I am James i Had purchased pure it advanced 23 litres 2 months back approximately . From the day i brought i have been calling customer care saying the water is not flowing from the second layer in Pure it advanced . I am registering the complaint but unfortunatly these support staff close the call saying the call is attended but they will send an sms saying call is attended but no service person from Mangalore will be visting the site to have a look.

The complaints registered are as follows

whenever i call them the customer care they say they will send the person they will attend the call within 48 hrs nobody attends the call. But Shameless customer care will send an transcation sms saying

Dear Customer Your complaint No has been attended . PLease give your feedback

This is pureit advanced water purifier support in Mangalore. (horrible customer care without any responsibilty)

    Pureit Water Filter — Battery consume premature

    I have purchase Pureit on 05.06.2009 and commit was given 1500 ltrs filtration. We have family member of 2 adults and 2 child.Today 14.08.2009 it is complete red it means need to replace the kit. We have fiter water only 600 ltrs only.

    They are not ready to replace the kit FOC.

    Please help me.

      I am Mr. Yakoobdeen from perambur , using your pureit for the last five to six years which was an old model .The output water quality which I am getting from pureit is very excellent and I strongly believe in pureit .It had become one of the member in our family .The services which I have got from the Hll is great .whenever I call them to their old helpline 28237373 and currently [protected] we are getting good response.The services which I am getting from the service centre New wave agency is also very good .Now my device had some small issues and they have rectified it based on the services and best quality of output water , I have upgraded to Autofill model of pureit and it is working fine now I am using two purifiers for my family .Thanks to Pureit and its services for providing good drinking water .Keep up the good job .

        very ver bad support - our pureit started leaking within 4 month of purchase, we thought it must be battery problem we replaced battery but still it is leaking and no body turned up to see it for last 4 days, we have baby of 5 months and hence were constantly followiing up, everytime they promise for 48 hours and kept us waiting, i always go for hinudtan lever product but first time i feel regret to buy pureit, I request forum to take strict action against this as they are making mockery of consumers.

In our family we have practice to consume pureit water in our family Ten days back we had a leakage problem in our device I had contact our local service center Wings Agency within 4 to 5 hour we got a technician from the service center to rectify the problem I thank to the pureit team for this quick response. Special thanks to the service technician for the commitment & effort put on.

            After purchasing two units of Hindustan Unilever's Marvella RO, I have had continued problems with the one installed at my residence. The problems surfaced as soon as the personnel completed the installation and left. First, there was a leaky tap that took 2 days to fix. To avoid recurrence of the problem, suggest that you dry the area around the tap and check this before the personnel get your sign off. The second problem that I continue to face is of a loud sound every time the unit turns on. The sound compares the exhaust of my kitchen chimney. However, the company folks tell me that it is a 'normal' motor sound that they witness in 2 out of 5 installations.

            I am truly appalled by the quality control of the products coming out of this company. Neither the demo nor the units that I have seen installed around me have this level of noise. The company is not responding to my request for a replacement of this unit. Please be careful when you purchase this product - you are banking on 60% luck to have a quiet unit at your residence!!

              I am a new customer of Hindustan Unilever's Reverse Osmosis System (Marvella RO). I purchased two units, one for my residence and the other for my parents.

              My unit produces a loud noise (much like an industry level production unit) and it also has a leaking tap, which forces me to keep a container and wake up at regular intervals in the night to empty it.

              The unit at my parent's place has a tap, which cannot be set in the 'open' position. Needless to say, I have been making calls to the helpline within hours of both installations. Reply is that it takes between 2-3 days to send a person to attend to the requests.

              I could have understood if mine was a one-off problem but Unilever technology seems to have given us 100% probability of failure. Although I had many more affordable options, I went with the trust of a multinational company and the quality contrl that comes with it.

              Request quick response / resolution to my complaints. I surely have no reason to recommend this product to anyone else.

              Hindustan Unilever — Faulty product, No after sales service

              We bought a Pure It water purifier from Hindustan Unilever. Just after two days o[censored]se, the tap started leaking. We lodged a complaint with them on its helpline number [protected], complaint number C[protected] on 26th June.

              They told us that a representative will come and have a look at it. Till date, no one has come.
              We

              We call them every day, and they keep telling us "they will pass it on", but nothing ever gets done.

              I asked for a supervisor & got transfered to a Senior Executive named Rupesh. This person was as unhelpful as the rest of the people I had spoken with before. He even sounded as if he was laughing on the phone when I was talking. I asked to be transferred to a real supervisor & not a senior exec. But I was told that there is no other person. Rupesh even refused to give me the name of his supervisor.

