    Good Day.
    This is to inform you that, i am experencing the bad customer response from your side, with respect to the leak in the pureIT i have purchased. I have logged the complaint on 9th November 2010.

    Every day i call, and i get only assurances that by 24-48 hrs, expert will come. I have talked to the senior executives also, but in vain.

    Requesting to make an arrangement to fix this. I have bought this device and not able to use it once also.

    Please help rather than making peoples life complicated to provide a customer satisfaction.

      I bought pure it a year ago. During the purchase they told the life long service is free.
      But today they charged Rs.50

      But i dont have any proof for that "Life long free service." If you have their old advertisements, Please let me know.

        I have registered a complain on[protected] to Customer Care of Hindustan Lever regarding problem of a home appliance (Pureit water purifier) vide complaint No-C[protected]. On[protected] a sms has come into my cell phone that my call has attended and request me to give a feedback regarding service. Actually no body has come in my house or attended my compliant. I'm still facing some problem with my appliance.

        Hindustan Lever-Pure it — Worst Service & Deceiving customer to sell product

        Pure it launched by Hindustan Liver, i have purchased it 01 year back, its service for replacement of kit is wholy decesive, they sell their prodcuts keeping customer in dark and not informing about the service charges for changing the battery kit & says if Service provider asks u for the Service fees please call us & then their both Help line numbers not responding, u call whol day.
        PURE IT service is PATHETIC!!!

        If you are looking for after sales service do not even think about buying. Water leakage problem is persistent.. I registered a call 6 days back. Been calling daily. No one has turned up yet. Simple battery replacement was ordered no one from the co. has come yet.

            Pureit Germkill battery Kit — Invoice noISO9/1674-7219

            Dear sir,
            Recently they delivered one battery kit which was not packed properly. Inside all the kit are black in colour which is not fit for fixing. I showed to the delevired person who told all the pieces are like that only.
            Pls. instruct me how i can find it is original .because the standard is not like the Hindustan product.Pls. reply me immediatly .

            Battery Kit — Battery Kit for PUREIT

            I have placed a battery kit (Rs.365) for my water Purifier on 3-Jan-2011. Regarding this I have given complaint on the following dates but no response given from any of the person and battery kit

                I HAVE MADE SEVERAL TELEPHONIC COMPLAINT FOR REPLACEMENT OF OBSOLETE BATTERY KIT OF PUREIT WATER PURIFIER BOTH TO LOCAL DEALER AND ALSO WITH CO'S HELPLINE NUMBER SINCE LAST ONE MONTH.
                EACH TIME I WAS ASSURED FOR REPLACEMENT OF KIT WITHIN 24 HOURS BUT MY COMPLAINT IS PENDING SINCE LAST MONTH AND THE WATER PURIFIER IS USELESS. MY COMPLAINT IS IGNORED SINCE ONE MONTH AND I AM HARASSED DUE TO DEFICIENCY IN THE PART OF COMPANY'S SERVICE CENTRE AND THE LOCAL DEALER .                 Pureit - Hindustan unilever Ltd — Deficiency in service

                I had placed an order for Pureit Water Purifies battery on 27.01.2010. Order No. S10/MUM[protected] and also lodged several complaints there after, complaint Nos. C[protected], C[protected] and C[protected], with the company for not receiving the battery which was supposed to have been delivered to me within 72 hours. Every time I call up their customer care number they express their regrets and give me a new complaint number along with an assurance that the battery would be delivered within 8.00 p.m on the same day.
                I would suggest that nobody should go for this water purifier. this is not the first time that I am facing the problem, On last occasion also I could get the battery only after repeated complaints, after 12 days. The company advertised their Rs. one crore safety challenge on the television, but once buy the Pureit water purifier than you are their mercy thereafter till you use the water filter.

                    PureIT....now this product has great power....trust me. I had not written a complaints for years but its because of the power of PureIT that has compelled me to write about the greatness (pun intended) of this so call 1 crore ka challenge water purifier.

                    I bought it just 2 months back and the sales guys made big talks just the way they do it in the advertisement. It worked fine for 2 months and then 1 fine day it stopped working. I have called the customer support number atleast 10 times but they don't seem to budge. I have used all kind of words and language for them ( I wish I could write it here....but I love mouthshut) but they are least bothered.

                    After 10 days the agent says that may be the person would have come but did not find your address because they customer care responds withing 2 days. Now when they want to sell the product they find the address so easily but customer service they give such lame reasons.

