I have a pure-it compact ,when I have replaced my first battery kit ,i called your pure-it help line no and they send me your representative ,named Sameer Rajak at my residence. From pureit help line it had been told to give Rs 380/- for the replacement of the same but Mr. Rajak,Malda Division of W.B refused to take the amount rather urged me to give Rs 400/- for the same. That time I kept silent but second time I directly called Mr.Rajak...

i purchased HINDUSTAN PURE IT CLASSIC in 2007 ,I'd not faced any problem till now...but now i have to replace the 'germ kill kit' .....the one which i 've inside it (polisher) is not available outside...local vendor is offering a smaller one (polisher)...which is not going to work definitely......and he is saying that " abh toh yahii atta hai...company walo ne bandh kardiya hai " ...i just want to ask ...is...

i went to buy battery of pure it from kothari enterprises(martinal bridge, station road ajmer) .the owner asked me 400rs for that whereas there was a mrp printed on that was 350rs. when i asked that would you give me a bill he refused to do so and did not give me the battery and treated me very rude.because of it my family suffered a lot as the machine did not work and my family could not even drink water....

I HAD PURCHASED A PUREIT MARVELLA .AT THRE TIME OF PURCHASE THE SELLER HAD NOT INFORMED ME REGARDING THE CHANGE OF THE PLEATED FILTER TO BE DONE EVERY 6 MONTHS. SO THIS IS IN ADDITION TO THE 650 RS. THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE GERMIKILL KIT. CAN THE COMPANY PLEASE INFORM THE SELLERS TO INFORM THE BUYERS WHILE PURCHASING THE MACHINE ABOUT THIS ADDITIONAL COST?NO ONE HAD INFORMED ME ABOUT THIS.ISNT THIS CHEATING FROM YOUR SIDE?...

I have been awarded Rs 60000/- by fair and lovely womens scholarship but the cheque i received contained the amount Rs13931/- only.I have been calling them since 4 months but no action has been taken by them.please let me know what to do....

I m using the Rs. 2000/- compact Pure it (20 litres ) for last 1and half year. Each time i suffer to get Germkill kit for me. Whenever I went to the company they said no stock. i am ordering through the phone or sending SMS and i am wasting the money for last 10 months. This is the seventh time I am suffering to get this kit. whenever I am calling the helpline each time different person attend the phone and said we are taking your order...

i called your local service center for battery .And battery got fitted at my home with in 4 hrs time.
I am surprise for very good service from your local service center at Nagercoil.

The mail is regarding the service received from your end for my Pure it (Auto Fill )
I had taken the Auto Fill purifier around 2yrs back, &they are giving service very well,


The Reason for writing this mail is the people providing Service is for (INTELLA )Which Costs Only Rps 900 Gave service as same as Auto fill.

.it shows how much care you take for customers..br...

I bought a Deep Freezer Asset No. BBLiL 3825F5 from “ Property of Brooke Bond Lipton India limited ,Marshal House, Hanuman Road, New Delhi-01 ” on 05-10-95, Reciept no.0031. The refrigerator got delievered on this address: Sharma store,WA-150,Shakarpur,New Delhi-92 against security receipt no.2060 dated 18-02-95 for Rs.12,000/-.
On 23-10-09, Mr. Pramod ( ph. no. [protected] ) came and lifted the freezer as it wasn't working...

This is continuation of complaint placed on Jan 23, 2012 regarding leakage and defective autostop function of pureit marvella. I was surprised by the sudden response from ur company after my compalint in the blog and thought my problem would be solved soon. Infact Im thankful that you responded to my problem. Now its like a routine that your service personnel visits my room everyday , but water leaks from different points after each repair.As...

This is my 2nd complaint in the month and about 4- 5 complaints in last 4 months, all these complaint were raised on the Pure-it website.
In 4 months you have not resolved the issue. You have also not contacted me as promissed.

My last complaint was on 11th Feb and other were in the month of October 2012. I am tired of writting or explaining the same thing again and again.

In short, the battery was still...

We have Hindustan Unilever Pureit water purifier, & every time their franchise takes 6-7 days for just changing the germ-kill battery which is of 10 mins job. I don't know HUL has any criteria for checking the post sales support or not but its been pain to have Pureit due to this problem....

No service after Order / Complain several times
I have purchased a water purifier (pure it) in August 2011 of Hindustan Unilever Limited from Morden Electronics Kirkee Pune-3.Unfortunately dual chamber shaft broken. I had order for it on 09/02/2012 as per my order placed by me its cost was Rs 420 plus 30 service chargers order it by pure it call center [protected]. Till date I haven't received any type of service in fact I call...

I have pureit water purifier from Hindustan Unilever. It has a battery kit and a mesh to clean the water and it has to be replaced every after 1250 liters of water has neen filtered. Unfortunately now they are supplying substandard kits which does not even last for 1000 liters.

Secondly we have to order these kits through customer helpline and they promise to deliver it in 3 working days but the truth they actually take more...

While I wish to purchase a water pure it for my personal uses than i will choose Hindustan liver product,but unfortunately i am very disappointed regarding the service of Hindustan pure it.Firstly I was called(Phone No-[protected]) to the concern person for purchasing of the Pure it
(Compact model),they attend the call & said the above model is not available easily but we will try our best.I haven't got any call regarding...

The Pureit Germ kill kit supplied by Pureit company by Hindustan Liver Ltd. become red and continuously supply water which is not filter at all. As per instruction when germ kill kit life will expired it suppose to stop the water supply but in this case same thing not happen and that cause bacterial infection. Regarding same when contacted to Mr Naresh [protected] and his sales manager Mr Nagraju of Pureit initially they told they do something...
