its not purifying i can see dirt and even some green stuff which am not sure of inside the tank (that means after purification process) , i called pureit help line many times but with no resolution to it even i have mailed this issue to pureit but still no response, now its more than a week, i told customer care that i will update this issue on the consumer forum still no resolution to it, so its my honest request to all the readers please never ever think to buy PUREIT coz it will take you hospital with many familiar diseases, these people are showing cheap marketing trick as you know 1 crore S*** , even i thought no company will put this big amount for purifier and thought this would be gud and now i came to know the trick behind it so PLEASE PLEASE DONT PURCHASE THIS PIECE OF S***

                                Today on 14th Jul I recieved a message from Pureit that my call has been attended and requested for feedback.
                                I WAS SURPRISED WHEN I ASKED AT HOME THAT NO ONE HAS ATTENDED THE COMPLAINT
                                I have ordered for a battery replacement of my PureIT C.S [protected]. The manager and the staff of the PUREIT call centre misbehaved with me and my wife and laughed while logging the complain. The order was placed 2 days back and the battery was not replaced as on 1st Feb.Now the manager is telling me that it will require another 1 day to deliver. I cannot tolerate this delay as I have my son 1 year old in my house who require germ free water the most.
                                This PUREIT company does not bother to deliver things on time and moreover misbehaving with the customer. Hence I would suggest no customer should purchase any product from them going forward.
                                Please take serious action against the manager of the Pune call centre and the staff(name: Vijayendra). Pune call centre no : [protected]

                                HUL Pureit Marvella — Systematic fault in Pureit Marvella

                                Ever since I have purchased a 'PureIt Marvela', about 8 months ago; there is a recurrent problem of leakage. On the top of that, the after-sales service of the company is miserable. Each time the service guys fix the problem temporarily, but it arrives in a week's time. In fact they say there is a problem in the water supply of my apartment, which causes the machine to leak. I think there is a manufacturing/systemic defect in the machine! The company never disclosed any such red flags at the time of buying, instead promoted the fact that this can be fitted directly to the water (supply) tap. I should be compensated by HUL.

                                MARVELLA WATER PURIFIER — DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

                                Rajesh from Bangalore sold me the Marvela at Bangalore on August 8, 2011 and I have raised multiple requests for demo. Someone came on August 11, 2011 and installed it but refused to give a demo. The same day the machine started leaking and jug not filling plus tap also leaking. Even after multiple calls to Rajesh, Raghavendra, call centre no one is willing to come and rectify the defective product. I need some action ASAP else will have to go to Consumer Forum Court.                                 I have purchased a Pureit (Marvella) water purifier on 23/08/2010. But, after few months water leakage problem appears. After lodging complain each time the service personnel assured that he has repaired it thoroughly and it would be OK. But, it reappears after one or two months every time.
                                I have lodged at least five complains in last five months regarding the same old problem. I have also requested to replace the set by a new one as it may have some manufacturing defect, in vain.

                                The problem identified is leakage of water since 4th of Aug 2012 , i made compalnt to pureit online customer helpline 4 times and send almost 10 reminder .

                                Everyday their team committing me that today service engineer will attain the complaint but till date no body shows their faces and strange thing is that
                                response level is very poor and service engineer is also bluffing to company saying that compalnt is close and giving his feedback to your online helpline .

                                Also i am getting sms that problem is close and attained by your service engineer and till date no body has even called me or show their face to me .


                                I purchased it only 10 days back and not able to use it due to this reason .



                                I would like the company to either attend the problem immediately or I wish the money to be refunded to me at the earliest.

                                Hi,
                                I am facing the same problem.
                                Every time the service engineer comes repairs it and then within 2 weeks the leakage starts again.
                                There are old people in my house and am now worried whether this leakage would cause one of them to slip.I have come to stage that I am planing to replace this purifier with something more sturdy like a Aqua-guard(which we were using earlier and never faced any issues).

                                If some one is hearing this, please correct the machine completely (with permanent solution) or refund the money I had wasted in this product.

                                It has been just 6 months since I bought it and I am already fed up and afraid of this product.Currently we are not using it and boiling and filtering the water.

                                  Pure IT is fraud. We ordered Germ Kill Battery from PUREIT in April 2012 along with Jar. They delivered Jar and battery was not delivered. AS per SMS they will provide Battery for free if not delivered within 72 Hours. They simply closed the order without delivering it. We placed couple of order with Pure IT after that. Every time they close the order mentioning address is not correct. If address was not correct how they can deliver jar to our place. They are not interested in delivering battery. Even after 2 months (now June 2012) we have not received battery. This company is not service oriented. We made a big mistake by purchasing Pure IT.

                                    i have buyed a pureit from hindustan uniliver ,and now there is some leakage from last month.i am complaning about leakage since last 25th september 2009.they say that our executive will visit the house and will repair.but no one comes.last weak too.i complained but no action have been taken.customer care say that within 2 days our executive will visit our house but no one comes.

                                    Pure it water solutions — Service

                                    My customer id for Pure it water purifier is [protected]. I had ordered a germ kit more than a month ago. The company has changed the size of one of the parts and now the machine requires some nut to support it, the irony is they have changed the size of the part without producing what they call a base nut.
                                    Its out of stock since the past one month or more. The worst thing is there call center takes ur complaint and says it would deliever it in two days and then they send u a message that says they couldnt trace your address, I have two pure its at different addressess. Upon asking the service guy, I got to know that they are sending that message to every other customer facing the same problem, the fact is that they dont have base nuts in stock. Its been more than a month. I have to keep buying bisleris despite having a pure it purifier at home, its just a meer space eater at my place since the past month. they talk about 1 crore safety challenge, what about their service.

                                      Hello I am Mrs. Paromita Nandagiri frm Pune Air force station Lohagaon. I had placed order for germ kill kit on 5th june2012 but no one has turned up till today[protected]. Then i have put thrice a complaint in their customer care service n always they said that within 72 hrs their executive will turn up but yet not nothing is done. I am facing lots of problem because of it. I have been using pureit since two yrs and not a single time they have come and replaced the germ kill kit on time. They know to make people fool to show their adds on T.V but after that their service is very-very poor. So, i request you to kindly do the needful. Thanking you,
