The Pureit Germ kill kit supplied by Pureit company by Hindustan Liver Ltd. become red and continuously supply water which is not filter at all. As per instruction when germ kill kit life will expired it suppose to stop the water supply but in this case same thing not happen and that cause bacterial infection. Regarding same when contacted to Mr Naresh [protected] and his sales manager Mr Nagraju of Pureit initially they told they do something but latter they told can,t do any thing as company not agreed. Now who will be responsible for such faulty product and I suppose to compensate for same.

    I yash agarwal pure it customer from Hyderabad bearing id no [protected] was amazed by the prompt service from technician of Pure it Marvella RO.
    Registered the call and within 2 hrs the technician from sun enterprises franchisee reported to doing installation.

    Pure it Marvella RO is very good purifier, available which works on electricity.
    I and my family like the capacity, which makes purified water always available.

    And last but not least it has advance alert system, which ensures water you drink is safe and it gives us the time to change it.

    I purchased HUL Pureit Marvella RO on 1st Dec 2012. In spite of it being a Sunday the concerned sales person made it to my premises to deliver the filter & collect the cash.
    Little did I realize that this apparent good customer interaction was limited only till the period of the company receiving the cash!
    When the unit was delivered to me on Sunday, I was told that someone from Pureit will come over on Monday to complete the installation.
    However I had to make repeated calls to different Pureit representatives till Wednesday to ask if someone could come over to my place.
    I did receive couple of calls from Pureit installation staff members who called me on Monday & Tuesday only to inform me that though they are in the same area they are too busy to make it to my house.
    It was only after I called the customer care & lodged a complaint that my plea was taken seriously and a person was sent over to my place.
    The person who came in to do the installation was not a trained member of Pureit staff. He was unable to communicate clearly in English or Kannada.
    He was scared to get on the kitchen platform to install the unit at the designated spot above the kitchen sink. Instead he was arguing about fixing it right in the center of the kitchen wall.
    He installed the unit with a broken part which caused the filter to leak. My parents were shocked to see the dismal state of work, to which he responded by saying that he will come in again the next day, charge 500 INR to mend the broken part.
    It has been more than 2 weeks since this incident but I do not see any response from the company.
    We have been purchasing water cans, manually transporting them home in spite of having purchased this product.
    I had called the customer care to register my complaint regarding the pathetic service provided to me. I was told I will be sent the complaint number on my mobile, instead I was sent an sms claiming that the complaint had already been addressed. (C[protected] I am shocked to see such treacherous behavior from a reputed company.

      Pureit Purifier — Germilkill Battery Expired early in 40 dys.

      Dear Sir,
      I’ve purchased the Pureit Purifier ( Hindustan Uniliever Ltd) on 07 Jun09 from their distributor Mukherjee Nagar SWZ(Puri Enterprises) . My customer id is [protected] in the name of Ms Pooja Saini & my retail invoice # ISO9/[protected] & the purchasing price was Rs 2000/- only.
      Initially the Pureit was working fine however the moment it has passed 40 days from the day of purchasing, the Germikill Battery of the Pureit got expired .Although its written on the warranty card, on the guide book & was clearly explained by their representative Mr Dharamveer @ [protected]/[protected] that after purifying the 1500 ltrs of water from this Pureit we need to get this Germikill Battery changed / purchased @ Rs- 365/-.
      We were purifying the maximum 15 ltrs drinking water with the help of this Pureit .And as per the requirement we have got ( 15 ltrs * 40 days = 600 ltrs) only 600 ltrs(maximum) pure drinking water from this Pureit as after 17 Jul 09 we are facing major problems with this Pureit & with the helpline people of Hindustan Unilever Ltd.
      I called up on their north helpline @ [protected] so many times & logged my complaint regarding the same problem as mentioned above .However till date i didnt get any response from them not even a single reply call or SMS . At the time of selling these people makes so many promises & does so many hanky panky talks just to sell their product even on Television they are flashing their product with a very solid promise or as a challenge however the really is totally different .
      Currently from last 1 month we are purchasing the Besleri cans to drink save water . I purchased this Pureit on a very economy price as i couldn’t afford the regular rising price of the save drinking water .
      I had a very bad & a very panic experience with this Pureit & want all my money back ( 2000/-). Need your prompt action!

Through-out two months repeatedly & repeatedly register my requirement to your company ,but no response from your servicing staff. But they are sent a false message to me that your servicing staff already attended my house, this is completely wrong and false statement. I suffered about two months. I repeatedly inform them through telephone. In this registration processes I have expense almost Rs.200/-.I like to know from your side that who will pay the said amount. Liar staff should be punished, and take quick action to solve my problems.