                    Its sad that I have lost my money but just a piece of advice....don't go for such big claims, big names (HLL) and cheap products....pay some more money and buy good product.

                    This truly seems to be some 3rd class chinese product which is like use and throw kind. Hmm I think its time for the next step....throw it. Last there is this guy in customer service named Prakash (and does not have a surname, and says that there is only 1 Prakash in customer care) who has no integrity and sense o[censored]nderstanding....just like their product.

                      I would like to bring the following to your kind attention regarding the advertisement of Hindustan
                      Unilever's Kisso meter Closeup advertisement , which is difficult to view with our Kids, whenever this
                      ads are telecasted there should be senspr board to prevent such Ads in TV.
                      This add was rtelecasted in in MAA TV of Telugu Channel during Audio release function of ram chran
                      teja's Orange Movie songs release function.

                      As father of Kids I strongly Object such type of Ads in TV.

                      Please let me know How can I file a case against such Adds.

                        I have been trying to get a pure it battery kit since 14th or 15th October (10 -12 days). I have called up 5-6 times so far and spoken to 5-6 agents in the process. Although I dont remember the name of each of them, one of them was named 'Prakash". This guy, also registered a complaint and gave me a complain number "C[protected]". But it has been a week since the complaint was registered and nothing has been done even after that. In the meantime, I called up again... and again one guy registered a complain and still its been three days and nothing has been done.

                        And after, I lodged the complain, that I mentioned above, I got a message the next day, that your complaint has been adressed and send 'SER1' if satisfied or else 'SER0'. It seemed a bik joke, only that it is not at funny.

                        Also, in the whole process, I kept recieving SMSs saying "your kit has been delivered, and please confirm by send sms to [protected] writing 'GKB1' or else 'GKB0' ''. I dont exactly remember, but I think i must have send 5-6 SMSs writting 'GKB0' to the number, and no action was taken even then.

                        I think I will go to the consumer court or the grievance redressal forum of the Indian government. These people are probably the most unprofessional bunch I have come across so far.


                        And all of you, who are looking to buy this product... please reconsider your decision, if you value you peace of mind. The quality of serivce is Pathetic to say the least. They will really make you fight to get a simple thing such as a germ kill battery set delivered at your home, just imagine what would be the case... if you had to ask for a replacement or a defective unit.

                        Hindustan Unilever - Pureit — Defective Battery Kit

                        I am Rajendra Verma (Cell No. [protected]) bought the system about a year back. Of late purchased a new battery kit (replacement) worth Rs. 510.00 about 4-5 days back and since replacement we have been getting the bitter taste of water. We have two systems being used in the same premises and the taste quality of another system seems to be perfectly OK.

                        Lodged first complaint on 19th Sept. and making follow-up calls twice or thrice daily for the replacement of the faulty kit but all my attempts are falling on dumb ears. As usual, everytime some new person picks up the phone and buys one day time with the committment of giving resolution but nothing has been done so far.

                        Water, being a vital compound for life and an important requirement of our body, I am afraid if my battery is not replaced immediately, may cause a life threat to my family members.

                        This is my last mail with the hope that my problem would be resolved.

                        Hindustan Unilever - Pureit — Pureit - Defective Battery Kit

                        Dear Sir,

                        I bought Pureit almost two years back, on the premise that it's from one of the largest brands in India - Hindustan Unilever. But alas! was joys were shortlived and my image of the company shattered shattered completely. Not only to me, but all my relatives and friends are aware of this PATHETIC services.
                        The second battery kit was ordered and reached only after multiple sms, email and calls...so many that i lost the count. I was happy that my daily routine of religiously calling pureit helpline.......

                        But not all problem get rid so easily in life and so did the problem with pureit. The batery became defective in around 2 months, when the website claimed this to last 8 months. Again started series of requests, complaints and result was same...everyone was sorry for the inconvenience to me and family, but nobody could help me. they took verbal complaints, written complaints, mails etc but all in vain.
                        I am still waiting for that auspicious day when pureit expert will come and install battery.

                        I would like to point out that it is factually incorrect. The GKB was replaced on 26th October 10 and not on 25th as is mentioned by you.

                        And I would like to point out that it was only because I had to raise the issue on this forum. I feel that if it had been left to you, you would probably never have replace the kit. Anyways a reason for the delay would be appreciated.

                        The company has discontinued its toll free number and has given new number which is chargeable as STD numbers. A lot of enquiry is made by executive while booking Battery of water filter and inceases customer's phone bill.

                        Company should install toll free number immediately and pay / adjust phone bills.

