We have recently purchased a Water Purifier of Puriet Marvella Grey fro M/s. Bismi Appliances, Kaloor, Ernakulam,vide their invoice number 185929 dtd 11.10.2011. This purifier got complaint and the battery replaced on January 2012. Now the same is not working

i use pureit since2009. when i see the half red light indicator i change the kit, but first time i have problem and up till i have not received any service from your company.i purchase pureit turbo kit 2250lit from ARIHANT ELECTRONICS, on dated[protected] but up till battery not shows the red mark water filter process is done.i lodge my complaint on date[protected] our id no is [protected].I purchase pureit[protected] and our customer id is [protected] by name adv sudha n sahare.If your not prvide service to me as soon as other wise i go to consumer court and show a live demo on media on maximize channel how the company make fool to customer.

    I have a pure-it compact ,when I have replaced my first battery kit ,i called your pure-it help line no and they send me your representative ,named Sameer Rajak at my residence. From pureit help line it had been told to give Rs 380/- for the replacement of the same but Mr. Rajak,Malda Division of W.B refused to take the amount rather urged me to give Rs 400/- for the same. That time I kept silent but second time I directly called Mr.Rajak to change the same battery kit but this time he charged Rs.410/- instead of Rs.380/-.This time he repeatedly threatening me if I not paid his demanded amount he will neither visit nor provide any kind of service regarding pure-it in future.He also threatening me if I register a complain through pure-it helpline no, he will not visit my residence. Under this circumstances how can I get services for any pure-it complication and also take necessary steps so that people like Mr. Rajak will never been able to give such threat or not take extra money from your customer.I have a valid cash-memo for the above said amount which is signed by Mr.Rajak .

      i purchased HINDUSTAN PURE IT CLASSIC in 2007 ,I'd not faced any problem till now...but now i have to replace the 'germ kill kit' .....the one which i 've inside it (polisher) is not available outside...local vendor is offering a smaller one (polisher)...which is not going to work definitely......and he is saying that " abh toh yahii atta hai...company walo ne bandh kardiya hai " ...i just want to ask ...is this true ...
      .1--if not -then what you people can do about it ?(if you understood).........

      2--if yes--then -what I should do with its remaining body parts.?

      hindustan pureit — battery life expires every 3 months

      sir i am a customer of hindustan puyre it. my customer id is[protected].my pureit battery life is expired within two months.
      first time it lasted till 6 months but this time onlu 2 months.

      i have given the complain to ur customer care no. [protected].
      but there is no responnce till now.
      i have given the order to replace the battewry also there is no responce.
      till today it is 2 weeks past i have given the complaint.
      but the execuitves a not coming to change the battery.

      i m fed up by calling n calling them.
      plzzzzzzz take some action and replace the battery as soon as possible.
      we r habituated of this pure it and now we drinking without filter water, and it is effecting to our body also now.
      i have spoken 4 costmercare executives and one therir senior head santosh.
      plz do something and replace it fast (the battery)

        i went to buy battery of pure it from kothari enterprises(martinal bridge, station road ajmer) .the owner asked me 400rs for that whereas there was a mrp printed on that was 350rs. when i asked that would you give me a bill he refused to do so and did not give me the battery and treated me very rude.because of it my family suffered a lot as the machine did not work and my family could not even drink water.

        Water leaks from the battery, entire house gets messup, Battery not supplies not in time, Very poor responce all this is not the standard of HUL.

          I HAD PURCHASED A PUREIT MARVELLA .AT THRE TIME OF PURCHASE THE SELLER HAD NOT INFORMED ME REGARDING THE CHANGE OF THE PLEATED FILTER TO BE DONE EVERY 6 MONTHS. Whenever I went to the company they said no stock. i am ordering through the phone or sending SMS and i am wasting the money for last 10 months. This is the seventh time I am suffering to get this kit. whenever I am calling the helpline each time different person attend the phone and said we are taking your order and send within 72 hrs to your home address. but still I have not get the kit.My product no. is RPM[protected]

                        This is an Excellent service

                        I got the Hats Up service and more over on time.
                        Mr Nagaraju who sold me the device in Anantapur , had provided me an excellent service on my each request.

                        The support I received from the same individual (Mr. Nagaraju) was really appreciated.