        Hi, This is to inform you that being a customer of your company im being provided with sub standard service . Im from Mangalore and bought a pureit marvella on September 2011. It started leaking, overflowing from the jar without auto stop and so on right from october 2011. As per the protocol placed the complaint. Had to wait for more than a week for a sevice proffesional to check it. he repaired that. Within next week again the same problem started.
        Placed the complaint, waited for two weeks , came, did something, after two days again the same problem.
        The local service personnel installed some pressure regulator in the forth visit , worth Rs.500 and assured there wont be any prob in the future. But promises apart it started leaking again within a week. From then I have tried all my ways to reach ur higher authorities, but of no use. From my experience I can definitely say that no other companies in this world could be so rude or unfriendly to any customer. This was the matter of drinking water and even complaining for more than 10 times in 3 months why dont ur company take any necessary steps? Or is that a you dont bother about a product which is just Rs 5000.
        Anyways feel it was a great mistake to get ur product when other customer friendly companies were available.[protected],[protected]@gmail.com.

          1. The retailer chitted me & gave me the pure it whose germ kit indicator cover lock is broken. Since this is an inside part so I could not identify during purchase. Later I came to know when it fell down automatically.

          2. Ants & likely insects are able to enter to my Pure it bottom chamber where the filtered water stores. I made the complaint through their helpline. Their dealer technician came & agreed that insects should not enter into this. He also said that he will talk to the company about this & will let me know. I argued that if such insects can enter to the chamber then there is every possibilities of entering dust into the chamber!! Then how my water is safe to drink!! But the technician could not reply to my point.

          Then he suggested that the germ kill kit should be replaced. Then in next day he came with the kit & replaced all filters & battery against payment except the top filter. I asked him to replace that also but he said that it is not necessary to change now, the filter will be changed when it will be choked. Then I said "it's ok but you give us one peice, we will replace when it will be required. Then he said that it is not in stock now".

          3. Now the same top filter has been choked & I am ordering through given helpline number of Hindustan Unilever Pure It since last seven days but there is no respond!! Now I am suffering for safe drinking water!! Theree is no support & no respond!!

          Pl help us out & give some strict instruction so that consumers will not suffer.

          Pure It — inside enter the ants

          This is to inform you that we are using hindustan unilever purit for fast 1 year, but we are facing the problem of lot of ANTS ENTER INSIDE THE WATER, so that we unable to use it, but your claiming the advertesment 3 step safty of grems, but your forget take care of main thing of big ants enter the purit

          Pure It — NO SUPPORT

          Hi,

          I have purchased a Pureit system 6-8 months ago by just dialing once.I had changed my battery within 3-4 months but within few days that battery also gone faulty.
          I have requested for a new one appx 4-5 times but nobody is supporting.More than 45 days has gone past but still no battery............

          Pure It — supply of defective filter bed

          dear sir,a purit water filter purchase from hindursthan uni liver,it requers change of filter bed and clorin stick every five to six monthe(known as battery) after the exparie of my battery i change my battery from the company with proper cost but my filterbed is unable to filter,i lodge a complain to the company they send their representative to repair it by the help of a nail punctur the filterbed,i think it is not wise i lodge a complain over teleph
          one but they denied to replace the said filterbed.i further lodge a complain through E-mail,but not getting any responce considering the cercomastance please arrange to do the needful and oblige,with regards a.r maitra

                  HINDUSTAN LEVER - PUREIT — Brand new Fiber filter doesn't work properly within 5 days.

                  I bought Pure it on 27 march, it worked well for 3 days and 4th days onwords the top fiber filter (white colored) started giving problem, when I pore water it won't go fast. I tried to clean two three times but efforts were worthless.

                  When I called up pureit (Hindustan Lever) customer support, they said they will send their person in 48 hours, but without attending the problem i received a SMS that they have attened the problem and provided solution and asking feedback for their service.

                  When i called second time told the fact, a lady appolozied for that and said she will send service man within 48 hours.

                        I am a Pureit water purifier user.Few days ago my pureit germkill kit expires and I ordered a new germkill kit from pureit helpline number:[protected] vide Customer ID:[protected] on behalf of Mr. Lekh Raj Singh....A man came from pureit company and replaced the germkill kit with the new one.He gave me a slip and when i asked for bill he said that this is the new type of bill that pureit company gives now and took Rs 580 from me.He installed the new kit and advised me to throw the water in 1st use from the kit.Another day I've seen that water from the 1st chamber is not going down in the 2nd chamber, then I complained on the pureit helpline No again and i registered the complaint.Then today a man came and checked the purifier and said that the man who came earlier installed the used kit which can't purify the water and he asked me to show the bill which previous man gave me.I showed him the bill then he said that this is not the bill from our company.This is only the slip.Then after that he replaced the fake kit with the original kit and took Rs 680 from me and gave me the bill from the company and said that he will tell his company about this fraud and will contact me if any,refund or anything else could be done and he took a part from the fake kit to show to his company.This new kit seems quite OK to me but I am afraid that will my money be refunded or not.............

                        i have ordered germ kill for 3000ltrs including mesh.they charged 840+110+40 .
                        on the box it has mentioned that it costs Rs840 for the
                        1) microfibre mesh
                        2)activated carbon trap
                        3)germkill processor
                        4)polisher

                        but still they have charged more Rs110 for the micro fibre mesh .
                        it says save Rs110 on the box as well .
                        for which they gave different explanation.

