I had purchased a pure it from Hindustan Unilever, after 10 day of purchasing we found problem for releasing the water. First I discuss with the franchise from where I had purchased. But no solution comes.
then i call to customer care and the complaints but still no body came for service. This problem i am facing from after 10days of purchase.

pureit compact — POOR SERVICE
Dear Sir,My name is Aneesa Ansari & my complaint no is C[protected], I had given request for faulty battery on 4/10/2011 But still there is no response in spite of several remainders from me. Every time I call I just get only assurances but no one has turned up so far. I really regret my decision for purchasing the pureit water puriifer. I just have one request please send somebody and take your purefier back as I no longer have the patience to deal with the pureit staff.
