    Hi all,

    I struggled so much to decide what kind of Purifier to purchase but finally i choose Pureit which is marketed by Unilever, after started using this product i found it is so ease in handling the device and even cleaning procedure.

    Now i am happy that my decission is correct and the trust i had on the Unilver got proved once again.

    Also i experienced their after sales service which is again fabolous, when i called on their help line for refill booking they told me about thier Puriet promise and after my booking they delivered it on the same day.


    thanks to Unilver.

    Pure It — fraud product performance

    actually this purifier doesn't work at all.
    after drinking the purified water of purit my full family got seriously ill.
    they are taking fake challenge of their purifier .
    so please ban this prodouct.

      Very much pleasure to know that one of your customers is getting good support.

      But very sorry to say this is not true with your majority customers.

      I have ordered a cartridge 3 weeks back and it was promised to be delivered within 48 hrs (Cochin).

      I received a call from your Cochin office after three days, saying tht they will take another two days to deliver it.

      Now this is the third week, nothing has happened yet.

      The product is one of the best in the market but service is exactly opposite.


      There is no local contact numbers or address or even there is no place from where I can purchase walking in.

      I had recommended this product to some of my relatives to, but feeling guilty now.

      Kindly provide some shop/ office/ dealer address/ phone number from where I can vuy it.

        Hi,

        I had ordered Battery of Pure-it on 09.06.2012 and still I have to receive the same.

        As per their promise I should receive free kit from them if they do not deliver in 72 hours.

        Everytime there is a problem in the services... It is a night mare.

        Please do not purchase HUL products.

            sir since 15 days i have been complaining to pure-it Hindustan Unilever call center people to rectify my pure-it machine, till they didn't turned up and sent some 10 messages that your complaint no c[protected] has been attended. please give feed back.., when they didn't serviced how can they ask for feed back, it is disgusting and fooling the people, very bad services not satisfied, my pure-it id no.[protected]. sir please do the needful at your earliest. thanks and regards,

              I am using pure it auto fill system reg. no. RPBAF[protected]. your local agent Rishi traders changed germ kit and also replaced float valve .But germ kit filter is not working properly and new float valve also not working. i make complaint many times to Rishi traders jalandhar but they are not attending complaint. please do needful action.

                Dear Sir,

                I am a user of your PUREIT water filter since the time you have launched the product.

                This is to bring to your knowledge that the service personnels who visit for the replacement of the Battery kit are not properly educated by your service centre. Every time they come for the replacement I request them to properly wash their hands before they start their work.They do not have the least sense of hygiene. Except for the first time when I got a replacement, they did not bother to do so even though I tell them to do so. This happened again recently on 27.5.2012 They waive it away casually. Water is very sensitive to germs and proper care should be taken before handling the filter. This I have pointed to you earlier also in February last but no action has been taken. It is a shame that Hindustan Unilever do not take care to this major health care side.

                  I had purchased the Pureit water purifier sometime in April, 2010 and onwards replace Hindustan pureit battery germkill kit (can filter 2250 liters of water) at July, 2011 when Auto-Switch off flow of the water and Battery Life Indicator turns fully red (As HUL cliamed).

                  July, 2011 onwards I used more than 3000 liters water and germkill power is exhausted but indicator not showing any warning even not showing any red indication for replacement.

                  I and my family members have stomach upset or other water related attack of diseases using this pureit water.

                  I spoke with customer care executive so many times in between each complain. I told him the entire story so far and requested him to either arrange a replace faulty battery kit or let me speak to someone who has authority at his end who can look into this complaint. Customer care executive always said me for change battary again. If Hindustan Unilever is not able to handle these complaints they can simple stop foolishing the customers. Kindly do some work?

                  hindustan unilever limited/pureit — Regarding the battery kit of water purifier

                  I have purchage the product Pureit whose device ID is RPB[protected] and my customer id is [protected].I have change its battery kit on 16.05.09 which has a minimum water filtering capacity of 1500 liters for a member of 2 family, which approximately comes to six month service, as the company claim, but there is no measuring device to measure how much water is filtered by the device.My complain is that my battery got damaged in 40 days only and now when i complain this to the pureit company, they are not taking any action on it.I complained them on 26th June and they are not giving me any solution.
                  They say that i have to get it replace on my own cost, but when i ask them do they have a gureentee that this time also it will not repeat the same thing, they say they do not know.
                  How many time will i get it replace if their product is not up to the mark, they are not giving me any satisfactory reason why its not working.
                  Please take suitable action on it asap.

                  Hindustan Lever Limited — Regarding battery Kit

                  I am using HLL PUREIT since THREE yearS. whenever the time come for replacing GKB battery kit always
                  i find difficutly in delivering the product. This time I booked battery kit on 24-Aug-2010 and till today[protected]
                  I did not got the ordered product. I gave complaint thrice, (Complaint nos are C[protected], C[protected], C[protected]
                  instead of delivering the product, I am getting fals massages saying that complaints attended. When I spoke with customer care
                  they are informing me that, they don't know about these all, but only they can book one more new complaint. One more important thing is each time
                  of communication with customre care, they confirmed my mobile number and address.

                  so hope I won't get below fals answers:

                  1)house was locked.
                  2)mobile was not working.
                  3)incorrect address

                    it's really a cheating

                    i am using a pure it since 2009, i changed the battery 2 times, but it was not lasting, (it works only 2 months) then i decided to open the germ kill battery kit, when i opened that, i really wondered, i didn't see any battery or any electronic parts inside, there is only a piece of bleaching powder stick (like a chalk piece) and a small plastic leg, they fix a red washer in the top of the bleaching powder stick, when the bleaching powder...

