    Dear Friends,

    I am extremely happy with the service provided by pureit team. Before purchasing this pureit product I had read many negative blogs on websites and have decided not to purchase the device earlier but my x-office colleague insisted me to purchase this product as he has not faced any service issue from last 7 months, the germ kill kit gets delivered the very next day. Today I had ordered for germ kill kit @ 4.30.pm and was happily shocked that the same has got delivered to my house by 5.20.pm… I will really like to appreciate the way pureit team is providing service and also I am against the blog’s which has provided negative feedback for pureit service, this blogs are really giving wrong perception about the Pureit Service which actually are providing Excellent Service !!!

          The Pureit water filter is designed to cheat customers and make the customer pay exorbitant prices,once the unit is purchased.The only filter mechanism which gets consumed is the chlorine dispenser but we are charged for all the other units as well,even though they are clean and fine for reuse.They charged Rs580 for this refill box,without giving any receipt and asked us to throw the other units like the carbon mesh/ball, which leads to wastage.If they could sell only the chlorine dispenser or make the chlorine dispenser reusable,there would not be wastage and also reduce the cost,which would make it customer friendly.This applies to customers who use clean water and use the filter so there is no question of the carbon mesh getting clogged and can be reused.As and Indian and true to our culture,we would like to reduce waste and reuse items,rather than say 'Live and let all others Die'.

          Dear Sir,

          We are grateful to you for having raised this concern as this gives us an opportunity to address the same.

          We regret if our service provider has not provided receipt for Rs.580/- (GKK Cost Rs.550/- plus delivery and installation charges Rs.30/-) after replacing GKK as per your order. Please let us know your order reference no. or your phone no. whereby we can get your GKK purchase receipt delivered to you.

          Pureit consumable battery consists of three components. The function of each component is specific :

          1. Compact Carbon Trap (CCT) : Removes harmful parasites and pesticides

          2. Germ kill Processor : Uses 'programmed chlorine release technology' to target and remove invisible harmful viruses and bacteria.

          3. Polisher : Removes chlorine and other contaminants to make water clear, odorless and great tasting.

          All the three components are designed to deliver the purified water of specified life and beyond the prescribed life each component gets exhausted and does not deliver the purified water. Thus all the three components are required to change as they are the integral part of purification at various stages.

            I bought surf excel blue packets. I was surprised that the packets does not seems to contain powder. There is some sort of gelly or something like that. I complaint to HLL, but to my surprise no one is looking into it. It is nearly one month past. My ref no is [protected]. Send several emails. Could somebody provide me the contact details of CEO. or should any media/ other manufacturing agencies can help me, I have sealed packet of the product which i want to open in presence of all.

                In month of August,2011, I purchased a Pure it water purifier. Last week,1st November I placed a complain regarding the water purifier on your toll free no., where my complain no is C[protected], but no person has turned up till date. I again rang your customer service on6th November, they again gave me a follow up complain no-C[protected]. I am very much shock and annoyed by the lack of service that u have shown. Hope you will take this complain seriously and send a concerned person as soon as possible.

                  I have change my Battery Kit on July 2011 and now November Month Battery is expired.
                  When I talk to purit customer care they told me that your water consumption is more that's why battery expired.
                  But when I change my Battery in the Year 2010 then its complete 1 Year.
                  So whey battery is expired soon.
                  I have order for Big Battery Kit. But I have doubt Technician put lower one instead of Big One.
                  That's why battery is expired with in 4 months.

                    I have taken a water purifier of Pure-It (Hindustan Unilever Limited) from Aggarwal Crockery, SCF-86, Phase 8, Mohali, wide bill no.4514 on dated 14/5/2010. There is a leakage problem from the bottom chamber from last four months. I have complained many times to the customer care. But they are not giving any response. The consumer complaint order number is 768754, customer id is [protected]. The next consumer complaint order number is 835527, customer id is[protected]. Order no. 989494 on 12/10/2011 and 944511.

                    I have been harassed badly. Please resolved the matter as soon as possible.

                    Sir,
                    I am having a classic pure it water purifier and recently the battery was changed. Subsequently the filter was not functioning and the water is not getting filtered from the first chamber to the last glass chamber. 10 days back I had made a complaint on this issue to the toll free number and the complaint no.is C[protected]. However no one attended the complaint within the specified time. However I had received an SMS stating that my complaint has been attended. I immediately called the toll free number. The pure it team told me that they will look into it and register another complaint and till date the complaint has not been attended inspite of repeated call to the service center due to which we are facing acute drinking water problem. The service is very bad and it is felt that I should tell my friends not to go in for Pure it water purifier in case it is not resolved immediately.