                        Hindustan Unilever Ltd — dealer(agent)misbehaviour to customers

                        sir,
                        Iam running four hotels named hotel mayura deluxe at thirthalli, koppa, and in kundapura from about 20 years. Ihave been using brooke bond three roses tea powder for all of my hotels from the past 14 years continously. In total my avarage purchase of three roses for all of my hotels is at 125kgs per month and yearly around 1500kgs. These purchases was not stoped at any point of time and you can go through details from your agency.
                        I THINK IAM THE LARGEST SINGLE CONSUMER THROUGH YOUR WHOLESALE AGENCY FOR ALL THESE YEARS AND HOPE IN FUTUREALSO.

                        The problem is that you have given your distibution agency to m.j.traders, kuvempu road, near gayatri mandir, thirthalli 577432..The distributer is very very arogant with his behaviour and he always forget that he is not only the disrtributor to your product but also the pramotor.He has no minimam petions to hear any problams and any enquirey regarding your products. WHEN we condem his attidude, he says you just complain to higher authorites i wont fear. There has been lot of complaints from other retail purchasers AND HOTELS regarding his attidude.
                        Today i purchased three roses powder and when i saw the bill the price was risan by you to 232per kg for hotel brand .just i wanted to enquire wether the price will be reduced in future or will remain same as it is too much to afford .before starting to here me he jst started to shout by saying iam not rising the price but the company.i suggested him why are you shouting at me we are the customer of h u ll long back before you took the ageency and i have telefhoned you now not for complaining about the product or agency but to enquire the price and product.But still he continoued shouting through telephone and said if you are interested in buing three roses you can buy or you stop it .iasked him who are you to tell me. is this the way to behave with the customer?
                        after this i went to his agency and asked about his impationed, rude behaviour with me but to my surprice he was reluctant to give any answer and again said not to purchase from him .his behaviour was like of an psychic and of mental imbalance.
                        I asked him the telefhone number and mail id of customer care of hull and he didnt gave the number.and to my surprice they were not displayed any ware inside the agency and i think it is against to your principles.
                        i came back and as i needed three roses urgently(we wont use any other brands till now) i took it from nearby retailor shop and to my surprice the price was much lesser than what he used to charge as wholesale dealer.i got it at220rs per kg(including retailors profit).
                        i want to know that is there any difference by your agents regarding retail sellors and wholesale consumerse.

                        There was lot off complaints regarding his behaviour previossly and we were not considering as we were getting good product from hull.But now we cant tolaretr his behaviour and i belive in comming future and his behaviour will halt your sales. He and HULL must think that it is the product which makes the sales significantly and not ahe agent. product comes first and agent comes next.if the product is good you get enough agents.
                        Iam very sorry to write these all .
                        Really iam very sad about your agents rude and humilitating behaviour and im thinking of changing the tea powder brand from all of my hotels immidatly as there are good other brands availeble in the market.you too have other customers in the market and my closing off business with you will not make any difference to you and to your thirthalli agent.

The refrigerator got delievered on this address: Sharma store,WA-150,Shakarpur,New Delhi-92 against security receipt no.2060 dated 18-02-95 for Rs.12,000/-.

                              This is continuation of complaint placed on Jan 23, 2012 regarding leakage and defective autostop function of pureit marvella. I was surprised by the sudden response from ur company after my compalint in the blog and thought my problem would be solved soon. Infact Im thankful that you responded to my problem. Now its like a routine that your service personnel visits my room everyday , but water leaks from different points after each repair.As per service in charge said almost all components inside is replaced and he is helpless,and the only solution is to replace the whole product.
                              Please tell me why does it leak still. Its ONE & & HALF MONTHS over since you are trying to solve this. How long should i wait. How long do you want the service personnel to visit my room??? Is this how u make ur customers suffer???
                              Pardon me but now if you say ur company is helpless too just send me your address so that i can send my water purifier ; you can just keep it in your hall of fame show case.

                                This is my 2nd complaint in the month and about 4- 5 complaints in last 4 months, all these complaint were raised on the Pure-it website.
                                In 4 months you have not resolved the issue. You have also not contacted me as promissed.

                                My last complaint was on 11th Feb and other were in the month of October 2012. I am tired of writting or explaining the same thing again and again.

                                In short, the battery was still not completely RED and it was giving impure water in October or which I raised a complained, A person from your dealer who does not know anything came and had the only suggestion that I should change the battery kit, he did not understand my complaint or question of " why the water is impure evenr if the batter is still not completely red" ? " What is the guarantee that the new battery kit will be 100% and it will not give the same Problem ? For this visit he also charged Rs.50

                                After this I got a call after a week asking is the issue resolved, I told this person that its still not resolved and the person who visited only knows to replace battery nothing else. This person who called told me that someone who is senior and technical will call me about this.