                    I have ordered a ordered a germkill kit from HUL,Pureit from their customer service.It didnt get delivered yet.I ordered again after that and complained at their customer service that it has not been delivered yet...Everytime they are replying will be delivered in 2days but nothing happens...Its been 10 days from the day I ordered for firsttime.Please look into the issue....

                    Hi , my self Chandra Shekhar , i baugh one hindustan unileaver pureit 8 month back know this pure it is not working for last 20 days because of germ kill kit and i am requesting for same to hindustan unileaver pure it call center 10 times and they assure me i get the same in 3 working days but i am still wiating for same the complain No- : C[protected],

                    I am fail to under stand if a compnay like hindustan unileaver is not fill his commetment on time why they sold such type of prouct in market.

                      WE PURCHASED PURE IT OF HINDUSTAN LEVER WHICH PROCLAIMS THAT THE WATER WILL BE ABSOLUTELY PURE DEVOID OF ANY BACTERIAL INFECTION OR EXTRANEOUS SUBSTANCES. LAST WEEK, WE FOUND THE WATER COMPARTMENT FULL OF RED ANTS. ON CONTACTING THE COMPANY'S SERVICE PERSONNEL, THEY TRIED TO CONVINCE US THAT SUCH THINGS DO HAPPEN. THIS SEEMS TO BE AN UNACCEPTABLE EXPLANATION. THERE SEEMS TO BE A DESIGN ERROR OR THE PRODUCT DELIVERED TO US IS FAULTY.

                        Hello, I am Bala Subramanian (Customer Id[protected] from Vadavalli in Coimbatore. I am a customer of this product (Pureit) and I think its a very very good doing product for ever of our health. Because I am using Pure It Classic continuously 5 years to till date. When first time its GKB is not working & also lick from chloren tube just I call local CCE Mr.Sathyaraj then he come and short out the problems with in a minutes (30minutes).
                        Next time when I again facing a problem I call to same CCE after half an hour if possible he comes my home or he send his local LSP (Star Service) for short out my problems.

                          Leakage of water

                          This is Pavan Nanduri. I bought a 14 Litre Pureit Classic water purifier from Vishal Super market around 3 months back. there is a small patch in the product itself which made the water to leak out of it. i went to Vishal to complain about this, and they said me to call on the given helpline number on the back of the book[protected]. but no one did pick the numbe despite the herculian call attempts for more than a month.

                          I bought PureIt Marvella in February'12. The purifier started leaking suddenly on 14 May'12 even if the battery indicator is showing white. I lodged a complaint with Hindustan Unilever on the same day and asked the customer care to send the person as soon as possible because of summer days and we were having water shortage. I called four times since then but no one has come to my place to fix the issue. I must say that the customer service of HUL is very bad. They have not addressed the issue in last 48 hours.

                          Pureit Marvella — water leakage / battery replacement

                          Had lodged an initial complaint on 10 th may 2012 complaint no.C[protected] .After so may phone calls the technician visited my residence and had a look at the machine n commented that the battery needs to be replaced.For replacement of the battery I had to re lodge a complaint.I re lodge a complaint on 15/05/2012 morning complaint number :RFS /1700779. AFTER THIS COMPLAINT WAS LODGE I GOT A MESSAGE STATING THAT IF THE BATTERY IS NOT REPLACED WITHIN 72 HOURS THEN IT WILL BE REPLACE FREE OF COST. SO FAR EVEN AFTER 72 HOURS THE BATTERY IS NOT REPLACED N NEITHER HAVE I RECEIVED ANY REVERT AS TO WHEN THE BATTERY WILL BE REPLACED. TRIED SPEAKING TO THE SENIOR SUPERVISORS ALSO BUT IT SEEMS ITS JUST ANOTHER PHONE CALL FOR THEM.

                              It is very unfortunate write theis again as a customer. I have ordered a Pureit Germ Kill on 4the May 2012 . After a long 11 days Chase withe Pureit Customer care and local dealer today i have received the same. But the person who as installed the kit is not done his work properly and went away by collecitng Rs 680/-. Now its leaking all over my Kitchen and my wait for Drinking water still become a endless story.

                              This is my Humble advise to all who are planning to purchase water Purifier , you never go for Pureit. They don't even know thee basic right of a human being. Then how theey will come to know about Consumer rights.

                              In theis era , all companies considering theeir customers as god, but our Pureit team doesn't even know thee value of customer.

                                  I have informed "Hindustan Pureit Germkill Kit" on 04 May 12 , 07 May 12 and 09 May 12, on service providers Mobile no.[protected], though he told me that he would call back never reverted back. Now he does not pick up his phone.

                                  Company should recognized such dealers/service provider or pay back to customer the full amount of the filter so that we can opt for some other vendor.