                          Am Salman Kazi. I had purchased Pure It, and my customer Id number is [protected]. I had placed a order for germ kill kit on[protected], the product was delivered on[protected]. After the replacement i found water was having a very bad taste, and was not fit for drinking. I gave a call to Hindustan Uniliver costumer care on same day raising a complaint. from[protected] till[protected], i.e today, my problem is not been solved. Every day i have to give a call to customer care and spend 45 min talking with them , explaining my problem. I didn't get a single call from the technical team. every time i give a call i hear a same line saying my problem will be resolved shortly, The complaint number given to me by the company was B[protected] & C[protected].                               we have purchased a pureit from Spencers retail manufactured by HUL on 08 th Oct'2011 the product was delivered on 9 th oct2011. We have called up the customer care for installation of the pureit but after calling up several times they have came to us for demo of the product. But the dust is still is visible in the water wrt to theis we have made several calls for the customer care but there is no response and started discnnecting the call if iam asking for the call reference number this happened twice. Pls find the calls details below of complaints made.

                              and since then if I am asking for the ref no they are disconnecting my call. And they claim that technician will attend the complaint with in 24 hrs which is not happening.

                              The same was informed to spencers Supermarket but they are helpless wrt to the issue.

                                I have been ordering the GermKill Kit since 5th October, 2011 and as yet there has been no response from the company.

                                I am calling the Customer Care Number[protected] daily and everytime the associate assures me that the kit will be delivered next day, but as yet no technician has called. My complaint number is C[protected].

                                Why are these guys selling water purifiers if they are not able to provide the Germkill kits? This is utter disgust as my family including small kids are are drinking unpurified water and if anything happens to them, will PureIt be responsible for this?

                                I requested Customer Care to atleast provide me with any dealer who sells these so I can go there personally collect it and he gave me the number of Shirkai Enterprises and the number was [protected]. But this number is permanenetly out of service

                                I suggest all not to buy PureIt at any cost. Now will they pay me the 1 crore as per their ad, as despite buying PureIt I am not getting purified water.

                                I will surely file a case in Consumer Forum, if the kit is not replaced within 2 days, and if something happens to the kids in my family, I promise that the company will pay through their nose.

                                If the company is honestly intent on addressing my concern, they can get the details through the Complaint Number I have provided.

                                  my experience with HUL is one o[censored]tter frustration, helpless and unprofessional.


                                  I purchased one compact pureit water filter No. RPBC[protected] on 13th October, 2011 in Bareilly from kiosk in front of ERA in DD Puram.

                                  The agent, ( Mr. Mithilesh[protected] came to our house to demonstrate and put the product. The product was found to be defective and he committed to replace the product on same day or maximum of 14th first half saying " aap chitna na karo, main dekh lunga". Rest assured it called him next morning to check the status of replacement since i was out of station, he said he will replace it just now. i came back very late night at my residence to find that the product was not replaced, i called him at 10.00 in morning to see that he comes and replaces the product, but he mobile till now at 13.50 hrs is switched off.

                                  i filed complaint at your helpline No. [protected], here also i had very bad experience:-

                                  1. the people are more interested to get data from us,

                                  2. the music we listen, which we do not want to listen is at our cost,

                                  3. it is with great persistence, determination and too much time consuming i got my complaint No. C[protected]

                                  4. the girl jyoti at other end was more determined not to give complaint No. saying that system is not working. This was PURPOSELY, DELIBRATELY AND KNOWINGLY DONE.

                                  there was no feedback as to what has happened to my complaint. even after complaining i never knew what happened to my complaint except complaint No.


                                  i called up again at your complaint No. [protected] here also after much music listening and loss of time, peace and money i reluctantly got your complaint No. C[protected] and with no feedback.


                                  When i repeated asked about my feedback, i was told that somebody will attend on monday i.e 17th October, 2011


                                  I wish to be known from HUL:-


                                  Why after Post Delivery inspection the product was found to be defective,

                                  2. why the agent did not turn up even after repeated attempts,

                                  3, why initiative was not taken from side of HUL to give customer service, why customer had to call, when the problem was told and HUL knew the problem.

                                  4. i need to be paid compensation for my mobile bill of Rs 52+1+5=Rs 58

                                  5. HUL compensate me for loss of peace of mind.

                                  6.HUL to be responsible for me not getting the product benefit even after paying the product cost in cash.

                                    Purchased Purit Marvella water purifier-installed on 12th May 2011-at residence.The jug provided has been leaking ever since.We cannot use the jug by itself as on taking it out from the main wall mounted storage tank,it leaks all over the table. Mr Umesh Maurya who installed it gave us two numbers -[protected],and [protected],but both are always switched off.