                                This was 4 months ago and I am surprised to see that everyone is still sleeping after so many complaints.

                                Is this HUL?

                                I want this to be escalated to the highest level and if now I do not get a response I will not be affraid to go to Consumer Court.

                                  We have Hindustan Unilever Pureit water purifier, & every time their franchise takes 6-7 days for just changing the germ-kill battery which is of 10 mins job. I don't know HUL has any criteria for checking the post sales support or not but its been pain to have Pureit due to this problem.

                                    No service after Order / Complain several times
                                    I have purchased a water purifier (pure it) in August 2011 of Hindustan Unilever Limited from Morden Electronics Kirkee Pune-3.Unfortunately dual chamber shaft broken. I had order for it on 09/02/2012 as per my order placed by me its cost was Rs 420 plus 30 service chargers order it by pure it call center [protected].                                       I have pureit water purifier from Hindustan Unilever. It has a battery kit and a mesh to clean the water and it has to be replaced every after 1250 liters of water has neen filtered. Unfortunately now they are supplying substandard kits which does not even last for 1000 liters.

                                      Secondly we have to order these kits through customer helpline and they promise to deliver it in 3 working days but the truth they actually take more than 20 to 30 days.
                                      This is the second time I ordered a kit on the 19th of January and today it is the 11th of february but still i have not received the kit. Every alternate day i am giving a
                                      call and speak supervisors to know the status of the order and everytime they promise to deliver next day but evetually fail after all the assurances and promises.

                                      So far I have spent enough money on mineral water bottles in these 20 days to buy myself another purifier since I have kids at home.
                                      That is all I wanted to write about the fraud and misleading pureit company.

                                      HUL Pureit — non delivery of battery kit and misleading guidance

                                      I purchased a pureit water purifier a couple of months back with lot of assurances on after sale service. But when i called them to launch a complaint on the product(overflow of water from the bottom storage tank), i was shocked to know that the product bearing the particular serial number was not yet sold. But when i called them to place an order for the battery , the call center personnel correctly spells my name and the serial number of the product after getting my mobile number. I heard the same kind of experience from some of my friends that personnels attempting helpline numbers are worthless and irresponsible to the core. When placing the order for the battery i was informed that the battery will be delivered within three working days and i need to pay additional 50 rupees for the transportation of the executives. but i was not supplied with the battery for a week. when i called them again, they said some invoice number and asked me to collect it from an addressed that they claim as their distributor's office. when i went there, there was no office as mentioned by them. when i called again they said there is no distributor in your area (Tirunelveli), so we are not responsible for the product. when there was no distributor why i should be given an address to collect the battery kit? why i was asked to wait for three days? what was the invoice number they said to me? when i read the the experiences of pureit buyers from the net, i doubt the seriousness of helpline numbers they give and the executives they appoint in the call centres. with all this questions i recommend not to buy pure it untill the company sells the product through consumer durable retail outlets, though the product performs well. there is no after sale service for pureit water purifier and helpline numbers are worthless to be given.

                                      HUL Pureit — non-supply of battery

                                      I have a pureit water filter at my home a product of Hindustan Lever.
                                      I had requested for a battery kit (Filtering unit) on 25th August 2008. They have promised to deliver the same in three working days., I contacted the call center for atleast 10 times and still have not found a result. they will give a msg of within two days. Today is 22nd of September 08, when I called the call centre invoice not yet placed, we shall deliver within two days.

This purifier is not working properly and supplying dirty water. I had lodged complaint on 15.10, 2008 but nothing has been done on this complaint, thereafter I had lodged more complaint on 20.10.2008 & 21.10.2008, which complaint nos.                                       Hindustan Unilever Pureit — Expiry of Battery

                                      This mail has reference to the Pureit In-home water purification system that I bought vide your Tax Invoice IS08/KOL[protected] dated 19th August 2008. Though the purifier is in perfectly fine working condition, changing the Germkill battery kit has become a recurring problem and a regular expenditure. The first battery was changed on 19th February 2009. But the second battery bought has turned red on 22nd May 2009 implying that its powers have become exhausted and needs to be changed within a span of nearly three months.

                                      Now my question to you is that despite having a uniform usage throughout, how did the second battery get exhausted so fast? And if this is no exception, I would be sorry to say that this is one hidden cost we were not aware of. At least the degree to which our expenditures are being subjected to in this case was never told by your salespersons or anticipated by us. What is even more striking in this regard is the abrupt hike in the battery’s price from Rs. 315 to Rs. 550 within a span of 8 months.

