i have buyed a pure it water purifier, after filling water i found leakage, i called shop and informed, they gave executives number,i called him there was no response, and then i called Kerala customer care on 25th,26th,27th,&28th mar 2011, the customer call person told that he will send a person, he dint sent any one, i called 6 times, whenever i call they say they will send & they wont send. So today i decided to give back & go to buy any other good company product.

With reference to the above I would like to bring to your notice that I have purchased pureit in the month of february .Wth in a month there was a silver line formed in a lower chamber which was complained on your helpline number ,The representative who attended the complaint neglected the issue saying it was due to temperature problem.
On October 14th the Germkill Life Indicator which showed red . I called up at your helpline number for the replacement of the kit . The executive who had came recommended me that it will last for few more days and see that the indicator turns fully red and there is no need to worry as the water automatically stops after off the supply of Pureit water, causing purifier to overflow from the front. This ensures no member of your family accidenlty consumes water that may no longer be safe for drinking. With the assuarance of the executive I was tense free and waited for the same till date the indicator is the same but there was salt crystals and the germs accumulated in the lower chamber . I spoke to the senior executive Mr Narshima but there was unsatisfactory feedback from him.
I request your goodself that I had received the faulty pureit from the date I purchased which was not accepted by your representative .
Till date the purification process is not working and there is no answer except to change the kit .
I hope you take my complaint seriously and get it replaced at the earliest to avoid any legal hassle.
