The Pureit water filter is designed to cheat customers and make the customer pay exorbitant prices,once the unit is purchased.The only filter mechanism which gets consumed is the chlorine dispenser but we are charged for all the other units as well,even though they are clean and fine for reuse.They charged Rs580 for this refill box,without giving any receipt and asked us to throw the other units like the carbon mesh/ball, which leads to wastage.If...

I have change my Battery Kit on July 2011 and now November Month Battery is expired.
When I talk to purit customer care they told me that your water consumption is more that's why battery expired.
But when I change my Battery in the Year 2010 then its complete 1 Year.
So whey battery is expired soon.

we have purchased a pureit from Spencers retail manufactured by HUL on 08 th Oct'2011 the product was delivered on 9 th oct2011. We have called up the customer care for installation of the pureit but after calling up several times they have came to us for demo of the product.
