Registered the call and within 2 hrs the technician from sun enterprises franchisee reported to doing installation.

Pure it Marvella RO is very good purifier, available which works on electricity.
I and my family like the capacity, which makes purified water always...

Hi, This is to inform you that being a customer of your company im being provided with sub standard service . Im from Mangalore and bought a pureit marvella on September 2011. It started leaking, overflowing from the jar without auto stop and so on right from october 2011. As per the protocol placed the complaint. Had to wait for more than a week for a sevice proffesional to check it. he repaired that. Within next week again the same problem...

1. The retailer chitted me & gave me the pure it whose germ kit indicator cover lock is broken. Since this is an inside part so I could not identify during purchase. Later I came to know when it fell down automatically.

2. Ants & likely insects are able to enter to my Pure it bottom chamber where the filtered water stores. I made the complaint through their helpline. Their dealer technician came & agreed that insects...

i bought pureit some 20 days before(registered phone number [protected]) it has a manufacturing defect it does not filter the water from upper side i logged complaint once after repairing it the same problem occurs just after 2 days.

Please replace it as soon as possible