                            I have purchased a purit water filter of Hindusthan Liver Ltd. For the last 10 days the water filter is not working; although I have changed the water filter accessories. I had to make the complaint directly because the dealer dealing with the purit water filter at Jorhat could not be contacted as the telephone no. they have mentioned is not responding.Any one can imagine the problem I and my family with two childrens have been facing due to unabilability of filtered drinking water.
                            I therefore would like to request the company to take necessary steps to mend the filter immediately.They should also see that the dealers dealing with the systems extend their services well to avoid unnecessary harassment to their consumers.

                              Pure It — Tap nozzle

                              I bought water purifier, from Pureit, Nanganallur, Chennai for Rs.1600. The nozzle in the tap is too small to let the water drain from the purifier to vessels. It is a major manufacturing defect.

But all There comments are false .And also we haven’t received any feedback from there end

                                    Do not join Wirkle Technologies situated in Gurgaon, Haryana. It is run by 3 fraud people who have malicious intention to corrupt the future of young people. They will take you as trainee and will change you for the offer letter and will tell that you have stolen company's property like laptop and mobile devices. They do not give the salary promised and then make excuses by saying that customer is not happy so why should company pay.

                                      At the outset I beg to be pardoned for encroaching your valuable time. I am from west bengal in the district of Burdwan under Asansol Municipal Corporation. I have purchased a pureit water purifier of M/s.Hindustan Unilever since two years back(approx) from their Asansol based outlet. Thereafter whenever I have needed the same (JKB kit) after giving the information they have supplied the same. But this time on[protected] I had booked for one no.JKB kit because the old one has been exhausted its life. Since today It has not been supplied by the authorised outlet inspite of repeated request over telephone. All the time they have dodged me showing various reasons & I have run from pilar to post as because my old parents who is badly needed for purified water at their fag end of life.
                                      Of late, I would also like to inform you that at the time of selling the products your sales person assured us for not facing any future trouble regarding replacement of the JKB kit so why now we have to face this type of difficulty though we have no fault on our part being a good customer. This type of after sales service from a reputed company, like M/s.Hindustan Unilever is highly regretable.
                                      Yet, once again you are requested to make necessary arrangement for expediting the supply of the JKB kit and help my old parents for getting the purified water at the earliest.

                                      I Purchased a HINDUSTAN LEVER PURE IT WATER PURIFIER on 07 June 09. The battery life has expired by Oct 09. We had lodged a complaint immediately with TM Pure IT. A message was received on my mobile to confirm if the delivery for the order " ISO9/BRY[protected] " is not done by reply "GKB 0" to [protected]. Doing so only results in a counter message "Internal Server Error". Till date neither anybody has turned up to attend the complaint nor contacted us to give us a hope that somebody is still working in hindustan lever. I don't have any hope that somebody will respond to this complaint also, but still I'm trying my luck. It would be of great help if somebody come over and does the simple procedure of replacing the battery thus helping us to drink the pure water again.

                                        Sir/Madam,

                                        I urchased a waterpurifier 'Pureit' from HLL .
                                        My Customer Id [protected]
                                        I had placed an Order No. S10MUM[protected] on 03/10/2010 for battery kit of Rs. 365 & micro fibre mesh of Rs 55 and cleaning of the Purifier. The Phone Operator confirmed the said order and I was promised of the delivery within two working days.

                                        A person from HLL called from a mobile number [protected] and informed me that he was coming with a battery kit of Rs. 510/- I asked him to come with a battery kit of Rs.365/- only as I had not ordered battery of Rs. 510/-. Thereafter, the said person never called.

                                        Today i.e on 15/10/2010, I called helpline number again at 8.00 a.m. and I was surprised to know that my aforesaid order showed that I had ordered a battery kit of Rs. 510/-. The records also showed that the said kit was delivered to me very next day i.e on 04/10/2010.


                                        The fact is it was not and is not delivered to me till now. I have placed another order now.

                                        I want to register a complaint against the person who attended my call when I placed my first order on 03/10/2010 for intentionally registering a wrong order inspite of I being specific about the cost of the battery kt.

                                        I also want to register a complaint against the delivery person who dishonestly has given a report that the said kit was delivered to me on 04/10/2010.

                                        I also wish to bring to your notice that delivery guys purposely are making people to buy battery kit of Rs. 510/- evenif they have ordered for the cheaper battery kit.

                                        Kindly treat this as urgent and serious.
                                        I would appreciate if the said complaint is swiftly responded to.