              This is absolutely ridiculous, given the fact the Hindustan Unilever is considered to be a reputed brand.

              I will call them again oday & if nothing gets done by tomorrow, I will not hesitate in taking this matter to the Consumer Court.

                sorry to say you brother that I disagree of your complaint for HUL. I ordered for the same and get my germ kill kit within 10 hours after my order. I ordered for it at night and got my kit with service boy at early in the morning. thanks

                  I have purchased a pureit of hindustan unilever in the month of August'2012.
                  I had filed a complain on customer care of HUL on [protected] on 21 october whereby i was told that my complain has been registered for germkill kit and will be suppplied in next 72 hours. I did followup of same on 22,23,24,25,26 october and till date i am been assured continuously that my germkill kit will be provided in next 48 hours.
                  I am also receiving messages from customer care on my cell no. [protected] as follows:
                  - Dear customer your complain no.[protected] has been attended......nobody came to attend the complain.
                  - Dear customer your complain no.[protected] has been attended......nobody came to attend the complain.

                  I was told by Pureit service provider (cell no. [protected]), that they are not having germkill kit in stock on 25 and it is about to come.The company is still to send them the same.
                  I was told by Pureit employee Mr. Bhagat (cell no. [protected]), that they are not having germkill kit in stock on 25 and it is about to come.The company is still to send them the same.Today he gave me his senior no. Mr. Varun Mehra ([protected]), but after calling him continously he is not picking the phone.

                  I am suffering mentally as well as hygenically due to bad service of pureit people. They give big claims on T.V promos that whoever finds fault in the quality of water will get rs 1 crore prize. Now what prize will they give in finding fault in there service.

                  Please help me.I cannot tolerate the mental tension caused by the service of HUL.

                    Sir,
                    I am having Pure it water purifier. I am staying @ Vidya Vahini Trust, Yoga vidya Ashram, Tiruvidandai, Near Nitya kalyana Perumal Koil, ECR - Kovalam - 603112.
                    When I purchased their product, they said our service is upto Mahabalipuram and my place come under that. Few Times they delivered the battery kit and now a days they are not delivering. I have to go their and buy and they do not reduce the price nor they send any person to check.
                    on last friday i booked for Battery kit and so far it has not reached me., even though they said, it will reach on saturday evening. Being summer, drinking water is important, i had to book again on yesterday and the number is S11- chn[protected].

                        Pure It — Pathetic service...Nobody answer

                        My water filter's lower portion/Clorine unit has been broken down.I have contacted customer care executive 13 times..I have been asured that they will deliver the new lower unit in 24 hours..Till now no has contacted me..Today is 78 hour plus..Nothing has been resolved..I am unable to use water filter..Every day i am buying 12 liters of mineral water..I dont know that what to do and how to resolve the issue...There are no one to respond on the complaint, , , Company should stop sourcing new water filter unit...

                          I am Sreenivas gupta from Hyderabad, my parents reside in Kurnool and I presented them a Pureit with my first salary. I should really thank Pureit team for such a wonderful product and after sales service, though I am away from them but they are able to manage filling water in it and using, but I should say your service is spectacular, you people are just a wink away.



                          Our parents were never had any trouble at all, always your local service person in touch with them.



                          Later I gifted them new LCD TV, touch mobile etc. but Pureit is very special to all o[censored]s.

                            I booked 1 battery kit and 2 mesh on 2nd Sept 2012 but till now I have not received the things and not also a single call from technician team. I dont know what all problem they have because when I was staying in Navi Mumbai when I call them they responded us within 48hrs I would appreciate Navi Mumbai effort But when I shifted to Pune I did not expected such type of service I would receive here

                              i purchased a new pure it classic for rs 1765/-. the glass chamber got broken due to accidental fall, in 2 -3 days after purchase. it is more than 2 months, i complained to the local dealer, but they told me new glass chamber will cost you 650 to 700 i dont want to waste extra money

                              i wonder why spare parts are not made available for any product when it is sold in the market

                                I agree with the above complaint. I bought pure it advance about 3 months ago. When i pour water in it it starts to leak. I also complained about this they are telling this is the problem of battery. If its the problem of battery then what is the use of warranty card. They said that the battery wont come in our warranty you will have to buy an new one. The battery costs rs750. Logically if I have to purchase battery kit 4~5 times a year, the cost will be more than my total purchase cost of the filter. I have no choice left rather than consumer court.