                        the advert on the box is not the same as they sell.
                        i have received the receipt on the name of "enrich vibes systems"

                          This is regarding unsatisfactory sevice of Pure IT.They will log the complaint and evry time when I call to chase for an engineer they says the engineer will come in three working days.20 days are over but still no engineer has arrived.I'll advice everyone "Please dont go for Pure IT ".The water tastes so bad after changing the germkill kit even u cant smell and drink.This is worst experince with this company.This company has no committment of services.

                          due to defect in pure it purifier it is unable to filter the water, i called the employer of the pure it service he told that he will refer us in 24 hours but he is not. 10 to 15 times i called him again and again neither he is picking up my call nor he is coming to home. due to this we are facing lot of problem for drinking water i request the company holders to take hte action against them by recurring thier salary or dismis their employement. i did not see such a worst service till this date.

                            Thank you very much for the quick action in replacing the Germ Kill Battery kit of my Pure-it. I had placed the order (RFS/1220453) for the battery kit replacement today morning around 10AM through the toll free number. I was told that my request will be processes within 48 hours . But I was surprised when the service person called me and dropped into my door step in next 30 minutes. I couldn't believe that, if Pure-it Team can give a service as fast as . Mr. Nagaraju K from from Anantapur visited my house and replaced the battery kit. I am very happy by the quick service provided by your team. Looking forward for such a best service to continue in the coming years also.

                            I Suggest The people to buy Pure it & u can have the same service

                              I the undersigned purchased Hindustan uniliver ltd pure it of 23 litres at Pune from the shop Mahavir Gruh Vastu Bhandar at Paud Road,Pune on 29th December 2011 @ Rs.2200/-

                              The box o[censored]nit was opened on 30th December 2011 & it was found the product is defective & not fitting properly hence customer care was contacted on [protected] on 30th Dec 2011 & complaint was lodgged about defective product.

                              Today i.e. on 02nd Jan 2012 on behalf company, person called Pravin from Icra Ent. attended the product & it was told that majority units of this type are having this kind of defects & we should ignore the same. Further also discussed with Mr. Mukhtar, in charge at Icra Ent. on [protected] about the same & requested to replace the part. However, the response received from the both the persons are very disappointing.

                              I have not yet used the unit & same is still unused condition & wish to have the replacement. Further, sorry to mention that its really very disgusting even after selecting such brand. Moreover, the efforts company is taking on advertisement, is really misguiding if the majority units are going to such kind of defects.

                              I would like to request herewith to take this forward with the company & help me out by replacement of defective part since the concern individuals were unable to provide any contact details of the company.

                              Hindustan Unilever — Defective Brand New Piece

                              I bought a HUL Pureit M05 IWPS Blue on 19th July 2010. vide Invoice No.IS10/[protected], Internal ID 24482435, Cust ID [protected]

                              As per the instructions given by sales executive, the water to be replaced twice before use. we paid full cost of it in cash.The executive himself filled water in the tank. As soon as he left, we noticed that there was water leakage. We immediately informed him on phone and he came back, checked it out, did something with it and left. The leakage problem continued..we called him back the next day early morning and said that the problem has continued. After talking to various people from HUL Pureit, we are not told that, its a manufacturing defect and washer is not installed inside. Since we have not yet used a drop of water from it, we requested for a replacement. We are requesting it for last 36 hours and they are insisting for repairing.
                              Why SHALL WE GET A BRAND NEW PIECE REPAIRED FOR WHICH WE HAVE PAID FULL AMOUNT ON DELIVERY IN CASH?

                                  I have purchased Hindustan lever pure it water purifying system before two years. Some parts are repaired and water leakages now a days.I told the problem to the concerned dealer he give one mobile number he was his company authorized mechanic. I call him so many times, every time he ask the problem and address and he does not come. I also complaint the Hindustan lever's help line number, they also give one reference number and they also did not send the service mechanic. Every time I lost 10 to 12 Rupees for making call to help line. so please take this complaint and please advised to that company for care of customer's grevience.

                                        They have said they will replace any thing ,if any problem comes out during use,

                                        Let us update you about ‘Double Warranty Free Coupon’.

                                        · If the coupon reads as 'Double Warranty free', the purchaser is entitled to receive an additional 6 months of warranty on the Pureit device so bought. To redeem this offer please register yourself with the Pureit Helpline, by following the instructions mentioned on the coupon. Please retain and preserve the original coupon and the original sales invoice with yourself. It is mandatory to handover the original coupon and produce the original sales invoice to avail the warranty. Under 'Double warranty', you get 6 months warranty in addition to the standard warranty of 6 months that comes with all pureit devices, thus resulting in a total warranty of 12 months on the device. The conditions of warranty for the additional 6 months are the same as that of the standard 6 months of warranty. Please refer the product manual provided with the device for the conditions of warranty. The total warranty time will be limited to 12 months from the date of original sales invoice or till 30th Sep 2012, whichever is earlier.
