I bought a Deep Freezer Asset No. BBLiL 3825F5 from “ Property of Brooke Bond Lipton India limited ,Marshal House, Hanuman Road, New Delhi-01 ” on 05-10-95, Reciept no.0031. The refrigerator got delievered on this address: Sharma store,WA-150,Shakarpur,New Delhi-92 against security receipt no.2060 dated 18-02-95 for Rs.12,000/-.
On 23-10-09, Mr. Pramod ( ph. no. [protected] ) came and lifted the freezer as it wasn't working properly.Mr. Amit Pandey , ph. no.[protected] alongwith Mr. S.K.Verma provided e with the documents and reciept and promised to refund me the money.But the money has not been refunded till now.
So, kindly refund me the money as soon as possible and send the pay order on the name of Mr. Lalit Sharma , prop. m/s. Super Food And Ice Cream Parlour, WA-35 C, Shakarpur, Delhi-92.I'll be highly obliged if you'll do so.

i use pureit since2009. when i see the half red light indicator i change the kit, but first time i have problem and up till i have not received any service from your company.i purchase pureit turbo kit 2250lit from ARIHANT ELECTRONICS, on dated[protected] but up till battery not shows the red mark water filter process is done.i lodge my complaint on date[protected] our id no is [protected].I purchase pureit[protected] and our customer id is [protected] by name adv sudha n sahare.If your not prvide service to me as soon as other wise i go to consumer court and show a live demo on media on maximize channel how the company make fool to customer.