                                  I am user of Pureit from Hindustan Unilever Ltd, this is a great product & great service support.
                                  I have purchased this Pureit in 2009 in Mangalore then moved to Bangalore in 2011 and now 2012 to Hubli city since than I am quite satisfied
                                  with this Pureit product and service. This is really user friendly product which doesn't requires electricity or running water. Yesterday late evening I ordered a kit to local Hubli centre and informed an emergency as 2 year baby is in home and surprisingly today it was delivered before I start to office. Very fast & prompt service, really a low cost product but no compromise in quality of the output water. Best thing in this pureit is it indicates when you want to change kit.

                                  I am extremely happy with the service provided by pureit team. Before purchasing this pureit product I had read many negative blogs on websites and have decided not to purchase the device earlier but my x-office colleague insisted me to purchase this product as he has not faced any service issue from last 7 months, the germ kill kit gets delivered the very next day. Today I had ordered for germ kill kit @ 4.30.pm and was happily shocked that the same has got delivered to my house by 5.20.pm… I will really like to appreciate the way pureit team is providing service and also I am against the blog’s which has provided negative feedback for pureit service, this blogs are really giving wrong perception about the Pureit Service which actually are providing Excellent Service !!!

                                  This is very sad to inform you that we have ordered for a Purit Kit before 9 days ie 22nd of Oct 2012, in spite of reminding to your customer care we have not received our kit till now ie 30th Oct 2012, because of this we are facing lot of difficulty .Every day we are calling on the help-lines they are giving us assurance that we will get our kit today before 8pm, but there is nobody to provide service to us .I hope you will take necessary action against them .

                                  Hi, I am Girish from Cochin Kerala, I am satisfied very much from Pure it Classic 23 litres water purifier for last 2 years, especially on service part. Last week I needed battery replacement so I called to your call centre number for book my Gkk, and they provide our local service provider phone number and I requested to delivered the kit as soon as possible then he says that I will get the Gkk on tomorrow morning, I was not expecting for the kit to be delivered the same day .but I was surprised when a technician visited at my home at 8pm and installed the kit on my device. I am very thankful to that technician and Pure it Cochin team for an excellent service.

                                      I am using pureit water purifier since last 8 months, & never seen such kind of bad service pureit is providing, I called to their customer care no. mentioned in the product & registered a complain regarding the battery expired prematurily. its been more then 2 months register this complain & no response from their side. I keep calling them 10 times in a day & always getting same response saying that it would be resolve in 48 Hrs & providing a new comlain ID each time. Still the status is same, no dealer approached me to rectify my complain. I would sugest not to use pureit ever in your life. all these complain ID is tagged to my mobile no. [protected] in their database to track the complains.

                                      Hi,

                                      I am using HUL Pureit Marvella since July 2011 and I am extremely unhappy with the service I get. I didn't expect it from the company like HUL. Since 9/Nov/2012, water is not getting filled and we registered a complaint with the call center immediately. The service person was suppose to visit within 24 hrs but till today (26/Nov/2012) problem is not solved. We call almost 5-6 times a day, every time they give big promises and no solution. I am fed up of listening phrases like 'Promise that problem will be solved today', 'problem has been escalated to high level', etc. Once we received a SMS saying problem has been solved without even an engineer coming to our house. I would suggest don't buy HUL pureit ever.

                                        I am Mrs. Ashok kumar from Chennai Anna Nagar with my no[protected],I have purchased your New Product Advance by the stunning looks first and then the feature of double safety .Post my purchase I was finding a difficulty in getting the purified water it was taking long time ,being both me and my wife are office goers we were unable to spend time on looking at the issue .we have raised complaint to your helpline and the technician would call and we will tell the answer we are not at home and asked them to come early morning at 7 .00 am .The service rendered was really excellent and the care taken by the team especially Mr.Chinnadurairajan service TL ,was really awesome .He took the appointment and was at our place at the fixed time explained the complete process to both o[censored]s about the purification and sorted out our issue .I have not expected this superb service where the people are ready to serve the consumers .Really I am proud to be a owner of pureit which I will suggest to many people .

                                        Hi

                                        I work for a MNC and I stay away from parents, wanted to have all the facilities within their reach, I provided all kind of electronic gadgets to them which are necessary for day to day life old retired parents.The after slaes services provided by the elctronic companies were unsatisfactory.

                                        With this experience during my decission to purchase Purifier I had same impression even on Pureit. Recently when I ordered for refill replacement they told it will be delivered within 3 days but to our surprice they came and replaced on the same day, with this experience I can say Pureit is the only brand which really cares and meets customer neesds.

                                        I appriciatefor the efforts made to deliver the refill within a day in the town like Warangal.
