Sir, I have purchased pure it compact of hindustan unilever on date 5th august 2011 from mathura uttarpradesh india. On 6th when i started my device it started leaking from basement area, i called pureit helpline for assistance, they said my complaint will soon be processesed and i was given complaint no-C[protected]. its been more than 10 days each and every day they keep on saying mam we will come soon and daily i will get new complaint...

I registered a complaint for leakage in my pureit, a sevice eng. came to check it and took rs.50 from us for a visit to check and identify where is the problem. Then the next he came with the top champer and battery kit and changed it and took rs.1200 and also said that there wont be any problem hereafter. But again there was leakage and we called the service eng. This time he said the bottom chamber has to be changed...

We are using Hindustan Unilever Pureit Water Purifier classic model. By mistake the lower transparent chamber polisher's lock( 's' shaped small part) has got lost. We gave complaint many times but they are keeping on telling that they have placed the order and it will take time to get it. Already one month is over. Sir,

I have been using Pureit water purifier for quite sometime and used to change the battery kit as and when required. Normally once I change the battery kit, i used to draw around 2300 litres of water ( as per HUL's gurantee.

I have replaced the battery kit 2 months back by paying Rs.550/- to the HUL agent and got it fixed. To my surprise, the filtering unit is blocked and I am not getting any water....

i have parched one water purified from ring road united showroom they have told me to give the service home Delivery for GERM KILL KIT but from past one month i am placing the order no [protected] dt 15/7/11 and again ordered on 03/08/2011 but the customer care excusing every time and committing to send same still i didnot get the any kind of delivery or call so to whom i have to give the complaint -[protected]...

I have Buyed a pure It and it is not working properly from last 2-3 months.
We are complaining about this to Pure It customer care from last 1 Month as rainy season has started so municipal corporation water is muddy in this season.

And the customer care response is always that the person will visit us in 12 hrs but they are not ended till now also.

Please take the needful steps against them.

i have ordered Germ Kill KIt.. for which i had to pay extra service charges for pure it..this is the second time it has hapened...Take issue on priority.. or else i have to speak to top management.As it is regularly happening with Pure it....

I'm purchess New Water purifier Hindustan Univer Producr pureit Compact Rs 1000 rupee at 01 Aug 2011 Night and i fill its tank after first time fillter water its water tank overfllow into lower tank....

Dear Sir,

I had asked for germ kit replacment and had called the service centre about 30 times and still they have not given me the battrey replacment till now. I had also asked them to replace the tap as it had broken but the service is pathetic. My Pureit is now a showcase item lying unused for 5 mnts waiting for the service.

If the service of replacement of germkit battery is so tardy I wonder why they have...

I have purchased a Pure it 6 months ago & from till date water is leaking from the base & executive is not fix battery kit properly Pure it Executives are always in Hurry . I request Pure it Or Pure Jaisa water purifier Kabhi mat lena . better boil water or raw water. because dieing from Germs is better than by Blood pressure......
