I ordered one 3000 Ltr GKit on company's web site "http://www.pureitwater.com/IN/" vide order No. RFS/2633659 which supplied by their AUTHORISED swindler dealer M/s Parchem Aquatreat Pvt. Ltd., M-65, First Floor, Lado Sarai, New Delhi. It is a recycled kit of components marked with different manufacturing dates i.e. Activated Carbon trap made in Dec'2011, Polisher made in May'2012, MRP printed on box is Rs.730/-...

We purchased a coffee vending machine from BRU about 2 years back. It worked well for more than one year but for the past 6 months it stopped working. day,But Its Really Surprise to me that very next day one Person came

On 5th Feb 2013 reference no 2565227 I had booked to deliver glass flask and micro fibre nest.
the service provider came with glass flask and said HE FORGET TO BRING THE NEST.

Now when I am complainting against it and asking for the pending consignment. the COMPANY IS CHARGING 100 + 35 rupees (100 for nest and 35 for delivery) to deliver the PENDING MATERIAL.

I bought PureIT Water Purifier on 22nd Jan 2013 from Vijay Sales.. They have given me delivery on same date and told us PureIT guys will come and install your machine.. They come after 2-3 days and install the machine.. But unfortunately there are some problem and water is not coming.. So we have register the complain and after 2 days they come again and repair it.. they have change some parts and told us it will be done and issue is resolved.....

I had purchased Knorr Soupy Mast masala noodles with the sms code offer.
The packet mentions that code mentioned inside the packet needs to be
messaged to the number [protected],but there is no code mentioned
Either inside the packet nor on soup powder packet. More ever the date
mentioned on the soup powder packet is 10/2012 but the date mentioned

Service is very good. I got quick Repsonse on my compalint. I am very satisfy with services provide by the company's employee. I bought Pureit in the month of November classic Model. At the time of purchase I found leakage in the appliance. I register the compalint at the same time in your branch office where from I bought the same.They have taken the quick action on the same complaint and get it replaced the dwell chamber.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased your Pureit classic product on October in 2012. Since then it is not filtering the water and leakage is also occuring from the top and bottom part. I registered the complaint on 29 nov 12 complaint no C[protected], on 05 Dec12 cmplnt no C[protected] and 10 Jan 13 complaint no C[protected] . Every time i got the message " Your complaint has been attended , so give your feedback"....

a few days back i purchased an age defying cream which was given to my friend as a gift which was returned back to me as it was virtually empty with only airb bubbles in it and we felt so much embarrased due to it that i am unable to describe.this is a product of such a reputed company like hindustan unilevers that we can not thought of.in this condition what should i do??...

I have changed the germkill battery kit before 1 month. But it is not working properly due to some fault, when i ask to sell executive they told me you have to buy new kit. I have suppose the change my battery. .