                                      In the meantime I have sent a few mails to Rubela Biswas, the concerned person in Kolkata as well as their website citing the above facts. I even went to their B. T. Road Office near Dunlop Bridge but with no result.

                                      Awaiting an early reply in this regard.

                                      Hindustan Unilever Pureit — utter failure of delivery mechanism of battery kit

                                      I purchased a Pureit wateer filter launched by Hindustan Unilever in the last quarter of 2008 purely going by the reputation and goodwill of the Company. My consumer ID is [protected]. The filtr is useless without a battery kit which needs replacement from time to time. As such, the battery kit needs to be replaced by the Company on payment basis by a new one as and when a demand is placed within shortest possible time. However in my case, i placed a demand for a new battery kit of Rs. 365 through Help Line No. [protected] on 11th Septemeber 2009. My booking No. is S09/DLI/[protected]. Despite repeated reminders to the help line and repeated assurance of the executives, I am still waiting for the same. Is this the fuctioning of a reputed Company like HUL which boasts of a very high reputation ? If the Company can not deliver, then why to fool innocent consumers ? I am seriously contemplating filing a complaint before the National Consumer Rights Forum on account of such deficiency of service for the inconveniences that your Company has subjected to me.

                                      Hindustan Unilever Pureit — Horrible Customer Service

                                      Three months ago, I had bought a PureIt because it was made by Hindustan Lever, a brand I thought was trustworthy. My Customer ID is [protected].

                                      3 days ago, I replaced the battery kit and the unit stopped working. No water is passing through it.

                                      Since then, I have called the PureIt helpline over a dozen times on [protected] and [protected].

                                      Each time, the people I spoke with were the WORST customer service people I have ever encountered. They were rude and unhelpful. Each time, I was either promised help (which never arrived) or they disconnected the line.

                                      Looking online, I have found literally hundreds of complaints similar to mine, all customer service related. What has happened? Levers used to be such a great company.

                                      Tomorrow I will go out and buy a Eureka Forbes Aquagard. You can be sure that I will tell all my friends to AVOID all Hindustan Lever products.

                                      Hindustan Unilever Pureit — battery kit

                                      I have ordered a battery kit on 7th of Aug 2010 at the following address B-166 Shivaji Vihar Janta Colony near Shivaji Enclave Rajori Garden 110027. But even after 2 months battery kit has not been delivered. I have complained so many times but every time the customer care executive promised to deliver it within in 2 days and we take your complaint on higher priority but nobody has come for replacing battery kit. The kind of service and response I got proves that unilever is only using its brand name in India and it has nothing to do with customer care. Shame on you hind HINDUSTAN UNILEVER PUREIT Makers. If you can’t provide battery kits u don’t have right to sell the product.

                                      Hindustan Unilever Pureit — filter system not working

                                      Hi pireit team,

                                      i have purchased Hidustan unilever pure it in the month of april 2010. from past few days the water is not getting filtered . i request you to address the issue or provide the servise center number of bangalore region so that issue gets solved ASAP.

                                      Hindustan Unilever Pureit — Regarding water purifier battery change

                                      I ordered germ kill kit for hindustan unilever pureit. The request no. is RFS/41706893 on 28th april 2014. But the executive put the faulty battery. I logged the complaint c[protected] on 1 may 2014 against this. But no action has been taken against this till date.

                                        While I wish to purchase a water pure it for my personal uses than i will choose Hindustan liver product,but unfortunately i am very disappointed regarding the service of Hindustan pure it.Firstly I was called(Phone No-[protected]) to the concern person for purchasing of the Pure it
                                        (Compact model),they attend the call & said the above model is not available easily but we will try our best.I haven't got any call regarding the status than i was called to the concern person,he said that model is available & ask my address for the delivery of product.Again he was not informed & again i was called & ask the status,but again he said that the product will be delivered on tomorrow.Day after tomorrow i was called to the person & he said that within half an hour you got the material,but after ten minute i was received a call from [protected], the person was told that this model is not available & you have to purchase our classic model & we are unable to provide the compact model. I am totally disappointed of Hindustan Pure It company services which they provide to the customers.As all we are aware that today is a big competition to your services & products,but i am totally surprised & shocked.

                                        Pl try to understand that today everything is dependent on your services which you provide to the customers,Otherwise your product & services go down & your business will also going in DE-growth.
